Takeo remained quiet on this one before running his hand through his hair. "I don't know...the wound were larger than the knife right? Maybe it wasn't a clean stab? That is possible if you stab someone an then try to wiggle it out it is bound to make the wound bigger then the knife. If they were struggling I doubt the wound would be clean." He said as he kept thinking about it.
Chiya's eyes looked at Takeo while her head looked at Hibiki. She started to doubt what to believe, but she doesn't want to believe that her friend and ex-boyfriend did this. He never wouldn't do that anymore, right? He would not leeave her and Ludo behind, right?

Ayumi knew that had to get the trial moving, so she turned to Takeo. "You seem to know quite a lot about this scene." she pointed out to this. "Though I do agree. It's not a clean stab...the knife happens to be a little small for that....but I want to know how they both ended up with cuts if Akaiko only had knife?"

"We were investigating of course I learned as much as I could. And what do you mean only Akaiko had wounds?" Takeo asked a bit confused at this statement. "He was stabbed and then killed with blunt force trauma. What other wounds were there?"

"I said Akaiko only had the knife. They both had wounds did they not? Masahiko was stabbed and so was Akaiko. There was only one knife"

"Umm...Maybe Akaiko took the knife from Masahiko after he got stabbed. Akaiko might stabbed Masahiko back before he got hit by something on the head." She said, thought she wasn't sure if it was really true.

"No, you don't need a knife to stab someone, he could have used something else. Think is there anything he could have used to stab Akaiko with?" Takeo asked calmly.

"Takeo's right... It didn't have to be a knife... There's one other thing I can think of... Does anyone else remember that broken stick hidden under the seats? Couldn't of that been used to stab?"

Hibiki asked, his chin held in his head in his hand as he thought over every possibility. He couldn't let one theory slide out of his mind.

"Thinking back on the investigation, Akaiko's wounds vary from what Masahiko's. This could be the way he was cut or a totally diffrent weapon. Like remember that broken stick we found? That could be used as a weapon...it had a sharp end as well."

Her eyes widened by his words. 'oh no! They are suspecting him! I have to do something!' She thought as she glared at him. "A broken stick is nothing useful. It might not be even sharp enough for the wounds." She said as she gripped her fists.

Ayumi glared at Chiya, her words that flowed from her mouth were sharp and cold. "It had a pointed end, unless you forgot?" She replied. "Chiya, why do you act so nervous?"

Takeo remained quiet on this as he tried to figure out what to say. He took a deep breath and ran his hand through his hair. "A broken stick? Makes sense, where could he have gotten it and what was it originally?" He asked as calm as ever.

Hibiki smirked proudly as he felt the case slowly piecing together within his head, he was getting closer to the truth. A burning sensation of trying to find the killer. Though, he was afraid he started to like doing this,

No... it's only for the good of everyone here... I have to save them!

"I'm sorry, but that's wrong... If you look closelt at the arrow traces of blood were found on it... my speculation was the stick was broken off the where the blood trial
ended, the killer then went on to hide the arrow in the second row of chairs in the room... Too bad for him there was a minimal amount of blood left on it."

"T-That's not true! How do you know that for sure? Someone must have used it to frame someone else! The person might have smeared it with the victim's blood and placed it there!" She defended in anger.

Takeo let out a sigh as he crossed his arms. "Let me guess you automaticly suspect because it is an arrow don't you? Well guess what, I told Chiya this, but belive it or not I lost my arrow in the gym. Recently my shooting skills have been terrible and when I practiced that day I lost it. I looked for a bit, but my stomach called me away from my search. My guess Masahiko found it and before he could return it he went to meet Akaiko." He said not losing his cool.

Ayumi frowned at this. "Why did you just tell Chiya? If your arrow was involved, it would of been wise to inform the group just not your ex-girlfriend. Kinda suspicious, isn't?"

@Peaceswore

"Simple, she was the only one I could talk to. Ludo was freaking out, you were guarding Hibiki, Ludo wouldn't let me anywhere near her or Hibiki. Ren and Orshiro was no where to be seen. Therefore I could only tell her. She also has seen me try and shot recently so she can vouch for my skills worsening."

Chiya looked at Takeo and then nodded in agreement. "That is true. I helped him with the shooting. He was always practicing at the gym. He would never use his shooting somewhere else." She said.

"Let's face it. Akaiko and Masahiko killed each other. Masahiko found the arrow that I lost on the day of the trial, met Akaiko got into a fight. Masahiko kills first and then dies as he tries to get away. Then both bodies are left undisturbed till the investigation." He said before his breath hitched a bit. He took a deep breath and calmed down. "So the killer for the first death is Masahiko, and the killer for the second is Akaiko. I don't see why we are still debating this."

---Roleplay Starts Now---

The black haired boy shook his head in disagreement, he couldn't believe Akaiko and Masahiko had killed eachother. It didn't play out in his mind. That ending was too easy. He knew there must be a contradiction within the lie Takeo had been spewing,

"I'm sorry Takeo, but until all doubt it gone... I won;t allow that conclusion. It's too easy to say they killed each other!"

@Lluviel @Aueli @Peaceswore

"Akaiko... he would NEVER kill someone and risk leaving me here.... right?" Ludovica couldn't accept the thought that Akaiko would really turn on someone like that-- and even if he had, it would've only been an accident-- no... even then... it's likely he wouldn't try and fight back and purposely kill someone, he wasn't that type of person!

"Can you say for certain? When you first me Ayumi you would never imagine she would hurt a fly, but look at what happened to the four of us. Maybe there is more to it. He could have actually been trying to protect you Ludo. This is just a theory, but why wouldn't Masahiko return my arrow? Maybe he was planning to use it to kill someone and place the blame on me. And you were in a weak state so you could have been his target, Akaiko saw this and wanted to prevent it however he didn't think it through. When someone you love is endanger you just act and then think, so he may have down that." Takeo stated as he placed his hand on his chin.

Hibiki slammed his podium, his teeth gritted.

Takeo... Why do you persist this idea...!?

He thought to himself, he took a deep breahe and slowly looked up at the hunter,

there had to be something to prove him wrong. But until the thought materialized he could only question,

"Do you have proof Masahiko actually took the arrow? Anyone could have had it... Masahiko, or... The true killer.

Why do you persist it was Masahiko?"

Ludovica nodded and agreed with Hibiki, "I don't want to push again but... Takeo... why are you so convince it was Masahiko? For all we know, it could've been Chiya who killed both of them, so why do you think your theory is correct and keep trying to prove it right? It puts me really... on edge... you know?"
