Unlike the rest of her family, Eve has taken great strides to rid herself of her Cajun accent and speech patterns. Eve speaks with a clear, General American accent. Eve seems incredibly comfortable and at home in her own skin with clear patterns of speech with no rambling or run-on sentences. Her dress style would be described as modern and fashionable, but also sleek and professional. Sophisticated would be a word used to describe her.

"Well begun is half done." Eve wants to do her job well and thoroughly, with a dedication to those she serves.

Impressionable
In spite being an adult, Eve is somewhat impressionable. This is why she changed her way of speaking and presenting herself to fit in with those around her, picking up on how society told her how to behave and act. As a child, Avoyelles was very impressionable on her, laying the groundwork for the person she is today.

Frugal
Years of hard time have impacted Eve in more ways than one. Anything that can be reused or recycle or retooled will be. She typically keeps a phone years behind in terms of models, only upgrading to a new phone when the old one literally breaks.

Excitable
Sometimes Eve gets too easily excited about things. A new piece of technology, new movie or even a new medical procedure in the news might be enough to get Eve excitable. Hell, even the news that someone telling her they did good in a class might be enough to set her off. When she's excited, she loves to share the excitement with others.

History
There's a lot that can be said of Evangeline's early years in life. Most of it is particularly good nor noteworthy. Growing up in essentially a tribe of children overseen by some adults, Eve faced more struggles in her early years than some people do in a lifetime. Poverty, hunger, lack of education and abuse was common. To most of her siblings, it was a death sense from birth, doomed to be bottom feeders. Eve might have ended up there too, were it not for Avoyelles.

Avoyelles took Evangeline under her wing like only a mother can and protected her from the world. She was the one who taught Eve what wrong and right was, to stand up for the things that mattered, how to cook and clean, and avoid alligators. Avoyelles was the person whom Evangeline might ever consider a mother.

When Eve was just a child, it was Avoyelles who brought her a phone one day out of the blue, complete with internet access, and told her to hold it, hide it, keep it safe, and use the phone to learn all that she could to make something of herself so she could one day be free of this life. Eve was never one to disappoint her sister, and so spent many days of her childhood browsing the internet learning all that she could in lieu of an actual education.

By the time Eve has coming into her own as a teenager, their family home burned down. Aveey, the hero that she was, led Eve and her siblings through the swamp until they reached adults who seemed like they actually wanted to help them. That, however, was the last time Eve saw Aveey. After that, she vanished, just like all the other older siblings had. It seemed Aveey was no different than the rest.

The siblings were taken into Social Services, split up, and all taken their separate ways. That was the last time the Aubin-Mignault children were all together. Eve wound up in a foster home in the Northeast, a result from a family hearing about the story on the news.

In the real world, Eve began to thrive for the first time in her life, quickly catching up and excelling her classes. By the time she was seventeen, she was entering a local community college to begin work on her nursing degree. It was then that something strange happened: Eve's powers manifested.

Like any person, she reported herself to the Commonwealth for testing, and then was mandated to attend a place where she could be trained in her powers safely. The closet facility was AEGIS Training Facility in Baltimore, which coincided with John Hopkins University, the school she was transferring to.

Eve spent the next years of life working on getting her nursing degree while also attending Facility 108 for super training. Super training, however, ended up becoming blue card training, as Eve began to realize she might have a calling for such a line of work. By the time she was about to turn twenty one, she was prepared to graduate with a bachelors of science in nursing and receive her blue card from AEGIS.

As she was about to graduate, she was offered a full time position by Director Swan to stay on as the new head nurse of AEGIS, a position that had been vacant for a long period of time. Seeing a great opportunity to remain at the place she had grown to love, Eve accepted the position humbly, provided she was able to take a few months vacation first.

With the vacation over, it's time for Eve to return to AEGIS, and begin to juggle the various forces in her life, perhaps most importantly: how to balance the transition from being a student of AEGIS to a facility member at AEGIS, while at the same time dealing with the unexpected return of her sister Avoyelles.
Avoyelles Aubin-Mignault
What can be said about Eve and Aveey's relationship? It's messy and complicated. As a child, Aveey was Eve's mother - or the closet thing to. When Aveey walked out of her life, the relationship turned sour to Eve. Since that day, Eve has not heard nor seen Aveey. If she ever comes across Aveey again, assuming she is still alive, Eve wants understand why Aveey did what she did.
Frog Physiology
While Evangeline does not appear like a frog, her has the abilities and functions of a frog, including semi-permiable skin. One of her chief abilities is her strong legs, with the ability to leap like a frog with a large, powerful leap. She can also kick or deliver blows with her powerful leg muscles.
- Prehensile Tongue: Evangeline has a prehensile tongue that can she shoot out from her body at fast speeds to snag or grab onto objects. It shoots with a speed that is aking to a baseball bat swing of around 70-80 mph.
- Sticky Extremities: Evangeline's extremities are capable of sticking onto objects, enabling her to, for example, climb walls.
Limitations
- Tongue Stats: Evangeline's tongue measures to around fifteen feet in length fully extended.
- Jump Length: Eve is only capable of leaping to around 100 feet or 33.3 yards in a single direction.
- Skin Mucus: Skin Mucus: Her body, like a frog's, is semi-permeable, meaning it relies on mucus that exists on the surface of the skin to help keep her alive. While her skin doesn't appear slimy, touching her skin would leave your hand with a slimy residue. In addition, if the air is particularly dry with no humidity, Eve needs to mist her skin to keep it from drying out. Suffice to say she uses a lot of Chapstick on her lips.
Medical Knowledge: With a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and having passed Blue Card training, including First Aid, Eve has a good general broad knowledge of most medical information.

Cooking: Eve knows how to cook her own decent meals.

Diplomacy: Eve was the peacemaker among her siblings, trying to keep them all from tearing each other to pieces.

Well, Uziel is half spider. The lower half of his body is that of a Peacock Spider. It is primarily orange, brown and tan in appearance.
Friendly
To most people, Uziel tries to be as open and friendly as possible. Most of the time it's just because that's how he is… Though other times he may just be trying to suck up to get something he wants.

Expressive
Uziel isn't one to suppress his feelings on a subject. If he feels a certain way about something, he'll tell you. Though, Uziel may show how he feels instead.

Energetic
Asking Uziel to sit around for an hour is a punishment in itself to him. While he may not have to always be doing something entertaining, he needs to be expending his energy on something. He'll even do homework with passion if it gives him something to do. This can lead to some complications if a particular class doesn't keep him busy. (If he finishes a test with nothing to do.)

Gynophobic
Perhaps it's instinct, or maybe he just saw something on YouTube dealing with his species, but Uziel is terrified when it comes to females. His reactions may vary from situation to situation, but he definitely isn't comfortable around them. It seems like the only time this wears off is when he notices one eating something, and for a few minutes afterwards.

History
Born into a family of four already, Uziel was the third active super to enter his family. His gene had been one of the few that was active since the formation of his body in the womb, and as such he was practically born as a "Drider". The family had a strange history of creation based powers, and with Uziel being a literal spider-man, the parents weren't the most pleased. They finally had a son, and he wasn't even carrying the right "Gene" to carry on the abilities of the bloodline. Clearly, those two didn't know how the super gene worked. Regardless, his life was pretty rough when it came to treatment. The only people that defended him were his sisters, Alicia and Aaliyah.

Unfortunately, more than half of them would turn up dead in the coming week. On August 11th, a simple trip to the mall ended in one of the more anticlimactic deaths one could have for both the Father and Aaliyah. A mere car crash. Neither of them could've stopped the event from happening, Aaliyah was a limited A-Rank, and their father was completely normal. Not to mention that her power couldn't have been used without destroying the oncoming vehicle… With two of his family members dead, the mother came soon after. She commit suicide 3 days later. August the 14th marked the day that the number was officially reduced to less than half… Uziel was 12, and his sister had only been 22.

Surprisingly, Uziel was relatively fine. He did shed tears, but only for his sister. She was one of the few that actually loved him. He didn't even know about the rest of his family, since he was forced into his room when visitors arrived. Because of this, nobody was set to take care of him. With the only option being the Cinnamon Ridge Home for Special Children, he was swiftly taken in, while his non-active sister was sent to live with a designated caretaker.

It's been a year, and Uziel has been introduced to the public school system, as well as AEGIS. His life at the orphanage has been going decently well, at least for a spider. That could be attributed to "Mr.Moose" keeping most of the kids in check, and allowing Uziel to become at least acquaintances with the other supers there. He's doing okay in school at the moment, though he's having a bit of trouble with getting to know people that refuse to have a conversation with him. He doesn't quite understand why AEGIS is a thing, but he seems to have no qualms with attending.

Spider/Arachne Physiology
Uziel has the abilities most spiders would have, such as wall-climbing and creating webs. Due to being a Peacock Spider in particular, he also has enhanced speed and jumping. He can carry around 90lbs on his back, or a child for reference. Due to having strong legs, his jump height is 100ft. Unfortunately, it's reduced to 20ft when carrying his maximum load.
- Paralyzing Venom: Uziel is capable of producing a paralyzing venom in his body. It is released through biting. This venom focuses on the nerves of a target, and will not kill them.
- Vibration Sensing: Like many other spiders, Uziel is also capable of feeling vibrations through the ground mainly, though air based vibrations may be felt if they're strong enough. Like blasting music…
Limitations
- Limit: Uziel's webbing is only capable of holding 180lbs.
- Limit: Uziel's venom only lasts for 10 minutes per bite.
- Limit: While Uziel can "Feel" vibrations, it won't really tell him where something is. The range that he can feel these is 30 feet.
Gaming Skill: Uziel is rather good at videogames, to the point where people that casually play the games he plays normally can't catch up unless they practice more often.

Speed Eating: Uziel eats a lot, but not only does he eat a lot, he also eats fast. Many people tell him he'll only end up getting sick in the end, but that hasn’t happened either.

Anti-Dizzy?: It doesn't seem like he gets tired of jumping around at all these angles. It's mainly because he's simply gotten used to it.

Understanding
Huck is a very friendly fellow, and it helps as a person in his field tends to work with a lot of children and teenagers. He may not have super powers himself... but he has seen it all. And has witnessed many of the struggles they go through. As such, it is easy for him to empathize with them, as he works to help them the best he can. It helps that he is a man who really appreciates life.

Mild Mannered
Huck is a gentle soul, mostly. Sure he can have a bit of a mischievous side, but it is always lighthearted in nature. Anyway, he is a very calm individual. He tackles his job and his life at his own pace, and doesn't ever really seem to get flustered when things do not go his way.

Thinking outside the (Schrödinger's) Box
It would not be unfair to call Huck a crackpot scientist sometimes. As there have been plenty instances where he has put out some pretty outlandish theories. But you know what? Oh well. Plenty of scientists are out there doing the same damn thing. Huck is the type to challenge conventions and think outside the box. Nothing ventured nothing gained. He is more than willing to entertain whatever ideas come his way, be they wild or mild. After all, sometimes, a solution can be found just by looking at the problem a different way.

Filthy Casual
List It would be unfair to call him lazy. He did complete quite a bit of school in after all. But he can be a bit... disorganized. His desk his a mess, his hair is a mess, his tie is a mess, (his car is clean though) his clothes are normally untucked and a bit wrinkled. Note: Messy, not dirty. He is clean. He just seems to act like he is at home. It isn't unlike him to eat a bag of chips while testing a student, or put his feet up on the desk, or other such casual nonsense. It is very easy not to take his overly casual demeanor seriously.

History
Huckleberry came from an unimportant town from one of the Midwestern states. Kansas to be precise. There is not much importamce to be explain here, as he lead a fairly normal life. Middleclass. Had decent parents. No serious run ons with dangerous supers or villains. Just a kid growing up in the flatlands. Yet just because his early life wasn't very eventful, didn't mean he didn't have passions. One such passion was supers. And like many a kid with appreciation for wondrous things and awe towards the marvels of the universe, he wanted to grow up to be a scientist. So that is what he did. Growing up, he may have struggled a bit in school, slacking off as any young man might, but he did eventually get into college. Taking what classes he could to specialize in the understanding of supers.

Yet... over the years of listening to professors and studying books and all that sciency jazz. His mind would always churn out so many innane or insane questions. What if's. Why's. What about's. Coulda's and woulda's. Normally this wouldn't be seen as a bad thing, but for him it was cranked up to eleven. Needless to say he got in a bunch of peoples nerves pretty quickly. Leading to him being brushed away on many occasions... yet did this stop him? Of course not. Then we wouldn't have a character. No. Instead he started applying his own knowledge to what questions they couldn't answer.

This lead him to his real passion, discussing things which nobody really understood. Things people couldn't really figure out. And in this field, such things were too many to count. And he loved it. The applied biology quickly took a backseat at the wonderful prospects of the theories and paradoxes that littered the realm of superhuman science.

His passion for the subject did not go unnoticed. It was do to one of the few professors that actually humored him, that helped land him his job with the Commonwealth. Thus his application was submitted as soon as they handed over his doctorate. Though he was still seen as a bit of a kook among the government scientists, he did his job well enough that they considered it only a minor quirk.

A few years later, after some troubling incidents in Baltimore and a scientist being fired, the Commonwealth decided to change their tactics in that area. They needed a few good men (or women) to try and help things along. One of the scientists was Dr. Kingston, recommended for his close work with the supers of Facility 256, and his gentle and unflappable nature they hoped to deal with the angstiest of the edgy and the wildest of the crazy that Baltimore seemed to spawn. So it was, that he got a personal call from Scarlet, and was sent out Baltimore for this project for an indefinite amount of time. That was fine by him. Kansas was getting boring and Baltimore, judging from the news, certainly seemed like a lively place.

Skills
- Biology : The meat and potatoes of his college years, and what he received his doctorate in. He has a broad knowledge on the matter, and talks about supers with gusto.
- Physics: While not his specialty, he focused his studies here on their applications with supers and limiters.
- Engineering: In part, applied physics. But Huck has studied the workings and fabrication of limiters for his job via training programs in the Commonwealth.
- Theory: His favorite! This is what Huck would say he specializes in. And there is nothing he loves more than thinking up and testing theories.
- Devil's Advocacy: Hand in hand with theory, Huck likes to debate what is "common knowledge". Just because it is scientific doesn't mean there is nothing to be gained by questioning it.
- Zoology: A subsect of his biology studies. Huck has studied many animals, especially given that there are many bestiary say users out there. While he dropped out of this class, it's subject matter has proven invaluable.
- Botany: Like zoology, it has helped him understand certain powers, and he had dropped it as a class. However gardening is one of his main hobbies.
- Psychology: Another class he took. While he didn't get into the annoying confusing advanced subjects of it, he has a good understanding of it. And it in part has helped him work with a lot of people. Namely, many supers and what psychological problems they might have to deal with.
- Brainstorming: Any scientist worth his salt is good at this. And Huck thoroughly enjoys a good brainstorming session.
- Self-defense: He isn't a martial artist, but he is packing and knows how to use it. He isn't so naive as to know that working with supers isn't without its risks. Just because he has a gentle soul doesn't mean he shouldn't be able to protect himself.
Flaws
- No Plot: Kingston is a for all intents and purposes an NPC. I have no desire or plans for him to be involved in plots of his own.
- No spotlight: Kingston is here to make you look good and explore your char, and not made to have any spotlight on him. A veritable narrative jebrony.

Hearty
Hae-il is a rather cheerful and jovial person who doesn't let much get him down and even if it did, he won't stay down for long because you can always trust him to make your day just that little bit brighter just through his own sheer presence. He's full of energy and comes across as a social butterfly, taking a great amount of joy in simply talking and interacting with others no matter who they are.

Loyal
He's the type of guy who doesn't like to abandon others, once you got him on your side you can trust that he'll be there for as long as can be. Dedicated entirely to those he calls friends, he can't imagine betraying them or doing anything that could put them in harm's way just for the fun of it. An immense amount of faith and dedication is something you should expect when befriending him.

Hesitant
Despite his vibrant, bright personality he surprisingly isn't the type to simply jump into things and wing it, hoping for all the best and that he'll come out fine. He likes to put a little bit of thought in everything he does, weighing the options of what could happen just so he doesn't have to deal with anything too unexpected or alien to himself. That and decide whether it's a good idea or not.

Lazy
Hae-il is possibly one of the best procrastinators in the world. Sure, he'll do the work you set him, just expect it to be done at the very last minute at best or possibly late if he really can't be asked to do something. He's got great dedication to his friends and likes to think out the options of most of his actions, but when it comes to doing some work, he may just set it on the counter and say the good old "I'll do it later" phrase before forgetting about its existence.

History
Hae-il wasn't exactly a child who was planned. You see, It all started out with a woman known as Ji-ae, a rather wealthy business woman who wished to relocate her deceased father's Chaebol into America, which resulted in her and her Conglomerate uprooting and moving to "The Land of Opportunities" to attract a new crowd and start anew. Baltimore was chosen as her base of operations, mainly because it was lacking in her eyes in terms of big business when compared to cities like New York, Chicago or Washington DC which are often the first choices for those wishing to start some prosperous business venture to start in. So, when she arrived, she quickly sank her claws into the area.

However, soon after her arrival, she found herself a rival; Thomas Houseman who himself had begun to spread the branches of his business into the Baltimore area. They negotiated with each other quite a bit, who got which slice of money pie and deciding who bought out what, but soon, their rivalry turned into something special and they did a lot more than negotiate business when meeting with each other. This not only resulted in their businesses merging with each other to make an even bigger Conglomerate but also resulted in the conception of Hae-il, their first child.

The birth of their child, however, wasn't exactly as smooth as one would expect, as Hae-il seemed to suffer from Amelia, a known birth defect which resulted in the absence of a limb, in his case, he was missing a right arm and left leg. It was a bit hard to deal with at first, but they were thankful that overall, they had a healthy child and through the power of emotional perseverance and maybe a little bit of their endless cash, they were quick to get some prosthetics for their child when he came of age.

Aside from that complication at birth, life was fairly normal aside from the old hospital visit here or there. He went to a good school and made some good friends, reaping the benefits of the luck of being born in a good and wealthy family. The normalcy, however, took a bit of a blow when his powers ended up manifesting at the age of sixteen. He was tested positive for the supergene, having made use of his powers when he accidentally spilled some water from a drink and not wanting to stain the new floor his mom had ordered, which resulted in him sending the water splatting onto the ceiling and falling onto him instead.

So as all newly discovered supers are, he was sent to Facility 108 to train his powers, get a grip on them, learn some things he might not have if he were simply a normal person, and learn to integrate into society even with such powers at his disposal. He enjoyed the experience quite a bit, the teachers though odd, were rather likable and he felt a sense of community and belonging being around those like him with powers that tended to make them appear odd in the eyes of those who did not have them. It was almost sad to leave it all behind, but he eventually did when he graduated successfully from the program.

Life went on as normal after all of that, he kept his Limiter as a memento but he and The Commonwealth never found a reason to reactivate it as he kept out of trouble, often only using his powers to occasionally benefit others and maybe as a neat party trick every now and then. However, things have begun to escalate in Baltimore and although he's already established a fairly successful, normal life for himself after graduating from the facility, he couldn't help but feel horrible about all the things that were happening around it and feel equally helpless, being unable to officially do anything about that. Proactivity certainly wasn't his strong point, but he'd be damned if he let things like the Mall incident happen ever again. So, he reapplied to the facility to receive a Blue card and hopefully help prevent such tragedies from occurring again.
Houseman Family -
An incredibly wealthy family as a result of both of his parent's occupations, they've enjoyed a good life and plan on continuing to do so. They're well known in the business world of Baltimore and to the public as well, mainly for the large donation's they make towards a variety of groups, including Supers.
- Ji-ae Houseman┊Mother┊53 - A loving and doting mother, they love each other like a son and mother should. She likes to spoil him a fair bit, which may contribute to his laziness ever so slightly, but she's proud of her son and his accomplishments overall. She dislikes the fact that her busy job sometimes obstructs her time with him, but she cherishes the mother-son moments they have when they're together.
- Thomas Houseman┊Father┊53 - An equally loving father, he also loves his father like a son and father should. He's a terrible cook and appreciates though is also slightly jealous over the fact that his son can do something he cannot. Either way, they have a great relationship with each other and respect one another.
- Clarice Houseman┊Sister┊17 - Younger sister by four years, they have a typical sibling rivalry but they love each other overall. She's a bit of a contrast to Hae-il, often coming off as ever so slightly grumpy and aggressive with an overprotective nature to boot. Let it be known that she'll slaughter any being who lays hands on her older brother or younger sister, even if she's a normal person, she will find a way to kill you.
- Joan Houseman┊Sister┊15 - The youngest of the family, Hae-il is protective and loving towards her. She's a sweet child with a heart of gold. She thinks the fact that her brother has powers is amazingly cool and can't comprehend the fact that there are others that think such awesome abilities make him evil. He's far too nice to be a demon or whatever those stupid knights call her brother.

Considered by him to be his second home, he definitely agrees that there are a few odd jobs within the facility but overall, he enjoys the place and the opportunities that can be taken by him and others. In his eyes, it's a great place to be.

Water Manipulation
Hae-il is capable of manipulating water in both it's liquid & gaseous forms. This means that he can do things such as make a watery disk to ride on when combined with his two sub-powers, make a bolt of water hit you like a truck and break some bones if need be, make those pretty bubbles you blow in the air float in very pretty patterns or create a way to conceal himself and others through using some water vapour to create some fog and use it as a smokescreen to hide themselves in. Give him a bit of water from your bottle and he'll do all sorts of neat tricks if you ask him nicely.
- Buoyancy: He is also capable of manipulating the buoyancy of water. Making it so that he can walk across its surface or when used in combination with his water manipulation, create a quick form of transportation. It should be noted that he cannot do this with any other type of liquid.
- Water Viscosity: Hae-il may also manipulate the viscosity of water itself, which allows him to choose how "thick" he wants it to be. He can make water as thick as honey if he wanted, which is useful for immobilizing others and disabling them if need be. It should be noted that he cannot do this with any other type of liquid.
Limitations
- I can use a lot, but not that much!: Don't go asking Hae-il if he can go splitting the sea like Moses, he's got some limits ya know. He can only manipulate a total of 730,000 gallons of water, which is a fair bit more than your standard Olympic swimming pool. Although, it should be noted that the more he manipulates, the quicker he is to tire and the harder it is to maintain full control over so more often than not, less is more for him.
- Need some water here: His power is manipulating water, not generating it and therefore he requires an active source of water to be able to manipulate. Before you ask, no, he cannot extract water from other living beings or plants. He can make use of the moisture in the air, but that's way too inefficient and tiresome for the minuscule amounts of water it generates. Bottled water is his chosen form of ammunition.
- Sorry Solid, I only like Liquid & Gas: Hae-il may only manipulate water in it's liquid and gaseous state. He may not manipulate it when it is in its solid state, otherwise known as ice.
- That's a bit far: He's got a total range of 175 meters. Outside of this range, he cannot manipulate water.
- Getting a bit extreme here: Incredibly hot temperatures can just evaporate his water and render his powers null. Extremely cold temperatures will just freeze his water, and in its solid state, he cannot manipulate water.
- Lemmie Focus: To manipulate water, he requires a bit of concentration to make use of his powers. Therefore, if he's suddenly distracted, in distress as a result of emotions or injuries, he may not manipulate water until he gets a better grip on himself.
- I'm not a blood bender, I swear!: He can only manipulate water that isn't inside others. So don't go thinking he can make you his personal puppet or something.
Swimming: Despite his prosthetics, Hae-il is a very good swimmer and has always enjoyed it. He's pretty great at the sport, capable of performing a variety of swimming techniques with stunning ease, alongside an impressive proficiency in diving.

Cooking: Having lived on his own for a fair while, he's learned to cook for himself pretty well and likes to keep himself healthy so he doesn't resort to living on a diet of noodles and Macaroni & Cheese. He can make some pretty tasty dishes.

Singing: When you live on your own and cook for yourself, sometimes you get bored and like to put on some music to jam too whilst ya do it, hell, maybe even sing. Having been doing this for quite a few years, he's become an oddly great singer and some of his friends say he could quite easily get famous from his singing abilities if he wanted.

Patient:

Kai is very patient and can wait until the end of days for things. With her power, she has to have patience, always waiting for the right time to strike or waiting till the plan falls in place. She is always watching, waiting for the right time to strike and win the fight. She could wait forever because she doesn't want another friend to die, or another non-super. She doesn't want another person she cares about die because she wasn't there to save them.

Loyal:

She is the type of person whom would've made a promise back in 1st Grade and would still keep it to this day. Even after whole hell have been throw at her by the same person. After nights and nights of crying over things that you did. She will keep this promise because she loves you and is loyal to you no matter what. She doesn't abandon people she loves no matter what they did to her.

Protective:

If there was a tsamani coming for her friends, she would stand in front of them and take the blow. She would do anything to make sure her friends doesn't get killed or hurt. She is protective, of their hearts too. If you break one of their hearts, then you better hide because she will hunt you down until you pay.

Anger:

She gets really angry and with her powers which are a link to her emotions that aren't good. She hates seeing anyone hurt, and goes literally red when she sees the person who is the fault for it. Kai will tear down everything to avenge her friends. Even disobey orders, when she is angry, she doesn't care.

History:

Kai doesn't know her parents, her birth parents. Her past is just as mysterious to her as it is to others. She was being raise in an orphanage in Baltimore, being dumped from foster home to foster home. Always ended up coming back and never really having a stable home. Every time she came back, it was either with something broken or something scar. None of her foster parents liked her, maybe because she was too quiet or maybe because when she was born she had a hole in her heart and almost died. She never knew all she knew was that everyone leaves and she wasn't gonna be one of those people when she grew up.

By the time she was 13, she was tire of foster homes and she was tire of always being left. She was in her room at this foster home that was good but she was just waiting for the boot to cope. Until her foster parents came into her room and asked if they could adopt her. She cried for the first time in years. After that, she was getting adopted into the Javen family which was funny because her true first name was Haven but she went by Kai. She was the only child because her adopted mom and dad couldn't have kids. Two years later, she was finally happy and had friends and never moved anymore. Everything was good. Until she found out, one of her best friends were being abused by her boyfriend, Kai got really pissed and the next thing she knows.

A shadow was attacking him outta nowhere and he was screaming, people were yelling at her. Some calling her freak. Kai didn't notice or heard, all she was looking at was him and she makes the shadow bend him to the ground and yelled at him to say sorry to her. After he did, everything else was a blur. She was testing and prodded till she went to the Facility 108. Her best friend never talked to her again and she had powers. Shadow Manipulation, they said after leaving her in the dark and coming back and seeing her gone. They found her in her room back at home 3 hours later, she looked at them and said: "I wanted to go home."

After they knew what her power was, everything started to go back to the normal well as normal as it would be with a kid with powers. Her parents visit her when they can. She stills has the limiter on because she doesn't have total control over her powers. All she does is train and sometimes help out while studying. She likes it but all she wants is to have the chance to help the someone. All Kai wants is freedom.

- Danielle Javen | Mother | 36 - A caring mother who loves to see Kai whenever she can. She loves her like she was her biologically child. She is her child. No matter what. She tells Kai, she loves her every day and calls her every night to say goodnight even though she is 19.
- Aaron Javen | Father | 34 - An overprotective dad who hates any girl or boy that comes near his little girl.
Shadow Manipulation:
Kai has control over shadows and the ability to subsume herself within them, only to be able to emerge in any location currently shrouded in darkness. If a location is lit up with light, that location becomes inaccessible. Locations that she can enter and exit from must be known locations. Long distance or broad location jumps are possible but is extremely dangerous as the emerging shadow would be an unknown location. She can also manipulate the shadows cast by inanimate objects as well as her own shadow. These manipulations act and behave as regular shadow but provide locations and spots to rapidly jump back and forth from. Adapted to life in the darkness, she retains normal levels of vision in complete darkness.
- Shadow Shielding can pull shadows off of inanimate objects or herself to shield herself, almost making herself a shadow allowing the attack to go right through her. She is basically hiding from the attack.
- Shadow Adaptation: adapts to the dark, she has night vision almost, and heightened senses to adapt to the dark. When she is in the dark, her gray eyes glows slightly but she can control that and make them seem normal.
Limitations:
- shadows aren't made light: she is useless in light but only if she cannot find some shadow to either escape or make something of it. If not, she's screwed. Like very screwed.
- too much light: She cannot be in the light without glasses. With her shadow adaptation, her eyes are slightly more sensitive to the light, so when she is outside she sometimes have to wear darker shade glasses to protect them and to avoid getting headache
- too light a shadow is, the weaker the power is: if the shadow is too light, her power is weak. She can barely jump or not at all. She is useless in that situation and will have to escape.
Playing Guitar/Singing: She's a pretty decent guitar player so she plays whenever she can. But not in public because she doesn't think she is very good at singing or guitar player.

Stealth: She can sneak around without making a sound. She is quiet, so she learned how to sneak up someone and scare the crap outta them. It's quite useful for stealth jobs or pranking someone. Which she does alot.

Martial Arts: With her power, she is mainly a background player but she needs to make sure that if she has to fight for her life she can by training her body to be stronger. She is a master of it but she still trains every day. Making sure herself doesn't fall behind.

Drive - Enna always wants to do something. Be it moving around or changing something about his life, he wants to keep trying everything, in the hopes that he'll find meaning and enjoyment. It's what prompts him to take risks as much as he does, and the reason he's stuck with Pritchard's crew for so long.

Calm - Enna's lack of caring leads to him seeming to be utterly calm and bored in most things he does. The depressing resting face is a constant look for him, and he tends to be quite quiet, until given chance for action and risk. Even in the heat of battle, he can seem as bored as he would be watching paint dry.

Fake - Enna tries to present himself as a man who is holding himself together well and has his life figured out. This is not the case, but he'll almost always insist that he's happy, and has meaning in his life.

Ennui - Finding a true reason to care about life is difficult for Enna. Throughout his life, he always feels as if he is going through the motions, and he secretly feels that absolutely everything is pointless, and doesn't truly have any idea what his life is meant to be. He does his best to fill the void, with superficial relationships, objects of purely material worth, and by trying to do something good in staying as a member of Pritchard's crew. Sometimes, he can't help but feel purely frustration, and he might lash out in anger, not seeming like his usual calm self.

History
Enna's parents were Irish immigrants, who both came to the USA to work in separate law firms. They raised him lovingly, but couldn't help but notice that something was off about him as he got older. As he approached his late teens, he began to find interest in less and less, despite doing so much and trying all sorts of new things all the time. A doctor found that he wasn't depressed, nor did he have any other mental health issues. The man recommended he just keep trying and it'll improve soon enough.
The doctor was wrong. After several years, still, nothing held much meaning. Everything just felt like going through the motions, though he was motivated enough to never stop trying. This was when his powers manifested, and he caused a minor fire in his parents' back garden. His parents were understanding, but wary.
Enna decided to make it easier for everyone by moving out and going through AEGIS. He ended up becoming a vigilante after finishing at Facility 108 to pay his bills as well as to satisfy his need for risk, going out wearing a metal mask and flame-retardant trousers and boots. During his work, he often operated alongside the local police force, and he struck up a strong bond with the officer he worked with most - Pritchard Knight. Enna has always found that Pritchard is one of the few sorts of people that can help him feel a glimmer of enjoyment and meaning, which means a lot to someone so starved of these things.
The two of them decided to leave their respective careers once Pritchard had his injury, and Enna wanted to keep working with him. Facility 108 is where they ended up, working as security guards, and they are still there up to the present day.
Mr and Mrs Cinaed
Enna's parents. They don't live close by enough to visit regularly, but he sees them a couple of times per year. Their relationship even when they meet up is slightly strained - they love Enna, but are still wary of him, and don't truly understand him, nor does he truly understand them. He finds it difficult to open up to them, especially with how they almost fear him - though they still care for him out of love.

Pritchard Knight
Enna and Pritchard have known each other for years, and have worked together for almost as long. The two get on very well together, and an acute observer might notice signs of some flirting...
Phoenix
Enna can create fiery wings (solid constructs) that sprout from his back. They allow some clumsy, slow flight, but their main ability is to burn and spread fire anywhere they touch. The flames burn at approximately 800 degrees centigrade. They're only about as strong as his beefy arms would be scaled up, but being longer means that leverage is not on his side.
- Fire Immunity: Enna is entirely immune to the effects of heat and fire. He could go into the sun and not burn.
- Avian shield: the wings are actually solid and strong enough to block bullets of even larger calibres
Limitations
- Exertion: While not at the same level as real wings would be, the wings do require some effort to use, and will tire Enna just like running might.
- Speed/clumsiness: Enna's physiology is just that of a human and he has no tail feathers, meaning that his flight is slow and clumsy at best, only maxing out at just over normal running speed.
- Where there's fire there's smoke: The wings produce smoke and take up precious oxygen when they're out. Without proper ventilation anyone present, including Enna, could have trouble breathing. Not nearly enough smoke is produced to be useful in combat, but just enough to make their use in smaller spaces unwise.
- Squishy human: Enna's human body is pretty normal, meaning that while his wings could block a high-calibre bullet, his body is normal otherwise.
Fitness: Enna keeps himself at a high standard of strength and fitness, regularly working out. He's certainly well above average.

Close Combat: Enna's learnt how to fight over the years, as well as how to incorporate his power in order to protect himself, move around the battle and take down foes. He can't totally rely on his power, as there aren't many non-lethal, uncruel ways to take someone down with enormous wings of fire.

Tracking: As a vigilante, it turned out that Enna had a talent for finding and getting a hold of people. Through his own experience, he's become skilled at it, a useful skill for finding persecuted supers, anti-supers and supervillains alike.

History
Your name is Nix. Your life has been fairly normal up until this point, save for a few exceptions. That is not to say however that you are just a bland and normal person however, rather you are quite unique. You presently live with your parents, adopted sister, and canine companion in a fairly well off neighborhood. Both of your parents work and you are all not for want of money. From a young age you were regarded as especially bright due to your ability to help your classmates if they were confused by what was going on in class. It was as if whenever you explained something to them they would always understand it.

And then you started talking to animals.

That is why you are now at Aegis, because you are required to be there. However you do not see this as a sentence or in any sort of negative light. Rather you regard this as a new experience. You do not know what the future holds in store for you, but you are certain that you are ready to face it.
Aria Chrysanthemum
Your adopted little sister. You get along very well and she is pretty grateful towards you and his family for taking her in. However she isn't above calling you out if you is being spiteful. If anything, she sees it as her responsibility to protect you, much akin to how a knight would protect a princess.

Hunter
A Germain Shepard. You can actually speak with him and therefore knows that he is very wise and thoughtful. He was a former police dog before being forced out onto the streets after an incident. He seems to wish to atone for what happened then, but he has not told anyone the details of that incident yet.
Communication
Nix has the absolute ability to communicate both verbally and through writing, language, gesture, and visuals. This means for example that they can read things like ancient Hieroglyphics as if they were English and also speak fluent Russian despite never having learned the language. To Nix it appears as if it is in their native language, and to the one who they are communicating with they also receive the communication in their native language. They can also use this to identify obscure symbols or if something is in a font that is hard to understand. Nix will be able to receive the ideas being communicated. Because of this they can also easily read through ciphers and secret codes as if they were just plain English. As an extension of their ability to communicate, they can also speak with animals. Most notably, they do this with their companion Hunter. However this can be done with any animal. Different animals will respond differently, and this is reflective of the individual animal's intelligence, their life experiences, and their emotional state. However, if Nix attempts to communicate with an animal, regardless of any of these they will understand and if they attempt to communicate with Nix then they will understand.

Limitations
- Understanding =/= Comprehension: Just because Nix can understand and communicate with pretty much everyone and everything does not mean that they can comprehend it. If for example they were presented with a book of Quantum Physics in Arabic they would be able to read it just fine. They would not however be able to understand what was in the book, despite being able to read it.
- Anti-Cipher: Nix is unable to communicate in secret codes. They can lie still, but they cannot write in any form of cipher as what they express will be understood by any other. If Nix attempts to cipher something by use of code words however, anyone reading the message would understand both the normal message and the one that Nix had hidden.
- Overload: Nix has the ability to understand anything. However, this makes it difficult at times for them to ignore information. They can be overwhelmed by a constant bombardment of information, especially if it is all seemingly random information with no link. For example, if Nix were standing in the middle of Las Vegas they would not experience much difficulty processing information due to it all sharing common themes and a setting, like signs for casinos and restaurants and such. But if you played a bunch of music from different languages all at once near them they would understand what each singer is saying at once at the same time. This would overwhelm them.
Acting: Nix loves acting and roleplaying. They have a great imagination and love to apply it whenever and wherever they can.

Gaming: Nix loves all sorts of games, and tries to play them whenever they are able. This is not just limited to board games though, but also tabletop games, card games, and roleplaying games are things that Nix can really get behind.

Cooking: Nix is a fantastic chef and has only gotten better over time. Their food is to die for, and their family loves how often they love to cook as well.

Not Always Knowing When to Quit: Nix tries to get things to work if they believe that they can can. While this can be an admirable trait, it also can lead to them not abandoning something when they clearly should.

Spite: As previously mentioned, Nix can hold a grudge. If they holds a grudge against someone Nix may in fact act out of spite towards them until they consider the debt repaid.
Smartphone: [Tool] The device with which you access the interwebs and thine myriad of applications. You use this for gaming, social media, music, videos, and to gather information. It is a bit on the high end side, for you prefer to not skimp on tech.

Portable Gaming Systems: [Tool] The devices with which you amuse thineself when thou hast free time. You are a particular fan of Nintendo systems, but you always keep an assortment of these with you with a few select games with which you deem masterpieces, personal favorites, or good games to introduce others to gaming or specific game genres.

Tablet: [Tool] The device which thou uses for thine work and other such things. The ebook library on this is enormous and covers a wide variety of subjects. Blank is a rather intuitive and insightful person, being able to read between the lines of people's words as well as have insight on the body language of a person. He's able to figure out the general atmosphere of a conversation or group of people based off of such details, as well as is able to speak the right words in order to keep conversation at a calm level.

Blank is a materialistic individual. He's firmly in the belief that the only things a person can trust are themselves, and the things they hold in their hand. To him, money is essentially the golden ticket through life, second only to a handgun and a phial of deadly poison.

Rebellious
Blank has a tendency to do as he pleases, rather than listen to what others tell him to do. Often times this gets him into trouble, though it's often this self-reliance that gets him out of all his problems. He's a sharp mind and sharper wits that tell him otherwise when people try to direct him, which often times leads him to the right destination and outcome. To him, the rules placed on a person are merely the lies of another person.

"What others think is best for me doesn't matter. What I trust are the solutions I find to my problems, because otherwise I'd have dropped dead by now trying to follow these rules and procedures."

Restless
Restless sums up Blank very well. He's never able to go a minute without doing something with his hands, pacing around, or performing some complex task that uses the entirety of his mind. Otherwise, he goes insane from the stress of not being occupied by something. For this reason, or perhaps the other way around, he's developed a severe case of Insomnia in which sleep has become a near-impossible thing for him.

Atomic Manipulation
Possessing the ability to manipulate atoms, Blank is capable of reshaping, reforming, reacting, recreating, and removing substances from an environment at an atomic, and in some cases, subatomic level. This allows for the formation of unique metals, decomposition of substances that provide an obstacle to Blank, the creation of unique poisons and medicines alike, as well as the ability to alter the way physics act upon a substance by manipulating that substances properties.
- Molecular Sight: Grants Blank the ability to "see" the atoms and molecular structures inside of a substance, acting somewhat as a "third eye" that relays to him the structure of a substance in any way his mind can provide a visual for him.
- Passive Deconstruction: Blank is capable of, through memorization, set his body to naturally decompose and deconstruct certain compounds and formations within his body. For instance, if he were to find himself with a deadly poison in his body or elsewhere around him and analyze it, by memorizing the composition his body can automatically begin deconstructing the poison the moment his body begins noticing the familiar substance within it; turning the substance into its basic atoms and clearing them out through pours and by turning the substance into other known compounds that are harmless.
Limitations
- Knowledge: Blank is only capable of manipulating and creating things that he already knows. For instance, he has to know the molecular structure of a substance in order to create it. If he is unaware of the substance's composition or substances within, it cannot be created. However, this does not apply to things that are present in the space around Blank, though Blank must be aware those substances are present in order to manipulate them and see their composition.
- Resources: Blank is incapable of creating something from nothing. The atoms being used to create a substance must be present. If the substances are not present, then all that can be done is to produce a microscopic nuclear fusion, which is extremely unstable and very dangerous to the user and anyone around, as well as very taxing on both the mind and the body, so much so it would leave Blank too exhausted to even apply his abilities elsewhere.
- Environment: Blank has a limited space in which he can manipulate atoms and molecules, being the immediate area around him, at most a range of five feet in any one direction (with extreme effort to reach the full five). This limits how much he can actually do at one given moment, however within that one space anything his mind is knowledgeable about and that obeys the laws of physics becomes possible.
- Life: Blank cannot perform any manipulation on living cells. He cannot create, destroy, reshape, or reform a living cell in any way. The closest exception to this is the ability to mess with the charged particles within a person's nerves, however requiring direct, skin-to-skin contact with the region of the body the targeted nerves are in.

History
Born the seventeenth of September, Maribelle was born with a bit of whimper instead of a bang. Her natal experience was filled with peril and complications as she was a considerably unhealthy baby. Remaining on respirator for a month after her birth, it was through the actions of her doctors that the struggling baby began to heal and grow.

Putting on weight and adjusting through her rough birth, Maribelle began to flourish in her childhood. A happy and joyous child, she was a boon to her parents and a pleasure to be around.

Alas, her childhood innocence wouldn't last and as she grew into herself, the majority of her teenage years were filled with conflict, internal mostly.

Shaving half her head and dying her hair black, Maribelle went on a soul searching journey. Destructive certainly but out of the ashes she gained knowledge of herself and returned with newfound purpose to her family. Returning to school, she went through the usual stages of student life, a roaring freshman year followed by depression and then hardworking stagnation until the shocking and sudden death of her father in an overseas terror attack.

Stricken with grief, her latent Metahuman gene activated with a bang. Speeding through her registration, Maribelle found herself filled with new purpose, power and the collective emotions and opinions of the United States populace.

Doing what anyone would with her gifts, she began a very public campaign across the globe but soon was brought back to the US for a country wide tour. It's a tour of grand proportions. A public victory tour and display of the great successes of the American Metahuman.

Feats of strength and speed, explosive displays of fireworks, and well timed publicized feats of vigilantism all displayed for people to see. Traveling from West to East, The Liberty Belle has suddenly taken a beeline for Baltimore. Maybe Maryland was on the schedule or maybe a growing situation was on hand and the US Govt and AEGIS representatives alike desired to have a bit of propaganda on hand.

Dear mother and American Senator from the great state of Idaho. A loving and close relationship built on a solid family foundation. There are moments of one sidedness though as Maggie often will use her daughter as a political tool to gain favor and popularity.

The noted Russian Metahuman Anarchist/Supremacist, they have physically fought on numerous occasions, the most recent of which ended in with Maribelle being banned from Russian and Crimean soil. Their relationship is heated and personal, with a great deal of hate/hate vibes going on.

O' say can you see. Mary channels power and ability from the body of land containing the United States of America and outlying territorial holdings. This power is channeled into several different inherent 'powers' reflecting facets of American glory.
- Rockets Red Glare: Capable of nearing hypersonic flight, Mary can fly unassisted and survive the conditions associated with this.
- Broad stripes and bright stars: Both durability and strength are increased to superhuman levels. Able to essentially lift buildings and deflect even the heaviest caliber munitions off her body.
- Bombs bursting in air: Able to project short range explosive bursts from her fists, these blasts are similar in force to C4 and increase with applied force. The generated explosions release copious amounts of light, sound, and color patterns.
Limitations
- Political Discourse: During cycles of political turmoil, Mary suffers intense mood swings and visible body/appearance changes that are painful and distracting.
- Sedition: Perception and outward diplomatic relations of the United States of America affect Mary. Determining a great deal of her scale of power and ability. This does have an inverse affect if a high level of internal patriotic fervor conflicts with world opinion, causing a war hawk state where Mary is 'super charged' but dangerously hostile.
- Foreign Power: Maribelle gives off a constant passive aura of Americanization and intimidation. Her presence often grates against citizens of foreign countries and causes conflict over a period of time in direct correlation to time
- Cultural Melting Pot: During recognized holidays and cultural celebrations, Mary takes on and exhibits physical, emotional, and mental characteristics of the days in question leading to great deals of civic confusion regarding her identity and status.

He is a very optimistic and happy person who is in the belief that being miserable and edgy as a teen is one hundred percent overrated by now. You won't ever see him wallowing in self-pity or misery and seems very capable of simply shrugging off anything that might try and ruin his day, be it a person or something else entirely, he'll always try and think positively about it. If he fails something, he'll be sure to succeed at it next time, if he does something embarrassing he can definitely make a joke about it and if he breaks an arm he'll probably be more concerned about how many people he can get to sign it than the fact that it's broken.

Samuel is a total softie. He likes being nice to people and seems to be pretty affectionate with anyone who actually knows him, even if you are just a friend or simple acquaintance. Cute things are nice, as are cute people. Samuel is also often concerned about people in general and seems to make it his mission to make you feel better about yourself and make your day as great as possible, even if you are a bit of a douchebag to him, that won't stop him.

He seems to be the type of guy who seems very fond of either complimenting or flirting with people to such an extent that it's genuinely difficult to tell whether he's actually interested in someone or just complimenting you to an excessive degree. Whatever it is, he seems to enjoy pointing out the positives in people no matter who you are and show's no signs of stopping this habit of his anytime soon. Most conversations he has with people, be you a total stranger or friend, will always be accompanied by him complimenting you a variety of ways.

Suspicious
Samuel has the tendency to be annoyingly suspicious of people and can come off as extremely overbearing as a result of it. He'll constantly ask you if you're okay if something goes slightly wrong and even if you say yes and if you are he might just think you're lying anyway. This suspicion also extends into the territory of nosiness, because he practically wants to know everything about someone and something, often attempting to ask as many questions as one can. Controlling his curiosity is not one of his abilities.

History
Samuel is the second child of an American woman who works as an accountant and a french immigrant who came to the USA to teach foreign languages. Life was pretty simple, being an upper-middle class family allowing them to enjoy a variety of luxuries without having to worry about running out of money and his parents being good parents. As a child, he was always bubbly and had the tendency to jump into all sorts of things, which eventually lead to him joining an obscene amount of clubs and developing a rather grand circle of friends, with Samuel being much nicer and being more of a social butterfly than his sister, who had the tendency to be overly aggressive to strangers in comparison to Sam's niceness and she often being ever so slightly grouchy all day every day.

He went to one of the best school's in Baltimore, mainly because his parents placed a strong emphasis on the education of their children, which also were his father worked, ensuring that he and his sister were not capable of skipping on homework and made them put in maximum effort when it came to working, lest their father rear his friend. Of course, Samuel also enjoyed the advantage of learning all the juicy school gossip from his dad, mainly what other teachers thought of students, which he and his sister enjoyed greatly.

This consistent normalcy in his life, however, was disturbed when his powers manifested in the middle of School. He and his friend wanted to talk during the middle of assembly without drawing the wrath of the teachers making sure everyone was quiet and behaving, which resulted in Samuel and his friend starting to talk to each other mentally, which they didn't notice at first until a few seconds after they began a conversation, which resulted in his friend shouting about it and drawing everyone's attention, including his father's. He was quickly taken to the Commonwealth, where at first the Scientist's found it problematic finding out what his power actually did when they tested him on his own but eventually cracked it when they included a secondary test subject.

After that, he was swiftly enrolled in AEGIS, with his parents and siblings not showing much care aside from the fact that they had heard that Facility 108 wasn't exactly a very...how they would say....tame, place of education alongside the recent events surrounding it. Of course, they believed it best that he go anyway so he could learn how to control his powers and be around people like him.

Your average upper-middle class family, with the matriarch of the family drawing in most of the money as a result of her accounting job and the father getting a fairly decent pay as a foreign language teacher at one of the best school's in the city of Baltimore.
- Marianne┆47┆Mother - Works at a pretty snazzy bank and brings back a hefty amount of money when she gets paid. Loves her son like any Mother and seems to appreciate that he gives her an easier time than his siblings. Samuel loves her like a son should and also likes the mild favoritism shown towards him by his mom
- Cecil┆45┆Father - Works at the School Samuel attends as the foreign languages teacher, who teaches both german & french to students. Loves his son like any father, although he's much less willing to let things slide unlike his wife, he's basically the enforcer who makes sure Samuel actually does the work required. Samuel loves his father and greatly enjoys the School gossip which he gets to hear from his dad.
- Beatrice┆20┆Sibling - The first child who is much less sunshine and rainbows than Samuel. They have a bit of a sibling rivalry, mainly when it comes to who's better at what physical activities. Despite this, they care about each other. In comparison to her mellow brother who's willing to shrug things off, Beatrice is much more willing to beat the utter shit out of you if you're mean to her brother because that's her job. Sure, she might be a normie, but that won't stop her from kicking your teeth in with absolute pleasure.
- Adrian┆11 ┆Sibling - The third child, he's much more similar to his brother in personality but overdoes it ever so slightly because of his extreme hyperactivity and what seems to the inability to tire himself out. Samuel cares about him and Adrian seems to think that his brother is cool because of his powers, wishing for some of his own. His wish may be granted in the future as a result of being a latent super.

Psionic Symbiosis
Samuel is capable of establishing a mental connection with a total of two people at a time. This means that those people who are connected to him are put in something of a Mental chatroom. If he were to be connected with someone, he could send a telepathic message to them and they'd be able to send a telepathic message to him or the other person connected to him. This also results in those he is connected with to remain fully aware of where those within the connection are located, so if someone was still within his range but in a different room, he'd be aware of them being in said room. The Symbiosis is also responsible for letting Samuel make use of his powers and without a connection being established, he is practically powerless until he sets one up with at least one person.
- Psychokinetic Constructs: He is capable of creating a variety of constructs created out of Psionic energy, allowing him to create things such as a sword or crossbow to fight others with and even create a defensive barrier to repel damage. Samuel is able to give Psychokinetic constructs to those he is connected with, so if you are connected with him, he can make a sword for you but you cannot make it yourself.
- Psionic Salve: Samuel is capable of healing those he has established a mental connection with through some form of extremely limited in scope telekinesis. This allows him to do things such as close wounds or hastens the regeneration of someone if need be, however, he is only capable of healing those he has established a connection with. If you are not connected to him, you cannot receive any healing no matter how hard he tries.
Limitations
- No team, no powers: To actually make use of his powers, even his Psychokinetic Constructs, he needs to have established a connection with at least one person. If he does not have any connections established, he quite simply cannot make use of any of his abilities. Though his abilities make him a fantastic team player, he is basically useless without others to aid him.
- Well, you ain't part of the team: His powers may only benefit those who are connected with him. If he were to attempt to materialize a Psychokinetic sword construct to someone who is not connected to him, it would simply disappear immediately. Likewise, he cannot heal those he is not connected with.
- I can't do that to myself: Samuel is only capable of healing others, not himself, with his Psionic healing capabilities. So whilst those he has a connection with can most likely sustain a greater amount of damage because he may mitigate said damage, he does not benefit from such durability because of this.
- It ain't gonna happen instantly ya know: To establish a connection and construct Psychokinetic constructs, it takes around two seconds, which means that it allows those who are perceptive enough to notice this opening to quickly disturb Samuel and screw up the process, which would force him to restart the whole thing all over again. The time needed to heal wounds is also variable, with extremely serious ones such as missing limbs or extensive damage requiring something around ten-fifteen minutes whilst something like a papercut can be healed immediately.
- CAN YOU STAND STILL PLEASE: To heal those he is connected with, he needs to maintain physical contact with them. So if he's connected with someone across the room, he cannot just heal you whilst somewhere else but has to come and maintain physical contact to heal any wounds that have been sustained.
- Stick with me: You can't just go wandering off doing your own thing and assume the connection remains. The connection has a maximum range of 250 meters, if those he is connected with stray from this area of effect, then the connection will immediately break and cease to be.
- Ask before you do: Samuel can't just go "surprise bitch" and establish a connection with any random person, he's gotta ask the person and require their consent beforehand. If he were to attempt to establish a connection without asking, the person could put up even the tiniest mental resistance and they'd be able to repel the ability.
- You're a strong, independent being: Those who he has established connections too may break the connection at any time if they wish too and Samuel won't be able to prevent them from doing so. If they don't want it, they shall not have it.
- Just a bit of focus needed: Samuel needs a low level of concentration to make use of his Psychokinetic Constructs and Psionic Salve abilities. If he were to be disturbed by suddenly being surprised or be extremely distressed, he might not be capable of utilizing those abilities and constructs which have already been made would shatter immediately.
- You can't get everyone in on the party: Samuel has a total limit on the number of people he can connect to with his Psionic Symbiosis at a time, this limit being two people at once. If he were to attempt to establish a connection with more people, it would not work.
- Not everyone can join the party: Samuel's powers can only effective those who are not immune to Psychic effects, so those who are immune to them are not capable of having a connection with Samuel. Likewise, his power only works on humans, so animals and shape-shifters who can turn into things that aren't human may not benefit from the connections he is capable of establishing.
Sports: Samuel attends every sports club his school has to offer and also goes to a few sport groups outside of that, which makes him fairly adept at a variety of physical activities such as tennis, football, baseball, swimming and whatever else you can think of.

Fashion: Being ever so slightly vain and also being fond of helping people out, Samuel is rather skilled at keeping up with the latest trends of how people should look and making people look good, be it someone else or him. If you look like crap and don't know how to dress, Samuel is a great help in fixing all of that.

Being organized: Samuel is a very busy person with all his clubs, working to get some money so he can spend it on stuff he wants and be doing the chores around the house to get some more money and to ensure his parents don't disown him anytime soon. To keep up with all of this, he's become very good at making timetables and ensuring everything comes together.

Not caring: He works in retail and you either have two options when it comes to working in such a job, you don't care about the opinion of others or you just die inside slowly and lose faith in humanity altogether. He chose the former. Samuel is pretty skilled at shrugging off the rudeness of others such as a lady screeching about how she wishes to see the manager because she somehow can't return this shirt from two years ago that now has a stain on it and you not allowing her to return it makes you a terrible human equal to genocidal dictators or seeing the things that are left behind when indecent people go into the changing stalls to see how clothes look on them, because people do weird things in them that vary from odd to downright horrific to see.

JOLLY COOPERATION: Samuel is aware how not to be an asshole and pile all the work on someone else in the group and is also fully aware of how working as a team will probably be beneficial to everyone involved. As such, he's grown a bit skillful in organizing, encouraging and rallying people so they don't tear each other's throats out or do nothing at all.

History

As a child, Trent grew up in a wealthy household were perfection was expected of every member of the family. Pushing him to continually find ways to improve, Trent's father often expressed his disappointment in his seven year old son's lack of perfection. It wasn't long after that Trent began to physically train his body. On his 8th birthday he became a child model and was the only child under 10 years with the muscle tone he had acquired. Despite his success as a model, his father disapproved all the same. The disapproval turned into physical abuse with shoving & hitting. Every time he brought home a paper with a grade less than 100% he would receive, sometimes an excessive (when his father was intoxicated), a thrashing, usually with a leather strap. Trent oddly enough continued to seek his father's approval and pushed himself to be perfect in every way as he continued through his teen years. It wasn't until he was 17 and he had finally found perfection, or what he had thought constituted it. He had reached valedictorian status and had been accepted to Cambridge Law after acquiring 600 UCAS points. His father, rather than congratulating Trent, backhanded him across the face as he shouted "ONLY 600 UCAS POINTS?!?!? I HAD OVER 700 WHEN I WAS YOUR AGE!!!! YOU ARE A DISGRACE!". That's when it happened... Trent's skin began to glow and the impact of his father's hand bounced from his face only millimeters from his skin as a ripple of energy crossed his face from where he had been "struck". He felt nothing as he looked up into the face of the family patriarch. Trent was not sure what exactly was going on, but what he did realize was that his father could no longer hurt him.

After that incident, he left home and never looked back. He was able to stand on his own, he knew who he was and what he needed to do for success. Trent kept his powers to himself and went to law school, graduating in record time. It was only a handful of years after when he was disbarred from practicing law when his powers were discovered due to the European Union distrusting supers when it came to actual justice. The fear was they would interfere in the process and sway a jury in their favor, thus negating a 'fair trial'. Since family had been the driving force for him to succeed it backfired and created a narcissistic young man who seeks fame, power and wealth. What drives him is the will to become even more recognized than his father and to be able to look down upon him from his higher status in society.

He knew that if he couldn't gain fame from taking down big names in the UK that he would have to make a new name for himself across the pond as a 'Halo'. It was much different than Trent had imagined when he thought about helping local officials round up common criminals. Sure he got his name and picture in the paper a few times but it wasn't the fame he was after, he needed more. That's when Trent had heard about the Aegis facility and decided to apply for a position....

Primary Power

Protective Medical Barrier: Trent has the ability to create a solid barrier that makes it impossible for atoms to pass through The barrier has regenerative properties and anyone within the barrier is "showered" with accelerated regeneration.
- Supporting Power: Trent has the ability to pass through the barrier he creates.
Limitations
- There can be only one...: Trent can only have ONE barrier up at a time whether it is his "natural" self barrier or one he creates at a distance
- Size does matter...: The size of the barrier cannot exceed 720 cubic feet (that's roughly a dome 7ft high and 14ft in diameter). The height and diameter can change, but the volume of which it can hold remains the same. The barrier does have a "floor" to it and is always a domed shape
  (which is where the enhanced strength partially comes from).
- Can't touch this... yet: Trent's barrier will not allow atoms to pass through it. While his barrier is extremely durable, it does take a toll on him. He can generally keep a barrier active as long as he needs if there is nothing catastrophic going on (small gun fire, thrown objects, etc...). If the barrier is hit by a vehicle, it would take a chunk out of Trent's energy holding it in place. A single object colliding would take a bit out of him, but if nothing else occurred he would regain his energy due to the accelerated regeneration. He could hold the barrier in place for six hours before really needing to rest. A constant barrage of large objects, munitions, etc, would take its toll and Trent would only be able to hold it for 15 minutes before he passed out from exhaustion.
- Don't die on me now!: Trent's barrier provides a regenerative effect on those inside. While it will not regenerate limbs, it will close up wounds in a cauterizing way and after some extended time it will heal moderate wounds. Example: A gash on the forehead would stop bleeding after 30-45 seconds and it would be healed after 5 minutes.
- Don't distract me...: Trent can project a barrier up to 35m away. While doing so he must be solely focused on that barrier in order to keep it active. He may project the barrier or materialize it centered on himself, which is easier to maintain and take less focus due to the regenerative effects it provides.
Skill: Bluffing - because of his "silver tongue" Trent can often bluff his way out of a sticky situation, one where his powers are not sufficient.

Skill: Calculating - Trent, being a Cambridge Law grad, knows how to assess risk to ensure that before he commits to a task that it will bring him some level of public recognition.

Flaw: Narcissistic - Trent takes immaculate care of himself (hence the health 3) and prides himself on his dashing good looks and social status. If a single hair is out of place, a thread loose on his clothes, or anything else cosmetically wrong with him then there's an issue and he needs to get it resolved immediately. He feeds off of fame in any form, but is an insatiable need.

Flaw: Egotistical – Trent places a lot of value on himself and loves to talk about his accomplishments in order to make others feel envious of him.

Generous
There's nothing that's Aiden's that isn't anybody else's. If he's eating something, he is always eager to share. In fact he might offer it before anyone can even ask. If someone ask to borrow one of his books, the boy will happily say yes, only asking for sometime to finish it, if it's the one he's currently reading. Sometimes, the things borrowed return broken and sometimes not at all, but that's just part of the experience...
When passing through someone asking for money, Aiden just can't help it but turn back around and kindly share some coins. It's just some coins after all and they seem to need it a lot more than he does!

Modest
Every time something he's done get's praised, Aiden quickly replies with "Uh? T-that was nothing...", "Anyone else could have thought of that.", "I'm not that good of an artist, it's just a hobby." The boy can't stand taking a spotlight for anything. He doesn't think he's worth any more than other people in any area. Reveling in your accomplishments, that is just being awful, isn't it? No one should flaunt what they have or can do in front of others like that.

Indecisive
Upon the struggle of trying to please and make everyone happy, when a fight between friends happens, Aiden is incapable of picking sides. If he sides with one person the other will be unhappy and perhaps, see the siding as treachery, so instead what he chooses to do is stay neutral and try to conciliate both points of view. It doesn't always work and then both sides may get angry at him as a side effect... Aiden's choices are also extremely malleable, as in, he is never a hundred percent sure of them and may change his mind quickly when offered another path by a more inspiring person. Sometimes his initial idea turns out to have been the best option anyway...

Diffident
Due to his story with his dad, having a frail health, and an extremely shy, introverted personality, Aiden often lacks confidence in himself to stand up and speak his mind, even when he or someone else clearly needs help. It can be the most dire of moments, the amount of time this boy needs to gather just a little bit of courage is enough that when he finally finds the determination to go and do something about it, he might have already lost his chance. It doesn't help that since this pattern is often repeated, he can only see himself as too impotent and weak to deal with anything properly.
Thus, Aid ends up just listening quietly, bottling his emotions and fading into the background. He truly wants to help, but there's always the possibility that he'll end up making the situation worse. That alone, is enough reason for the boy to not act at all... Yeah. Someone else is certainly better suited for this situation than him.

In the occasion Aiden does act, it may be because the repetition has become so unbearable there's a dire need to let something out. Listening to the boy finally complaining about every single thing that has been bothering him for quite a long time, it's always a shocking and rather surprising experience.

History

Aiden doesn't really recall the times his parents were together, neither that they were happy, but it surely happened. The passionate couple, Sophia and Darren, had finally settled down to start a family, after he had finished college, gotten his first job and saved it to buy an apartment. Sophia also helped with part of her fast food employee salary, neither of their imediate families had a problem with it, and anyone who had was promptly ignored as the pair went in the pursuit of their dream. Speed up a couple years, Aiden is born and everything seemed to be going smoothly for the new parents. Sure, when it is the first kid, there's always the constant anxiety of doing things wrong and excessive care, that's absolutely normal. But it was still a very peaceful, loving family. And then the boy find out his powers and everything went down hill from there.
Fascinated by drawing from a very early age, two year old Aiden's most preferred pastime was (you guessed it) doing all sorts of creative scribbling at paper. Crayons, markers, he even indulged in using paint once, which didn't end very nicely for the living room's carpet, but that's another story. In the lack of paper, the little boy had decided to draw in the table that time, however, mistakes one of his own markers with a permanent one, which resulted in abstract art being added to a glass center table. Noticing that unlike last time, rubbing the drawings wouldn't make it go away as it normally would, he panicked. Oh no, his parents were going to be upset at him, just like that time he used the crayons on the walls! In middle of his distress Aiden wished the marker's ink to remove itself of the glass...and it did! As if by magic, the ink pooled in a floating puddle merely inches from the table and the day was saved! Not knowing he could try and put it back inside the marker though, little Aiden dropped it in the sink and down the drain, no one had to know he had almost destroyed that table right?

Then on a second occasion, not very long after, a pen had blown and stained Darren's favorite shirt's pocket. Aiden hearing about the disaster, promptly went to his dad, promising he would make it all better again. Confused, the man watched as his son reached out for the stain and the ink just liquefied, pooling in the middle of the air. The boy was proud of himself, but his dad, not so thrilled.
In the next years, Darren, who apparently had some personal and unresolved issues with supers, grew to be distant and harsh towards both Sophia and Aiden. The once loving family environment, became hostile, tense. Sophia's passivity and hopeful behavior certainly didn't help and Aiden couldn't really understand what was happening and why. But as the boy grew up, he became able to understand, question why things were the way they were, and unknowing, made their situation worse. That's when the threats and constant demands started.
For as long as it was just oral harassment it would be fine, Sophia believed, putting up with every single request and reluctantly putting restrains on her son's behavior. Things like what to do and what to say, how to behave next Darren so that she won't be in trouble. Yes, Aiden's mom was time and time again blamed for whatever Aiden did that angered him, or even for what the boy is. Meanwhile, Aiden was charged with the 'crime' of existing, plain, simple and the man seemed determined to remind the boy of that fact, at every occasion he had.

Then it happened, the event that finally broke the cycle. No one remembers exactly what the problem had been, but Darren had clearly lost it. Not carrying that Aiden, almost seven by that time, had been drawing quietly in the same room, the man lurched towards his wife, turning what was a heated argument into straight forward violence. His intentions were clear, he was definitely about to hit her and perhaps, with the furious gaze he had, choke Sophia to death.
Noticing something was amiss, the boy had stopped drawing and at realization of what was about to happen, dashed to his mom with the intent of protecting her. What Darren hit that day wasn't Sophia, but a square of dry ink that had blocked his hand, courtesy of Aiden and his now empty markers. After that the man didn't want to stay, dashing inside, grabbing all of his belongings and leaving their lives forever, much to Sophia and Aiden's relief.

Once again, life became peaceful. Picking the pieces of such a self-destructive and terrorizing relationship sure wasn't easy, but with her son to raise by herself now, Sophia had to be strong and overcome her own fears and doubts several times. That made Aiden's mom into a more independent person, who, despite everything, works towards a goal that been had set until it's completion. That determined atitude plus and some courses Sophia attended to simultaneously to her work, eventually got her a position in a bank chain. It was a lot better than her past jobs, specially the fast-food worker one, but it came with a downside, constant moving. On top of that, Aiden's asthma started acting up, culminating in the boy having very strong attacks during classes, and ending up in the hospital, which was quite a scare. This wasn't the only instance of Aiden being hospitalized. In fact, he had always been the one to get sick more frequently. Being a single mom was hard, but Sophia believes she managed to do it fairly well.
With his health somewhat at bay, Aiden got to be less of a burden (in his own words) and became a support to his mom. He'd encourage her, assist her with chores and maths, everything he could handle to make her able to concentrate at her job more than other things. He started his AEGIS training at age thirteen, in facility 36 in Charlotte, where they had to move to because of his mom's job. Now, two years later, Aiden has been forced to move yet again, this time to Baltimore. After everything he's heard about facility 108, the boy isn't sure of what to expect.

Reasons for Attendance:

Well, it's obligatory so, why wouldn't he be here?
The only reason Aiden is at 108 now it's to finish the training he started back at 36 and really nothing else. He has absolutely no expectations or plans yet. Though, this experience could prove to be enjoyable even if it's an obligation. The boy it's not putting much faith at it, however.
Family
Sophia Simard: Aiden's mom. After Darren left, Sophia had to learn how to be a single mom and overcome her own fears and doubts. She regrets that this is how everything between her and the man ended, but won't deny that it made her into the better version of her possible. Sometimes you need to struggle through life to truly realize what you're capable of.
The woman loves her son and could never have asked for anyone better, Aiden is such a helpful sweetheart and tries all the time to not bother her for every single little thing. At the same time though, if only he could be more outspoken and independent, that would surely do him some good. Sophia thinks there's no point in forcing it, however. It needs to come from his own accord, in time.
Different from Aiden, who seems to not really care about it, Sophia officially removed the 'Fowler' from her ex-husband's family from her own name, to symbolize her triumph over the past and to even strongly, cut all ties with the man.

Darren Otis Fowler: Aiden's dad. The boy barely remembers who he was, but it's indubitable that he wouldn't want to see the man ever again. No one actually knows what is the cause of his issue with supers and he left without ever saying, since neither Sophia nor Aiden had the audacity to question him in the time he was around. Truth be told, they're better off without him.
Ink Manipulation
A more specific type of Paint Manipulation. It is the power to move, solidify, liquefy, and shape ink at will. Aiden is capable of gathering ink from nearby objects and using it either for attack or defense. Shaping it into a club, solidifying and using it to assault a target is as possible, as spreading it on an arc before him and solidifying it to shield him or an ally. He's also capable of liquefying dried ink from, for example, a book and use it at his will. Solidifying the ink, makes it something akin to an inkstick. Not unbreakable, but it can take some damage before it does break.
On top of being already a very specific branch of a power, Aiden's ability is even further limited. So far, there is knowledge of it working solely with pen-ink (most notably ballpoint-pens), book printer-ink and some types of markers, which are either oil-based or alcohol-based. He has tried other things before, like fountain pen ink, but to no avail.
- Intuitive Ink Knowledge: After Aiden has manipulated a new type of ink for the first time, his brain seems to be able to unconsciously record what the composition of it was like, based on the viscosity, which hints at the type of solvent it contains. Again, this is unconscious, he won't be magically reciting their formulas or chemical names. It's just that he can pinpoint which is which, solely by intuition.
  This makes him capable of using his manipulation to unmix ink that ended up together, as long as they're of different types, for example, permanent marker ink and red pen ink.
  It doesn't work when they're of same types because the solvents are way too similar (even worse when they're of the very same brand!), the only difference, most of the time, being the pigments present. If he tried to unmix, for example, blue and red pen ink anyway, it would only further mix both and end up in this a black-ish ink blob, ruined forever.
Limitations
- Not a Drop of Edge: Yes, he can use an assortment of hand movements to shape the ink into whatever shape he wants before solidifying it, but there's a limit to how precise that process can be. Even if the end results resemble swords, knives and other cutting objects, Aiden's work cannot effectively create a perfectly sharp edge or blade. It will always be more of a raw, crystallized form of the item, incapable of piercing and slicing as good as the actual thing could. Unless, of course, the construct is then manually sharpened by someone with a proper sharpening tool.
- Blocked: Aiden's ability is rather weak and therefore can be negated by all kinds of barriers: a single layer of skin (So, no manipulating tattoos), thick glass or just covered in filters, thin walls... The two exceptions are thin plastic (pen cases, some bottles, etc), and when the ink has been slightly absorbed/covered by porous materials such as types of paper or fabric, as long as it's a thin barrier.
- Stock Pile: Ink doesn't come from anywhere, thus if something did happen and Aiden decided to act, he would end up reluctantly using the books and pens on his person or any nearby ink, if he's lucky to find something he can use.
- Too Far: Aiden's ability can only affect ink that is at a max of 7 ft away from him. If he try to precisely move ink out of that range it is as if there is an invisible wall in the 'border', as the liquid ink stops by it and keeps piling up on top of itself unable to go further. A solidified object will simply 'hit' said invisible wall and also be unable to progress. The only way to by-pass the range is throwing ink in a direction (or multiple) and it doesn't go far at all, merely 2 ft more. This makes his full range still be under 3 meters.
- Water-based: The presence of water amidst ink tampers and negates Aiden's ability, due to it's ability to form hydrogen bonds, making the movement of one water molecule pull the rest of them. As such, inks that use water as it's base solvent such as: Fountain-pen ink (Not for lack of trying), Rollerball pen ink and even some types of ink from more common printers, are too cohesive since the water molecules' tend to make the components all 'stick together'. If ink that could be used is entirely covered by a dry layer of water-based ink, Aiden's manipulation can't get to it.
- Don't Rain on My Parade: Following up on how water affects his power, having it interrupt Aiden while he is doing his thing can prove to be quite a problem. Since alcohol can also do hydrogen bonds, the presence of water will tamper with it, making it so that water and the alcohol solvent both bond, diluting the ink and making it more difficult to or outrightly negate Aiden's manipulation over it. When the ink is alcohol-based, the 'inkstick' will dilute even in solid form.
  The oil solvents don't mix with the water itself so they're safe while solid, but if liquid, the ink ends up being further and further spread from it's entirety, causing a similar effect. Once the water dilutes/spreads the ink, it cannot simply be taken apart again. At least, not by his ability.
Skills
- Hobbyist Artist: Aiden loves drawing, more than love drawing he's quite observant of the world around him and enjoys reproducing things he's seem or is seeing into the paper. He has the tendency of seeing patterns and beauty other people mostly ignore in their daily lives and sketching it down to 'preserve' it. This way, it can be seen all the time.
- Avid Reader: Books are one of his passion, specially poetry. Aiden doesn't have that good of a memory to actually memorize and recite the poems, but he enjoys interpreting them beyond the words in the paper. Plus, he has learned some very cool words from reading, which he may end up using occasionally.
- Sorting, Re-sorting: Organization is a must for Aiden and he deeply enjoys organizing anything from bookshelves, to his home's cabinets to even his computer's folders and files. Sometimes though, he'll discover a more practical organization system in a couple months and end up re-organizing things again until he's satisfied. Ask him to sort something out, and he'll gladly do it.
- Quick Mental Maths: After helping his mom with calculating bills, shopping totals and even doing the income tax alongside her, Aiden has gotten pretty sharp with doing mental calculations. He ends up being faster than the calculator sometimes, since it takes a while to write the numbers down and so on.
- Obligations First: With a strong sense of responsibility, Aiden will never prioritize fun over homework and things like that. He feels guilty about indulging in leisure activities while tasks he has been asked to do remain incomplete or even untouched. Thus he will first do every single thing he has to, and only then open a book.
- 'Sidekick': Aiden hates being the center of attention, or the leader of anything, but he adores being the backstage helper. He truly enjoys helping people out, with any little thing that they might need. True, it might be the first time he is doing something like, decorating a cake, but that doesn't get in the way of the boy doing his best at the task. Doesn't always work, but it's definitely fun to at least try.
- Uncomplaining: Part of his diffident trait but slightly different, when it comes to the boy himself, Aiden will not complain about things. If he failed a class, accidentally broke a mirror, left too quickly to eat, had a bad night of sleep, the boy just doesn't see a reason to share those type of things. It's not like talking about them will solve anything, right? At most it'll just remind him of something not so good that happened earlier... Nah, he would prefer to focus on something else more productive.
- Forgiving: Straight forward skill, Aiden absolutely cannot be angry at people for very long. If people come to him legitimately sorry about whatever happened, there's no way he can't forgive them, no matter how bad of a thing they did.
- "I'll Definitely Make It Up To You!" Letting people down it's the number one thing that scares Aiden, thus if it occurs that a plan needs to be changed because of something very urgent, he feels extremely guilty about it. Later on, the boy will do everything in his power to make it up to the person they had to cancel on. The next encounter might even turn out to be better than the canceled one!
Flaws
- Silent: Aiden doesn't normally says much. He prefers to do his own thing most of the time and doesn't like to go bother people at all. Thus, unless actually asked something or engaging in something he truly enjoys and is excited about, Aiden remains quiet, more of an observer than an active participant.
- Detached: Lacking the energy to run after others, if they're gradually distancing from him, Aiden will just let them. Sure, they were friends at some point, and it does bother him that he's ending up alone again, but he just can't muster the effort to do anything about it. He has moved multiple times after all, it's pretty much an irremediable cycle of old friendships withering and new ones blossoming at this point. At the end, they're all momentary.
- But They Helped Too... As mentioned a couple of times, Aiden absolutely hates being the center of attention of anything. Thus, even if the idea that managed to save everyone was his, he would never take full credit of it, attributing it to other people that he thinks helped more than he did.
- "I'm Sorry" Guilt is a big thing for Aiden, and while he can easily forgive others, it is extremely hard for him to forgive himself. It could be something that happened years ago, that everyone already forgave him and forgot, but anything that could even remotely remind him of that fact will make him apologise again, even if he doesn't have to. The constant apologizing can get in the nerves of some people quite fast.
- Inability to Say 'No': Again, Aiden doesn't like feeling he's letting people down, thus he's unable of refusing anything that's asked of him. First, if they came to ask him out of all people, it's probably because he's trusted and deemed the first option (for some reason) and breaking that trust would be an awful thing to do! So he'll accept to do it, even if he's already extremely busy and flooded with tasks, he'll just keep pilling them up until he just can't take it anymore.
- "Can't we really just, talk to them?" Violence is a big no for Aiden, which it's normally a good thing, but then later on keeps him from acting when he has to. It doesn't matter if the enemy has grenade launchers or whatever, he'll always opt for mediating things peacefully until the last minute, when it might already be too late to actually act. The constant 'Can't we really talk this out?' it's bound to get in the nerves of people too.
- Giving Up Without Trying: When he's assisting someone, Aiden is all about trying hard to do the task he has been given, but if he's the only person doing something new and/or that simply looks too hard, then we have another story. When by himself on the task, Aiden barely musters the effort to do things and has the tendency of going 'I can't' or 'This is not going to work' before even actually trying to do it.
  This pessimism and fatalism towards most things will certainly anger those with a temper and/or impatience, the added pressure having the opposite effect and making the boy to not want to try even harder than before.
- "Please, I am not made out of glass..." As an asthmatic and once a pretty severe one, Aiden has had his fine share of people refraining from putting him in situations and treating him as if he could break any second due to his frail health. His asthma has gotten a little better over the years and some people will still do that, which bothers him to no end. He just wants to do the same thing everyone else does, normally. Gym class? Running 3 laps? Sure. Just let him do it. Normally. Please!
Books: [Weapons] These prove to be a great source for water-proof ink but come at a cost. Unless Aiden knows the book exactly, letter by letter, it simply cannot be restored afterwards. This makes the boy extremely reluctant to use them in the first place and it's also the reason why he avoids using the library. Hey, it's a crazy world out there, you'll never know when you need it.
The quantity of books he carries along varies from a max of twelve to six, including any school textbooks that he definitely should not lose or damage in anyway...unless it's an emergency.
If we assume all the books containing 200 pages (textbooks might), that's approximately 7ml of ink per book, meaning the whole stash would vary between 42 or 84 ml of ink or, for the sake of just saying it, 42-84 g of ink. That's almost one sixth to one third of an standard 300ml cup.

Ballpoint-pens: [Weapons] Unlike books, for as long as the ink remains intact pens are reusable. Aiden is constantly carrying about 100 or so pens, separated in blue, red, black and green into four, rather bulky, pencil cases.
This may look like a weird amount of pens for someone to walk around with, but if you consider: that he draws with these, inspiration can come from anywhere, that sometimes pens just stop working without warning and that they don't really have that much ink inside them, it ceases being so incredibly odd.
Considering pens are approximately 0,30 ml of ink inside them this makes about 30 ml of ink in his pen stash, or 30g of ink. It's one tenth of the standard cup.

Kind-Hearted
Despite her past experiences and hown he herself has been treated to this point, she still actively trues to be kind to all others. Some may say she only does this to avoid confrontation or enemies, but others might notice it as the only time any real force of personality seems to exude from her.

Adaptable
As a byproduct of her life in foster care and numerous homes and schools, she has become very much an actively adapting sort. She tends to begin taking on required aspects to fit in as needed within a relatively short time of being somewhere.

Soft-spoken
Melody is not really one to express herself loudly and aggressively. Her tone is nearly always measured and peaceful. As if she were explaining a concept to an easily startled child.

No Self Importance
She has always needed to be what others want, and was hurt otherwise. So she hasn't really had a solid self identity in a long time. She doesn't consider herself important compared to others, hardly forming an opinion based on her own thoughts.

History
Born in Los Angeles originally, Melody was given up for adoption shortly after her birth. It was the first time of many she was given to the foster care system. She jumped around from home to home in rather rapid order. Given up when people were done using her physically or emotionally, or in certain cases when it was discovered she'd affiliated with a gang in the local area. She always did it for friends and safety, but it only ever seemed to backfire.Yet she continued to do it.

One of her case workers thought transferring her away from her home city was the best idea. Yet, in Baltimore she still found a gang of sorts in her high school. One who picked up on her submission and eagerness to befriend rather easily. They thought they'd play a game to initiate the new girl. Either she'd succeed and they'd all profit, or fail and they get a fun story. They convinced her to pick her way into a rival gang members locker to steal and sabotage some of her things. She of course agreed.

It did not go as planned. Oh, sneaking in the locker room during class wasn't dufficult, no. Nor was picking the lock to the locker. However when she was about to leave she found herself confronted by the rival gang member and several friends. They disagreed with her actions via fist on face violence. That didn't turn out to be enough for them. One pulled a knife out on her. She panicked, tried anything to escape.

That was the first time her super gene decided it wanted to be relevant. Between the time the girl tried stabbing her and she began screaming, she changed. Suddenly there was no girl held and pinned by several others. No, there was a sixteen foot King Cobra. It was clearly dazed and confused, Melody stunned by her first use of her ability. But those girls might as well have been bitten for how loudly they screamed and how quickly they ran.

A flurry of things happened following this. Melody was classified and registered as a super and given Rank as appropriate to the Commonwealth belief. Her caseworker pulled her from that school until she could figure out an alternative. And she was sent to Aegis, to learn how to control her ability. She hoped perhaps it would be here she might finally fit in.
Jeremy Stone
Her caseworker. A prim and proper man with high hopes for his case children. Melody likes him as the only person who's consistently cared without asking more of her than she gave.
Shape Shifting
Melody has the ability to change forms into a wide variety of plants, animals, and objects. From a bathtub to a literal phoenix, she has both inane and awesome forms!
- Partial Shifting(Latent/Undiscovered): Melody can shift select portions of herself into other forms.
- Size Shifting(Latent/Undiscovered): Melody can change the size of her forms to become larger or smaller as desired.
Limitations
- Form Choice: Perhaps a permanent limitation, perhaps one she'll get over with time and growth. Melody can't seem to choose which of her forms she transforms into. This can get rather awkward or unpleasant when she gets the opposite of her intended result.
- Damage Transfer: Any wound gained while in her forms will transfer to a similar degree when she turns back. The reverse holds true as well. Ex remove a limb in human form, dragon fly only has 3 wings. Stab a bird's eye out, one less eye in human form.
- Time Constraints: Any form she stays in for an hour or more she is stuck in until 24 hours from the time she transformed. She has no clue why, but has made sure it only happened the first time.
- Instinct Control: When she transforms and when she changes back, she has control issues over the forms natural instincts. After transforming back she retains some of those instincts for a time in human form.
- Shift Time: Depending on the form she can take from ten seconds to a minute.
- Human Base: She must return to human form to shift to another form.
- Shift Delay: She must wait five minutes between shifting forms. This does not include becoming human again after changing.
- Animal Speech: She can't speak English, or any other human language, while in an animal form that doesn't have the ability to also speak that language. So no talking dogs or snakes!
Lockpicking: A skill she was taught by one of the varying gangs she joined "voluntarily" as a child. She has honed it for several years and can now pick pretty much any run of the mill lock, and a few types of more complex locks.

Extended Plant and Animal Knowledge: They've always interested her, and she considered going into a profession involving either as an adult. Her recent powers enhanced this as she now has personal knowledge of being those things!

Spray Paint Artist: Originally a talent she picked up illegally, she has found she really enjoys and excels at it when allowed to. Her preferred painting inspiration is nature/landscapes.

Knife Wielding Proficiency: While in a gang she refused to use a gun, so instead she learned to and lengthier used a knife. It's not military like ability, but it's proficiency above a standard or basicly trained individual.

Cooking: She has had to cook for herself at several of her foster family's or foster homes if she wanted to eat. She worked and read in order to make her food better, regardless of what she had on hand. If she could, why not eat AND enjoy it. That was her thought process. Preferred cooking: grilling.

Singing: She has a rather beautiful singing voice, which she finds funny considering her name. While she loves singing she is very shy to show off this talent. Her singing for you is an extension of trust of an incredible order.

Submissive Personality: Years of abuse and toxic relationships, as well as a naturally "others first" personality, has led to Melody being incredibly subdued in most cases. She willingly allows herself to be talked over, ignored, and manipulated by just about anyone. This is even more pronounced when it seems someone has some smidgen of authority.

Easily Startled: Also stemming from the abuse, Melody is very easily startled. Loud noises, sudden motion, and anything of the sort can spook her quickly and easily. Something as simple as raising your arm or balling your fist around her can make her visibly flinch.

Positive Personality Trait
Open-Minded - Lewis is always ready to try out something new and step outside of his comfort zone. While this usually meant trying out a new kind of food as a kid it began to apply to various other parts of his life as he grew up. Including when he tried out for ten different school clubs his first year of high school. Just because he's open-minded to trying things doesn't necessarily mean he's open to trying again.

Organized - Lewis considers it extremely important that everything in his office has its place and that it can easily be found. The reason for this organization developed from his family's own reinforcement of keeping things organized even when he was a kid. It was because of this that he always made sure to clean and organize his room every night before he went to bed. This also means he takes up time with making sure that something is clean and orderly before considering it okay.

Questioning - Lewis is always interested in knowing more about a subject or person. As a kid this meant that he was always asking his parents 'why?' to pretty much every answer they would give him. As an adult this means that he's always interested in other people's lives and how they're doing. Although it can sometimes appear as though he's a little TOO interested in other people's lives.

Negative Personality Trait
Calculating - This is not meant as if he shows no care, but more so it means he approaches situations like somebody might an experiment. He treats everything from a perspective outside of himself, even if he cares about the situation at hand. This can often make it seem as though he's feigning emotions which isn't always true. Though he can't help but fake some parts to seem a bit more normal.

History
Lewis was born at a very dangerous time for New Orleans. He was born the day that Hurricane Katrina hit, and his family was forced to quickly move from where they live to in another city entirely. Even with this setback in Lewis' upbringing his family was able to bounce back faster than most. His father picked up his business fairly well in Little Rock, Arkansas. Lewis had a fairly normal and calm life throughout his elementary years and even up to high school.

After he finished high school he went in for testing and his doctor reported some abnormality on his brain. His family gathered money together and paid for Lewis to get an experimental surgery to remove what was considered to be a tumor. The doctor discovered from the surgery that it was in fact a tumor, but the result of the surgery had an unintended consequence. Lewis had his hidden gene activated by the surgery and he was quick to be rushed off to train at the nearest SASS facility. He did his training while simultaneously going to college for his teaching degree.

Several years later after completing college he contemplated on where he might get a job. After being told by his professor that there seemed to be a shortage of teachers on the East Coast he headed for there to begin his search for a job. Through one person to the next he found his way to a person who offered him a position at Digital Harbor High School for several years. Of course this was after quite a bit of travelling and teaching at various schools. Eventually he found a more qualifying position as a substitute teacher in the Baltimore area.
Lewis' Family - Lewis hasn't seen or talked to his family in a few months, but aside from this they remain a steady and healthy relationship.

Telekinesis
Lewis has the power of being able to lift and move objects with his mind. It's a fairly simple power that he has found to have quite a few annoying but reasonable limitations.

Limitations
- Weight Limit: Lewis can not lift an object that weighs any more than 750 lbs.
- Reach Limit: Lewis has to have the potential to reach something. His reach for lifting an object is within 100 feet, which gives him a fair amount of distance to work with.
- Mind Fatigue Limit: Just like how people get tired by lifting heavy objects Lewis can get tired from using his telekinesis on multiple objects or on heavier objects.
+Excellent at Football: Both variants of football he is great at playing.

+Speed Reading: Lewis can read through a five page paper in less than 15 minutes. Which is something that he has found extremely useful for his career.

A Hand Up
It's not uncommon for Logan to directly or indirectly interfere in the lives of others. That was even part of his job as a Rapture infiltration agent. With this new gig he's doing this habit tends to show itself as quiet displays of mentorship or support if he sees allies or innocents in distress. As silently as he can suddenly appear he can just as abruptly leave afterwards. He doesn't expect gratitude nor does he want it. Whatever the recipients of his kindness choose to take away from these interactions are completely up to them.

Pragmatic To The Core
Logical, rational, realistic. Hopes and dreams are admittedly nice things to have, but Logan is a very jaded and wary man. Facts weighted in reality, assumptions erring on the side of caution, using past experiences to assess new ones, etc. He won't deny that optimism is healthy, but prayer and hope haven't gotten him out of as many close calls as simple pragmatism has.

A People Watcher, Not A People Person
There's a lot to be gained from thoughtful observation. Body language, personality quirks, nervous cues, excitement triggers, etc. It's a habit that's as much a boon as it is a detriment. Logan is naturally distrustful of strangers and skeptical of allies, so people watching from afar is his comfortable way of getting to know others.

Lethal Paranoia
Be polite, be efficient. Have a plan to kill everyone you meet. Logan hasn't survived this long by openly trusting everyone he comes across. It's hardly anything personal unless you've deliberately offended him. However, in his experience it's always best to have a backup plan if things go south with anyone. Just in case, of course.

History
'Destined for great things,' as his father Conrad Warrain would always say, '..even if he's a little hardheaded!'

Of course, from any father who loves their son who would say differently? Conrad always believed in leading by example, and what better way to do that by saving the lives of others? While some might turn their noses up at his choice in joining the United States Air Force, he did a lot of good as a para-rescue trooper. It was a hard life with a lot of hazards, but it was an honest life. At the end of the day he could stare proudly at the man in the mirror, too. He hoped one day his son would follow his footsteps and serve not only his country, but his fellow countrymen as well in this manner. However, a young Logan still seemed unsure of what direction his life was going in during his teenage years. He was proud of what his father did, there was no hiding that. The military slowly began to look better and better as time went on, though; his above average grades weren't anything special to warrant any prestigious college scholarships.

After graduating from high school with the weight of indecision still looming overhead Logan pulled the trigger and joined the United States Navy. All he had to believe in at the time was the faith his father had in him, and the nobility of putting others before yourself. He spent four years as a rescue diver, and nearly drowned himself a dozen times over pulling people from all kinds of messes. Not all of his rescues were successful. Sometimes they would arrive too late, or the waves would be too rough to hold onto people. Pulling dead bodies from the water made him realize something: his father had never told him how to cope with failures like this. Logan didn't take them well, at least not openly.

After his fourth year as a rescue diver he opted to change his job within the Navy, moving instead to explosive ordnance disposal. Like before he was willing to accept that the price of failure could include an early grave. Logan reasoned that he was still helping people this way, and that he had more control over the situation. No waiting and searching in a helicopter, no turbulent ocean to combat. There could be no other excuses for failure aside from himself, and he could accept those terms. His was a grim determination. Maybe there was even a small part of him that was slowly cracking under the pressure and self deprecation, a part of himself that wanted to fail. He couldn't just throw everything away, though; no, he would always try his best. Skill and a heavy dose of luck saw him through two years of bomb disposal work. He still saw dead bodies from time to time, but they were never from any mistakes of his own. That didn't make him feel any better about the macabre sights, though.

Six years into the navy he decided to transfer again, this time volunteering for SEALs training. Again he found it impossible to simply throw himself away, so he shot for the top. Logan was determined to push himself to the extremes to see just how far he could go, and what would end him, while still contributing to the overall cause. His resolve was what saw him through the training, and soon after that he was doing operations in foreign countries. The nature of his missions forced him to make a lot of choices, choices he had to live with. Four years later he finally cracked. He disappeared during a job in South America, and was written off as missing in action.

There's a lot of speculation as to what he was doing after that, and he's remained tight lipped about that. Officially, he pops back into history in 2016 when the organization The Commonwealth was attacked by a terrorist group called Rapture. Fighting on the terrorists' side as a spy and infiltration specialist his own contributed damage was far more covert than the ensuing smoke and rubble. A high body count had never been his goal; merely unerring precision as if he were trying to prove something, perhaps to himself. It certainly didn't help that his father was part of the Commonwealth's security team. The chaos in the DC area would eventually calm down, though; as would the turmoil within the man's own mind. Once more Logan would become a ghost, vanishing without a trace. Those who still believed that he was alive would keep careful note of high level espionage acts fulfilled with eerie expertise throughout this period.

In the year 2040 he's returned to find that these times are just as chaotic as before. Finding sponsored employment under Director Chernov of the Commonwealth he's wary of stepping into somebody else's fight, but wanting a relatively normal life for his daughter has spurred him on. His files have a bunch of red tape and classified stamps on them which he pretends to know nothing about. All he tells people is that he's Chernov's courier, running back and forth between the school and town doing, well.. courier things. Delivering information, picking up and dealing with inconspicuous packages, and generally letting Chernov know what's happening in the city.

Seeing people from twenty-four years ago has put him on edge, but he's taking things in stride. Thankfully, no one has seen fit to confront him about the truth of the matter concerning his altercation with a Mr. Claus from over two decades ago, either.
Maple Warrain
Logan's twenty-one year old daughter. Her stable future is the reason he's in Baltimore to begin with.

Commonwealth Handler
A position open for anyone if they're interested, otherwise this role will probably fall to an NPC. This is someone trusted by Chernov to keep an eye on Logan since he's a new and relatively unknown variable, and to help him integrate smoothly into his new role and setting. They would be privy to his past, and to the fact that he's not a super. Message me if interested.

Hunter Ward (Red)
Logan's gritty, but respectable commander back in his Rapture days. He would be surprised that Red was thawed out, but given the circumstances of his own presence here in Baltimore, he's not.

Director Chernov
His current employer. Needless to say they have a symbiotic relationship, although who needs who more isn't clear at this point. Logan plays by her rules, so if you have a problem with how he operates talk to her.

Mr. and Mrs. Brahn
More old acquaintances from a long time ago. Logan is particularly cautious around them not out of fear, but out of guilt. He's glad to see that they've found a place to settle down and have a family, though.

Matron
A contact Logan can turn to when he needs help. She's one of the few people who helps him not feel so old, too.
Logan is not a super, although he pretends to be one to help blend in at the school. His enhanced physique and physical attributes are the product of many injections and therapies that may or may not be considered illegal. If asked what his power is, he'll simply smile politely before trying to change the subject or flat out ignore the question entirely.

In comparison to a normal human Logan is physically superior, especially given his age. He is generally stronger, faster, and healthier than what would be normal. He even heals faster than normal, although he can still bleed out from grievous injuries. Compared to supers he can still fall short of going toe-to-toe with them, but he's never been one to fight fairly.

Limitations
- Juice Me Up, Doc: Since Logan's physical prowess is artificially induced he requires regular check ups to make sure he's in peak condition. Ignoring this routine could drastically impair his combat readiness.
- No Tricks Up This Sleeve: He has no fancy powers to rely on, just his own physical conditioning and heightened healing. The latter of which while advanced for a non-super, a super specializing in that field would probably be far from impressed.
- Love The Needle: Supers with powers that can purify or detox another being could potentially weaken him considerably pending the strength of the effect.
This Is My Rifle, This Is My Gun: Having served a full decade in service to the United States Navy, as well as performing mercenary work in the many years after that, Logan is a trained soldier. He's performed rescue operations, bomb disposal, and special operations. His fields of expertise however cover espionage, sabotage, and guerrilla warfare.

First Response Worker: Logan is familiar with basic first aid techniques learned throughout his militant lifestyle. If it can be done out in the field then he can probably do it too.

I'm Driving: When you get shot at for a living you learn fast how to drive fast without flipping over. Consequently he does get irked when stuck in traffic. Also any passengers better put their seat belts on because he will not apologize if your nose ends up bleeding against the dashboard or windshield. Think safety, people!

Lone Wolf: He's old, and while he's trying to keep an open mind there are just some habits he has a hard time breaking. The man doesn't particularly love or hate solitude, he's just indifferent to it. Logan also tends to assume that others don't want to get involved with him, especially if they know about his past. It's not something he judges others for, but it's not like he's actively trying to make friends either.

Words Are Hard: He's always been bad at expressing himself. Things have improved for him since his daughter was born, but there are still times where he prefers silent company over talking. Others may not pick up on this obviously, and he tries to meet people halfway. Opening up just really takes a lot of trust from him, and that takes a while to earn.

I Saw Nothing: Finding things out is his job. It's what he's good at. Naturally this lends itself to a prying curiosity. He doesn't mean to spy on people, but if something catches his attention he will investigate it with an appropriate level of discretion and sneakiness.
Swatter: [Weapon] A collapsible stun baton developed by a national security firm. It's handle has a button that electrocutes the extending club to assist its user in encouraging an antagonist to cease and desist.

'Killjoy' Threat Negation Device: [Weapon] A handheld device intended to deal non-lethal force to a target in order to neutralize them. Aesthetically it's basic shape resembles a blocky handgun, but it's loaded with cartridges on the end of the 'barrel.' Upon pulling the trigger these cartridges launch a pair of needles out to 15ft, able to penetrate thick clothing and deliver high voltage shocks.

Knife: [Weapon] A kukri knife with a blackened blade to prevent the reflection of light off its surface. Its inner curve is also serrated.

Handgun: [Weapon] A 9mm pistol with a generous magazine size. Logan typically carries a suppressor to reduce noise if he's carrying a gun, but he will often keep the two disconnected to better conceal the weapon.

Comm Implant: [Augmentation] An augment inside Logan's head that more or less acts as a phone allowing him to have silent conversations. Like a normal phone it still requires areas with good reception to function.

Courier Uniform: [Tool] An outfit loosely designed around similar models used by Commonwealth field engineers. It allows Logan to scan things in front of himself for identification and study, and can project a holographic screen that he can interact with. It can remotely connect to computers, but this feature is locked by Chernov unless she deems it necessary for Logan to have access to it.

Ever the gentlewoman, Susan wears very modest clothing. Her blouses are loose and billowing, her slacks fitted but not scandalously so, her skirts below the knee, and her shoulders very rarely bare. She is attempting to age with dignity and grace to the best of her ability. The edges of her eyes have just begun to develop wrinkles which she has 'zapped' as soon as they become prevalent. A very rigorous skin regimen has left her with an enviable and smooth complexion for her age though it definitely comes with a cost.
Optimistic +
People often say that being optimistic is failing to be realistic but Susan would disagree; it's possible to 'hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.' When all the chips are down she tries to push through and see a positive angle and outcome. Sometimes this cheerful disposition, even in the bleakest of times, is surprising coming from a lady of her age.

Skeptical
No longer as naive as she was in her teens, Susan approaches everything in her life with a healthy dose of skepticism: religion, politics, world events, people, scientific studies funded by major corporate entities. This can make her feel slow to act or trust but, once invested, she becomes fully devoted.

Tenacious
Her powers were hard to control in her youth and it was a struggle to pass her exam; however, this taught Susan the importance of hard work and perseverance. She sees many things in life as challenges that she must conquer by any means possible.

Absent-Minded -
It doesn't take long to notice that Susan forgets important little details if she doesn't have reminders: appointments, lunches, the names of her students, birthdays, or what she was talking about ten minutes ago. She has a firm curriculum for her class to make certain she stays on task and doesn't end up meandering down a lane of political topic irrelevant to her students.

History
Susan Sanders was born the second child of Evelyn and Christopher Sanders, an insurance agent and IT specialist respectively. Her brother, Henry, was born three years prior. She enjoyed a thoroughly mundane but happy life, for the most part, until she was eleven and Henry (then fourteen) discovered that their mother was having an affair. After a couple tense months of fighting behind closed doors, her parents began divorce proceedings. Evelyn and Christopher tried shield their children from their broken relationship and co-parent amicably despite their differences.

Because of the adultery both Henry and Susan wanted to live with their father instead of their mother. They saw their mother as the destroyer of the family no matter how much they loved her. Susan, however, did not even want to spend the weekends with her mother. She was furious at the betrayal and unwilling to forgive, especially since her mother was not suffering (in her mind) adequately for all the pain she caused. By the time puberty hit Susan full force at twelve, she was dealing with deep-seated anger towards her mother, raging hormones, middle school social politics, a father still mourning his lost marriage, and an disinterested brother. Her powers presented themselves unexpectedly that same year when, after a boy asked her to a school dance, she made the toilets explode water in excitement.

Reactions to her powers were mixed. Henry thought she was "scary but awesome," her mother was abjectly horrified, her father was concerned but ultimately accepting, and her peers called her 'potty girl.' She was outfitted with a limiter relatively quickly but even de-powered she forged a reputation for not putting up with ridicule. Susan was sent home several times for incidents related to one boy and several girls calling her derogatory names.

The silver lining of her younger years was her super training. With such potent powers, and very little self discipline or control, Susan floundered in her classes, especially mental discipline and emotional composure, and failed her first exam. The second year went more smoothly in part because she had come to enjoy being around other 'weirdos' such as herself but she failed her exam a second time regardless. Learning to master water manipulation was a challenge but highly rewarding to Susan. By her third year she had the ability to pass the exam but purposefully failed. The hours she spent at a facility with other supers was invaluable to her and she was willing to look a fool to be able to keep going. One of her teachers, however, recognized what she had done. An informal meeting was held and Susan was proclaimed to have passed her third exam: the facility was unwilling to set a precedent of self-sabotage being accepted and rewarded. After high school she returned to the same facility, with the same instructors, and trained for her blue card.

Susan pursued a degree in criminology on scholarship and sought out a job with law enforcement. They were less than keen, however, on her past and thus reluctant to accept her. With bills to pay and independence to assert Susan struck out on her home and worked a variety of odd jobs. Over the years she has been a contractor for aquariums (helping to safely move exhibits, assist in animal transportation, and facilitate deep cleaning of facilities), volunteered with hurricane relief organizations, helped retrieve cargo and vessels that were buried in the sea after storms, and been sent on Coast Guard rescue missions when necessary. Not all of her work has been exclusively in the United States. Other countries that were struck hard by natural disasters have requested her specifically when there was flooding. International corporations more rarely have made temporary job offers to Susan with sea vessels, oil rigs/platforms, seaside construction, underwater construction, bridge construction, and even competitive swimming events.

After so many years with less than stable jobs, Susan returned to Baltimore approximately a year ago. While she has her blue card, she has not been seen on the vigilante scene and has instead spent most of her time at the National Aquarium when she is free. Susan applied to be the political powers teacher at AEGIS Facility 108 in no small part due to her traveling of the world. Being to so many other countries, and intermixing with different cultures, has given her a unique perspective. AEGIS believes her personal struggle with controlling her powers as a youth might resonate with current and prospective students.
Evelyn Huffine f/k/a Evelyn Sanders
Susan's mother. From age eleven to eighteen Susan was distant to her mother and only interacted with her as required by the custody and visitation agreements. Since becoming an adult they have become estranged. Every couple years Evelyn tries to reach out to Susan to no avail.

Christopher Sanders
Susan's father. Because Susan is unwed, she petitioned the Commonwealth to allow her father to know about her true profession. Christopher is generally supportive of his daughter (though slightly horrified she has killed people) and does not hesitate to protect her many secrets. He is listed as her emergency contact and beneficiary on all official documents.

Joslyn Sanders
Christopher's current/second wife and Susan's step-mother. It's no secret the pair have taken a while to warm up to each other, but Joslyn and Evelyn now regularly trade texts about hair, skin care, politics, world news, and guilty pleasure television shows. Joslyn was never able to have children of her own and, while introverted and very different than Susan, she considers Susan the daughter she never had.

Henry Sanders
Susan's elder brother. An openly gay and married man in San Francisco, Susan and Henry do not have much in common and see each other infrequently. When they do get together they avoid the topic of their mother entirely, drink to excess, and sing karaoke off-key. Susan considers him a lot of fun and cares about him deeply, but knows he wouldn't understand what she does and why.

Alistair Sanders
Susan's brother-in-law and Henry's husband. Susan doesn't know him well, but what she does know is he is soft-spoken, a kindergartner teacher, and relatively shy. She goes out of her way to make him comfortable when they meet and is glad Henry has found someone that makes him happy.

Marcus Sanders
The adopted son of Henry and Alistair Sanders, 8 years old, and has a slight obsession with dirt bikes and going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Water Manipulation
Undine is able to control and manipulate water within a one mile radius with extreme precision (though the smaller the amount and the closer it is, the greater her finesse). The water can be from a natural source, such as a stream, pond, river, lake, or ocean, or be from man-made sources such as pipes, basins, bathtubs, sinks, and the like. Pollution and salinity do not affect her ability to control water so long as it has not become solidified, gaseous, or changed to another type of liquid entirely. If contained or behind a barrier she can force it out and/or through but this requires artificial pressure and the results are often explosive.
- Water Sense: As a helpful aid to her manipulation, Undine is able to sense all water in the area surrounding her (including through buildings, under ground, or behind other impediments). She can sense anything within a hundred feet including raindrops, can sense anything a litre or larger within a quarter mile radius, and anything a gallon or larger within a mile radius. This continues exponentially for larger volumes of water. At all times she can sense the oceans of the world.
- One With Water: Undine is able to, at will, turn herself into water. Unfortunately clothing and other belongings can not be converted. As a water construct her chemical composition is 'pure' and has cohesion but is susceptible to anything that might negatively affect water, especially extreme heat (that would boil her), extreme cold (that would freeze her), or electricity.
Limitations
- Must Flow: Undine's ability to control water is limited to only liquid water. The instant that it takes any other form she is unable to affect it in way. Ice must melt and water vapor must condense naturally before she can manipulate it.
- That Isn't Water: Although there is water in many things around us, Undine is unable to extract water from items- she can not pull water out of kool-aid, for example, much less more complex compositions.
- Volume Control: Much as she might like to, Undine can neither create nor destroy water. She can summon existing water to her to make a bigger pool, or disperse it into a mist, but the volume itself does not change. Not being able to conjure water means Undine always relies on personal resources and her environment.
- Fallible Form: When shifted into her water form she can be considered immune to certain types of damage, but generally she is more frail. If dropped from a great height water would splatter- and she'd be in as many pieces as there were would be scattered droplets. Her water form must stay wholly intact (though the shape can change) or else she loses the form and sustains whatever damage was inflicted.
Skills
Diplomacy: Knowing how to talk to people, even when you disagree, and especially when you need their help with something, is a skill she's learned over the years. Whether or not she decides to employ it, however, depends entirely on the situation at hand.

Reading Lips: As a way to cope with her minor hearing loss, Susan has learned to read lips. For obvious reasons she must be facing or have a clear line of sight to whomever she is trying to read the lips of.

Greek: Susan is rather fond of the nation since it has so many little islands. She picked up the Greek language in college and periodically visits the country on vacation.

Spanish: Another useful language for Susan to learn considering the prevalence of its use in the United States. She picked up the Spanish language in college as well.

Flaws

Loss of Hearing: Due various life experiences (perhaps one rock concert too many), Susan has permanent minor hearing loss. She has learned how to read lips to compensate for the loss but wears hearing aids infrequently as well. Whispers are below her audible range but normal speaking voices are usually sufficient unless the speaker is especially soft-spoken.

Cold Intolerance: Susan despises the cold- partially because her powers are "practically useless" in freezing temperatures and partially because she just enjoys a higher temperature. The lower the temperature the more her personality is affected negatively. She becomes curt, agitated, grumpy, and generally uncooperative in cases where she might have been previously accommodating.
Cell Phone: [Tool] Entirely too expensive with a waterproof case and two password protections.

Supersuit: [Tool] The only clothing that, as Undine, will not be left behind in her water form. Stitched out of a dark blue color it has stripes of shaded blue that run up the exterior sides of the legs and curl over her shoulder blades in a simple, elegant design.

As a side effect of his powers, there are leopard spot markings along the sides of his neck and wrapped around his lower back, tapering off along the inner hip. These markings are definitely one of the coolest side effects of his powers, in his opinion.

Someone up in Heaven figured out somewhere along the line that the only way to make Hyou see sense is through good old fashioned pain. So he has three major scars from the three big turning points in his life: a slim, precise one across his lower abdomen from where a bursting appendix saved him from committing a crime bad enough to send him to juvie, permanently; a large, rugged one on his right shoulder blade from where a warehouse fire finally convinced him to give up the ghost and get on the straight and narrow; and a puckered gouge near his left nipple from where a gunshot nearly put a premature end to everything because he couldn't keep his hands to himself.
Courageous
To the point that some might call it stupid. Hyou can and will dive into a burning building to save a child without a second thought (especially if her hot mom is outside offering free sex to anyone who saves her kid). All kidding aside, Hyou’s response to fear or threatening is to stand up against it, no matter what. He will not (and may not be able to, probably from eating too many lead paintchips as a child or something similar) be intimidated.

Persistent
Once he’s set his sights on something, Hyou won’t back down until said thing is achieved. Whether that’s a good thing or not really depends on how attractive/drunk you are once he spots you in a bar.

Impulsive
On the one hand, spontaneous and adventure loving. On the other hand, accepts stupid dares way too easily like try jumping off that bridge over there. He has a difficult time thinking things through and the potential impact his decisions can make.

Self-centered
It takes a near miracle for Hyou to realize that there’s more to the world than his own interests and concerns. While it has happened in the past, nothing short of a bullet has managed it before.

History
Hyou’s powers stem from a long history of selective breeding among ancient Japanese warlords in an attempt to create “ideal” bloodlines and super offspring. The clan he’s descended from, the Ketsume, eventually succeeded in creating progeny who--along with superhuman healing and strength--transformed into various species of big cats, solidifying them in the cultural mythos as gods among men. In the present day, the Ketsume are a powerful branch of the yakuza, known for their merciless and bloody past. Hyou’s mother, the daughter of one of the minor bosses in the clan, decided to run away to America with her beloved once they discovered she was pregnant. Their hope was to raise their child away from the all-consuming shadow of the clan. Considering the “Ketsume gene” was mainly passed down from father to son, they assumed their offspring would be safe.

Hyou was born in Maryland and, while he carried the gene itself, was diagnosed as unlikely to activate it given the fact it had come from his mother. Sure enough, he passed through puberty unscathed. It wasn’t until he found himself near-fatally wounded at the age of 29 that the gene was activated through the induced trauma. As a side effect, he is unable to control his transformations and can easily transition in times of heightened emotions. In an effort to help him/keep him out of trouble, Commonwealth has “suggested” he attend Facility 108 once he was properly microchipped and let out of jail since he technically was only acting in self-defense when he severely maimed the man who shot him and mildly lacerated a few of the ones trying to hold him back from doing so.
Parents
Hyou is on relatively good terms with his parents, Yoichi and Asako Takagi, both of whom are alive despite the super trope of having one/both dead.
Animal Transformation
Specifically, into an overly large snow-leopard. Hyou can activate the transformation when he likes, but also can’t stop himself from transforming when in states of heightened emotion. No matter what that emotion is. As a snow-leopard he exhibits heightened senses of smell and agility; these traits carry over into his human form but to a lesser degree.
- Advanced Healing: Hyou heals faster than most humans. A surface wound will heal within a matter of hours. A deep tissue wound will heal overnight. Musculature/bone damage will take multiple days dependent on the extent of the damage. This, obviously, means that he is far from invulnerable and actually can be a detriment as the energy the healing process takes often lays him low for a corresponding period of time afterward.
- Super-strength: Hyou is able to lift approx. 800 pounds without too much difficulty. At maximum effort he can manage approx. 1,000 pounds; anything beyond that is at risk of musculature damage. Through overly vigorous, non-voluntary testing, Hyou has discovered that he can (relatively) safely punch through the following: windshields, car walls, and holding van walls. Turns out concrete walls are a little harder to get through and ended up breaking his hand.
Limitations
- Uncontrollable transformations: During periods of heightened emotion, Hyou will transform into his snow-leopard form whether he likes it or not. The only way to change back is to calm down from the emotional state. The only path to controlling these transformations are through learning to control his emotions, as the transformation itself is biologically linked with increased production of different hormones.
- Reduced sensitivity to pain: An apparent side effect of the healing factor, Hyou has decreased sense of pain (conversely, an increased pain tolerance). While on the surface this seems like a positive, his body does not respond appropriately to injury, meaning that he often pushes himself further than he should while wounded and ends up increasing the severity of the wound exponentially.
- Feral mind: A real concern is Hyou staying in his snow-lion form too long/resonating with it too strongly and losing his higher reasoning powers. His clan’s lore is full of stories of men who changed into beasts and had to be killed by their own kin once they lost touch with their human minds.
Hair Styling: For reasons that mystify all who know him, Hyou is a near-wizard when it comes to hair. He made a small name for himself before his powers activated in the beautician world for his innovative and original designs created during his employ at a local Baltimore salon.

Cooking: Having lived on his own the majority of his adult life, Hyou has developed a rather impressive grasp of the culinary arts. It’s also a bit of a survival technique, as his tongue is very sensitive and overly spicy/hot foods can send him into a rage spiral of agony.

Disorganized: Hyou is disorganized to the point of chaos. He’s in a perpetual state of losing/finding random things and his bedroom could easily be declared a disaster zone by FEMA with little hyperbole.

Perpetually Lost: You know the stereotypical male who won't stop to ask for directions? Hyou apparently adopted that as an ideal and internalized it, since he has the same sense of direction as a damp sock. He can, and will, and has, gotten lost just a couple of streets over from his own home. Of course, he'll never admit it. He normally lucks his way into getting back eventually.

Combative: Hyou has a short fuse and eager fists. He can and will fight someone over anything with a reckless abandon that borders on near suicidal at the worst of times.

Vain: It’s hard to tell what came first, the vanity or the hair styling that fuels it, but Hyou has a very distinct look that he’s going for. When he first gained his powers, his initial horror was not over suddenly being able to turn into a leopard but rather that his hair and eyes had changed colors to better suit his feline form. But then he realized he got pretty sweet markings out of the deal and decided it all evened out.
Folding Knife: [Weapon] A plain old knife. Good for stabbing people and cutting vegetables.

Jack has the incredible ability to stay calm and relaxed in the most stressful of situations. He always knows how to stay focused when the world looks like it's about to end.

Cold Hearted
Jack's been told that he's a jerk by more than a few loved ones. He really tries to change himself but he can't escape the fact that he's kind of a sociopath. Regularly ignoring the people he tries so hard to love, breaking promises and being an egotist; this is what Jack is unfortunately known for. There's even a saying around school: "Hang with Jack, your heart will crack."

History
Jack grew up around Baltimore, it was the only place he knew well. His dad, Steve, worked as a plumber in the city so Jack helped him out a lot in his teenage years. One day Jack was helping his dad when a broken pipe burst and sprayed water everywhere. Jack quickly put his hands up to shield his face and, after a few seconds, the strangest thing happened; the water froze in mid air. His father was terrified, he thought he had lost his mind at first but, they both confirmed that Jack definitely froze the water. Steve never really talked about mutants or superhumans, but he showed Jack exactly how he felt about them by shipping him off to Facility 108 almost immediately after realizing what his son was.

Jack's dad. They've been on bad terms ever since his dad sent him off to Facility 108. Jack thinks his dad is afraid of what he is capable of but Steve only wants what's best for his son. In his own words, "It'll be better for him, they'll know how to discipline him there. I can't do it. I don't know how to be a father to someone I can't relate to on a a physical level."
Cold Manipulation
Jack is capable of freezing anything he touches with ease. This can range from freezing a cup of coffee to freezing the water beneath his feet to freezing the water particles in the air and making an ice-sculpture. The freezing effect is created by the cells in his skin that cool to temperatures near absolute zero. This is both a blessing, for drinks in the summer, and a curse because he can hurt people when touching them.
- Frost Skin: When cooling his skin to near absolute zero temperatures, his body creates a super dense layer of ice around itself by freezing the water particles in Jack's immediate vicinity. This can be used as a very good defense mechanism.
Limitations
- Cold Touch: Jack has to touch the things he freezes.
- Ice Sculpture: When Jack uses his Frost Skin ability, he can't move. This means that he is vulnerable to attacks, but he is protected by a thick sheet of ice.
- Radial Freeze: Jack can freeze up to six feet in radius and one foot in depth from where he is standing. This fluctuates depending on the density of what he is freezing, the area and depth that he wants to cover.
Street Fighter: Jack was involved with a lot of fights at school when he was younger. He might not use his fists as often as he did, but he can still put up a good fight if he needs to.

Crafty: Jackson likes to play tricks and cause problems and he's found a number of ways to do this on his own.

Parkour Expert: Jack can get around quickly and easily. He's had a lot of parkour training and he's gone roof-topping a couple of times in the past, so you could say he's better equipped for chasing someone down.

Indecisive: Like a lot of teenagers, Jack takes a long time coming up with a solution to a problem, which can be a bit dangerous when faced with a situation that needs to be resolved withing seconds.

Overflowing Hubris: Maybe he was just born this way, perhaps it's because he was raised without a mother, but Jack is a cocky bastard. His ego interferes with his actions, thoughts and relationships on a regular basis.

History
Eliza was a standard teenage girl, going to a standard school in a standard place in standard old Europe, with long brown hair, soft blue eyes, a cheerful gleam in her eye and heavy amount of dedication having been put into her appearance. She lived life as an average teenager until she came upon an obsession with the idea of rabbits. Her fanaticism grew to the point where she went out of her way to start likening her appearance to them, bleaching and dying her hair white, adding a coloured contact lens in because she "thought it was cool" and purchasing a matching pair of bunny ears and a tail to go along with her strange new outfit

It did not take long for Eliza to feel incredibly out of place in school, what with her unnatural appearance. Her old friends found her very presence unnerving, and before Eliza knew it, she was on her own. As despair flooded through her, minor hallucinations began occurring. Putting them down to stress as she tried to continue on with her life, yet as time progressed, they only worsened. She saw things no-one else could see, and heard things no-one else had heard, often talking about the things that she shouldn’t have heard or known about, furthering the outcast from her school.

This escalated to the point where she simply couldn’t cope and was forced to leave. Some research into the subject brought the name “Facility 108” following the meeting of another super named "Mable" had brought it to their attention, and with no other options, she decided to move there, thinking that having a friendly face may assist in acclimating into the new environment. After a long plane ride, many hallucinations and several meals, she arrived at the building, confusion and hope littering her mind as she meandered her way in, hoping to learn how to better cope with this new appearance of hers, along with how to get rid of all these strange things she has been seeing.
History today (retrocognition)
Eliza’s ability is to view events that have occurred recently in the past around her in the form of ethereal apparitions, giving her the ability to view events that had occurred previously in the same vicinity of her by detecting particles that have become detached from the original host. This has proven to make her much more muddled in general life, yet much more knowledgeable of past events as she views rewinds of different events frequently

Particles fade away: cannot view farther back than two days prior, For example, events that have occurred an hour ago may appear rather smooth, with only the occasional image appearing unintelligible, while an event from several days ago may only show an infrequent or small, defined image

Can't trace the particles if they aren't there: cannot visualise an event if the area has been cleaned recently

Figure
Charlie's days of being a lean, mean, fighting machine (literally) have left him. He's broad-shouldered, barrel-chested, and his arms and legs are entirely cybernetic, but he's looking a lot softer. A mix of heavy muscle, from having to lug his heavy limbs around, and a paunch, Charlie looks like the old detectives he used to snark about. But goddammit, fries are delicious.

Notes
Charlie is one of the first cyborgs, and as such his limbs aren't very well hidden. His cybernetic eye is the first and foremost obvious as is scarring around it. His metal arms and legs have been painted in a flesh tone, and it shows. Beyond that, his body is a tableau of scarring and replacements which he tries to keep neatly hidden behind bespoke suits and ties.
(+) A Firm Moral Compass
Since Charlie was a child, he's upheld the rigorous standards of a stalwart individual. While it would be boastful to say he's never done anything bad, it's not entirely a lie. His moments of poor behavior have been slight, meaningless, and far far in between. Instead, one can judge him on the fact that he'll do right whenever he can.

By the Books
He always follows the rules and tries his best to never break them. That means he chooses a method or makes a decision that is not the best for the situation because it is the most orthodox of choices. This trait can play for or against him depending on how he utilizes it.

Hello Sarcasm, My Old Friend
While Charlie is quite serious, his face usually a mixture of unpleasantness and disgruntled amusement, he's prone to humor as well. This comes in the form of sarcasm. He's capable of taking and dishing out a joke. Meaning, he can have a lighter conversation if warranted, but he usually doesn't make friends with it.

(=) Not a People Person
Due to the incident that led him to his cybernetic enhancements and the subsequent murder of most of his friends and colleagues, he's lost faith in people. It bubbles up in disdain and crass flippant remarks. He's not going to win you over with an "Independence Day" speech, and his body language blatantly states "screw off." He's gruff, rude, salty, and short-sentenced.

History
Charles Francis Harkins was a boring child. He went to school, he played sports, his grades were below average, and he dreamed of being a cop. He never had aspirations that were very high or interesting. No, he wanted to be a cop like his father, who was no longer in his life. And this was not through tragic circumstances, but more so that his father was a functioning alcoholic, and his mother a short-fused Christian. They got a divorce fairly early on in Charlie's life, and his father barely ever saw him. Yet, that aspiration of being in law enforcement was deeply ingrained in his being.

When Charlie made detective, a man in his early thirties, was when he met his wife, Billy. It was short for Tabitha, somehow, and right from the get-go he was enamored. She was smart, brave, and witty. She was a burning bright star to his boring slab of earth. He loved her with an undeniable passion. So, when she died,
so did his joy. It was fortunate that Charlie was not left alone in this world. They'd had a child together, Steven. He was a baby, though, and never would remember Billy, and Charlie would never talk about her much. It was also in that accident that Charlie lost his limbs and had severe internal injuries. He was almost entirely replaced with cybernetics and placed back on the police force as some sort of pet project. That was fine, as it gave him the resources he needed to hunt down the corrupt cop that'd planted the bomb in his car. Something he didn't realize until devoted, loyal cops kept dropping like flies.

Rooting out this corruption led to Charlie being promoted to Sargent. Around that time was when the Commonwealth and Rapture were at war, meaning that keeping the police united and strong was a goal now more than ever. Eventually, the Commonwealth was dismantled (and reformed) and Rapture disappeared into the ether. The hardest days of Charlie's life were over.

Over the next twenty years, the laws that would come into place, and the supers that would come from it, made Charlie disillusioned that the police force was actually a force at all. He wanted to help the people, but average humans weren't cutting it. He needed a stronger team to lead. He needed something with enough power and influence that people would shut up and listen. So, he formed his own vigilante corporation--STEVEN. Yes, he's aware of the name. Don't ask.You aren't going to learn the story behind that.

STEVEN is a blue card vigilante group, meaning it is quite legal and quite good at their job. It might have something to do with Charlie's experience, or it might have something to do with the fact he doesn't choose losers. Either way, he feels like he's doing more now to help, but he knows he still has a long way to go.

(+) Police Protocol: Charlie knows the law, inside and out. He also knows what is allowed police protocol and what is illegal. That made him the enemy of corrupt or loose-gun cops. He got more than a handful of them fired in his day as Sergeant.

(+) Investigation: While no genius, he was a detective. His ability to root out cause, motive, weapon, and suspect with enough information and time. He's no Sherlock Holmes, but he can put two and two together.

(+) Marksmanship: Charlie can shoot, and he can shoot well. He's more likely to hit than miss and aim for non-fatal places.

(=) Short Temper; Short Friends: He definitely is not about being friendly to people. He's 100% an aggressor. This leads to people rolling their eyes and not being friends with him.

(=) Salty the Bear: Charlie is not easy to get along with. His personality is pretty much the equivalent of fine-grit sandpaper rubbed across the face of your emotions. He used to be nice and quirky, but time and continual loss have taken its toll on him.

(=) Excessively Heavy: This is not the author continuously ragging on their character, Charlie is actually around triple the amount he should weigh based on physical appearance. This is due to most of his bones being metal, all of his limbs being cybernetic, and the super-strong weave needed to hold all of that together. This makes him not agile, slow, and have an unfortunate impact on furniture.
Cybernetic Limbs: [Augmentation] Charlie's limbs are entirely metal, wiring, and cybernetics that allow for him to control them with his brain. They've been updated to fit his frame, along with the neural receivers firing a bit quicker--as there used to be a lag. With them, he's capable of mimicking super strength--lower tier of it. And while he has the sensation of feeling, it is muted, and he will not know when he is burning of freezing. This can be viewed as both a strength and weakness.

Neural Enhancer: [Augmentation] This helps Charlie take in, register, organize, and compute information at a quicker rate. By no means super intelligence, it makes him quicker than the average human in working through things and figuring it out.

Cybernetic Eye & Recorder: [Augmentation] Back in the day when he was the police department's special project, he was outfitted with a recording device that recorded visuals and audio. Since then it's been tweaked to not record all the time, and be used more for his personal use. The eye also helps make his vision sharper, helps with aim, and has night vision. His other eye doesn't, meaning he has to shut it or he gets two conflicting images if he activates it.

Metal Bones & Weave: [Augmentation] These are mainly to help with the reconstitution of his body, and to have a base for his bulky limbs to operate off. These don't really give any positives, except the fact that he's an unmovable object. Instead, it makes him denser than he should be which is a nuisance. Also, no one put him in the deep end of a pool.

Pistol: [Weapon] Being a detective meant he always had his gun on him. So, even though he's not technically a detective anymore, he will always have his gun on him.

Billy: [Weapon] On the other hand, he will not always have his shotgun--lovingly called Billy--on him. It lives in the back of his car. It's really nasty at short range and only used in "worst case" scenarios.

(+) Great Public Image
Gergo has a fantastic public image. He's well spoken, presents himself cleanly, and seems to be a very approachable fellow. While his private appearance may have an occasional spat of anger, he is a genuinely nice person who wants to bring out the best in those around him. He likes to have long talks over drinks, enjoy a nice lunch now and then, and make sure that all is going well with those he's in frequent contact with.

(~) Critical
With his keen eyes, he picks out the good and bad. While he doesn't normally like to tarnish peoples' spirits by directly telling them what they're doing/how they're doing something is blatantly wrong, sometimes he can't help himself. He's particularly strict with those he knows well, or are known to be highly skilled. He's not quite perfect about delivery to some of the younger people, as not all of them have thick skin, so to speak.

(~) Limitless Green
Having an essentially bottomless wallet, Gergo has lost touch with the common man by a large margin. He blows money left and right, sometimes for the betterment of things, or maybe he just liked the way something looked. He likes to buy gifts for people, anything from a nice pair of shades to a home remodeling. It's a case-by-case basis, but he has on at least two occasions accidentally bankrupted someone by buying them something they couldn't afford to upkeep.

(-) Vanishing Patience
As of more recently, with how the world is turning on its head faster and faster, the old man has started to lose some of his patience. Ten years ago he might've been able to put up with bullshit until the private evening hours, but for the current day it's tied to his cigarette life. If he doesn't have a drink, a smoke, or something to occupy his thoughts, then he's considerably more likely to be overly-critical of things that he normally wouldn't even care about.

But it really helped me out in ze long run, all zat gun training and shit, helped me land a job right after I got my freedom at tventy-four years old.

Right, vere vas I? Oh ya, ze first job. So, after zat bullshit vis the Germans, I got vork as a bodyguard for a very vealsy (wealthy) family, and I vorked for zem for a while...I don't remember ze exact numbers. Anyvays, zey had a daughter, her nickname vas Tes. It's been so many years, I can't really remember her full name. I practically raised her on my own for a couple years, until she vas called back to stay vis ze family. I vish I could've told zem off, but seeing as zey vere my empoyer, and had many more connections zan me, I van'st going to risk it. Her sudden disappearance sent me into a depression. No jobs zat I held had ze same impact. It vas, more or less, like I lost my own daughter! It sucked. A lot.

Vhen I vas forty-eight, I served as a head of security for ze guy who ran an AI robotics company. I ended up spending a lot of time vis him, for vhatever reason, and through a five-year story of him taking me under his ving, he passed the company on to me. Vhy so soon? Oh, zose sings tend to happen vhen you commit suicide in ze middle of uncharted vaters by shooting yourself in ze back of ze head four times. Haha! And sings just kind of took off from zere! Bough a few more companies to make zis vone a big company, doing all sorts of shit I vould have never expected to be doing.

Robots? Check. AI? Check. Veapons? Check. Other projects zat I can't speak about but totally related to foreign governments? Check. OH! Yeah, zat AEGIS sing. I bought zem, like...six mons ago? I've been pumping a bit of money into zem, just to make sure zat freaky bitch Matron can't get her nasty genetic bullshit hands on ze younger supers. I'm supposed to be touring ze locations and all zat, but I've just got my most advanced robot doing zat for now. Vhy? Because I can."
Scarlet Chernov
He doesn't know her too well. He knows that she shouldn't be where she is, but that's a bit beyond his sphere of influence. For the time being, that is. She keeps things interesting, and makes sure Gergo keeps smoking. Their relationship is professional, and nothing more. They've hardly even talked to each other.

Jason Swan
Again, someone Gergo talks with on the professional level, albeit only a bit more frequently than Chernov. Gergo had hoped that sticking LARRY around the Facility would sort of cut out the necessary email communication, but as fate would have it, that was not the case. They've yet to actually meet in person, and Gergo is secretly looking forward to meeting the man. He seems to be much better as his job than Chernov.

Hunter Ward
Honestly, fuck this guy. He's strong as hell, arrogant as shit, should actually be dead or at least stuck as a Popsicle. Yet here he is, not arrested, not executed via literally any means, and is teaching. Students. This guy is a fucking! Terrorist! Gergo remembered KILLING! HIS! GRUNTS! And he's teaching at the Facility. God dammit all, man. Gergo was kind of stuck with him, too, seeing as it wasn't exactly his decision to make. The only thing that makes Gergo happy about the situation is that 'Red' can't touch him. The consequences would be catastrophic, for him and everyone else he cares about.

Demeter Green / Matron
Real nasty piece of work, this one. She's the slimiest of geneticists and Gergo, quite frankly, wishes she were dead. Gergo is admittedly biased, as he's always been against experimentation of nearly any types on the genetic level, especially of supers. Regardless, he's tired of her pointless advances and poor taste in literally everything. Everything she owns looks like it came out of the Great Depression, her personality included.
Light Particle Manipulation
About the same as any other light manipulator. Grab light from one source, move it to another. Take out certain hues of color by bending light particles in whatever direction. Render something invisible by preventing light from hitting it, or bouncing it off. Any light particles, at all, are free game. Unlike natural light, however, light particles Gergo manipulates never lose their base properties; in essence, he is contorting and moving light, but never getting completely rid of it, no matter how altered the particles are. When he is done with them, they will always return to the state they were at when they were first used. It's got a very impressive range: as far as Gergo can see.
- Intricate designs: Anything that Gergo can picture in his mind, he can perfectly mimic with borrowed light. It's like a poor man's illusionist ability. Sure, it makes artists jealous, and can impress your friends or confuse onlookers, but there's no real bite behind it. It's just light, after all. Of course, if Gergo is feeling like a proper asshole, he can create what he dubs as the 'seizure bomb,' a blob of light that flashes through the color spectrum incredibly fast, and incredibly bright. The most use Gergo gets out of it is showing the architects what he wants something to look like, without having to describe it in words.
- Hot hot hot!: With a very generous amount of light, Gergo can bundle it all together and create a small bundle of light energy that gives off extreme heat. With most light sources, it's no more than a bit over 100 (f). However, some areas with extreme lighting, such as stadiums or large, open fields, the light can be condensed into a ball nearly 400 (f). While it's still technically not a solid object, just being around the damn thing can cause extreme burns, or even set some surfaces ablaze.
Limitations
- Not a creationist: Gergo cannot create, nor destroy, sources of light. There has to be some form of light for him to be able to manipulate it. His powers are non-existent in complete darkness.
- It's only light: Gergo cannot create any physical forms with his powers. His abilities (generally) only impair sight. Perhaps the strongest opponent he could fight would be someone who doesn't rely on their eyes.
- In my eye: His powers can only operate within his line of sight. If he can't see the light source, or whatever object he is trying to hide/change the color of/etc, then it can't be manipulated. It's pretty inconvenient, because even blinking can interrupt it. He has dry eyes frequently.
Hawkeye: An excellent marksman, in both regular and non-conventional weapons. Pistols, rifles, slingshots, bows, throwing blades, pies, rocks, most things that are aerodynamic enough to be thrown.

Affluent: Being a ludicrously rich person, Gergo has quite a few connections, and is very familiar with the ins and outs of illegal and legal activities that come with the upper echelon. He knows who to talk to to get what results, and he enjoys to show off his wealth and influence, through various means. Sometimes it's something simple, like a kidnapping, other times...well. That person didn't even exist.

Excessively Excessive: Gergo likes to make sure his points get through. Physically through, if need be. More often than not, someone on the receiving end of Gergo's ill temper is likely to never view him the same way again, especially if they mess up big time; he'll burn out their retinas. While he isn't afraid of getting his own hands dirty, a little cyberbullying AI always helps get the message across.

Feisty Bastard: As mentioned above, Gergo does have a bit of a tempter. He complains frequently and he likes to slam things around when he's mad. He swears excessively and points fingers a bit too quickly sometimes. If your first time meeting him is when he's upset, you probably won't even bother approaching him any other time. Provided you're ever lucky enough to meet him in person.
Advanced Eyes: [Augmentation] Gergo does not have regular eyes. He has special eyes. The top-of-the-line cybernetic implants function nearly identical to the iris, but faster and with greater accuracy. His range of view is broader than normal people, he can zoom in on objects if he wishes to, and he can track things that normal people wouldn't be able to track. Note that this doesn't allow him to always react in time...

Designer Shades: [Tool] Aside from being extra stylish, these sunglasses are a 'my eyes only' information display. He can view things like texts, alerts, pictures, or whatever information that might head to his phone without pulling it out of his pocket. Help let him know when he needs to book before it's too late.

Lighter: [Tool] Black and gold is always a classy combination. Functions exactly like a normal lighter, but has three small pressure and heat-sensitive buttons that only Gergo can use. One buttons sends out a distress signal, calling for immediate extraction, the type of extraction depending on button cycles. The second button calls in for the nearest totally legal drones in the area to hit with either a pinpoint shot, a singular, small explosive, or a larger explosive that also magically makes Gergo never have been in the country and the drone was hacked to fire remotely. The third button, if pressed once, functions as a flare, creating a harsh, bright light that lasts for a few seconds. Repeatedly mashing the button causes the lighter to tick once, then detonate three seconds later like a flashbang grenade.

In a time before Sully's power manifested, he actually managed to knab a scar. Nowadays, it is nigh impossible. But there it is, a faint line across the right side of his lips.

There's something off about Sully. Sure, he's pretty much human silly-putty, but if one to was to glance at his records from his time in 108 and then at his records now, they'd notice something odd. Sully's height had maxed out at 5'8", and considering that he can't gain or lose mass (but can twist it every which way to Sunday) brings up a very solid question--one he refuses to answer.

Look, Sully's a dumpster fire of a person. He knows this. He doesn't try to hide it in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Still, that doesn't mean that he's so shitty that he can't see and recognize other people's suffering and trauma. Hell, he'll go out of his way to try to slap a band-aid on it either emotionally or materialistically. He has means and as such, he'll try to improve a situation. He'll then try not to take credit for it. If people learned that he was nice--eugh--the begging would never end.

My Feelings are Addicted to Lidocain
First and foremost, this does not mean that Sully does not feel. He feels. He has an ego, and he has a fragile sense of self-worth. This is more along the lines of "sticks and stones can... not really break anything... human silly-putty... remember? But words can never hurt me... unless they can... cause superpowers." Good luck insulting Sully. He's aware that he's a trash bag. You can't make him feel more scummy than he knows he is. And he doesn't care that he is scummy.

There's a Snake in my ~~Boot~~ Mouth
A pathological liar that's so bad, he should have a strain of lying flu named after him. Everything is a story to Sully. He likes to make up farcical shit, he likes to absorb other's stories and use them as his own, and he definitely likes to make himself look good. That being said, he's fairly charismatic when he wants to be and can actually tell little white lies to make people feel better. This part of his personality keeps the people smiling. Smile dammit.

Sully comes first to Sully. His childhood was a shit show, he never got his blue card, and his criminal career was pulled right out from underneath him. This is not saying that he thinks the world revolves around him--of course not. This is him making sure his life is padded, comfy, and nice to snuggle up to. He won't bring about the ruin of someone, but he definitely doesn't know what happened to your fifty bucks.

History
Sully was the product of a wide-eyed beauty and a dashing rogue. Thomas Sullivan was an American student attending university in Dublin, studying folklore or some such thing. He had wild dreams of being a famous author. There he met Saoirse Walsh. At first, she presented herself as a tour guide of sorts. She'd lend her knowledge of Dublin and its countryside for a measly fee. That was not at all what she was doing. She'd fully research the tourists that would come here, gullible and trite, and she'd nick and fence their most priceless valuables. She'd never leave them destitute, though, as she did want them off her island. So,
Saoirse tried that trick on Thomas, and he willingly gave her whatever she wanted. Confounded and baffled by this, Saoirse kept Thomas at an arm's distance.
That was until she needed him. She'd gotten herself into quite a bit of trouble, and she needed out of Ireland--fast. Thomas was finishing up his classes and was about to return stateside. It was a match made it... con-artistry.

Sully was born in a last-ditch effort to make the green card stick. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite convincing enough. Assured that she was going to get deported back, Saoirse disappeared one evening. So, Thomas was left with a child from a woman he barely knew. He wasn't a bad father, far from it, but he was an absentee one. He was trying to get a job teaching, preferably as a professor in a local university, while also working two jobs to support him and Sully. It might seem ironic that the son of an intellectual was raised by the television. The TV taught him three very important things: there's practically a lesson in everything, to share with others, and that animatronic muppets were the work of Satan. The second lesson became misconstrued in his head as a child. Why should he share? The ones that had to share were the ones with things. He didn't have things. He was poor. So, people should share with him. It was an odd seed that buried itself deep in his brain, and it didn't come to blossom until his mother showed back up ten years later.

One afternoon, Saoirse showed up at the house. She took one look at her son and knew she had the perfect patsy. She explained it to him. She had money, and she needed his help to get it. More than happy to pull himself out of the dirt-poor home he lived in with his always-gone father, Sully loaded up with her. An Amber Alert was issued shortly thereafter, and Thomas had a good feeling as to who took his son. Unfortunately, Saoirse had mastered the art of not being seen. She explained that the job was simple. That she had created an account in Sully's name some time ago, and that he was needed to get the money from said account. Sully, despite below average grades, was not an idiot. He knew she was lying to him. Still, it was something.

It turned out that it was a dangerous situation. A dangerous situation she thrust her son into as a distraction so she could get the money. In Saoirse's defense, she didn't expect them to have guns, or to be interested in shooting a teenage boy. Yet, that is what happened. Scared, alone, and pretty sure he was going to die--Sully's powers manifested and unfortunately went into overdrive. The bullets that peppered his skin ricocheted back, making the entire room into a nightmare. He also had a hard time holding onto a human shape. His mother showed up when the shooting stopped, one of the men having "shot" his own leg and the other had thrown himself flat against the ground. She saw her son, barely capable of keeping himself intact. She hesitated, considering running. Then an idea hit her. He'd be very useful in her endeavor for more money.

Over the next year or so, Saoirse taught Sully everything she knew. While she was far from a coach for supers, she had some very creative ideas on how he could use his power for clean robberies. He soaked it in. This was the life he wanted. It was not being cooped up in his house, having to hear his dad ramble on about this or that in an attempt to educate him. No. He wanted this. So, when he was caught--a flubbed robbery in which his mother abandoned mid-scheme--his life turned back into one swath of drabness. He was admitted into Academy 108, Baltimore, to better get a handle on his powers. It was either that or juvenile prison, and so he chose the lesser of the two evils.

Sully did... well. Not well enough to score a blue card, but well enough to get out of there. His experience was not the greatest. It was made abundantly clear,
very quickly, that he wouldn't amount to being any sort of hero. Some had a long laugh at his powers, and others just thought it was useless in a fight. He was,
honestly. Though, he may have made a couple of hundred bucks and scored a few nice watches in his time there. Hey. They deserved it.

So, now he was an adult with an array of odd experiences behind him. All he had to do was keep his head down and his spirits up. He could make it in this world. And honestly, he tried, but the world was not very forgiving. He didn't want to work from the ground up. Super training was not qualified as actual experience, and his criminal record--though exonerated--was a turn off for many. After the fourth month at Costco, Sully quit.

Using everything that his mother and 108 taught him, he became a thief--master thief he would like to think. He did this for years. Of course, he never robbed a bank, held anyone at gunpoint, or didn't rob a place that wasn't upper-crust rich or corporations that could easily get their money back through insurance. People like that usually let their vendettas fall in the face of money. Sully did very well for himself--and only himself. He never worked with anyone. His fence was an emotionally cold man who couldn't give two shits as long as the goods were great. Sully slept around a bit, maybe kept a boyfriend a little longer than he should. It was a transient life peppered with moments of criminal activity.

But Sully could never keep a normal schedule. He hadn't yet, and he wouldn't. His world came crashing down when he met his father again. He'd snuck his way into a gala supporting reading for kids or something. He didn't care. What he did know, was that there was an exceptional amount of money there. He wouldn't take all of it, no, but he could skim off enough from the rich socialites that were "pretending" to help the less fortunate. Little did he know that his father had set the entire thing up out of the sheer guilt that he'd failed his son all those years ago. Thomas always thought his son was angry at him and lost to the world. Sully always thought his dad didn't give a shit. So, they both realized they were very wrong about it all.

Thomas gave a brief ultimatum. That Sully returns the money and changes his ways. Maybe take to helping the lost, alone, and weird youth--just like Sully had been.
Sully snorted "weird, Dad? Such a high opinion. Don't hurt yourself with it." To which Thomas remarked that he sounded a lot like his mother. That bridge very burned and very loathed, Sully realized he was no better than her. He did leave the money and his father behind that day, but he gained something far more important--a reflection of himself. He'd become his mom. Someone that he'd once idolized, but now hated. Shit.

In an attempt to get on the straight and narrow, he threw out his list of skills to super or super-related corporations. Unfortunately, the lack of a blue card led him to Commonwealth's doorstep. He didn't want to be there, but it was the best altruistic path for him to take. He sucked in his pride and applied. So, he might have been surprised when they accepted his application and he was worked his way into a specific position. He actually likes his job, but he won't tell you that.
Thomas Sullivan:
"My father. Definitely haven't done the best by him, even if he always tried to do the best by me. Our relationship is rocky at best, and an absolute black hole filled with lemon and salt covered knives at worst. But hey, we're working on it. Sort of." [Ignores a call from father] "He probably just butt dialed me. He does that a lot."

"Who?" Pause. "Oh. Yeah. That bitch."

Kingfisher
"This was my contact and my fence I'd sell the items I happened to come across. Nice dude. Doesn't say a single word. And when you look deep into his dead shark eyes, you can almost see horrors from Nam." He pauses. "Which is weird, because I think Kingfisher is too young to have been there. But... that dude has some fucked up eyes."
Elasticity
Sully has the ability to become extremely malleable and elastic, allowing him to stretch, flatten, deform, expand, and contract his whole body, including limbs, torso, neck, etc. He can also control how elastic/flexible they or parts of him are, allowing him to change his body into various tools or other constructs. This power doesn't activate nor deactivate, he's permanently in this state of being. Which means anything that might be negated by having a "human form" will affect him no matter what--unless someone dampens or removes his power.
- What Happens when the Unstoppable Force Meets the Human Trampoline: Given that Sully is capable of malforming his body in the most extreme ways due to the elasticity of it, he's also able to negate basic attacks. Shooting him is like throwing a tennis ball at a trampoline. Stabbing him is like taking a plastic butter knife to yet another trampoline. Long falls is like dropping a rubber band. Crushing is like stepping on a rubber band. He's very malleable and capable of being immune to basic damage. Now, powers, on the other hand, present an entirely different problem, the exception being electricity for the aforementioned rubbery reasons.
- Shape Me Like One of Your French Girls: Sully is capable of shaping himself into various objects (i.e. a lamp, his finger can become a key, he can go 2D under a door, parachute, etc.) He's also able to change his body shape, height and weight. That being said, this isn't perfect shape-shifting as he cannot alter his hair, eyes, skin color, or gender. He may take on a feminine form, but he is irrevocably male--or at least he believes himself to be so. That's a deeper question for a deeper time.
Limitations
- You're Hot then Your Cold; You're No and then A lot More No: Temperature affects Sully's elasticity. He can be frozen in the extreme temperatures, those that normal humans start to experience hypothermia but not fatally. Even below freezing will cause his powers to move at a sluggish and unresponsive rate. Heat has the adverse effect and mixed with humidity--he can't hold his form as well. He's pretty good at doing it subconsciously, but the peak of summer might make things problematic, and well extreme heats and fires... hello flesh colored puddle.
- The Conversation of Mass; Oh, the ConSERvation of Mass. That's Less Rude: Sully cannot lose or gain more mass. Meaning, he can't stretch himself to the height of a building (or at least not in a way that isn't pure body horror) or shrink down to the size of a doll. He will take up the same amount of mass no matter what form he takes. Though he has quite a bit of mass with his height and build as is, it's not enough to for him to become a stretchy Godzilla.
- You Can Hear the Ocean By his Ear: One of Sully's biggest weaknesses, and one that maybe not many people think to exploit, is that he's extremely weak to psychic... anything. He's the sort of person that gives into his whims and has very little willpower. His mental fortitude is very low. So, a psychic attack of any kind would rattle him to the point that he couldn't hold his human form nor shape into any other form. He'll just look like one of those G.I. Joes' you accidentally left out on the asphalt during a heat wave.
- Like a Wet Paper Towel: You know what's fun? Being a solid mass. You know what's even more fun? Being able to put all your force behind that solid mass. You know what Sully doesn't have? Solid mass. Not to imply that his skin is akin to edema, in that a touch would leave an imprint. He is far from a water baby. He's in this constant elastic, near-liquid state, and doesn't have the abrasive sturdiness of bones behind his skin. He can still punch, and it can still hurt--but he's far from knocking anyone out with it.
- A Distant (Muscle) Memory: If Sully remains in a shape, a shape beyond his usual stature, for too long, he'll have a hard time shifting back. Whether he altered a part of his body, took the shape of something, flattened out, or even took an unfamiliar stature. It'll take him a while to snap back, and that transition period might be the thing of nightmares. More importantly, he's not as ready to use his powers as he used to be. The less he uses them, the more he can snap back.
- Wild Card Makeup: This may not be a limitation, but it is definitely not a strength. He particle makeup is always in flux as he uses his powers. He's slowly discovering his limits as he puts himself in different situations. All he knows is that his body is totally and completely malleable, which leads to being totally in touch with it to not being in touch at all. The only obvious side-effect from it is that he can pretty much, and will always, shove food into his mouth. He's hungry.... he thinks. Probably a good thing he can't gain weight.
(+) Espionage: He can steal, break and enter, camouflage himself, and escape without many people noticing. And sometimes he doesn't even use his powers. They are only an added bonus. His mother, and the experience that followed, taught him extremely well. That being said, he's never hit up government facilities, this is purely from rich and corporate thefts. So, don't expect some Mission Impossible shit.

(+) Give them the Ole Razzle Dazzle: Let's just lay it out here, Sully's no genius. That's a known fact. What he is, though, is someone capable of watching other people and figuring out what they want. Then he can relay that back to them in a rather suave manner, with a wink and a smirk. That being said, people he's not trying to con, he'll probably be a bit more forward and prone to off-color jokes.

(=) Coward: Yes, Sully oozes confidence and courage like a snail oozes its snail slime, but that's only if he knows that the odds are in his favor. If they are, he'll wink, smile, laugh, and do his thing--if they aren't... If he was to go against an ice super, fire super, a super that can negate powers or anyone that would have a substantial advantage over him, he would exit the scene immediately. His courage is not the pure kind. It's the sort that allows him to swagger through knowable situations. If death looms over the situation, he'll bail.

(=) Hello, You've Reached Sully's Emotions; Please Leave a Message After the Beep: Sully's emotionally unavailable. That doesn't mean he doesn't have emotions--he obviously does... as a smarmy asshole with attempted quippy one-liners. But every person he's ever trusted in his life has either been ripped away from him or betrayed him at the drop of the hat. Even if you seem like the nicest person alive, what if someone takes you from him? He's not ready to deal with that. So, he's never asked for help or advice, as much as that would have gotten him out of a few situations. As such, there are three numbers on his phone: Dad, Kingfisher, and Drug Dealer... Tim?
Super Suit: [Tool] A suit that goes from Sully's neck and down to his toes, only breaking to let his fingers out, handy-dandy thumb hole, and have stirrup footholes. It's pitch black and made of a thick matte material that has an odd sheen to it. He wears this, almost all the time, underneath his clothing. Who knows when he's going to have to use his abilities? And he's tired of losing clothes, destroying clothes, or stretching (haha) them out. Though he usually doesn't wear a lot otherwise--usually a black jacket, some black trousers, and black boots. He has a theme.

Lock Picks: [Tool] Yes, he can get into most places, but he can't just slide into a locked chest or a sealed vault. He carries around with them a multi-functional lockpick. It can't get into everything, obviously as it can do nothing against digit locks except pop the cover off, but they are great in a bind.

Taser: [Weapon] Sully doesn't kill--ever. It's not some moral compass thing, it's just that jail time for murder is intense. He can't stay locked up that long. He'll get old. And who knows how his powers will handle that. But he does believe in self-defense, and hey--if someone took it and used it on him... they'd be shit out of luck.

Faithful
Isaac is as loyal and devoted as a person can be to those he makes friends with. You can try your hardest to sway him away from someone, but you'll only end up wasting your time and making him have the strong desire to break your nose. This makes him a very trust worthy ally to those who are able to tolerate and manage him; he's the guy you don't have to have the slightest worry about when it comes to potential to purposely screw you over in one way or another just to benefit himself.

Intense
He is a bit of an intense figure who doesn't moderate his opinions or feelings on anything at all. If you want his honest opinion on something, you'll be getting it, whether you asked for it or not. Interacting with him can also jump between the extremes of going extremely well or extremely bad with very little middle-ground. Angering him won't simply result in him growing to have a dislike for you, it'll result in him resenting you as if you're the worst scumbag in the world who needs to be dealt with as swiftly as possible. The opposite can also happen, with him quick to admire those who look like they're doing right in his eyes. First impressions are doubly important to him and if you screw them up, he isn't liable to forget about it.

Fidgety
Isaac is known for his inability to not be doing something or paying attention to things he isn't interested in. If you're gonna be telling him to listen in on something for any longer than five minutes that he isn't passionate about, you can predict with one hundred percent accuracy that he'll simply start tuning it out within the next five minutes and attempting to find ways to entertain himself such as whistling or treating the table like a pair of drums with his fingers being the drumsticks. He's prone to getting distracted or simply not having the capacity to pay attention at all.

Impulsive
He thinks with his heart first and his brain never. Isaac is very much a man driven by his emotions and often lets them decide what he should do, rarely thinking about things in a purely logical perspective but instead an illogical, emotional one. If something "feels wrong" he won't do it, but he most certainly won't be able to explain why it feels wrong, it just does. In contrast, if something "feels right" he'll simply jump in and do it without really thinking about the costs and benefits, the risks and how this activity he is doing could impact him, others and the future. This makes it difficult for him to justify himself and also puts him at risk as a result of never taking things slowly and considering everything that could affect what he is doing.

History
Originally a nameless child, the son of a somewhat unknown mother and an entirely unknown father; he didn't have much of a social life or childhood at all initially as a result of being kept in the house on his own when he could do stuff on his own, with his mother only visiting to stock up on supplies for him to sustain himself off of. Other than that, she rarely stayed for long, with her face appearing so infrequently in his life that he can hardly recall it nowadays. One day, however, this mysterious woman responsible for making him vanished without a trace, never returning to the house to stock up like she usually did. The days turned into weeks and the weeks into months that seemed to grow ever longer as the food he had available to him dwindled. Soon enough, the small snacks and microwaveable dinners were gone, with him only being left with food he had no idea how to even cook given the fact he had never used any of the tools in the kitchen in his life. Despite that, he attempted to do it anyways because starving wasn't exactly an option he wanted to pursue. He was quick to regret that decision.

The Police responded to calls from concerned neighbours fearing that someone was getting murdered next door but instead of finding a grisly crime scene, they found a severely injured child in a dilapidated home that was practically barren of all decoration. He was taken to hospital and after that, Child Services, who were quick to discover that he was a borderline feral child: no knowledge of the outside world, incredibly basic knowledge of the English language not suitable for someone of his age and a whole host of concerning behaviours. These issues resulted in a string of constant transferals between different families, with many of his stays not lasting longer than a few months before he had to be taken out for causing undue stress and problems that many simply weren't expecting or have the patience to deal with. Things only got worse as they kept trying and trying to find the right family for him, with one particularly unfortunate incident resulting in the manifestation of his powers and the concerning injury of a few people. Hope was rapidly being lost for him; he originally had been extremely difficult to deal with but now with powers he was doubly so and potentially dangerous to boot.

Despite this, however, Child Services tried one more time, purposely putting him into a family that contained a Super in the hopes that there would at the very least, be some common ground between him and the foster family from the offset. It was an incredibly rocky start, as expected given his past behaviour and history, but his new parents: Alexander & Joel Thorburn, seemed quite determined to keep and manage him as best as they could. An entirely new experience for him, being in a family for longer than a few months and he himself soon realised that it was permanent as the months turned into years.

Living with this new family, now his family, made him realise his interest in Supers after a dozen or so conversations with his father and when he learned about the genetic factor that contributed to the existence of his powers, he gained an interest in his birth Mother; an interest that he never had before. Information was beyond sparse when it came to that part of his life, near non-existent, but weeks of paying illicit information gatherers led him to something. She was associated with the Commonwealth in some way or at the very least, the events that happened to it back in the days of illegal scientific experimentation and research. This led him to move from Annapolis to nearby Baltimore, the city that was host to the very heart of the Commonwealth. Just as he arrived, however, the Knights of Raguel made their presence known.

Isaac's original goal of investigating the organisation were cut short as his attention was drawn to the crime-filled city that was left reeling from the Mall Massacre. He knew that it wouldn't be right to simply ignore the situation and he felt obligated to follow in his father's footsteps, who he heard was a fairly prominent hero back in his active Super days. Now as the months have passed, he's made himself into a well-known small time vigilante operating against the criminal elements of the city, with the only reason he's allowed to remain active being the fact that the Commonwealth and the law itself have far greater fish to fry. He's proven himself to be an asset rather than a concern. However, despite these illegal heroic endeavours of his, Isaac hasn't forgotten his original mission. He has plans to get to the bottom of what happened to his Mother and why she did what she did to him, no matter what.
Thorburn Family
Isaac isn't fond of any of the past families he was placed in the care of, but he's quite fond of the one he's got now given that they're the only ones who have treated him like an actual family-member and acted like a family should. He liked'em enough to change his surname to match theirs when he came of age and follow in the footsteps of one of his parents, albeit somewhat illegally.
- Alexander Thorburn┊Father┊52┊Alive - A fairly strict but warm enough man, he was the one mainly responsible for controlling Isaac's impulsive tendencies and making him a part of the family proper: a fact that Isaac appreciates very much. He used to be a Commonwealth agent back in the day but was forced into retirement as a result of injuries sustained during an attack by a terrorist organisation. Nowadays he uses his powers for corporate endeavours back in Annapolis or to help out the local police force when they're in a spot of trouble.
- Joel Thorburn┊Father┊48┊Alive - The warmer of the two parents, he was much more lax when it came to what could and couldn't be done and what sort of punishments should be given. In simpler terms, Alexander was bad cop and Joel was good cop. Initially skittish around Isaac given his temper in his younger years, he's grown much closer to his son now that he's somewhat mellowed out.
- Lilian Thorburn┊Sister┊24┊Alive - A quiet but surprisingly fearsome woman who is following in her father's footsteps of being a Commonwealth Agent, she has a close relationship with Isaac given that she was the only one out of her siblings who wasn't prone to backing down when he lashed out. This is cemented by the fact that she's the only one in the family who knows about his illegal vigilante career and his actual activities in life, something that she doesn't exactly approve of given the danger of it and the fact that it's against the law. Despite that, she's at the very least glad he's found something to do that fits him.
- Gordon Thorburn┊Brother┊21┊Alive - Gordon is similar to Lilian in that he likes keeping quiet but that's where the similarities end. Unlike her, he lacks conviction entirely, letting himself being pushed around the tide composed of others. This made him a bit of an easy target for Isaac to take his frustrations out on during his younger years and as a result of that, they don't have the greatest of relations with one another. They've talked about it, but both of them prefer to acknowledge the fact that they simply don't go well together and should maybe stay separate as much as possible.
- Helen Thorburn┊Sister┊18┊Alive - Loud and full of life, Helen and Isaac are two people who get along well but don't necessarily make each other better for it. A fondness for exploring the pleasures of life, adventure and making herself stand out made her the one who encouraged Isaac to do what he wanted to do; not the greatest of things in the world given his impulsive behaviour. Where Lilian and her parents were the ones who pushed Isaac back when he was going too far too fast, she was the one who pushed him forward. Safe to say, they get along well.
Friends & Associates
Isaac's abrasive personality has resulted in him having few friends, however, he is known to cherish the few he does have as much as he can. This cherishing of those he is friends with does not extend to those he simply knows.
- Meltdown┊Associate┊???┊Alive - A neurotic and mysterious Super, Isaac has hired him to get information about the Commonwealth's dirty laundry and his Mother. He does what he does well and hiring prices seem to be relatively cheap in comparison to other Information-gathering Supers, with the only form of payment being a variety of medicines that need to be brought to him. Not only does he provide the information Isaac is in desperate need of, he also provides him with slightly illegally obtained equipment. However, despite closely working together, Isaac has never met him in person and it seems that Meltdown would prefer to keep it that way.
Plant Carapace
Isaac is capable of slowly forming an exterior shell of thick, heavy wood and plants to make himself massive and powerful. Whilst in the formation stage, Isaac can adjust certain features for practical or aesthetic reasons; a tangle of thorns around his body to make him painful to hit, great wooden antlers to gore others with, a coating of resin to hinder attackers or seal any breaches in the armour and claws to tear things apart. However, it should be noted that the more features he attempts to add to his forming armour, the longer it takes to complete with simple designs taking fewer minutes than ones more complex and versatile.
- Plant Manipulation: He can manipulate some of the features of his armour or constructs at the cost of degenerating them heavily after doing so. Vines wrapped around his armour suddenly snap outwards, whipping and grappling those near him, a section of his armour explodes in a shower of resin that sticks to others, making movement near impossible or a wall of wood covered in thorns lances outwards to impale, cut and stab.
- Plant Constructs: Isaac is capable of forming constructs independent from his armour by shedding pieces of it. These constructs are simplistic in nature, ranging from forming crude weaponry for him to wield such as a twisted spear to environmental hazards such as small trees that leak resin everywhere, brambles and thorn covered walls to close off areas or beds of roots covering an area that make it difficult to move without tripping over or stumbling.
Limitations
- Growth takes time: The formation of his armour is not immediate, far from it, as the process begins from his hands and slowly spreads to the rest of his body. How long it takes isn't exactly consistent, being a bit fluid, but it takes around 4~8 minutes for it to fully grow. During this period, Isaac is left with vulnerable body parts that lack protection.
- The more you want: Ordinary, unaltered armour takes around 4~8 minutes but armour with added features such as antlers, claws and etc takes even longer to form with the time it takes quickly going into the high double digits if he doesn't select what he wants carefully.
- You get what you choose: Once he's chosen what he wants on his armour, he can't change it whatsoever if it's in the process of formation or already formed. If the arms of the suit is already made or in the middle of being made, he can't suddenly choose to have a tangle of thorns around them.
- A giant standing amongst people: A consistent theme of the armour is making him bigger than he actually is, arguably with it acting more akin to a miniature mecha than a suit of armour made of nature. Just like the time it takes for his armour to form, the exact height of it can vary with the smallest recorded height being 7.2ft and the highest being 15.2Ft. This fluctuating height is thought to be responsible for the fluid length of the formation of the armour, with the smallest height taking the quickest and largest taking the longest. This also means that you'd have to be blind to not see him coming at you. Not the most subtle of powers.
- Pretty, but not so elegant: Whilst this armour of his doesn't stop him from running fast and charging through whatever is in his way, it does prohibit him from utilising fine motor skills effectively. Precise movements certainly aren't capable of being done in any form whatsoever and there's a bit of a lag between what he wants to do and it actually happening.
- Not so quiet either: As one could guess, having a giant suit of armour made of wood and plants doesn't exactly allow one to sneak up on others. Hell, even the formation of the armour is loud with its creaking noises. You'd have to be deaf to not hear him coming or him starting to use his powers.
- Quick to rot: After making use of his plant manipulation, whatever he just utilised it on is quick to fall apart and become useless soon after. This means that whilst he can use the vines reinforcing his armour to whip at someone and grapple them, he's gonna end up losing out on some protection once said vines retreat.
- Crude Manipulation: Isaac's manipulation isn't a scalpel in what it can do, acting more akin to a sledgehammer. Can't make his vines slither into a door locks and undo the mechanisms so that it quietly unlocks, but he's more than capable of telling his vines to punch through the wood and drag whoever is on the other side screaming to him.
- Everything at a cost: To create the constructs he wants, Isaac has to shed some of his armour to do so. The amount shedded depends on how long he wants the construct to last, how big he wants it to be/how large the area it covers and how strong it is. A short-lived, small and weak construct will cost next to nothing to create but will be able to do little, but something that lasts a long time, is big and strong will certainly take quite a bit out of his armour and result in a weak point developing.
- When it's gone: If his armour is fully destroyed, Isaac has to wait a few minutes for his power to "recharge" before he can start growing another suit to wear. This makes him as vulnerable as any other human during this period in terms of personal defence.
- No Armour = No Nothing: Without his armour, Isaac is incapable of manipulating any of his constructs in any form whatsoever. The absence of his armour actually results in the constructs he's created degrading faster than they should.
- Not from my Garden: Isaac's manipulation over plants does not extend to those he has not created through shedding some parts of his armour in any way whatsoever. If you ask him to make a random tree grow, he'll probably just sock you in the face instead of making it grow because he can actually do that.
{+} A Sporty Guy: Isaac discovered in the past that doing physical activity is a pretty good outlet for just about everything he's feeling and a nice way to distract him from everything. In addition to that, it's one of the few things he actually takes an active enjoyment and interest in. As a result of doing years of just about any sport you can think of, he's pretty damn healthy in every way possible and has an admirable skill in things such as swimming, running and etc.

{+} Standing by your Side: He might not be the best at making friends, in any way whatsoever, but he'll be damned if he loses the few he actually has. If someone manages to befriend Isaac, he'll stay by your side forever like a loyal dog without question. Sure, he'll make some mistakes given how impulsive he is, but he won't purposely end up betraying someone in his life if he likes them just so he can benefit himself.

{+} Brutish Brawler: Isaac, having a rough childhood that involved many a scrap, participating in a few things such as boxing and working as a vigilante for a few months now has made him into an impressive physical combatant who isn't afraid to play dirty to win. Whilst he may be lacking in terms of style, he more than makes up for it by punching hard and fast.

{-} Not a People Person: Isaac is as far from a people person as a person could be, having a great amount of difficulty in engaging in social situations outright. He has difficulty reading social cues, paying attention to someone for prolonged amounts of time, noticing details and appearing like he's actually interested in what the person is actually saying. This, alongside his habit to blurt out whatever comes to his mind, general intensity and lack of patience makes him a handful. He certainly tries to not do any of this, but it's hard and he has made little progress so far.

{-} Bad Memory: He isn't the greatest when it comes to memorising things, be it the simple things such as names to the complex such as how something exactly works. This makes him prone to losing things that he really shouldn't or missing important events that most people would remember to go to with ease.

{-} A lacking Education: Isaac, having been a trouble-child who was constantly being transferred as a result of the sheer difficulty families had in dealing with him and his rowdy behaviour in school has resulted in him lacking some knowledge and skills in key areas. He can barely write, with most of it looking like illegible chicken scrawl that even he can't read. Speaking of reading, Isaac can barely do it himself. Maths, science and technology are all things he also has difficulty with, even the simple bits are hard.
Bag of Holding: A nice, plain, black bag that is used to hold things. Often contains gum. That and illegal items that he shouldn't be in the possession of.

Bulletproof Vest: It's a bulletproof vest. It helps him not immediately die from being shot and provides some level of protection gets shrapnel from explosions or cuts from knives. He may or may not have illegally obtained this from a certain someone.

Plastic Handcuffs: Carries a couple dozen of these on him at all times for tying up bad guys, otherwise known as "ass hats" to Isaac.

Taser: Most definitely illegally obtained. Capabilities include smacking someone in the head or giving them a mini seizure. Good for "delicately" taking someone down.

Pepper spray: Potentially illegally obtained. If you spray someone, it might hurt just a tad. Like the taser, good for "delicately" taking someone down, although, their screaming from the pain tends to be very loud.

First Aid Kit: Legally obtained from the supermarket. It's a first aid kit, which means it provides the tools one should use to patch up basic injuries and the like.

No Stranger To Sin
Both of her parents have done terrible things in the past, and even Maple has had to get her hands dirty to ensure her family's survival. She doesn't like any of this, but she recognizes that her parents truly cared about her and each other. There's nothing that can be done to undo these acts of violence, but Maple firmly believes that genuinely paying kindness forward is the closest thing they can do to atone. She and her parents are not bad people and they truly regret their misdeeds, and the world itself is hardly black and white. Due to this she tends to avoid casting premature judgement on others knowing that there's always more to a book than its cover.

Roger Roger, Rubber Ducky
Casual, cheerful, and curt, this woman isn't fond of beating around the bush. It's her belief that people get tangled up in formalities and big words too much to communicate effectively. Most of her verbal interactions will reflect this. If she'd rather not say something she'll calmly just say so. On the flip side of this, if she feels you're holding out on her then she'll call you out on that hunch.

Head In The Clouds
A lot of her free time is spent daydreaming, and sometimes this can spill into her work hours. It's not uncommon to find her distracted with her own thoughts. Curiosities in her environment can sometimes trigger these mental wanderings, and she's prone to interrupting conversations to explore any sudden inquiries.

Slow And Steady Wins The Race
Unless there's danger present she likes to take her time with things. Others may find her slow, whimsical pace infuriating, but somehow she manages to get things done if they're not dumped on her at the absolute last second. Trying to rush her only makes her irritable, and she will purposely stall you to return the favor.

History
Tip for the day: 'Don't do drugs, kids.'

It's been theorized that Maple's odd ability may have been influenced by two factors. The first was her mother passing down an active super gene along with an unstable psychological power. The second is her father's use of a chemical called titan gas, which was a physical stimulant associated with the domestic terrorist cell known as Rapture. Without any real scientific digging into the matter this still remains speculation. Maple, as well as her father, have declined to even register her as a super until recent events found the family moving to Baltimore under the mutual employment of the Commonwealth. Even after that the woman seems to find ways--or more likely excuses--to avoid any thorough examination.

Before this move she had been living within the United Kingdom for just over a year, on a sabbatical as she called it. She spent the time undertaking personal studies to broaden her knowledge, and to take some time off for herself at her father's request. Picking up a job as a gardener's assistant Maple enjoyed these quiet days, although the wanderlust her father had nurtured within her sometimes carried her out beyond civilization for camping trips. It was a refreshing change of pace in her own words, very therapeutic after having just recovered from a gunshot wound.

Official records of the woman are scattered across the continental United States of America. Even what little information the Commonwealth has about her mother is all that her father will provide. She and her father had moved six times all to different states while she had been growing up. Those are just the confirmed reports, however. The last hard piece of evidence on her before her departure to the United Kingdom was a hospital report from Oregon. Her high school records are just as haphazard, and there's no record of her even attending her senior year at either of her associated high schools. It's believed that she suppressed her power through stolen limiters since she was an unregistered super.

Truly, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree as far as enigmas goes.

Their level of discretion was necessary, however. Her parents had made enemies during Rapture's little war in Washington DC. These same ghosts from the past claimed Maple's mother several years after her birth, and would continue to sporadically hound the surviving family for a decade more. Things were finally starting to calm down after her trip to Europe, but trouble seems to have found the Warrains once more. She's followed her father to Baltimore and Facility 108 not to look after her own future, but to fight the good fight, because somebody has to. Being familiar with this kind of danger is unfortunate, but she's determined to do what she can. With a friend from the UK enrolling in the school Maple has even more of a drive to take a stand.

War never changes, and neither do the Warrains.
Logan Warrain
Maple's father, whom she followed to Baltimore against his wishes. There's a healthy relationship between the two, and she is adamant about not letting Logan out of her sight after the violent loss of her mother.

Matron
The aunt she never had. Matron is an eccentric old woman, but Maple respects her authority. She's suspicious about how Matron's empire was built, but understands that everyone has their secrets.

Director Chernov
As much as Maple would love to give the high strung woman a hug, she'll settle for a friendly wave from afar. Also, as a new agent of the Commonwealth that would be really awkward anyways. She knows why her father is working for Chernov and what the Commonwealth expects from him, and that puts Maple in a position to be respectfully wary of the older woman.

Eliza Nova
A friend Maple made during a past trip to the United Kingdom. She took an interest in the younger woman after hearing rumors about her 'hallucinations,' and the rest is history after that. With Maple's father finding work in Baltimore Maple followed suit, and even extended an offer to Eliza to do so as well so she could get help from Facility 108.
Empathetic Vapor Emissions
Along with the typical discharge of carbon dioxide, Maple's mutated lungs expel plumes of visible gray vapor upon exhaling. This cloud is laced with mood altering properties, the effects of which are based on her current mood. If she's happy, this cloud will induce a happy feeling in others. This causality is the same whenever she's sad, angry, calm, scared, and so on. The more of the cloud that is inhaled the stronger the effect will be, of course. With the trigger of emotional responses an affected person's body will usually follow suit as well. Anger can push out neurotransmitters in the brain to temporarily cope with pain, or provide a boost of strength for example. Happiness can relax the body and soothe out nervous fidgeting, as another example.
- Blow Your House Down: Maple's lung capacity and endurance is phenomenal to say the least. With one deep breath and some effort she can gas a large area with her vapor. Normal breathing will just fog up the area immediately in front of her, though. She's able to hold her breath if needed for extended periods of time, and takes longer to get winded from physical exertion.
- Quantity Is Quality: The staying power of her vapor increases directly with how much she puts out at once. This means the vapor from her regular breathing will dissipate relatively quickly when compared to the clouds she can produce.
Limitations
- A Real Bad Trip: She's just as affected by her vapor as anyone else is. It's a seemingly benign side effect, but when one emotion compounds on itself too much--like fear or anger for example--things can get troublesome as her emotions run rampant.
- Candle In The Wind: Strong winds can either help or hurt her control depending on the placement of her clouds. It's a tossup outdoors, and this is why she prefers applying her power within confined areas.
- Easy As Breathing: As the puffs of narcotic breaths are a normal bodily function Maple cannot stop herself from creating this vapor without holding her breath or her limiter.
- I Don't Have A Problem: Too much exposure to Maple's vapor over time can cause an addiction. Emotions and endorphins go hand in hand, and this can cause lingering imbalances within a person. People not used to adrenaline or euphoric highs seem to be affected the worst.
A Break From Civilization: Having gone through outdoors training with her father Maple is an adept camper and mountaineer. She'll happily show others how to spear a fish with a sharpened stick, or ensnare small woodland critters with string. Her usual cheerful demeanor often belies her survival training, and most people don't seem to believe that she keeps bug-out bags stashed in places she frequents like at home or at the office in Facility 108.

A Green Thumb And A Sharp Eye: She picked up gardening as a survival skill, but outside of that specific scenario Maple can start and maintain a decent garden. She's also familiar with different types of edible and harmful plants.

Sting Like A Bee: Another practical gift from her father: knowing how to fight armed and unarmed. She lacks the physical strength to compete toe-to-toe so she prefers to use a knife to even the odds. She knows where and how to strike with a blade to either warn or seriously injure opponents. It's not something she's proud of knowing or having used, but it has come in handy on more than one occasion.

Skirts Don't Have Pockets: Appreciating cute aesthetics and wearing cute clothes are two very different things for Mabel. Sharing a degree of her father's practicality she's not very fond of wearing effeminate clothing, and instead dresses more in line with a tomboy for both comfort and utility. She's particularly fond of wearing cargo shorts/pants, because you never know when you'll need to squirrel away something useful.

A Well Kept Mess: The woman's a methodical practitioner of organized chaos. Just because you don't understand her system of arrangement that doesn't mean there's not a method to the madness.

High School Dropout: Most of Maple's knowledge comes from practical lessons learned between and during her family's many travels across the United States. She understands the basics of science, math, and literature, but the more critical details elude her without industrious self study and a fair share of frustration.

It's Too Quiet: She finds it difficult to sleep for more than a few hours at a time having been traumatized throughout her life by very real nightmares, one of which put her in a hospital with a hole in her abdomen. Even if Maple is sleeping next to someone she trusts she frequently wakes up after short spurts of rest, especially if there's no ambient noise. After bad nights it can really take its toll on her. She usually finds some way to fight off the z's during the day, but if there's nothing really going on she likes to ~~cat nap~~ 'tiger nap.' When she's awake complete silence still unnerves her.
Filtration Mask: [Tool] A blue and black mask that can filter out Maple's vapors from her breaths, acting as a fallback if her limiter is unavailable. There is still a small visible puff of air exiting the filters when she exhales, but these cause no ill effect on others when breathed in. She prefers using this mask over wearing her limiter because it's a sense of familiarity. When she was younger she didn't have a limiter, and had to wear similar masks to help stifle her power.

Glowstick: [Tool] A vape pen that lights up with a neon blue glow when it's being used. It's typically filled with a vanilla scented oil.

Swatter: [Weapon] A collapsible stun baton developed by a national security firm. It's handle has a button that electrocutes the extending club to assist its user in encouraging an antagonist to cease and desist.

'Killjoy' Threat Negation Device: [Weapon] A handheld device intended to deal non-lethal force to a target in order to neutralize them. Aesthetically it's basic shape resembles a blocky handgun, but it's loaded with cartridges on the end of the 'barrel.' Upon pulling the trigger these cartridges launch a pair of needles out to 15ft, able to penetrate thick clothing and deliver high voltage shocks.

When she's not interested, Kezia is really not interested. In fact if she feels you're pressing her even after she's shown disinterest she can get quite irate.

Competitive
She loves a competition, and hates to lose. Kezia will never back down from a challenge, but she's not stupid… She'd still prefer not to die.

Vicious
Kezia is straight up hostile, she won't even blink before using excessive violence as a means to an end, the solution to any problem she's faced with.

History
Kezia grew up poor, very poor. She fought her way through childhood, dropped out of highschool, and over numerous years failed to hold down any sort of job. Robbery, gambling, soliciting, Kezia made ends meet any way she could. Eventually she found herself making a name in underground fighting rings, violence wasn't a new or unique part of her life, if anything she enjoyed it. The thrill of the fight, the adrenaline rush when faced with mortal danger, the cathartic rush of emotions she felt through her fists. It was never going to be enough, and after a time it began to grow stale, she needed something more.

With the appearance of the Knights of Raguel, Kezia found herself drawn to the group, not because of their ideology, she couldn't give a second thought about the groups motivations, no instead she found herself drawn to the prospect of fighting higher level supers, she found herself drawn to the danger.

Using the Knights as an excuse, Kezia's urge to unleash cruelty hasn't diminished, if anything it only grows day by day.
Raguel
Kezia's "boss". Raguel gives out her orders and Kezia carries them out. Raguel believes herself to be part of a holy war, Kezia thinks she's just a bit psychotic.
Brawler: She's not trained in any particular style of martial art, and none of her techniques have fancy names, but Kezia's skill in hand to hand combat are undeniable. Honed through years of no-rules cage fighting and street battles, Kezia could go toe to to with people twice her size and come out on top.

Marksman: Kezia is a dab hand with a firearm. Preferring automatic weapons, she likes to keep her targets at a close to middle range. She's not the most accurate shooter, and would much rather close in on a target than try to pull off a long range shot.

Technologically minded: Not unusual these days, Kezia grew up in a world fueled by ever advancing technology. She can make use of almost any gadget once shown the basics, and can master their use given enough time.

Tinkerer: Like her skills with technology, Kezia can fix most of her own things enough to make them serviceable. She's by no means an expert, and any fix she does will no doubt need a proper repair fairly soon, but she can fix things just enough to survive the current moment.

Numerically challenged: Being a highschool dropout, Kezia struggles with more academic tasks. She's especially bad at numbers, even struggling to remember chains of numbers at longer lengths.

Non-swimmer: She just can't do it. The local pool was just too expensive to visit, and despite growing up close to the sea, she never found the time to learn. Kezia swims like a brick.
Item: [Tactical Close-quarters Armour] The Tac armour used by Kezia was given to her by the Knights of Raguel's mysterious benefactor, and like many of the Knights technology, it's power is something to be reckoned with. Specced for close range fighting, her armour is kitted with strength enhancing artificial muscle fibres, high impact resistant plating, a movement tracking and prediction HUD, and an integrated medical system that can administer painkillers and seal minor wounds.

Item: [Reconnaissance Light Rifle] Using an advanced scope and an adjustable barrel, the RLR can highlight potential targets and using heat tracking technology, keep the barrel on target through any jitter the user might face from the weapons output. The weapon makes use of a multitude of focusing lenses and chambers to store and release blasts of photon energy. These blasts can be short bursts, single high charge blasts, or as lower powered continuously released beams.

Item: [Knife] A 6 inch long bowie style knife forged from composite layers of material to give flexibility without compromising the sharpness of it's edge. Fairly basic other than it's more durable construction.
