I wouldn't mind holding off a day or two while the new people jump in and get settled and the older ones interact. I would like the first mission soon (since it's assumed we're at three months of peace) and then a longer gap of peace after we win.
And maybe as a peacetime plot (relatively) I was thinking maybe a local tourney (an actual tournament, not halmast) some of the people can compete in and then hit up the alehouse afterwards.

Well, when the tournament happens, I'll post some rules for PvP
Basically, it is as if both players are fighting an elite, so both post a strike, and I use logic to say what happens.
I would also have multiple fights happening at one time, so more can happen at once.

Perhaps it could be an event held on guild territory? Like, people could advertise it and draw in an audience from all over. Considering the Ascending Phoenix have a good reputation People would most definitely come to watch, or even take part.
