(Robin and Shadow are attending the party as Luna and Dick, the rest will act as guards, without knowing the other two are there since Batman will say they're patrolling Gotham)

Shadow sighs "Come from someone who can literally bece someone else who has nothing to do with you normal life what-so-ever, SG does the hero part of you the other part" she says "So someone who becomes someone else for the hero part of her life can't exactly give me advise" she says with a shake of her head "Anyway I'll just take these coats",she says. She had no idea what Batman had been thinking sending her to school, well she was close friends with Barbara and obvioudly Robin, but that was it.

" That is not really true Luna. Even though I become someone else my hero life spills into my normal life as well. The longer I am SG the more exhausted I become and the injuries SG gains from fighting appears as bruises on me. Plus I am keeping it a secret from my parents too...so I know what I am talking about." Lily responded to the girl.

Artemis raised an eyebrow, " You parents dont know?..." Lily slowly nodded. "Why havent you told them anything?..."

"They know though" Shadow says and she looks at Artemis "Anything else you want?" she asks, she didn't feel like talking about stuff like that "At least you have parents that worry about you" she mumbles as she walks to the dresses, she still needed one for the party, but knowing Bruce he'd have one custom made for her.

Diana smiles "It's his way of testing them, there might be completely obvious, like us two, but the others aren't that easy" she says and sighs "You should try to cheer you 'daughter' up though, she really doesn't like the topic of parents" she says as she walks to the winter coats.

Lily blinked, " They.. do?" She asked a bit surprised.

Artemis shook her head, " I am fine and ready for the winter" she said to the girl as she watched her walk to the dress section before looking at Lily, " Anything else you are going to buy?"

"Hm.." Liky hummend still thinking about what Shadow said about her parents.

Artemis waved her hand in front if her face, " Helloo"

Lily blinked and looked at Artemis, " Oh.. sorry. Maybe another sweater and some boots " she said to the looked theough the rack again. "Maybe also a scarf..."

"Right.. I need some boots as well" Artemis said to her.

"As far as that goes" Shadow mumbles looking through the dresses and she sighs "It's just not fair, I'd be happy if I had at least one parent, but they died in the fire" she says wiping a tear away "I'll ask Bats if he already has a dress for me" she says and looks at Black Canary "You wouldn't hide things from me right?" she asks.

Diana walks over to the two "Yes they know Lily, but you shouldn't talk about parents so lightly in front of Shadow, she lost her parents and when she was at the circus she lost the people she considered her parents there" she says and looks at Artemis "And they have another store where you can find the perfect boots, we should go there, after eating some ice cream" she says and sighs, they would all be in so much trouble if Shadow found out her father is still alive, but Bats would be in the most trouble.

Black Canary gave Shadow a hug, " I wouldnt..." she said to the girl softly, holding the girl closely to her. "How about we go get some ice cream?"she said to the girl.

Lily blinked in surprise, " I am sorry.. I didn't know. She never did say anythinf about her parents... Ill be more careful next time" she replied to Diana. She also made a mental note to go talk to her parents later.

Artemis nodded to Diana, " Sounds good to me" she said not minding that they will go another store. She looked at Lily, " You guys have been friends for a long time, and there things you still keep from each other... that's a bit weird."

"I guess...but everyone has things they dont want to talk about. Right?" Lily asked Artemis.

"Yeah.. that is true.."

Shadow nods "I guess" she says and looks down "Just wish things were easier, I don't want Lily to know what happened, but I guess I have to tell her eventually, I should tell Robin first though, he's been questioning my magic from day one, I accidentally used it when we got captured by the Joker, out teamwork sucked so we were about to lose badly" she says and sighs "Course Batman just shook his head when Robin asked about it"

Diana nods "She'll tell you, eventually, but it's not that surprising, if she lives with Bats instead of your city then you could have out the pieces together" she says "But enough about that, you should go to Shadow"

Black Canary slowly nodded, " You dont have to tell her now, but you should tell her soon. She seems like someone who would be upset if she unintentionally hurt you" she said as she petted the girl's head. She looked up to see Liky slowly nod to Diana and started walking over to l then.

Liky frowned a bit when she saw Shadow, "Hey... you ok?..." she asked sound very worried.

"Yeah, but..." Shadow says and she sighs "Yeah, I'm fine Lily" she says and forces a smile "Let's go and eat some ice cream after this" she says, she couldn't stay sad, since Bats would kill her if Lily or someone else found out already, they wouldn't be friends with her anymore.

Diana smiles "Well Artemis, are you gonna stand there and do nothing or are you gonna go over as well?" she asks looking at the blonde.

Lily still seem a bit worried, "Okay..." she said to her softly before gently holding her hand, "You know you can tell me anyrhing right?" She sais to her softly with a reassuring smile. "I am always will to sit down and listen to anything you have to say" she added making Black Canary smile. The blonde lady was happy that Shadow had a friend like her.

Artemis sighed, " I dont think it's my place to be right now..." she answered as she went back to looking at some clothes.

"I know, just... not really to tell you everything" Shadow says with a sigh and she adds "But let's not worry about it now, we're on a shopping trip and we're leaving our favorite blonde out"

Diana smiles "I think it is" she says pushing Artemis to the two girls "You need to talk more to them, how are you gonna be a team anyway?"

Artemis sweatdropped at Diana and sighed, " Fine fine.. you have a point there.." she said as she walked over to the two girls.

Lily smiled a bit before she looked over to see Artemis walking over, "So... are you two still up fro ice cream?" She asked with a smile. "Or hot chocolate... it is getting a little chill right now"

"We can eat ice cream and then you can meet up with friend of mine and go to her house for hot chocolates and what not, heard she was going to BBQ today, sadly enough I have to patrol Gotham, so I told her I'd tell some friends to go in my place" Shadow says and she smiles.

Diana walks to Dinah "So, when are you going to get them together? I hope it's before the party" she asks quietly, she wished Bruce knew what he was getting himself into, but he probably thought that they wouldn't interfere with his plan to keep the two as far away from each other as possible.

Lily tilted her head, " Who is your friend's name?" She asked curiously even though she already knew whobit was. Artemis on the other hand was clueless and waited for the girl's answer.

Black Canary sighed, "If he is here before the party. If not, it it after or during" The blonde whispered to the raven head.

Shadow smiles "Her name's Luna" she says and smiles "Bruce took her in around the same time as he took in Richard Grayson, she's been my friend for a while now" she explains and adds "Though you might meet her once you go to school Arty".

"Well then, let's call him" Diana says taking out her phone and she calls him, waiting for a moment until he picks up "Very important question, when are you back?" she instantly asks and she sweatdrops "I see, well then that's good, so I assume you'll be staying with Dinah" she says and nods "Alright then, how your mansions coming along?" she asks and chuckles "Okay I'll stop asking questions, bye", she ends the call and says "He finished early so he'll be staying with you starting tomorrow, his mansion is almost finished in Moonlight City, well outside of Moonlight City, he owns a lot of land there, but until then he's staying with you"

Lily blinked and Artemis stared, " Wait... Wayne Manor? Your friend lives with a kid that live with richest man in Gotham City?...." the blonde ask surprised. "Now I have seen everything" she said as Lily patted her back with a smile.

Black Canary blinked, "Wait what? O didnt know about him loving with me until it is done..." she said to Diana with a sweatdrop. She found this surprisingly too easy and thought is would be harder to get the two to see each other.

"Yep" Shadow says "Bruce provides us with our tools and gear" she adds and sweatdrops "The more advanced things come from my friends her parents company" she says "Like this" she says and takes out a phone from her pocket "And don't even think it's just a phone"

"He does now, besides, Bruce wouldn't expect that since it's too obvious, so you have all the time to plan how you're going to let them meet" Diana says and she adds "Plus, he has nowhere else he can stay, Bruce would send him on another missions instantly and no one else lived in Gotham"

"Different things, it can act as a normal phone as well though" Shadow says turning it on and she opens a holographic map "It can instantly download a map of the area you're in. See we are here" she says pointing to 3 dots in the middle "There is also one especially made for in gloves, just not finished yet, here, I have a spare and my friend has one extra as well. It can open communication channels which are completely private and other things as well, just don't try to press this yellow button until you linked it to a motorcycle or car, or both" she saye handing hers to Artemis "Well it's currently linked to my motorcycles at the bat cave, need to change that and it unlocks by either fingerprint or voice command and this one is green"

Diana nods "Then you have to give her a reason not to go to Moonlight City" she says and looks at the three girls "Isn't that a prototype? Well a perfectly made prototype, but still why would she give that to Artemis?" she asks with a sweatdrop "Well knowing Shadow she has tons more somewhere"

Artemis sweatdropped as she took the prototype from Shadow, " heh.. Thanks, never thought I can get my hands on something so high tech gadget..." she said as she looked at it and put it on. " and wont the private channels get hacked? That is what we are always worried about, which is why we used Miss Martian's telephatic powers..." Lily was wodnering if it was safe to talk about this stuff out in the open of the store.

"Anyway Arty, enjoy your new phone, Diana promised us ice cream" Shadow says taking the clothes Artemis is holding "And you can install games on them if you ever get bored" she says and adds "Lily, if you want you can browse for a bit longer, since you probably won't go shopping for a while", she sees a sweater and sighs "Nope, not gonna grab that one for myself" she says and walks of "And no buts Arty, I'm paying for your clothes"

"It looks like a harmless phone" Diana says and she sighs looking through the winter coats "Let's just finish up here, someone's excited to eat ice cream" she says "But doesn't Lily know who Shadow is?"

Artemis sweatdropped at the young girl, "fine fine.." she said before looking at her new phone. She didnt expect to get a cool gadget like this, so this just made her day. She looked at Liky who was looking through her clothes again, "find anything else you want?"

"Hm.... I want something red..." Lily said as she looked through the clothes.

Artemis tilted her head and helped her look, "hm...do you want a red scarf?" She asked as she pulled out a plane red scarf.

Lily looked and blinked, " That is perfect!" She replied happily.

Artemis laughed at the girl's reaction and handed it to her, " Ill take that as a yes" she said.

Lily giggled a bit, " Thank you Artemis" she said with a smile.

Black Canary looked at Diana, "Yes,she knows. She is pretending not to know, so Artemis doesnt figure out Shadow's real identity" she explained as she watched the girl walk to the counter to pay for her clothes.

Shadow sighs and sends Artemis a text using the other one 'And they're not made to bring along on missions you smartass', she puts it away and pays for the clothes before walking back to the blonde and handing her her bag "Here" she says with a smile "And no they won't be able to hack it"

"But she doesn't know Robin or Batman's ID" Diana says looking at Dinah "As for those phone, those things aren't even for sale, not to mention there are only 6 at the moment, Artemis should have every right to be suspicious right now though, which she isn't because she is too excited about it" she says as she stretches.

Artemis looked at the text and before looking at the girl. " Ya could have just told me that ya know" she said as she took the bag from the girl, " thank you by the way. Today turned out really well" she added wirh a smile as Lily walk.

"I may end up wearing thst scarf everywhere now" she said with a giggle.

"Glad you like it so much" Artemis said with a laugh.

"Batman might do something elaborate to keep his and Robin's identity a secret" Black Canary said as she pulled out a white coat. She hummed a bit as she listened to Diana, " You cant blame the girl. She Is from a tough neighborhood and has a single mother. So it makes sense that she would be excited about a new phone"
