The center hub for the now reigning side of the war that was fought, the Aethers, and their kingdom that holds reigns over all of the earth. Generally aggressive people that created a dystopia from their massive city walls.

This is the one place the Purists that managed to escape the Aethers found refuge. It is a geographically hidden location and does not bolster any sort of modern technology at all, in fact, the place seems to have gone back in time in its methods, on a different note, it is highly regarded as the City of Darkness due to the twenty hour darkness that manages to veil it in the colder northern hemisphere.
