Just a note, adult mamodo range from normal human size to absolutely massive
Like Zeno's father (Spoilers ahead for the manga)
Or in the scenes where Zeno trains with an adult mamodo, who is clearly over ten times larger than him.
Some of the teen mamodo are similar in size to humans, like Bari who seems to be over 6 feet tall.
Though if you want, Mira can be from a clan/village with no large mamodo, so perhaps in her opinion they are small.
