Ascilia was caught off-guard by the sudden body holding. She didn’t know what to do except pat awkwardly on E’s back then step away from them. It was entirely weird as body holding was mostly reserved for personal relationships – it was rarely seen with just mere strangers...or aliens for that matter. Ascilia gave her a half-awkward smile, she retreated back into the kitchen to grab the board again. She started writing various symbols on it meant to be her alphabet that she learned as an orb. Ascilia drew a question mark next to it, trying to communicate of E had her own alphabet.

Apparently it did mean the same thing - at least kind of or A wasn't that much of a hugger. That could also be the reason as to why she awkwardly patted on her back. After an awkward smile from A, A vanished somewhere and came back sortly after with the board from before and started writing. Handing the board to Rhea, she immediately started analysing. There were various different symbols, but none of them appeared twice, so her theory of the alphabet was correct. Somehow the alphabet seemed oddly familiar, like she's seen it somewhere before, but she couldn't quite put her finger on where exactly. Assuming the creature wanted her to write her alphabet on it, she wrote the Aurebesh characters below the characters of the creature. Then she turned the board around and started writing on the back side in the language of the creature: "Thank you so much for everything!", and handed it back to A. She hoped, she had understood correctly, because then the language barrier would finally be broken. Then they‘d finally have found a way to communicate.

Ascilia somewhat relaxed around the creature, though not totally convinced E would not hurt her. She was watching her print what she presumed was the alphabet that she was more familiar with. Ascilia compared their two alphabets, none of the symbols match at all. She was quite intrigued by the sharp ones when most of her were dots, rounded, or shapes without corners. As a pupil, she learned it easily quicker than the rest of her peers, but that was before she was taken away by her Mother, the High Priestess to become the next Healing Priestess.

She was handed by the board by E, taking her out of an echo. Ascilia’s right hand followed the attempt at writing her language, her index finger claw following them to make out a garbled message. The effort was appreciated yet she could make out the, ‘Thank you,’ more so than the rest. She looked up at E, her skin growing a deep blue. It meant she deeply appreciated the message. Ascilia looked back down at the message to turn the board around and try to follow the symbols of E’s language. She keeps on flipping it back and forth, hoping she could write back something in their language, “Do not thank me yet.” Is what she could write. More so an ominous message, unsure if it would be clear. She handed the board back to E.

Rhea saw that the other creature relaxed a bit, still not enough to be considered a relaxed posture. but better than before. Which was a start already.

Then the creature suddenly turned a deep blue. That spooked Rhea a bit, but since it changed back, she noticed it wasn't bad. Maybe different colors of the skin meant different things? She'll have to find out with time. Then the creature gave the board back. Do not thank me yet was the message, very helpful. Especially not in the moment. Rhea brushed the message to the side and thought about what she was going to write next. She was a bit curious about the skin color changing, but it might be a private matter. In the end her curiosity won and she rather quickly scribbled down, as quickly as one can when turning the board over and over again: You changed the color of your skin. What does it mean?

As before, she watched E write out something much more legible this time. Ascilia didn’t notice before until now that E had no webbing between their fingers. Or perhaps she was hiding it? Considering they were an entirely different species. Ascilia wondered if it was even smart to risk her life for E. Too late to go back now that she already hid E from the guard. When she finished, Ascilia looked at the board then back up at E. Obviously noting the different skin tones, Ascilia was blue as the bioluminescent plants hanging about her home.

She grabbed the board, wiping away the writing – following the alphabets in order. Ascilia responded with; Visible emotion, easier to tell if one is upset or happy. You are strange? Unsure if it even was right, but Ascilia was wondering whilst writing how one could tell their emotions. She gave it back to E and looked up at the dial hanging above the ceiling; it hung directly in front of a circle where the moons seeped through. Much time had passed. She looked over at E, her skin growing a pale blue. Ascilia had abandoned her task in returning the thousand seeds to the current Healing Priestess.

Rhea quickly read what A had written down. Visible emotion.... that would be really practical if humans could do it too. One could avoid a lot of arguments due to misunderstandings, if both parties knew what the other was feeling. She chucked a bit at the strange part and said, even though the other wasn’t going to understand her: “You’re pretty strange too”.

Then she cleaned the board and wrote down her request: Teach me your language, please. and gave it back.

Ascilia quickly responded, likely not making much sense to the creature; It is complex. I am running late. Please stay here and learn what you can from my things. I am afraid I have to go in the city to return the seeds. She passed the board back to her and quickly turned to head into the kitchen. Where she started distributing the seeds into a different, translucent light blue pouch that resembled a gooey substance. Once the seeds where safe, Ascilia sealed the top to it and put it into her bag which she had around her being. Instead of heading out the door, she retreated into her bed chambers where the secret passage was. Ascilia pressed the button once more and the door slid open, it closed behind her once she stepped inside. It might've been stupid to leave E by themselves but based upon their fighting from in the everblooms that they would know how to handle themselves - the consequence would her house getting destroyed in the processed. Ascilia didn't mind as she made her descent into the stairs that were just around the bend.

As soon as A was gone, Rhea got up and looked at the house for a bit, careful to not touch or move anything in the slightest bit. Everything seemed very old and Rhea assumed the was probably one of the least evolved she had seen in quite a while. The closest she’s ever come to that kind of ‘old school’ was on Maridun.

After looking at the house for a while, A wasn’t back yet, so Rhea decided she was going to do some meditation. She sat down on the ground before the door A walked out and closed her eyes.

She immediately fell into a quite a deep state of meditation, where time doesn’t seem to pass. She could also now feel every living thing near her and with all the plants surrounding her it was quite a lot. She could also faintly make out a place where a lot of living beings were, or generally what a city felt like.

After meditating a bit like this, she was going to try something new. She once saw one of the masters float in the air while meditating and she was going to try to do that as well. Well she was going to do it, if one were to live by Yoda’s advice. She managed to fall even deeper into meditation and sat there like that until A came back -or at least A will be back by then. Rhea couldn’t tell though if she managed to float, because she was too far ‘gone’.

Probably a few hours later, she opened her eyes again. By the looks of it, A still wasn’t home and slowly starting to get bored, she decided she was going to explore the planet a bit -even though A told her not to do that and it probably was going to turn out to be one of worst ideas she’s ever had. She activated her lightsaber, opened the door A left through and quietly walked inside. It was some kind of corridor and she could faintly make out some voices in the distance. Rhea knew it was a horrible idea, but her curiosity won the internal argument and she snuck up to the voices. She deactivated her saber before she was in earshot of them and hid behind some kind of ledge, before peeking around the corner.

With the door closing firmly shut behind her, the sounds of clicks locking into place sounded through the narrow corridor. As before, there were natural bioluminescent plants hanging – more than likely grew here – to either side of the hall. A path carved out before her, made directly from the stone. Ascilia continued further into the mountainside, the walls nearly encasing her into a tomb with how narrow it was continuing to get. Then it opened up to a wide mouth natural lake. The distant sound of a gentle waterfall could be heard, echoing off the cavern walls. Here is where lamps were placed up, making a small Ilan-made path around the rocks that were barely above the water’s surface. This is where Ascilia made her descent from the stairs and onto the path, making sure to not disturb the water, after all the eluvian guardian lived in it.

The path continued for some time, perhaps even an hour or two before she came before another carved out door. This was wasn’t as narrow as the other she entered from her home, it was more wide; able to fit a small group of four – and strange symbols, that which were placed by the 34th High Priestess to keep non-divine people out of the cave. It wasn’t just a cave she took; it was a cave that’s highly regarded by all of those from the Divinity Caste. Ascilia uttered a few words, marking her webbed hands over the symbols that would light up under her touch, and an invisible barrier could be seen glowing to break like popping a bubble. Then, she’d enter the next set of halls after the barrier went back up immediately.

Ascilia followed these paths to lead up into the current Priestess Healer’s study. The door behind her closed with a small thud and she made her way over to her own personal study, in a small corner of the room. Several texts laid out on the desk with ancient scrawling on them. One she was really interested in was talking of a people who once visited their insignificant planet of Ilan. And the everblooms sprouted after their feet touched their scorched rock. It didn’t describe who these people were, but they were called, Lucent, by the 1st High Priestess – who she regarded as the Divine’s people that came down to bless them with their presence; that their prayers were heard and they help bring them up to where they are today.

Ascilia placed the pouched of a thousand seeds on the table, gathered with other various ingredients she needed. This was for her personal curiosity. There was a spell that could be cast to call the Lucent back to their planet. As much as she wanted to continue her studies on becoming the next Healing Priestess, there was just something gnawing at the back of her mind, telling her that there was something more extraordinary waiting for her out there somewhere.

Rhea came to some kind of door. Reaching out with the force she felt that there were no people of this planet present on the other side, but there was something else she felt. In the distance she could hear water flowing and walking further into the cave she saw that it was a lake and a waterfall somewhere in the distance. It looked really beautiful and almost had something magical in it, but somehow she couldn't shake the feeling, she was missing something. Like the force telling her she was in danger, but not being able to see or sense anything she brushed it to the side. She did put her hand on her saber to be able to fight back instantly in case something attacked her. Suddenly, she felt someone coming towards her. Rhea needed a place to hide. Not being able to find anything, she took out her A99 aquata breather and jumped into the water. She looked around finding some kind of cave where she could hide and reached out with the force to find out what was happening on the surface. She concentrated on the surface so hard, that she didn't notice the creature in the water making its way towards her.

But her hopes of wanting to cast such a risky spell would be dashed, the final ingredient was a flower of unknown origin, it only told of how small it was – an uncommon trait already – and the colours it held were on the scale of which she couldn’t see outside her normal slightly greyed colour range. Holding in her curses, she shut the book and gathered the seeds once more to bring them back into the Healing Priestess’ study, putting them in the jar that was nearly gone out of such seeds. After sealing the top off, she returned to her study to memorise more spells, but that seemed fruitless when she was more worried about the guard turning up on her again.

The rambling clicks and tapping of her foot could be heard in the mostly empty study. Several hours had passed since she left E, and her tutor wasn’t coming on time. It seemed news of E’s ship must’ve caused an assembly with the other divinities. Eventually someone came by to tell her to just head home, Ascilia took it as a sign of the Divine actually giving her break from books. Taking the same route before, she stopped before the barrier, her entire being froze at the sight she saw.

Rhea felt the other creatures leave and swam out of the small cave, to see if they actually left, but before she could do that she phisically flew through the air, farther away from the path. Only when she reentered the water, she saw what had thrown her through the air. It was some kind of dragon creature, that lit up as well. Why does everything light up on this planet, was her last thought before she was thrown through the air yet again, loosing her aquata breather in the process. That was going to make everything a bit more complicated. Rhea knew she needed to get away from the creature somehow. She went through her options, which were already limited, since she couldn't ask for help because she'd definately get arrested or A would hear her, but she can't ask her for help either, because of the stupid language barrier and her lightsaber was useless underwater, since it wasn't waterproof. It would immediately break and she'd have to fix it again and she didn't know if this planet had enough -or even the correct- resources for her to fix it.

Then suddenly something grabbed her foot and started dragging her underwater. She took as deep as a breath as she could before her head went underwater again, the thing dragging her deeper and deeper underwater. She quickly started kicking the creature with her free foot, hoping it would let go, because she knew her very limited air supply won't last long. Instead of the creature letting go, it started dragging her somewhere, but Rhea couldn't find out since she was deep enough for it to be quite dark. Then suddenly she was getting thrown out of the water again, over the pathway, landing on the other side in the water. She barely noticed A standing there and looking at her. Rhea used a force push to get to the surface of the water as she felt something tightening on her right foot again. Grabbing onto some stone she yelled: "Help me, please!" before being dragged underwater again. The creature swam away really fast into some sort of other cave. Rhea tried to find some kind of grip on the walls, but she didn't succeed. Then she breathed in some water. Her body needed air, fast or she'll drown here, but that wasn't an option. Or at least, not yet. Only seeing one way out, she activated her lightsaber and cut through whatever was around her foot, immediately breaking her weapon, but getting herself free. The other creature looked at her and let out a screeching noise, but turned around and swam on. Rhea swam back to where she came from, using force push to get out of the water, landing near the door to A's hut.

She was lying with her back on the ground and took a deep breath now that she was back on the surface again, before immediately turning onto her hands and knees and started coughing up the water, she had accidentally inhaled. Her nose and throat burned and she was really cold, since she started shaking. After she was done coughing she sat down into a lotus position, took out her lightsaber and activated it. Just as suspected, it flickered a bit, but didn't activate entirely. She huffed in annoyance, remembering the first time it broke. Her master wasn't too happy about it and Master Skywalker always said: "This weapon is your life", which was very true. She could feel herself calming down and the adrenaline leaving her body. Suddenly, Rhea felt a sharp shooting pain from her left arm. She looked at it and noticed a big and also rather deep cut on her left arm. Probably from when she tried to hold on to something in the cave. She looked at it closer and noticed the bone sticking out slightly, indicating her arm was broken as well. She left it alone for the moment, not wanting to damage anything more and made a makeshift bandage out of some fabric and applied pressure so the bleeding would hopefully stop, but she knew, she needed immediate medical attention. Even though her whole body ached, especially her arm and her head more and more, Rhea was still alive. She viewed that as a success that she was still walking. Then her headache started to distract her from thinking clear thoughts. She started to get a bit nauseous again and somehow her ears wouldn't stop ringing. There was also a spot at the back of her head that was burning and she took her good hand to feel what it was. She felt something warm and liquid and only when she looked at her hand, she noticed it was blood. She probably hit her head somewhere. Suddenly her vision started to get blurry and she knew she had to get to A. She was the only one that could help. Rhea got up and started stumbling towards her. She was fully concious but the blurry vision and ringing in the ears disabled her from hearing or seeing anything that was going on around her.

Ascilia’s jaw slightly slack, seeing one of the youngling’s out and about, much less in danger of the alien who invaded their tranquil resting place. She shut her mouth, ready to disengage the violent nature the guardian’s child was suddenly in. Instead, she rushed to where E was dragged back underneath the surface and in the water, she could clearly see E slice—with something bright and glowy—through the youngling’s main carapace – her eyes widen in worry for the child. Whilst it wouldn’t die, it’d would take another century before the youngling’s defensive shell could grow back and until then it could die.

Her colour ranged from a variety of light and deep blues, matching the flurry of emotion range she experienced in a short time. Ascilia wanted to scold the stupid alien for not following her orders and to leave the planet immediately, yet she held it in. The alien was in worse shape than the guardian’s child. Obviously, she didn’t know how to treat E’s wounds or if she wanted to after that. Ascilia followed the mixed blood and water leading toward her bungalow. The door was already open by the time she got there. Finding E on the floor and in a disoriented state, Ascilia came over to immediately scope out the untreated wounds.

In an array of clicks and vibrations, Ascilia said she could help her as best she could. Helping the creature to its feet, she helped move her from her bedding chamber over to the squishy couch in what she called, ‘The Meeting Lounge.’ It wasn’t uncommon to have, but long-visits were usually unheard of. She placed E upon the squishy couch akin to a water bed but not entirely since it didn’t have the water, instead it would feel more comfortable than anything and she could sink softly into it. As soon as she laid her down, Ascilia turned back to her bedding chambers to find her stuff in her bag to come back out. Unsure if it’d work, she set out the things on the stone table and started with spreading her webbed fingers apart to see them light up. She was chanting something in clicks—a language unknown. When she opened her eyes, Ascilia’s eyes glowed in a golden colour, lighting up unseen white tattoos across her body. Then she slowly scanned her body to find her power did indeed work on beings similar to hers except this one only had a single beating heart, quite odd.

Ascilia continued for a few minutes to examine the rest of E’s wounds. She was like a live x-ray in work, but enhanced with different purposes. Once she finished examining her, Ascilia turned to her various bottles containing liquids, salves, and herbs. Though E’s biology was entirely different from hers, she’d have to try something since the red liquid continuing to pour out of E wasn’t stopping. And she grabbed what would be akin to a healing salve yet it absorbed bleeding efficiently, Ascilia applied it to the base of E’s skull where the wound seemed to be—she continued to do so over other open wounds. As for the broken bones, that wasn’t her level of expertise yet. With the risk of getting her entire being stripped away, Ascilia did the next thing that E likely wouldn’t want and she called through a singing flower bell for the current Healing Priestess. The singing flower bell glowed a bright pink then to a red and reverted to pink after she finished speaking.

Ascilia didn’t know if E could hear her, but she reassured E, saying help was coming.

Sleep. All Rhea wanted to do now was sleep, but she also knew the effects of a concussion and she basically self-diagnosed to have one. So, knowing she could die if she fell asleep, she decided she was going to do whatever it took to stay awake. That and she somehow had to get back to A's hut without anyone knowing. Rhea had a feeling though, that there were others aware of her roaming the caves. Only vaguely had she noticed A taking her and almost carrying her towards the cave she came through earlier. As soon as she was in an upright Position had she noticed how bad her headache was: it felt as if her head would split intwo. Her Vision started to go dark and Rhea had to do something against it. Even though thinking hurt she started repeat the jedi code in her head over and over again.
There is no Emotion, there is peace. There is no ignorance, there is knowledge. There is no Passion, there is serenity. There is no chaos, there is harmony. There is no death, there is the force.

Then she noticed she was laid down on some Kind of Couch and felt A leave to a different room. A came back with something and put that on her head. Immediately the pain faded to unbareble and headsplitting to only unbearable. Rhea saw that as an improvement though. She wondered a bit what was going to happen next and concentrated on that to stay awake.

To face her mother after all this time, you could say it felt like eons since they last saw each other – which was right after her birth. It was a consequence she’d endure, no bond was formed and thus she called her mother by her title, The High Priestess. Ascilia watched over E, seeing the creature struggle to keep conscious. She didn’t know what would happen if E fell asleep. Would she die? The thought of death didn’t scare Ascilia as much as what happened to them after they left into the next life.

It took another hour before the High Priestess emerged into Ascilia’s small bungalow, she immediately took a kneeling bow; nose almost touching the cool stone before being instructed to stand back up. Apart from the High Priestess, the Healing Priestess was also there. A shocked look sat upon her teacher’s face compared to her mother’s, who eyed the creature laying on the couch.

“You harbour a criminal and risk stripping your rank.” The High Priestess spoke, moving closer to the creature who appeared to be struggling with sleep – it seemed. Unlike Ascilia’s eyes, her mother’s were a bright violet to show-off her rank. “Tell me why I should help this...alien. I saw the Guardian’s youngling, it’s unfortunate that the youngling won’t appear for decades, if we’re lucky.”

“I-I will answer to the charges placed upon me and will protect the creature with all I’ve got.” Ascilia retorts.

Her mentor laughs, “How grande! This would be a scandal that could usurp the High Priestess from her throne. You think—”

“Then, I hereby charge Ascilia of Ilan to watch over the creature until it can recover fully. You will be held a trial after it is off the planet.” Her mother interjects.

Ascilia was shocked, “W- I mean, yes, High Priestess. But...why?”

“Like the Healing Priestess said, a scandal could remove me from my post and I don’t want that. In order to cover this up, I charge you to watch over this alien until they’re able to leave the planet. We’ve already uncovered its transport of unknown origin. The other leaders are growing curious about how it came to land on our planet anyhow.” Her mother answered.

“T-then I am to—”

“Do as you’re told.” Her mentor answered for her.

The High Priestess moved closer, her long webbed fingers moved over E’s body, finding the broken limbs and how to repair them quickly. It was a good thing that Ilanis were renowned for their healing capabilities. Ascilia watched as her mother went to work on sealing up the wounds she couldn’t repair to fixing her bones back into place. The High Priestess set about putting a transparent, gooey substance over the wounds to let E’s skin absorb it into the freshly healed wounds. She couldn’t know if the new tissue would repair at an accelerated rate, but her mother was finished in a matter of twenty minutes.

“There. It is done. Until the creature recovers and you help with getting it off our planet, you are to stay here until I can find more suitable secured homes for you.” The High Priestess spoke, letting her daughter’s mentor put her things back into her bag. “You will continue your studies as usual as to not appear suspicious. We will have a long talk after you come in for your evaluation in three day’s time.”

“Until then, try not to get yourself killed.” And like that, they both disappeared back into the hole in the wall in Ascilia’s bed chambers.

Ascilia was struck dumb. After they left, she took a seat beside E, “I guess… we wait.”

Rhea felt how her wounds were getting healed and how someone sat down next to her and before she knew it exhaustion had come over her and Rhea fell asleep to a dreamless slumber.

After a while she woke up again. She looked around the room, seeing A still next to her. She quickly searched for the board and wrote: Thank you for everything. I’m so sorry about what happened. Did I kill it? Is there anything I can do to help the creature? Rhea felt really bad about what she had done. Then she felt something in the force and looked at A a bit closer. A seemed down. Sadder somehow. She erased the written things on the board and wrote instead: It everything alright? You seem kind of down. Is there anything I can do to help?

Ascilia felt like a Gortuk, sitting there as still as a rock. Gortuk's were known for their Sentinels—they almost myth more than person. She had been sitting there for some time, waiting for E to wake up. She didn't know how much time came and went, but worry was beginning to seep into her hearts when night came. The twin moons could be seen outside the small windows near the roof, they were near in sync. Ascilia was startled by the sudden rapid writing, she barely registered the creature as E before the board was turned for her to read it. Whilst it wasn't accurate. Ascilia could make out what seemed a 'thanks' and 'apology' in the same sentence. Ascilia wasn't too down—no—she was more worried about what the other species on the planet would do once her secret was uncovered. Instead of writing back on the board, Ascilia set them to the side and helped E back to the couch. Despite her mother doing her best to heal her, she would still need her rest. It's not as if broken bones mended in a mere day or so what she assumed.

Rhea smiled at A as a thanks as soon as she was sitting on the couch again. Now that her arm and head felt a lot better she had enough time to worry about something else - her lightsaber. She remembered she activated it underwater, immediately breaking it. Rhea knew she had to repair it rather sooner than later, since the weapon was her life. She looked around the room, searching for her belt A had taken off to heal her. Rhea willed it to her with the force as soon as she had found it and searched for the tools she needed to inspect the damage. Luckily, aside from the lightsaber being dripping wet, nothing seemed to be broken. That was good. Just to make sure, she activated her lightsaber. Luckily it worked now, but the blade seemed slightly unstable now, but she guessed she'll be fine if she needed it.

Since she now knew her saber was fine, she could start concentrating on getting off this planet somehow. Rhea knew she couldn't stay here forever and the sooner she left again, the better. She took the board again and wrote: I need to get off this planet somehow. Any ideas where I could get a ship from or where I could buy materials to build one?

Ascilia’s brows rose in surprise at the amount of energy E seemed to emit. As though she was never hurt to begin with, she rested against the chair she sat in. Startled by the sudden movement and shocked at some unknown power E had, willing an object—presumably the weapon—as if a divine, themselves. Her skin grew several shades lighter as she moved further away from E. The strange, long weapon lit up, grabbing Ascilia’s curiosity yet still afraid of it. She wanted to look closer, keeping her distance from E as they started scrawling on the board once more. Ascilia looked up behind the board at E, confusion written on her face.

She grabbed the board and started writing; Ship? What is a ship?

And returned it to her. She couldn’t understand why or what a ship was. Ships didn’t exist on Ilan, only glamours. She added; You mean your glamour? I do not know how to build a glamour. Afraid that would fall to the builder’s caste.

A ship is the thing I landed here with. It broke on impact with the ground of your planet, Rhea wrote as soon as she had read the board. I hope you have some time, because it'll take some time to explain, Rhea added a bit later on.

Spaceships are a form of transportation between planets, that protect you from the hostile environment of space. There are a lot of different types of spaceships - ships being the abbrivation for it, but the most commonly known are the X-wings, Y-wings, Super Star destroyers and tie fighters. The Jedi and Galactic Republic used X and Y wings the most, but also a lot of others in about the same size as well as bigger ships to move troops or deliever cargo to and from several planets. The Super Star destroyers and tie fighters were most commonly used by the Empire to take over planets or, sometimes even and, to destroy them. The spaceship I crashed onto your planet was an X-wing.

After a bit Rhea erased what she had written and explained: I crashed onto your planet because my ship was damaged. I'm currently on the run from the Empire, because they want to kill me and right above your planet, some pirate started shooting at me, guessing by the ship they had. I managed to damage his ship as well, but he also caused my ship to be unable to fly. Then I got pulled towards your planet because of the gravitational force. She turned the board back towards A.

Rhea hoped it wasn't too much information at once. Her life story could be quite complicated, even for the ones who grew up on Coruscant or Naboo. She wasn't even sure if A had known that there was more out there until she crashed here.

So you see, I'm putting everything and everyone in danger on this planet and the longer I stay here, the faster the Empire will find me. Do you have some kind of market, where I can get materials from to build a ship or some kind of satellite to contact someone? She asked in the end, hoping A would help her.

Ascilia watched with close attention to E’s rapid writing, trying hard to discern the meeting of foreign words strung together. She had to do a double-take at each new word presented, unsure if it really made sense in her own language. Giving E a look as the new information was erased just as she was trying to get a grasp of it. Almost like trying to learn a new language—which she was doing so—and doing under a single night wouldn’t prove fruitful.

What’s a satellite? Empire?’ She wondered, almost in disbelief that anything existed beyond their world. Sure, there were speculations debated amongst the people, but to know there was more than just E. That part scared her the most. It showed so in her skin, growing paler with each bit of information and realisation. She felt like a Ciluean. Being overloaded with water meant too much. Ascilia was grateful to be sitting down as her hands kept her steady, gripping the edges of the chair.

Once she calmed her hearts enough to grasp the amount of information thrown her way like cold, cold water toss into her face. Ascilia calmly grasped the board, bringing the chalk to it to ask E questions; I do not understand. Empire? Satellite? Space? I understand ‘danger’ and ‘weapons’ but what are you speaking of?

Ascilia could grasp the intentions of danger, the three major species on Ilan were always at odds. Having full out fights was a thing of the past, yet not uncommon to happen. It was not even a month ago when the other two groups of species had a skirmish on their borders. She placed the board back in E’s hands; she stood to head into the kitchen to get a cup of water – the colour of her skin gradually returning to normal.

Rhea held out a hand to show A to wait. She had a different idea on how to explain space. She'd explain everything else some other time. The events of the day were starting to weigh heavily on her and she got gradually more tired. She took out her Holoprojector and opened a hologram of the galaxy, then she took the board again.

Honestly, I'm quite tired, so I won't explain everything today and you also seem like you could use a break, but I'll start off explaining Space as the last thing. What you see in front of you is a holomap of the galaxy. A galaxy consists of a lot of different star systems, each of the planets rotating around at least one sun. They also always have at least one moon. Planets like Tatooine have two suns and three moons, Rhea first pointed to a planet in the outer rim. Then she continued: We're currently here, she wrote down and pointed to a space without a planet near the Unknown regions. We didn't know about you so you're not on here. Then she moved to point to Coruscant, quite close to the center. This is my home planet, or more where I grew up until now. My parents were from Naboo, or at least that's what everyone told me, she pointed towards Naboo. Now, everything between the planets is nothing. That's space. The nothingness between planets. I hope it wasn't too much information at once, she finished.

Ascilia watched E to pull out the holoprojector from before, something she had little familiarity of. E started off with the usual chalk to board, the constant pounding Ascilia knew quite well. She’d give E a look of wonder, but couldn’t understand why E was insistent on wanting to explain something outside of her capability. Not only that, but trying to understand that there were more than just them on their little planet—that maybe...their entire lives, society, and religion were a sham. Whilst she paid close attention to E’s words and planets on the holo, Ascilia’s mouth would slightly agape only to shut.

The confusion written on her face like an open book. She drew closer to the planet, her home planet; it was so insignificant. If what E was trying to explain to her was true, then...Ilan didn’t matter, nothing mattered anymore. A sense of dread showed on her skin, making her into a deep blue as a cause of concern as well. Ascilia gulped down whatever siliac remained in her throat, turning her attention back to whatever planet E was explaining.

But how could she pay attention when her vision was starting to blur, it was cloudy with black tears. Ascilia wiped them away before E could see; it was too much. When she was finished explaining, Ascilia took the board and wiped away everything to say her good nights and quickly dashed out of the living room. Maybe E wouldn’t understand that everything she thought she knew was crashing down around her. She ran into her sleeping chambers where she quickly locked the door behind her, sure to add the several locks in place, and ran over to her sleeping chambers.

The water pod welcomed the return of its master, opening to let Ascilia in. Mechanisms far too complicated occurred like a ritual happening. As a land aquatic creature, crying was deemed a dangerous task and to let one cry would mean a loss of the fluid that kept them going. Once the chamber locked her up, the glass no longer transparent that covered. Ascilia was quickly placed back into deep sleep, her mind hooked up to what her people called, ‘Goddess’ Inbetween.’ Once she was there, she could see the illuminating Priestess’s tower in the distance, where she would report back to her mother whom she could sense was already waiting for her.

Rhea felt really bad. She watched A practically storm out of the room. She'd overdone it. She had broke the way A saw the world and overwhelmed her. At least that's what she thought. Rhea wasn't on the planet for long, but had quickly learned that the different skin colors mean different things. She took the holomap again and scanned it. It was probably smartest to build her own ship and then get to the nearest planet and get a job to earn some credits and get a better ship. Batuu was quite close. Maybe she would be able to work at Oga's Cantina or something similar. She took out the few credits, she had left from the mission. Looking at them she decided she was going to risk everything and tried to see if the Jedi were still alive. Closing her hand around the credits she started to meditate.

It didn't take long for her to enter a deep state of meditation. The force felt comfortable and familiar, then she tried to find some Jedi, anyone she knew from before order 66. Reaching out with the force, she was greeted with nothing. Nothing but an emotionless void. She couldn’t feel the Jedi at all, which was very odd. Apparently no one had survived the order and she might be the last Jedi.

Waking up from the meditation, she knew she had to disguise herself. At latest she needed to disguise herself before she left the planet. She decided she was going to alter her looks and name the next day. No need to get A in trouble with the Empire. Rhea then layed down on the couch and sleep overcame her quite quickly, since she was exhausted from the day.

In the morning, Ascilia was already gone from her bungalow. She had found E still in a deep sleep on the couch; something that fascinated her. Apparently, whatever E was, her kind didn’t need to sleep in a water pod to preserve the skin and heal. For her kind, Ascilia only needed 3 hours of sleep then she was out and about. She was out in the field, where the everblooms were. Trying to track down the mess of what remained of E’s glamour.

When she reached the dent in the crust, there was nothing there. Letting out a sigh, Ascilia’s skin grew several shades lighter in anxiousness. Without E’s glamour, she wouldn’t be able to help her. Despite not being of the builder’s caste, Ascilia did know how things work; she was known to pick things apart just to see how they went together.

After leaving the fields, she went back up to the building where her studies took place in. No one was looking her way, not speculating that she was holding a wanted person away in her home. What she came here for? A favour.
