Ah btw I see that Germany already has Czheck, Rhineland, Austria and Memmel among other things by the time of 1938... Didn't you say something about you and Austria being an alliance? If that is so then maybe we could come to an alliance maybe since Austria is Germany's vassal state.

I've got 6600 people and a few tanks and planes lying around. Still, Germany might have some trouble because I intend to fight dirty. Alternatively .Germany could try and persuade me over to the Axis.

My leader could get your Leader to a safe place within German borders, no problem.
I can't gaurantee the safety of your nation if I can't have any troops stationed in it and my Navy will get destroyed so that too is out of the question.

I apologize if I wasn't any more clear with my answer. If you read my character sheet and the conversation between me and Morbuskid you'll realize that I am not ruling Nazi Germany.
IN A NUTSHELL:
Fascism was founded by Italy = Morbuskid is ruling Italy as a democracy meaning it's no longer a fascist regime.
No fascism means no further developement of the nazi ideaology = which means no Hitler and no nazis
I am ruling ( My character is black btw ) a democratic Germany = No nazis to fight
