Siren's Song: Ria is able to lure men to her, and use them how she sees fit while they are under her control. Pirates tend to suffer u less they prove their use, while mermen get snacks and a nice chat. Hey, even presumably evil mermaid witches get lonely from time to time.
Control of Time - Personal: Ria can manipulate time to an extent. It's only for her as she refuses to share but people know she can use it. She can go forward or backwards in time, maybe 2 or 3 minutes, but she normally only goes a few seconds, and most of the time it's when she he breaks she something she needs.

Ria is a dangerous mermaid. To merfolk, she's a dangerous witch living by herself on the edge of the kingdom that only the departed or foolish go to. She's a known siren, making men and lesbians wary, and she's known for having a mean streak. But she's rather kind to her own, helpino them when needed, and keeping some ships from getting to close to the kingdom, becuse being a siren does come in handy.
To pirates however, she's the beautiful siren they warn you about, the one who will take you to the bottom of the ocean and consume you. But that's only in the stories, she doesn't really eat people, that's just gross. Anyway, she's ruthless when it comes to them, and will kill if they don't leave. Her beauty draws them in, but they're lucky if they live.

Bio:
Ria was born to an important family, only to be orphaned the young age of five. No one took her in for some reason, which she only found out later on a getter discovering her parents secert. They had terrifying abilities, two of which she developed. Blah, nlah, blah, troubled growing up homless, blah blah blah, she gained some weird friends, blah blah blah, she was kicked out after she caused soemthing very bad to happenafter practicing a few spells and injuring quiet a few people, and now lives in an old sunken ship.
Fun facts/Additional facts:
Ria has been kicked out of the mermaid kingdom, made to live on the outskirts by herself. She's seen as dangerous and unfriendly, and she is dangerous, but kind enough to merfolk. Her name strikes fear into those who hear it.
