Help Two quick questions?

Hi there, I have two quick questions for anyone who would be willing to/able to answer them! I'm fairly new to the site (about a week old as of today), and I'm still unsure where to place certain topics outside of my own Roleplay interest checks (this confusion has already caused me to get one of my threads deleted already, haha. . ).

So! That's why I'm wondering. . where would I place the following threads on the site?

An OOC Chat thread for people who want to talk about anything and everything in order to make friends here on the website? I see that "making friends" is a fairly common request from fellow users.
A thread where I can talk about my experiences as a rookie paranormal investigator? A few people have already asked about them, so I figured I would like to share them somewhere on the site.

I'm probably going to be ninja-ed here, lol.

If you look under the Roleplays forum section, you'll see each has a genre and then under the "main" forum for that genre are the sub-forums for things like OOC, Extra Pages, and so on.

As for where to post your rookie paranormal experience, General Discussion :3

Each roleplay category has its own OCC thread subforum. That is where you may place your OCC thread. However, OCC threads should be relative to a roleplay. If you're looking to just chat, check out the General Discussion forum. You can talk about investigator of paranormal activities in the Personal Discussion subforum.

I'd use the chitchat prefix in Personal Discussion, but it'd need a topic of some kind. If you just want to chat with other members with an actual chat function, join us on discord.

I'm on the Discord, actually! I just figured it would be a nice addition for those who preferred to use the forums. On some of the other Roleplaying websites I visited, people would often make their own "chatrooms" using the forums, but I wasn't sure if that was an appropriate conduct here, so I figured I would ask.
