That may work, since that job is somewhat higher than that of any other citizen. But it'd work better if he was a government spy posing as a guard on break.

Never mind, okay. Let me slow down for a second. Alright, yeah. We'll go ahead and do that. Also about him being a blogger... The only form of media is the government controlled television programs and news papers. The messiah is too afraid of people expressing their opinions and thinking differently to have a publicly controlled media, plus it could be used by the "terrorists" to de-brainwash the citizens. Hope that clears it up, and I'll be adding that to the fun facts and things you should no spoiler.
 
Now, you will have a lot more creative freedom with your chaarcter as more of the city is revealed and the rising Phoenix organization is introduced. Just hang in there whole we spend these first few posts setting up more of the world.

Dude... I was totally fine with the idea of a spy. Im really flexible. I got the brain power to bend my ideas where ever I want them to go.

Alright, but I'm just giving you a heads up that you won't be so restricted once your character is un-brainwashed. Or not. Only time will tell.
 
There's also no currency. What I'm saying is your character has been brainwashed and programmed to follow the system and schedule
 
I'm working on my post but I have been having a very difficult time with the internet here. I live in Oregon and we've been getting annihilated with rain.
