Jack looks like your average guy. A simple crew cut, shaved beard, y'know, a typical man. His eyes are what really stands out about him. One is purple, and one is green. Hmm, weird. Anyways, his physique is that of a average man. Long hairy arms and legs. Wide shoulders. Strangely, even though he doesn't challenge himself at a gym, he gained a Six-Pack. Even he was surprised.
Apparel
Jack may be a detective, but that doesn't mean he can't be stylish. He wears a Black T-Shirt with a skull on the front and double .44 Magnums on the back. He also wears Green Camouflage Cargo Pants. Jack also wears his camera around his neck, his main offense.
Equipment
-Hideable Camera:A Camera that can be hidden anywhere. Its waterproof, weather proof, basically anything proof. Jack found this baby burning in some Golden chest while solving a Case.
-Pocket Knife:Not useful for using as a weapon, but can be used for other things.
-Large Satchel:Allows Jack to carry 8 items.
-Energy Drink:Gives Jack more stamina. He always carries one around in his satchel.

Weapon Description
Jack bought this a while ago and was only able to buy 2 mags. The Barrett .50 Caliber is very powerful and can easily take down any target. Because of its power and semi-automatic fire rate, the Barrett is a very deadly weapon and should be avoided if up against one. The few problems it has are mainly due to it's power. It is not very stable, so it is advised to use a bipod. It is very heavy, so there will be a lot of weapon sway, which means shots will be missed. And finally, and this is a Jack problem, he only holds 2 magazines. He keeps the Barrett on a holster around his body.

Weapon Description
An extremely powerful Handcannon. Easily takes down targets with no problem. Has a lot of recoil, so Jack will probably drop it from time to time just by pulling the trigger. Other then that, its not very heavy or has any problems. Jack Carries 5 magazines and is very glad he bought this Pistol. He keeps it in his Satchel.

Whew, was this thing pricey. Its power does make up for its price, though. Can easily cut through skin and, because of its material, armor weaker than Titanium. Jack isn't a close up kind of guy, but will use it if he has to. He keeps the Knife in his Satchel, and can sometimes mistake his Pocket Knife for it and pull that out instead.
Biography{How he arrived into the underground}
Jack was sitting in his office today and he wasn't expecting anyone to call, but someone called. They asked him to meet him at the home to the underground. He didn't know why that location was chosen, but he just went with it. So he walked down the street, people said "Hi Jack!" and "How's it going buddy?" and "Why are you carrying your gun?" to him. Jack replied back with "Hey.", "I'm fine, thank you.", and "Just to be safe. ", like any person would. He finally arrived at the plains. Standing in front of the giant gaping hole, Jack looked around for his contact. He pulled out his Samsung Galaxy 7 to go and call them again. As he did that, he was pushed and was sent tumbling down into the hole. He landed on some yellow-gold flowers that seemed to break his fall, but his back still hurt like hell due to the Sniper Rifle on his back. Jack dusted himself off, and decided to explore. "Maybe I could write a journal on this." He pondered.
{There. Probably the only non-overpowered character I could make. And I balanced his powerful weaponry with Jacks faults. There is no Brave Bursts or any shit like that, just normal UnderTale OC stuff. Hopefully this is good enough @KirienIsamu, as if this is accepted, it will be my main Character to roleplay with.}
