Wow. Still no rules from the mods on protecting the Rebel Alliance's political stances from the Imperial regime's censorship. It's clear whose side they've taken.
The link is fine, particularly if you can use a link that goes specifically to that piece of art.I have a question! How do the rules regarding encouraging artist credit and restricting off-site linking interact?
For example I'd like to credit a fanartist but the blog where they post all their work is on tumblr. Would it be OK to link to the tumblr in that case since the intent isn't to gain followers but to credit the artwork? Or should I just stay kind of vague with it and say "oh this art is by so and so on tumblr"?
I put mine in the Information section of my profile (although I couldn't find a link this time, so I just listed the website I know it was on).What about profile pictures? How would one credit those, if it weren't original artwork?
