We spend the rest of the Nagoya arc establishing Ishimaki, shoeruna, vaughnako, and zentori.
when we get back to the summer house, love triangles ensue. anba vs. haruna for sho's dick heart, kiyoko vs ishiki for maki's heart, vaughn confuzzled about shigeru and hanako, haruna possibly taking a break from sho for some yuri action with a hurt hanako, zentori laughs at everyone's problems
post love triangles, we either fall back into a previous ship or a new one is made, as some people (definitely kiyoko) may be without, and then probably timeskip.
