I'd prefer not, but I'd work with it if needed. In story it could just be a temporary accommodation so eventually we could make it two or three people.
I'd prefer two, because I have things I want Tenshi to teach Kai and Shai. Plus, as stated multiple times, controlling jinchuuriki is a difficult task and it's possible that Tenshi couldn't handle a three man squad while two of them are jinchuuriki on a rampage.

@LeSoraAmari How is your character able to sense that my characters a jinchuuriki? I'm pretty sure only special sensor type ninja were able to do that, like Karin for example..

Oh dang, this one sure sounds like Team 4's version of Zabuza. Tenshi needs to go to the mist anyways, and great backstory and character development opportunities for Kai.
