...♤Lumina continued to fight the urge to just run over and stop him, but now Siegfried had moved so Thomas was between him and her. Even if there was something she could do, there was yet another obstacle in her way. So all she do was sit there and listen to his screams, which were partly her fault for having the balls to try and escape. Out of frustration and the urges in her head becoming louder, Lumina let out a distressed sound, covering her ears with her hands and arms, not wanting to hear it any longer. This was the most horrifying thing she had seen in her whole life, and she was falling right where Siegfried wanted her. And despite covering her ears, she still managed to hear everything Siegfried was saying, causing her to close her eyes and yell out from all the emotions running around in her head right then♤...


"Shut up!"

...♞Siegfried smiled as the girl was yelled at him, it was truly to easy to make this girl react, maybe he'd make up a deal, one that seemed kind, but only increased his own entertainment. So he got up and slowly walked over to Lumina as Thomas started squirming and letting out an unpleasant groan as his blood was partially crystallized into three small daggers, two of them running up his arms, and the third running up his torso, the tree of them making cuts in order to make Thomas's clothes fall off♞...


"Well then, telling me to shut up? You must truly want Thomas to suffer, either that or your too dumb to know went to stop. But enough of that, what would you be willing to do to cut the amount of pain this homunculus goes through by half?"

As she walked alongside Fuyumi, she heard her say happy Valentine's day to which she responded to. Nanami had just remembered that it was today and had planned to do something special for Fuyumi. She had an idea of what she wanted to do, she just didn't know when would be a good time. Not right now obviously, since they were going snowboarding✦...


"Oh right! I just figured that out this morning and I wanna get you some stuff for it."

...♤No matter what Lumina did, she couldn't block out the sounds. Really, it was like they were echoing in her ears, making it pointless for her to even try and cover them. Even still, perhaps it was just the act of covering them was supposed to help now. Either way, she could hear Thomas being in pain, though she couldn't see it, but her eyes did open upon hearing Siegfried speak. Was he... offering her a deal? Lumina slowly brought her hands down from her ears as she looked at him, a confused and wary look on her face♤...

"Well, dear Lumina, i'm talking about how you could shoulder half the pain for poor Thomas, though you wouldn't have a chance to take the physical trauma that is a very prominent after effect."


...♞Siegfried then turned around as a smirk formed on his face, after all, she'd just be torturing herself if she accepted the offer, he'd only be harming Thomas. It was at that moment that Thomas's shirts and jacket hit the ground, showing complex magic markings that dimly glowed on his chest and arms, these marking containing everything he was, his biology, his memories, and even how his mind functioned, indeed if you learned to read them you'd know everything about the homunculi. As Siegfried stopped in front of Thomas the chains holding the boy lowered so Thomas was on his knees, at that moment Siegfried placed his hand on the homunculi's head before extenting the other hand towards Lumina♞...


"So, what shall it be phoenix? Will you let this tool of mine suffer alone, as he always had, or will you be the first to help him?"

...✦Nanami blanked for a moment.. huh? They lived on the top of this mountain and she was going to meet them.. soon. That sounded pretty scary on its own because she hadn't even mentally prepared herself for meeting either of them✦...
