So, I'm not really sure how to word this, but I'll try! Basically, I'm looking for someone (or multiple someones?) who would like to draw with me. Maybe we can come up with themes and just draw that theme, and compare our art or something afterwards? Or we can draw totally different themes and just show them to one another? IDK, haha. =v=;;

I just think it would be kind of fun to have someone else to 'draw with'. Anyways! If you're interested, let me know!

OH. I should mention that you do NOT have to be committed. I know how hard it can be to draw sometimes, so if you decide to draw with me but lose motivation, I understand. I would never try and force someone into drawing when they aren't in the mood to do so!​
 
I'd love to draw with you! I'm not that good, but I'll get better with practice. How would you do this? Would it be in an online drawing room thing or through shared files? Anyways, I'd love to do this with you!

Ohh! A collab sounds fun! Its been ages since ive done one (1n1 or a group) and time is a fickle thing now-a-days, but oh! I would love to try!

Mm i've only done those, draw a character and slap everyone characters in a page deal, but how you heard about the three-way swap, there three people each do a sketch, then line art someone else's sketch, and then colour someone else's lineart? I was thinking maybe taking that to a different step and we each do a sketch but for the line and colour, we'll cut up the sketch up like a puzzel pieces (or simply cut the sketch up in half) and we each fill it up. Maybe for colour, to keep thing uniformed, we'll have limited colour but the hue n shade is up to each artists. Like if a character art has the character with green eyes, one artist may colour in a lighter lime colour and another might do a foresty green od maybe a teal green.
 
This sounds fun! When I have some spare moments I'd really like to try this!
 
I wouldn't mind joining you guys on drawing! But I do have a job so I won't be available 24'7, if that's ok :D

I think the attention has startled our dear Junn :b How about we plan for something and go for it in the mean time? Something simple. Like each create a character n slap them onto a canvas.

From experience, a due date should b set and also a minimum canvas size (saving thing as PNG with transparent background saves the editor but not really required, but favoured). Ive seen due date as long as a month n short as 7 days.

Anyone volunteer to run the RPNartCollab?

Themes anyone?

I really like the whole 'slap our characters down on a single canvas' type thing! It would have to be digital though. That's the only problem unless people have a small editing software they can use to crop out their drawing and place it on the canvas itself? XDD
If people can somehow do it digitally or transfer any traditional drawings onto a digital page, then we should do it in an ordered fashion. Like, the first person will take it and have a deadline, and when they complete it they can pass it on to the next person so on and so forth! (Obviously, people would be able to start a bit before hand with their character and then simply paste it onto the sheet but)
 
Black Rain Black Rain Oh! That's one way of doing the collab! Earlier, i was thinking of everyone submiting their art to a single editor for them to paste everyone on a canvas. (Hence the question if anyone wanna run the collab :p)

Traditional media can definitely be part of thw collab. The artists just have to make sure the paper isnt lined, and they take a very clear picture of their work (if they dont have a scanner that is). It's a bit of extra work for the traditional ppl (taking a good pic of your work is surprisingly tricky) but it has been done. And of course if ppl have minimal software to edit or dont have the knowledge, other people can help out whichever they can. It'll be a community effort.
 
I guess since we're all just starting the theme would be something simple...

I guess I submit a dessert theme?
 
I'm fine with what ever theme you guys wanna do ^-^ And if you need someone to run it I'm always available, being a helper and all!
