Fantasy Magic's Last Chance

"Right." Halla nodded. "To the armory then. And then we can go." He turned toward a door on the far end of the room, gesturing for the others to follow.

Seven glanced at Gary, looking a bit tentative. "What do you make of this? It feels real, and you never really know it when you're dreaming, right? What if it isn't overactive imagination?"

looks at the others.." They are all real just not permenant. It's a bit harder to make permenant weapons but you technicially could use them in battle to kill... they will last about 48 hours before becoming air again. I could probaby conjour more before then."

Seven's questions made Gary nod. He agreed with her; this can't be really, can it? The thought of magic being more than a skill in fantasy books is hard to believe. "I'd rather hope it's not me imagining things but me passed out in a parking lot. He hangs his bow across his shoulder to chest, letting the bowstring acting like a strap.

Gary freezes when Vanillix says the word "kill." They're joking, right? He's never killed anyone or anything in his life. Yes, he knew how to shoot arrows quickly with a bow but that's with non-living objects. He crosses his arms with his fingers digging into the jacket he wore.

Looks at Garrison confused. " Do you want proof? Don't worry... I wont hurt you too bad just to show you." marks arrow out of thin air. it's an exact replica of your arrow and walks up to you. " May I see your hand." Looks at you sincerely calm and not wanting to hurt you.

Garrison sees Vanillix create an arrow out of thin air. The words "too bad" made him narrows his eyes in suspicion as she approached him with the arrow. He uncrosses his arms, letting the fox-woman to hand him the arrow. What could she do to prove this was no dream? She's one of the reasons this could be a dream.

" Projection allows the air to be seen but the air magic is condenced so its tangible, projection also allows it to take form." takes arrow in my hand and cuts palm proving it can hurt others. Make second arrow. " May i prick your finger.. will sting a bit.. if it were a dream you would wake." covers my hand with cloth.

looks at you." If you are afraid of me tell me and I'll let you do it." My ears are Tall straight forward and twitching to the noises in the room.

Seven grinned as Halla opened the doors of the armory. She then frowned, looking over at Vanillix, hesitation clear on her face. "That sounds like an awful idea," Seven pointed out flatly, looking between them.

Looks at Seven and tilts head to one side as tail twitches. " Well what sounds better? I already have become aware that this isn't a dream its reality why not ask Halla he himself is a being with magic arn't you Halla? The sooner you realise that in this world you Can and Will in the most probable situation DIE, the sooner we can stop dotteling around." looks at ground and grins sickeningly. " Im getting bored and tired of this damned box"

Arrows burst into small gust of wind as I walk to wall with ears bent back and slightly growling due to hating inclosed spaces.

Gary frowns at her offer to prick his finger. It as if she couldn't understand that in his world, everyone believes magic to be a fairy tale. Thinking this wasn't some dream is difficult. Magic isn't really; he's known this for all his life until now. The possibility for it to be real is a ticket to the loony-bin, Metropolitan State Hospital.

He glares at her when she announces she know this isn't a dream. Easy for her to say, seeing that she's some kind of magical-being. He lets out an annoyed sigh when she pompously warns him and states she's bored. He rakes a hand through his brown hair, not wanting to bother with her attitude. Garrison looks over to the faun, "Hey, what are we going to do?"

"We're going to go to the heart of the wilderness and strike out against the temple there. Seven, pick you weapon. The same goes for the both of you."

Halla watched her approach the walls, and the girl pulled down a fairly ornate battle axe, tossing it between her hands. She turned to the others, resting it over her shoulder. "Let's go, then."

"I know a way to the temple," Halla assured them. "Follow me."

The faun headed to the back of the room, opening a secret passage into a tunnel. "If we go through here, we can get in close without being detected."

The faun summarizes the plan to him, telling the three to pick out weapons. Garrison doesn't bother picking out a weapon; his compound bow was all he needed. A quiver full of arrows catches the archer's interest. They seem to have a colorful glow on their fletching. He replaces his quiver with the one in the armory, filling and mixing up his previous arrows with the new one. He straps it to his side, testing the different weight. He pats it once, ready to keep going. He watched the females of the group take axes, questioning their taste in weapons. He really shouldn't piss these melee fighters off.

Halla leads them to the back of the room. Gary watches the faun open a hidden passage way with stairs that descends further below. Using the passageway to get closer to whatever their enemies were is a good idea. Gary wondered if the faun's associates have ever did this plan; it seemed simple and didn't seem like non magic users were required. He shrugs the thought mentally, following them into the secret tunnel.

At the other end, they were in a forest. Seven looked around. "Well, this is a lovely place," she observed. "So, how far is this temple?"

"Over the hill and beyond," Halla replied. "Be prepared. The brush we will have to pass through is very unpleasant and thick."
