Fantasy The Ice King's "Bride" (private with N30NL4Z3R)

[Sorry for taking such a long break of time! ;w; I kind of needed a bit of a vacation from roleplaying ;u; On other note, I will hopefully respond this weekend! :] ]

[Sorry-! I'm going to try to respond either later today or tomorrow- I took a bit more longer of a break from role-playing so that I can focus on other stuff and generally take the chance to mentally refresh myself when it comes to inspiration and motivation ;u;]

(hi! okay, thanks for letting me know. Also it's alight. Everyone needs a break once and awhile to recharge, it's completely understandable.)

[I hope this isn't too short and not good ;u; I need to get back into the movement, so sorry! ;w; Also it might be full of run-off sentences unknown to me ;-;]

Eis wasn't too keen on socialization as he never had the chance to partake in such gatherings or even the slightest interactions with others in the past, unlike now where he has Oliver and opened himself a bit to those close to said person, and that remained true as he could only faintly listen to the other Royal before providing a quick nod of affirmation at the 'kind' and seemingly helpful offer; that he would take at a later time. Now, he was left to his devices and on his own without any sort of acquaintance or slightest hint of relation with any other person in this meeting room, plus it didn't seem like he would have a beneficial and reciprocated conversation with any of the other Royalties given their reactions to his appearance despite how he knew the rumors would help in the long run for this plan, it still felt lonesome and cold to be feared all while he had not truly partook in the wars besides providing command nor did he ever take a blade to another's neck.

He decided to bide his time sitting down at the table, far-off from any others since he didn't wish to bring down the mood further should any assume he was threatening or singling them out like some sort of prey and further sully any relationships/perceptions that they may have in regards to him. But that, of course, didn't mean he wasn't intending to threaten or single another individual out as he took a look around till he noticed the familiar faces of those who gave Oliver to him, who clearly weren't fit to rule over a Kingdom with such corrupted mindsets and lack of care towards their own blood.

[Sorry again that this isn't long or detailed or good despite how long it took for me to put out a response ;uu;]

The rulers in question, were talking with another royal about the trade between their kingdom. But they definitely took notice of Eis being here. Like the others, they were a bit on edge from the young ruler's appearance to the meeting. Though they were sure that they had nothing to worry about. They were safe from the thread of war after all. Their daughter had written to them, assuring them that their plan of framing Oliver had worked. So they were able to safely avoid the young ruler's anger. Not only that, they were get rid of son and played the young king as fool while doing so. Now they simply had to convince Eis to let their daughter return home. If they acted "sorry" for their sons actions, then the young king would take some pity and allow Olivia to return back to the castle. Then they can find a prince they liked for Olivia to marry, then she become Queen. They'll also never had to deal with Oliver again.

After awhile once all the rulers had arrived, King Williams stood up. "Greetings everyone." He said, gathering everyone's attention. "Welcome to this year's meeting of kingdoms. It is wonderful to see families faces... As well as new company this year." He said with a polite smile towards Eis, trying to be respectful as this year's host. As nervous as he was about the young ruler being here, he didn't want him feeling completely unwelcome here. "Now let this Year's meeting begin. Anyone who'll like to take the floor and speak first, please rise." He stated.

(It's alright, it's pretty good. :) )

[I'm sorry that I haven't posted yet! I've been occupied and kind of forgot- ;w; I will post a response hopefully tomorrow or Monday!]

(hey! It's alright, i been a bit busy as well, so it's not a big deal. Thank you for letting me know. :) There's no rush so take as much time as you need.)

[Sorry this isn't a response but I just wanted to wish you a late Merry Christmas! :] ]

[I'm going to definitely respond tomorrow- I'm so sorry! ;w; Can I real quick ask whether or not I have what I'm supposed to say correctly-- Eis is supposed to talk about the whole thing regarding the other Kingdom going against the agreement of peace as well as talk about how they have been unsuitable for being Royalty for lying and even willingly endangering their Son by having him part of this whole façade since it could of vert well ended badly if Eis didn't find himself eventually the liking the other. I just wanna make sure so I don't say anything wrong ;u;]

(Okay!, also it's alright. Yeah, that's sounds about right. Maybe When Eis stands to speak, he starts off with the agreement of peace, then explains that the other kingdom went against it. Using what happened as examples. Also you're good, I get wanting to make sure you have the right information to write.)

[Okay! Because I have been unsure and worried about what I should do in my response given this situation is important to the plot so-- I didn't want to get anything wrong and ruin stuff. I will hopefully, hopefully have my response up tomorrow! Sorry for taking so long! ;u;]

(I understand completely. also it's alright, there's no rush so it's okay to take your time on getting a response up.)

[Sorry if this isn't the best despite how long it took for me to respond- ;w;]

Raising his hand in response to the proclamation to start the meeting off, Eis felt the slightest feeling of anxiousness that he never experienced before; now that he had something to protect, it was obvious why he was feeling such tension internally and it took a bit of courage to stand up off his chair to give his piece. "I wish to express current information that has come to my attention and may be fruitful in future relations some of you may have or are considering in taking in the future." Despite his nervousness, it didn't translate to his voice nor behavior outside and that was something he was truly grateful for when it came to his lack of expression and closed-off demeanor as it would clearly be fruitful for this situation. "As most of those present know, I and another Kingdom had partaken in a truce at least a month ago and that was for the exchange of a marriage partner for myself; that of their Princess. But, I'm regretful to say that I may have to take back my part of the bargaining as I was fooled and played an idiot."

His eyes scanned the sitting Royals before him till he stopped once more at the guilty party of this current speech. "They thought it beneficial to dress their Son in the clothing of a Princess and try to marry him off to me as if they thought his life was ever so lacking when it came to their future, and honestly, I'm appalled at any Familial relationship that is easily destroyed by greed and any sort of selfishness as many will know from my rule. And it is clear that greed is within the eyes of those who are willing to send their Son to the guillotine should I have not had the sympathy to spare the Young Lord and house him for this time. I find that honestly disheartening to think of how some of you may be involved with this particular Royal Family as are soon to be part of a War that may raze your villages and ultimately benefit you none in the end all because of the selfishness of these people who lack proper etiquette when it comes to deals and truces."

[Hopefully this is okay! ;0;]

When Eis raised his hand in response, king Williams sat down allowing him to take the stand. The other rulers all remained silent. there were a few rulers that had wanted to go first with their reports. But none of them dared to try and get in the young kings ways. They hoped that by attempting to stay on his good side and not anger him, they could hopefully make a him a Allie if possible. His kingdom was more powerful than any of theirs, so he wasn't someone they wanted as an enemy. So they respectfully stayed silent as the younger ruler talked, out of fear and curiosity of what he had to say. It the mention of the truce between his kingdom and another, a sense of tension settled on some of the other rulers. More so for those who knew which kingdom he was speaking of. They quickly grew uneasy when Eis stated he mayb have to back his part of truce. The uneasiness only grew when he stated why. The other Rulers all shifted their eyes over to the Kingdom in question. How could they do such a thing?! Have they gone mad? Most of the rulers there knew of how Oliver was the chosen heir. Why would they try something like this that could've gotten their son killed? King Geflimmer was not a force to be taken lightly. They all knew of how his kingdom's army took down other kingdoms that got on his bad side. Surely, He would have the same happen again right?

King and Queen Evan's thoughts of how they were safey faded as the young ruler spoke. How... How did he find out they were behind this? He was supposed to think it was all Oliver's idea. They sent their daughter there to made sure of it. Unless she failed. Useless girl, they had given her everything and she couldn't even do one task right. She must have lied in her letter to them, then probably ran away from King Geflimmer's castle to save herself. Well they'll deal with her later. Queen Evans glanced around, taking notice of how the other kingdoms were looking at them. She nudged her husband slightly, silently telling him to do something to fix this. Silently agreeing with his wife, King Evan's quickly got to his feet. "What nonsense is this?!" He questioned angerly. "We sent you our daughter as promised, and you dare to make such claims? What proof do you even have prove your statements?" He said, clearly trying to deny the truth of Eis's words.

(Sorry, had to work on this in bit. My internet been working on and off the last few days, it's fixed now, thankfully. )

[Ok! :] Sorry for being pushy- if I seemed that way ;w;]

Eis could tell that his words were affecting the other Royals and causing distress and uneasiness like it should for he didn't intend his words to just be merely empty threats, for if this plan didn't succeed, he would gladly take the heads of those whom opposed his wishes. After all, even though some of the rumors were speculative and derived from slight falsities, he did have the slightest of cruelty and cold-heartedness to invade and destroy an entire Kingdom should he wish without batting an eye. Though he hoped that he wouldn't have to do so since he didn't want to affect Oliver's perception of him as well as not cause unnecessary casualties of his own people. But what made him pleased and assured that this plan was going to succeed was when their intended targets raised their voices and retaliated against his claims, which if he could, he would be snickering at their attempts to sully his claims as if his appearance here wasn't of any evidence according to his lack of prior attendance.

"I believe my words are the truth and if you wish to retaliate against them, then I wish to bring to your attention that I had never made an appearance beforehand to any of these meetings no matter what problems I may have had prior in regards to my ruling and yet here I am speaking on behalf of someone that I could of very well gotten rid of and saved myself from being here. But I didn't and rather I came with the two you had used in this play of yours and you can ask the coachman who brought me here on the truth of this statement."

There were whispers among the other royals. None could deny the young King's statement. Why make an appearance now just to spread false claims? It didn't make much sense. Not only that but King Evan's actions were questionable as well. Why react so strongly if the claims were false? There were a few rulers had held good relations with King and Queen Evans, they didn't want to believe such claims were true. But none of them to disagree with the facts the young king had made. While there were other's, who were distress by the work the claims, were willing to believe King Geflimmer's words. Due to lack of trust that had towards King and Queen Evans.

King Evens tried to find something to argue against King Geflimmer's words, but was having a hard time doing so. He hated that a someone so young was trying to make a fool out of him. But what caught his attention quickly was when the young ruler mentioned his coachman and that he had brought the two they had used with him. "They're here!?" He said in disbelief. No no no, why were they here. Oliver should have been rotting away in a cell right about now. Then they could plan get to they daughter back to the castle. This wasn't going as planned at all! King Williams soon got to his feet. "King Evans these are very serious claims that King Geflimmer had shared, can you prove any of them false?" He questioned. This angered King Evans greatly. Why was he taking the kid's side. "He's lying! All of those claims are lies I tell you." He said raising his voice.
"Then prove it!" A woman's voice joined in. The voice belonged to Queen Taylor, who sat a few seats down from Eis. She was an elderly woman, one of the oldest rulers attending the meeting. "If you claim everything King Geflimmer had said as lies then what proof do you have. If you don't have proof, the stop making a fool of yourself... Or do we have to bring in the third party King Geflimmer had mentioned in?" She asked. Clearly she could see that this was a losing battle for King Evans.
"No they don't need to come here!" King Evans said quickly. It would definitely be over for him if anyone who could support the young king's claim came here.

[I'll post my response tomorrow! :] Just wanted to let you know beforehand!]
