Exalted III: Poorly-Named Game

Anyone specific that you want to invite?

I think I might reach out to Gonzo and Eldagusto. And to tealevergood, who I don't know but who asked to join a while back.

Any objection to playing with them?

Also, any ideas about how to add more Solars without making things silly?

I'm familiar with Gonzo and Eldagusto, not so much with Tealevergood. I have no issues with them coming on board.

There really isn't any way to add them without it getting a little silly, I think. The best we can do is try to gloss over it as best we can.

Well, I finally sent out the messages. Procrastinated because honestly, I don't like recruiting very much.

Not sure Eldagusto will receive what I sent him on RPGnet. Do you know a better way to contact him? I seem to have lost his email.

In order to make it less silly, I'm thinking the new PCs should be from elsewhere in the West. They can be drawn to the island by Kyros or something Kyros does. Maybe they believe in Solar solidarity, or they have past life connections. Not sure how they'd find out about him, but we could work something out.

I don't really have any way of contact either of them, sorry. I got banned from Onyxpath for calling a mod out on their misconduct, and that was my only real way to reach them.

You might want to warn them that the forum will be down temporarily soon. Other than that, I'm good with however we decide to introduce them.

Good news is, the site's back up.

Bad news is, haven't heard back from anyone. Might have to try some other methods of contacting them.

Alright, turns out Gonzo can't join after all. He's busy and doesn't think he'll have time.

tealeavergood never got back to me.

Gonna keep trying with Eldagusto and maybe Chejop Kejak.

Finally heard back from Eldagusto. He wants to play, but doesn't have reliable enough internet.

Don't really know where to go from here. Don't really want to end the game, but I have absolutely no motivation to go hunting for more players.

Thoughts?

Other than shutting it down, putting the game in to indefinite standby seems to be our best option. If we never pick it up again, it can be allowed to quietly die. On the other hand if we find some people willing to play, we can start it up again.
