The Celestial Court
The Celestial Court is to the South of the Dark Dimension. It is also known by the name of The Other Side. Its architecture, predominantly white and blue, is full of minarets. From the Celestial Court are the Guardians, which are divided into three different types:

The Just Guardians - are guardians that have blond hair, blue eyes and a thin constitution. They oversee the City of Darkness. These guardians constantly think about duty and responsibility.
(Susurre)
The Benevolent Guardians - are guardians that have dark skin, curly hair and a lithe physique. They are the kindest of the Guardians and their purpose is to oversee the Underworld.
(Idola)
The Resolute Guardians - are guardians with short hair and almond green eyes. They are severe, stubborn and inflexible. They are the typical Guardians of the Celestial Court, and the most disliked.
The Guardians can recruit adepts among humans, though endowed with certain qualities. They travel to the Human realm, in a special kind of machine. This machine is invisible to the human eye. They set out to kill a young girl and bring them to the Celestial Court, to become one of them.
The Celestial Court is ruled by a triumvirate, the Supreme Judges: Ryannen, a Blonde Guardian and the leader, Idola who is a Red Guardian and Susurre, a Brown Guardian.
Where The City of Darkness is constantly in a state of deep red sunset, The Celestial Court is constantly in a state of blue skies and sunlight. Apart from Guardians, (please ask if you want to be one) this area is only visited by others if they are on trial, and all vampires and other supernatural creatures will want to avoid it at all costs...
They are the rulers of most dimensions, and impose law and order across worlds.
