No, he has omnipotence. Anti-God is the evil counterpart of God. So he has complete arsenal, which is omnipotence. Also, if you read the link, it says that the Anti-God had all omni-attacks.
 
You said he was the destroyer of universe, yet neither of those powers grant that ability.


BTW...Clover is the Supreme Being...God.
 
Well if you come vine them you have the ability to do what he was made for the mass extinction to eliminate every race and the divine power of the dragon God to rip the world apart

Too bad your weakness is a super easy one to exploit xD . Anyone with life manipulation or ressurection can totally counter your power
 
Yes but only to an extent I think of it this way as if he were to use those powers he would be able to kill of the races faster that they can bring them back plus there's that fact that they are part of those races so all he'd have to do was eliminate the races that can have life manipulation or resurrection and once that's done he can move on to every other speices

But what if you go up against someone with power negation and life manipulation? BAM! WEAKNESS EXPLOITED>
 
That's were the cosmic awearness comes with the dragon God comes in. He can sense what races hold those abilityes and take them out first
 
But they have power negation, so your power wouldn't affect them. You wouldn't be able to see if they hold the ability, nor would you be able to eliminate them because they negate your powers.
 
Unless he uses the abilityes before they can negate them plus that would be the logical thing to do to ensure that he succeeds
 
But the only way that would work is with the nullification field and he wouldn't have to be in a certain radius to exterminate the race
 
But it affects whoever attacks him. So if you target him, you can't hurt him unless you are stronger. Ansom has Omni-negation, which negates all attacks no matter what, so whatever you do to him will not work unless he wants it to.
 
But he wouldn't target him specifacly he would be targeting the race there fore making it so the extermination would happen and the attack would constantly be attacking even if he could negate the effect on him the rest of his race would die and the extermination would still be attacking but just waiting until he chose to let some thingnattack him
 
But guess what. What if two people of different races where to have the same power, that power being power marginalize(Gets rid of powers). Your power would only affect one race, and the other race can use it while you are distracted by the other race.
 
But extermination never said that it only attacked one race there for he could affect all races at once creating a mass exterminationion of every thing if he wanted so they wouldn't get the chance to negate his power
