@Tenshi Hinara I haven't noticed anything overpowered about him, but if others have concerns I am willing to listen. He is a jonin so he may be a tad bit powerful but...we'll just see. I find your characters personality very intriguing though, his rules are rather different though I am with Azalea that he comes off a bit arrogant but hey, arrogant characters are always entertaining.

I found one over powered factor, at one point it said he could travel around the world in one minute...
 
@Tenshi Hinara Is this true? I'm opposed to that ability...Remember to keep him at around 'average jonin' power for now. Unless we're all having a misunderstanding, just in general remember this roleplay is just starting out. Jonin characters should be around 'average jonin-power'

He changed it to six minutes, I decided to let it go and leave it for you to decided on the matter.
 
Actually I just read that part...Tenshi, may I ask that you tone down your character...Around the world in six minutes is still ridiculously powerful...

I changed it to six minutes, and I was referring to whenever one of his rules got broken.
 
Tenshi, can you please town it down. I don't mean to offend but six minutes is like just under Raikage speed. Just avoid how fast he can travel around the globe...
 
His max speed is still at 100m/s without his rules being broken, and his max speed with them broken is around 1 km/s. I said 6 minutes based on a fanmade wiki page that said The naruto world was 6 km large, and I didn't question it. I believe they are referring to the area the actual story covers though, because a world 6km in circumfrence* is rather odd. @Gilzar


 
It would really take him like 2 days probably if the naruto world was proportional to ours.

Just ignore those fanmade pages...I've read ones that say its smaller, and I've read many that say it's larger than earth. In this story we'll just say it's just about the same size of earth...


And that speed is pretty quick but...It's about the speed of a Cheetah so, I guess it's fine.

As for Tenshi's resemblance to Kakashi, the reading is pretty much where that ends. I can see how people could think that way though.
