It was a misty morning in down town, and Kirai was headed to the cafe to open up for the day. She had finally recruited a new employee, and decided to send her a little text about the cafe's performance. She sent it to Asami, it read:


Hey! The day may be a little slow as the cafe is still growing. Could you come in a bit earlier today and help me with cleaning?


Kirai smiled at the text she sent and stretched out her arms and legs, then began to wipe the tables and place pretty little teacups (with plates) on them. She was excited to start a new work day. She loved her sweet little cafe, and she knew it was the right choice to make.


She hung up an "Employees wanted" sign in the front window where everyone could see. She then cracked her knuckles and continued to prepare for the day.

Harutora was strolling down the sidewalk on the misty day down town as his throat began to be parched since he hand't drink anything today as he an cafe.


"I guess I can stop by here for a drink..." He thought as he opens the door which made a bell noise as he places his hands in his jacket pockets.

Asami woke up to the sound of her phone go off. She stretched in bed before getting up and reading the text, she saw that it was Kirai who sent the text about business being slow and for her to come in late.


Alright, sure I'll come in early. I'm on my way, be there in a bit.





She had sent the text and went to go and take a shower since last night she came in late and forgot to shower since it was so late. She finished showering and put on her uniform for work and she ate her breakfast as well as feeding Nani, her cat. She kissed Nani on the top of her head befor leaving.


When she arrived to the cafe she saw that business was slow and the only person there was a man who was standing inside, "I'll help you in just a moment, please find a seat you are comfortable in." Asami said to the young man and she quickly walked back to get her note tab and pen and she came back. @Pyka the Pikachu
 
"Oh yeah! Mario bros for life!" Malin said proudly as he exited his apartment with a PlayStation remote I'm hand. He and his friend, Milo, had plans to spend the three day weekend testing out a ton of games he got the weekend before. Malin jumped on his bike, he had a duffle bag strapped on his bacl full of clothes and various snacks. Before he began riding he aimlessly reached for a map in his bag, however...it wasn't there. He turned to assure himself of his mistake. "Sure enough..." He grunted at his locked apartment door. "I'll just wing it." He said not caring that he had no sense of direction once so ever. And with that, he began riding.
 
Harutora looks at the lady with cat ears and nods as he went to go sit down at an table near the window as looks out the window with his droopy eyes and quietly yawns as he waits for the lady with cat ears to come back.


"I shouldn't have stayed up last night...." He thought to himself

Kirai flashed the customer a warm and gentle smile, then looked to Asami. "Ah, you're a lifesaver." She remarked with a little chuckle and patted her on the back. She continued to clean and wait for customers.
 
Pyka the Pikachu]Harutora looks at the lady with cat ears and nods as he went to go sit down at an table near the window as looks out the window with his droopy eyes and quietly yawns as he waits for the lady with cat ears to come back. "Hello sir, my name is Asami I'll be your waiter for today. What would you like to order?" Asami asked in a polite tone of voice as she got her tab and pen ready and looked at the customer with a warm smile even though she was tired on the inside.

Asami felt her boss pat her back and she looked back for a moment,"Anytime," Asami said and let out a light chuckle.
 
Kirai flicked her arms out and continued to clean. She mopped the kitchen floor and put up a warning sign so no one would fall on their butt. She then began to check if she had a sufficient ingredient supply. There was a grocery store nearby, so she could always grab extra things from there, but she mostly ordered from a worldwide supplier online.

"Coming right up," Asami said as she went back to the kitchen and began preparing his cappuccino. Asami just wished she could find a small place to sleep in since she was so tired. Asami broke out his cappuccino and she placed it in front of carefully trying not to spill anything,"Hope you enjoy, is there anything else I can do for you?" She asked him with a smile.
 
Harutora looks at Asami "No thank you, miss Asami" Harutora said as he gives Asami a light smile and starts drinking the cappuccino.


Harutora stops drinking the cappuccino and looks at it "This cappuccino is the best cappuccino I had ever had here in this town..." He thought as he resumes drinking the cappuccino
 
It had been around thirty minutes, and Malin


decided to stop and ask for directions at the first business he saw "Neko Café? This is new" he said tying his bike to a nearby fence. As he attempted to waltz into the café, a man, a little taller then himself stopped him and said what he said to everyone else that entered the café. "I'll help you in just a moment, please find a seat you are comfortable in." And he did just that.

Kirai definitely noticed that Asami seemed a little shaken, or maybe exhausted. She knew something was wrong, but she really needed her. Asami was the only other employee at the moment. Although, Kirai did have days when she'd have to do everything on her own.


Kirai headed towards Asami, and place a hand on her shoulder. "You alright? Do you need some coffee?" She was definitely concerned for her employee and friend.

Asami smiled a gave a small nod as she walked away from the young man. Asami headed towards the other tables to clean around, she heard footsteps behind her and when she turned around she saw it was Kirai. "Nothing like a glass of milk won't help," She said with a smile seeing that she really loved milk a lot.
 
Harutora keeps drinking his cappuccino until it was all gone. Harutora keeps looking out the window as he wonders "I wonder how sis is holding up back at my place...I just hope she didn't tried to make any food again like last time."

Kirai nodded and went to the kitchen and opened the fridge, then pulled out a jug of milk. She grabbed a glass and poured some milk into the glass. She loved milk herself, so she helped herself to a sneaky little sip. She then grabbed the glass and handed it over to Asami. "Now c'mon, we've got stuff to do." She said with a chuckle.

Kirai then headed toward the new customer and politely bowed before him. "Hai hai!" She sang in a cheerful tone. "Welcome to the Neko Cafe, what can I get for you?" She asked with a slightly raised eyebrow.

"I really needed this," Asami said as she took the jug of milk that was handed to her and she drinked the whole milk to the last drop and she wiped the corner of my lip and I began to purr. "Alright," Asami answered as she walked back out and made her way back to the young man. "Is everything okay over here?" She asked him seeing if he needed anything else. @Pyka the Pikachu
 
Harutora looks at Asami "Yes everything is okay over here, miss Asami.....by the way can I get another cappuccino please?" He said as he looks at her and smiles at her
 
"Oh? hello" he said politely. "Oh I don't want a-" He stopped himself. "Do you have lemonade?" He smiled desperately.

"I'm glad to hear that and I will get you another one right away." Asami said as she went back to the kitchen and began preparing another cappuccino. 'man he sure likes cappuccinos,' she thought to herself and brought him back another cappuccino. "You sure do like the cappuccino's here," Asami said to him.

Kirai smiled cheerfully and nodded to him, then walked toward the kitchen to grab his lemonade. She used the little drink dispenser and poured the lemonade into a fancy and cute glass with little white swirly details on it. She then returned to him with a pastel blue straw in some paper wrapping and his lemonade. She set the straw down, and set the drink in front of him. "Will that be all?"

"Well I'm glad you're enjoying it, please tell me if you need anything else." She said and took the white cup that he had already used and walked back to the kitchen to go and clean it up.
 
"Yes indeed, food wise...but there's one more thing I need help with, do you know where 'spring hill' is, you know, the apartment complex? " he asked in a rather confused tone. @ThugSama
