Ace Trainer
When Lysandre and the rest of the team launched the ultimate weapon, they were stopped by a handful of trainers and everything was turned back to normal. However, in a parallel world, these trainers were unfortunately unable to save the world from destruction. Every living creature was wiped out by this destructive blast of light aside from the legendary creatures, who used their powers to restore the majority of the destruction.
Fast forward millions of centuries and the world was created anew, thanks to the legendary pokemon. They all agreed that the main cause of the previous world's destruction was the way the balance of power was cast. They wiped out the old system, and started completely over. Neither Pokémon nor humans existed, and instead a new race, the Noméman race. They were humanoid creatures with pokemon features, such as ears or tails or wings or horns. They were created without powers, in hopes that this would prevent war and fighting, and for a long time it worked.
In the year of 7019 NP, Arceus appeared to the Noméman world and prophecized that the world would end within the next three centuries. Later in that same year, Xerneas appeared before many, seeking help to prevent the destruction of the world. She explained that the end would be caused by a war between the other legendaries, and she, by herself did not have enough power to stop both sides. With the help of Jirachi, she granted the abilities and powers of Pokemon from millions of years ago to all of those that offered their assistance. This force of magical Noméman became know as the Chikyu Boei Chimu or CBC and their ultimate goal is to promote peace and preventing the war between gods.
Extra Important Information on the Storyline
When Xerneas and Jirachi granted powers and abilities to the CBC, putting the powers directly into the Noméman themselves would've been too hard, even for legendaries. So instead of doing so, they put the powers into items from the old world, and others into Xerneas's mega stones. Xerneas only had enough power to be able to make 18 mega stones, one from each type. She made them for the Noméman that Jirachi predicted had the most potential.

Pokémon Ban List
I will be opening up for people to play as any Pokémon (of course in there Nomémon/Gijinka form) aside from "man made" pokemon such as Voltorb and Trubbish, and for those who choose starter pokemon, there can only be one character per evolution chain. Legendaries are also open, aside from Volcanion and Magearna, but note that all legendary pokemon will be villains, aside from Jirachi and Xerneas. Although the title states, "Magical Girls," characters don't all have to be female.
When it comes to genders, I'd prefer a girl character for Xerneas and a boy character for Arceus. Also, the gender restrictions in the regular game will apply in this rp. For example, Nidoking's evolution chain is restricted to boys only, while Nidoqueen's evolution chain is restricted to girls only. Pokémon with no gender can be girl or boy in this rp. Here is the official list of restrictions:

Basic Rules
- No God-modding.
The legendaries are seen as gods in Noméman culture, but even legendaries have they're weaknesses. In the games type matchups are in effect when against legendaries, so naturally legendary Noméman are the same way. This rule also applies to accuracy. You can't have an electric type Buneary, nor can you describe your character using a move that he/she doesn't know. Also, your character can't just walk into the enemy's headquarters an expect to blend in. Legendaries can pick up the presence of intruders, just like the aura of legendaries cannot be hidden from other legendaries unless some specific reason that has already been gone over with me or Yuuki.

No one can have two starters (Like a snivy character, and a charmander character), or two legendaries, unless the legendaries are matching (Latias and Latios, Mew and Mewtwo, and Phione and Manaphy are the only ones I can think of). I will allow exceptions for users who send me a conversation with a writing sample proving that they can handle three characters. In this case, the same rules apply as for the number of starters they can have.

In return, we will give you the same respect, and do my best to make this a fun rp for everyone. KageYuuki and The Succubi Queen are the GMs for this rp. We will do our best to be fair, but if your character isn't accepted, We would appreciate if you deleted your posts, so as to not clutter up the thread, or to ask questions in the OOC tab or in a private message.

I get it, some people have better characters than others, and that can make someone jealous. But behave, and act civilized; We're all here to have fun writing together, so try not to fight out of character! Both sides will be removed from the roster, and asked to delete your posts.

If you have writer's block, then wait for some one else to post first. I will not accept that as an excuse for not posting at least the minimum. I will be checking sentence count, and if your posts don't match the required amount, I will ask you to leave and delete your posts after 3 times in a row.

No. I don't want it. I know that everyone makes mistakes, so obviously a few typos are understandable. However please capitalize when needed, and use some kind of punctuation when needed. Don't forget your commas, and spell-check your posts before posting them. I will accept bad grammar if it's dialogue to put emphasis on your character's speech dialect and such, but there's a huge difference between, "Let's go eat, Grandma!" And, "Let's go eat grandma!" The first one is cute, little Red Riding Hood wanting to go on a picnic with her grandmother, and the other is the wolf, after finding out where Red's grandmother lives.

I want to keep this thread as neat as possible, so any comments, questions or concern should stay in the OOC Page. OOC stands for out of character, therefore that is where you should keep any posts that are not a character sheet, or an rp post

I'm not gonna ask you to be able to be working on your next post every single hour, but if you could at least post a couple times a week, that would be nice. If you have read all the rules put the Ninja emoticon at the bottom of your post so I know you'll be a deerling and follow the rules.

Don't fight over the spotlight, it's natural that I already get it! Just kidding, but in all seriousness, there is one spot for each type, when it comes to, "main characters," per say. Sometimes, playing a, "side character," is more fun than playing the protagonist anyways, and I think many of you probably know that already so I'm not worried about that part.

- James the caterpie is a fucking legend. He woke up in the morning next to his Vivillion bitch, Crystal, and slipped out of his bed to get ready for the fucking awesome day he was gonna have. As he combed his hair, strand by fucking strand, he thought to himself about all the motherfucking bitch ass I'm uncultured there were out there. Today, he was gonna leave all those shitheads behind because his day was gonna be so fucking amazing. "Hell fucking yeah!" The caterpie said as he opened the blinds to see that it was a hella beautiful day. James was so fucking happy that if he saw some sad bastard walking around outside he'd probably toss some rolls and money at him to make his shitty day into one as awesome as his was gonna be.

I'd like to keep the story's mood light-hearted, though obviously there will most definitely be some times of seriousness. But out of character, I'd appreciate maximum friendliness between one another and drama down to a minimum.
