Where was this.. Vegas? Las Vegas, that's what it's called, right? I'm sure of it. The lights, the sounds, the cars and the people, such a wonder. All of the places are starting to meld together at this point. And who is to say anyone can't enjoy this City of Sin? Well, maybe Sin is such a, specifically odd use of context. Well, for me anyways. So many things to do, and yet, I can't keep my hands clean. No matter where I go, no matter what I do, clean is, definitely not a good word.

It's been awhile since I had some fun. What was it, years since I dealt with the trash back in Miami, months since The Payday Gang had disbanded. It's almost kind of sad, not having a job to do, especially for someone of my.. clientele. Simply unfortunate I don't have anyone else to relate to anymore about it. Of course, it depends on how you see it. I went by, Janitor, Plumber, Cleaner, some even dare to say, Trained Professional. God almighty, how fast the time goes by.

But it's always coming in different ways, the victims, the sounds, the reasoning, the how, the when, the why, always different. Still. The job, the fun, the thrill, is always the same. Despite it all finally coming to an end, I at least must be honest with something. To myself.

I don't WANT to fucking stop..

The sight of an odd individual staring blankly into the void of the eyes of a rather old and bloodstained Rooster mask can be seen, mere seconds as he has pulled the old and way too familiar mask over his scraggy hair, comfortably securing it in place in an alleyway amongst the darkness of the in-between of buildings as he walked back onto the neon lit streets of Las Vegas, leaving the body of a man face first on the ground with a massive pool of blood coming from a rather horrid blunt on the side of his head and a torn open wallet near his hands. The sight of a woman still in tears and on the ground with torn clothes, sat by a dumpster, completely shaken as to what she witnessed had happened in front of her just then. The man had just assaulted her a few minutes before, only to be foiled and thwarted by the arrival of this other man. One question remained flowing through her mind, which one was the monster. The man, or the man who came to stop him.

The new arrival had began a casual walk along the streets, the mask cheerfully secured to his head as he had his fun of walking off the slaughter before. Hands in his pockets, Jacket to be quite fair, wasn't the most discreet of characters, a baseball bat on his back, and the sight of a bloody hammer's handle in his pocket as he had his time with pacing. With a close inspection, someone might even be able to notice the odd sighting of a grey metallic handle in the side pocket of his attire. The gaze of bystanders walking by and past him, gave some odd expressions on their face, to no one's surprise of course. Especially to his own.

Jacket came to a stop outside of an ice cream shop, the sighting of the mask looking up at the sign near the door before slightly tilting to the side amongst the passing crowds of people. Oddly standing still through the passing round pedestrians, the character had taken a few steps forwards to enter the shop, the bell ringing to tell someone had came in. Jacket turned to the counter, seeing a young man standing over a cash register going through the register and counting money. "We're closed sir, sorry about.. that.", the young man looked up to say, before seeing Jacket's quiet form and massive Rooster Mask standing over the stand and opened canisters of Ice Cream. Jacket of course, knew what he wanted, walking over to the side of the glass and staring at the canister of vanilla Ice Cream. Pulling out his rather clean yet bruised left hand, he taps the glass, pointing to the Vanilla Ice Cream container, before slowly turning over to the attendant again, not a single word.

Now THIS is going to be quite fun.

Before the attendant can say another word, a bunch of men had came in following behind, all wearing black. "Guys look, we're closed, I was about to get this gentleman out as well." One of the group of three, stops at the register and pulls out a handgun, immediately holding it up against the young man as he stared at the soul and demanded the money in the register. Ah shit, here we go again. One of them had noticed the quiet Jacket, staring at the glass of Ice Cream, approaching him with a drawn handgun as well, telling him to leave quietly. "Or Else." Under Richard, Jacket, had a rather simple smile. As he turned over to the three, his hand reaching back into his pocket, the thug yells at him to quit, to see him pulling out a small voice recorder. The look of confusion on their faces were notably priceless, as Jacket quietly pushes the button on the recorder, drawing their attention away from his hand drawing out the bloody hammer from his pocket.

The sound of a soft click from pushing the button on the small handheld device began the show.

tenor.gif

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As the masked Jacket gave a wave of farewells from his bloody hand, he had already tossed some cash from his pocket onto the attendant's counter, a cone of vanilla Ice Cream in his left hand as he opened the door and stepped out and away, leaving a traumatized young man standing there shaking with three bloodied bodies on the floor, smears of blood and broken glass amuck the Ice Cream Parlor with the sounds of a ringing restaurant bell echoing the quiet store as Jacket took his calm steps out, the door slowly closing behind. It had only been a few seconds of finally stepping onto the street with his beloved treasure, before the sudden rush of a breeze from a small crowd of people had suddenly ran nearby and passed, the Ice Cream scoop being flung out of the cone in his hand as Jacket remained completely still, staring at the now dripping and empty cone in his fist.

The silent Jacket slowly tilts his head to the side, blankly watching them run off as he suddenly clenches his fist, the cone shattering into crumbs as he reaches over his shoulder and pulls out THIS TIME, the baseball bat off of his back.

Looks like he's running off after them.

After a interesting way to meet new people earlier and yet Alisa looked around and realized that she is now bored already while she is taking some time on having a drink of whiskey, "Now..... I think that I should drive around the street just to get me comfy now, but I kinda forgot to use that R8 because I already missed that thing to drive since the trip to Monte Carlo 2 years ago."

She says to herself, remembering her carbon black Audi R8 when she drove it around the luxurious streets of Monte Carlo 2 years ago just to take a pretty difficult score to settle by taking a pretty expensive diamond from the principality's museum, she got up from the couch and got out of her house but she remembered that the door locked automatically once she get out of her house before she walked to the garage and removes the car cover revealing the R8, "I missed you, you piece of automotive excellence. Let's give you a drive around the place, shall we begin?"

She was saying to it in a pretty impressed voice, once Alisa got in the seat and she felt the seat is comfy just like as remember before and started the engine when she still remembers the screaming sounds of the V10 engine in the back of the car when she revs it once and again before she drove out of her house and drive around Las Vegas with a smile on her face. She then turned on the radio and puts on the AUX cord on her phone to listen Take Over because it thinks that her R8 is taking over her own mind inside Alisa's own mind in her own opinion before she could saw someone with a chicken mask running with a baseball bat on his hand in the sidewalk with a confusion in her face thinking on her mind 'Okay, now why did some guy in a chicken mask chasing some fools with a baseball bat on his hand?? Maybe it's something to do with him, well.... I kinda have some confusion on my mind yet interesting about him.' Alisa completely blink her eyes about what happened but she will try not to get involve with some dude with a chicken mask in his head.

"Um...why are you recording us?" She then asked if Lilith really was a ghost to witch she answered.
"Well yeah obviously, I mean-" Suddenly the woman stuck her hand right through Lilith witch freaked her out a bit. "Ah! Don't do that!" Finally she asked what their names were to witch Lilith tries to shrug off what she did earlier and answer. "Well my name's Lilith and you must be?" She says looking over to Seo.

This world, this place. It reeked of filthy two-legs, and it didn’t help that part of that reek was my own scent. I had taken the form of a young bountiful lass, as a way to lure potential victims into my jaws. And also to hide. Ever since I had found my way into this morbid world. I was walking down, on one of those two-leg inventions called a “phone” - it’s a wonder what disposable thumbs can do - when I heard a shout and numerous two-legs running toward me, followed by a two-leg with rooster head. The two-leg had a weapon and was running like mad.

Assassin, Sasaki Kojirō
status: In London.
condition: normal

So where does one begin on such a tale? Might as well start at the beginning. Walking by the bustling streets of London was a young looking man who may have looked to onlookers like the kind of figure that came from some...Asian folklore, with his purple attire and his nodachi on his back. Unless you happen to be one of the few who know of this figure, he would have seemed like just another outworlder. He is the assassin class servant of the fifth Holy Grail War of Fuyuki, Sasaki Kojirō. The fabled swordsman who faced Miyamoto Musashi on the fated day. It was unexpected, to be suddenly sent here out of nowhere, right at his death bead no less. He was willing to accept his defeat by the hands of the Saber class servant as it was one of the only things that he actually wanted out of that holy grail war.
But there he was suddenly appearing in London, with onlookers taking in the sight of this odd swordsman.

So what has he learned so far from this place since he appeared this morning? Firstly, he was supposedly one of many individuals who were sent here by those random portals that are referenced repeatedly. The idea of himself being nothing more then a fictional concept was brought about by a few people he talked to, but it made no difference to the man who was only borrowing the likeness of the man Sasaki Kojirō. As for his current condition, surprisingly his mana levels were comparable to before his first confrontation with Saber, enough to last for a few days at least. It would be obvious as well that the command spells that where inforced by that vixen of a master are no longer in effect, would have been inconvenient if that were the case. So for now he is simply strolling around, not paying mind to the onlookers. Maybe he could find a place to think more about his future actions, some sort of logging perhaps. It wasn't ideal to suddenly appear out in the open, but at least it's unlikely for any passerby to see him as something more then just some guy in purple attire.

The Hunter of the Depths
Whereabouts: 35° 39' 10'' N 139° 50' 22'' E
Tokyo, Japan
It seemed as though the conundrum of poorly-chosen words momentarily plagued not only the aquatic bounty chaser herself, but also the Demon Slayer she found standing before her, still on opposite sides of an oddly eerily quiet street in the dense, hyper-urbanized locale of Tokyo. Had she been able to explain her lack of animosity toward Yoriichi without completely lifting her own eloquence and excising herself of any semblance of seriousness, she would. Her hands remained where they snaked to next, with one of the gloved structures being thrust into the left pocket of her sleek overcoat, and the other fastening onto the draping strap that allowed her to more feasibly heft around that formidable double-handed blade without having to constantly grasp it by the grip and potentially emanate unintentional adversity.

Judging by how her garbs might have been registered as... fairly impractical and elaborate, one might not have speculated that she was truly a cultured, well-read woman unless they were aware of the practices and noteworthy tales of the Ægirian populace and homeland she had been drawn from in the first place. Therefore, as she remained static upon her booted feet, arms soon shuffling to thrust her glove-wrapped hands into the pockets of her unremarkable lower garbs, Skadi kept a vigilant ear out in order to listen to the figure across the street from her. The man of tradition was an intriguing one, for certain, and one that the sea dweller could perhaps find common ground with, yet for now, she kept her distance, and her wits about her. It was... entertaining to hear how this man before her allegedly came from a radically different era than the one unfolding before their eyes as of current, though the hatted sword wielder could've extrapolated such just by gazing over his attire, and sensing that... irregular energy that seemed to rebound off his flesh in waves for a few seconds. "Mm... The relevance of thine words hath been heard. And, likewise, thy intent to maim you, I do not possess." Again, Skadi tipped the semi-wide brim of that largely noir hat downward, her eyes redirecting to the lines painting the streets of the city they'd found themselves in by what appeared to be mere chance. It wasn't tedious whatsoever to discern her slight, yet immediate disdain for her new surroundings. 'Pollution' was an understatement, as far as the huntress was concerned - this awful miasma was attacking her being from every angle, and, like every aspect of this subjectively unlikeable town, it was steadily irritating her. Similarly, the faint buzz that seemed to linger at every corner thanks to their electronic presence irked her to an ineffable extent, and was frankly an unwelcome change from the soft nothingness that was most frequent at the depths of the ocean, or even the stream of bubbles that some creatures would seemingly advertently create whenever they had to swim by her. Perhaps they might have sensed her foreboding energy, or spotted that formidable blade, and ran off without hesitation so as to protect their lives?

... That much was simply irrelevant as of now, however. Once the mechanized being made its presence known, those scarlet orbs zipped up to observe it in the dim lighting of nighttime, only for her to register how suddenly wary the other had become. Her eyes remained glued to the device, before she then opted to, in a burst of eloquence not atypical of her subspecies, leap over the street in a helix motion, all while bypassing a car travelling at blitzing speeds, and landing adjacent to Yoriichi. Her own foreign essence became glaring once she settled next to the Demon Slayer, with her garbs presenting a mildly damp sheen. And, likewise, that unfamiliarity in spirit was also becoming stronger to the ivory-haired Ægirian. Her eyes calmly drifted upward to their... unexpected visitor, though she swiftly discouraged any further movements on the male's behalf by outstretching an arm across his chest in a preventative manner. "Halt. For its intent, no matter how cruel it may be, we haven't knowledge of." She didn't seem opposed to a bit of counter-surveillance, however, and that crow that was perched upon the other, or staying aflutter within his vicinity, was giving her ideas, yet she knew full well that it was the other's companion, and thus his to command, not hers. She might have been merciless and apathetic at times, yet she knew full well not to meddle in a stranger's business unless it was in the job description, so to speak.

Whilst she happened to be pre-occupied with their construct of a chaperone, her ears were able to detect that nearby, unnatural sound, followed by a panicked voice wailing from within it. For just a moment, she pivoted on her feet, only to be greeted by what seemed to be... a Chimera? Though she'd spent little time on the Terran surface, Skadi was well aware of a crossbred Ancient's rarity. Judging by her lower half, she was clearly part-arachnid, yet that body shape was not common amongst anyone at Rhodes Island, even the ones with silk-spinning heritage themselves. Her first thought was that Oripathy might've gotten to her.

Then, that... jarring energy stemmed from Yoriichi once more. It wasn't enough to faze her outwardly, yet she was internally taken aback for just a moment. Her assumption of his status as a demon beforehand was, indeed, correct. However, it seemed as though he was acting merely instinctually - it was quite likely that entities of these dimensions have had ill intent directed at him in the past, much like how Skadi was initially not fond of her fellow Abyssal Hunter, Specter, merely due to the connotations her race brought about. She'd since learned that, while murderous, that other red-eyed menace didn't harness any animosity against her, even if she'd since turned crazed and donned religious wear for reasons unknown to the more... static bounty hunter.

Her eyes lidded over once the six-legged... being explained herself. However, that... untraced emotion, enough to worry even herself just a smidgeon, stemming from the blade wielder directly aside from her was still unmistakable at the very least. Her eyes opened yet again, giving another observatory gaze in Adalyn's direction, before folding her arms directly beneath her chest, a faint sigh drawn from her lungs, and the brim of her hat yet again masquerading those piercing rubies. "Though the names of you two I am not aware of... If either of you lay but a finger on each other, there is naught a choice I'll be left with aside from pure carnage." The manner in which she spoke that sentence was unsettling - not in the sense of how utterly graphic it was, but how calm she remained in speaking it. However, it was obvious that she was attempting to strike a compromise. With the spider woman declaring her innocence of the demon title, she saw no need for any of the three to lash out.

If that was enough to calm Yoriichi, her gaze would then be redirected to Adalyn once more. "Mindfulness, o' insect." Then, back to the automation perched upon the rooftops. "Thou art being spied upon." ... The presence of that pink quadruped, which, for some sky-forsaken reason, was speaking in their lingua franca, was also soothing, in a manner that wasn't quite able to be pinpointed... yet it was also belated to the bounty hunter. Skadi paid the Espeon little mind whatsoever, and merely returned her glance to their... company, ready to scale the building it was inhabiting and strike at a moment's notice, if need be.

Primarch Vulkan
Location: Tokyo, Japan

There was the flash of the warp, a portal being opened, behind the man was his legions, the salamanders as they fought against the forces of chaos. In front of him the forces of chaos, lying dead from the blows of his mighty hammer. But just as he had thought the battle was about to turn that portal opened.
Vulkan looked at in wonder, curious as to what enemy would come forth, and just like that he got his answer. Chaos marines began to spill out, running towards the Salamander legions. “Behold brothers! The forces of chaos are upon us!” Yelled the Primarch as he charged forward to the chaos marines, some of his legion who were free to aid all running behind him. Shots of flame, plasma, and cold lead being exchanged from both sides as marines from both factions began to fall from the brutal ammunition. Vulkan himself dodged and shrugged off any damage upon his glorious armor. In his hand was his glorious hammer as he swung the massive weapon, striking one chaos marine, the single impact alone strong enough to kill and tear hun asunder. Another swing, and another, each chaos unit struck by that mighty hammer, silenced and sent back to the warp from once they came. More and more fell, salamander legion and chaos legion alike falling in battle from their wounds and injuries. Those who could still fight continued to fight till their last breath, as is the will of the emperor, there is glory in battle, glory in death, glory in honor, and glory on dying for their just cause.
Internally Vulkan mourned the loss of his brothers, but he did not let up. The forces of chaos would never rest, so neither would he, as he continued to cut his way forward and through their forces, the portal continued to spew enemies of the empire, these corrupt and heretical chaos forces that littered the battle field. Vulkan was intent on destroying that warp portal by any means necessary. The forces of chaos were now starting to focus their attention on the Primarch, now seeing that his goal was their portal a hellfire of bolster ammunition corrupted by chaos began to aim for him. The salamander legions would not let this be so as they pushed hard and faster upon the forces of chaos. Felling them where they stood with blade and bullet , giving their Primarch the opening he needed. And an opening he got.
With a high jump, Vulcan held his hammer over his head before bringing it back, slamming its dragon shaped head in the ground, causing a shockwave of flame that both pushed and roasted any chaos marine unlucky to be in its wake. With The area now opened, Vulkan jumped for the portal, and was brought in. Inside the dark Magic’s of chaos began to try to corrupt the primarch, but found that due to his primordial nature it could not, and the mans will alone was staving off the darkness from his mind. Desperate the warp began to try to force him out but Vulkan would not go, he was on a mission, and once a Salamander sets his mind to something, he will never deviate from his path. But this would not help him for what was to come next.
Another portal opened beneath the Primarch, a move that caught him off guard as he fell through and landed on black asphalt. Around him he could see primitive technologies, cars and automobiles, humans, large buildings of glass. He automatically recognized it as Terra, but something was different, this was not the same Terra he grew up on, this looked like Terra from the records, ages ago before the dark times had taken over, before the emperors cleansing and unification of the planet. The humans around and gasped in an old language that wasn’t used anymore, Vulkan understood what they were saying, having studied all languages of old, but was bewildered. “The warp...did it send me to the past?” The Primarch wondered aloud as more people began to stare and speak in hushed whispers as they pointed at the 10 foot man with dark gray skin and glowing red eyes. His green and gold armor shining in the light, although slightly stained with the blood of the forces of chaos. Looking around the man tried to find one who could give him answers, all he could see were frightened humans. He understand that his chapter was already scary enough with their genetic mutations, but most humans from where he was from would rejoice in seeing space marines, and would be in awe in seeing a primarich, one of the sons of the emperor.

Averting His gaze from the onlookers Vulkan began to March down the road, seeing cars stop and pull over to the side he sighed, realizing he was causing a commotion and being a hinderance. Turning he made his way to the side walk where now it was the people who stopped and made way for the Primarch, staring up at this giant of a man. He continued, occasionally glancing at his reflection in the windows, he never really got a good look at himself before till now. And he could see why many feared him, but it was nothing he could control, and nothing he would let worry him, in fact he sees it as a means and possibly an advantage in the future. Continuing forth he came upon a commotion.
Before him was a small group, a swords man in what appears to be robes, a woman with a large brimmed hat, and another woman who was of the spider persuasion and an odd pink automaton. Out of everything he’s seen so far this was the only group of people that seemed as out of place as he was. Perhaps they could help him? Be his guide, at least for a while till he could gain his bearings and figure out how to get back to his legions.
Approaching he spoke up, “you there! Armed strangers of that which seems Out of place!” He called out to them. “I humbly request, that you tell me where on Terra I am! And what era is this?” He asked as he approached. The large Hulking 10’ 9” man approaching, his shiny slightly blood stained heavy armor glistening in the light, his skin dark gray and his eyes a glowing bright red, and in his hand, his mighty hammer that he carried with ease. To the humans he was terrifying, but to these armed strangers? Perhaps they would have a different view of the Primarch.

There was silence for a moment from the Demon Slayer as he kept holding his sword in a defensive position of sorts. Skadi was wrong in the sense he wasn't calm, though. No, Yoriichi wasn't calm, but he wasn't angry either. As sensed before, there were no emotions coming from Yoriichi at all, making it a bit hard to read and guess what he was going to do based on them. For a moment, he simply listened to the Espeon's words- the strange creature receiving a look from Yoriichi, the strange yet familiar sight of an extremely smart yet unique cat not being lost to him, but he didn't say anything, either. There was a long, winded pause as Adalyn explained herself, and Skadi spoke of what might happen if a fight broke out...

Tsugikuni.Yoriichi.full.3057037.jpg

Before finally, Yoriichi put his sword away. The strange, inhumane aura exiting his body, and his face coming back to normal.
"...I see." The Demon Slayer replied simply, his voice a bit dry- yet, there was a genuine hint of regret and apologetic nature there. Skadi calling Adalyn an insect did receive a look from him, almost as if saying it wasn't necessary anymore. But, her words made sense to him once she finished them. Indeed- they were being surveilled. And even though Skadi didn't agree on attacking it, at least not yet, Yoriichi was starting to think that this many people, in this spot, being watched by this strange little automaton was asking for trouble. As the bounty hunter said- there was no guarantee it was malicious or not. It was just a guess. Yoriichi didn't want to find out, yet.

"I...Apologize. Where I'm from, creatures that look like yourself are..." Before he could finish it, Yoriichi bit the left side of his cheek. Man-eating monsters? Murderers? Psychopaths? The implication was there for Adalyn to figure out that Yoriichi isn't used to beings like her being friendly- principally inhuman ones. Despite this, Yoriichi wasn't sure if he was comfortable with saying his name- principally not while that small thing was watching them.

The cawing of his crow though alerting him of a new figure approaching, however, did cause Yoriichi to pause and stare for a moment as he saw yet another inhumane sight that was Primarch Vulkan. Much like how Vulkan guessed, despite being the only man in the group and being much smaller, less muscular, and wearing clothes and a weapon that could be seen as primitive to someone from the far future such as him, Yoriichi didn't seem scared or terrified of him. Analytical, yes. And once more...He Demon Slayer took note of the fiery red eyes of the primarch- the same type of eyes he and Skadi seemed to have.

The Demon Slayer for a moment only stared at the Primarch, seemingly analyzing his essence. This was a great man- he could tell. But incredibly out of place. Much like him. Two great and powerful men, one from the future, and another from the past in the same location. Ironic.

"I don't know either, I apologize." The strongest Demon Slayer replied, giving a respectful and apologetic nod to the Primarch. "...We are lost just like you. But...I do not believe this place is safe for us to stand anymore. It's too crowded- and we're being watched. Civilians could also be suspicious and call local authorities..." Came in the form of a mumble, before he looked at his group once more- Yoriichi's crow staring at Vulkan for a moment, then the rest of the group, before the smart animal flew high in the air, Yoriichi staring at him for a moment, before looking back at the group.

"...I will try and find a more 'private' location for us to stay in and try and lose track of the machine watching us. But...If you all don't wish to follow me, I understand."

Despite his cold and inhumane essence from earlier, Yoriichi did seem empathetic enough to want to help these people- this place wasn't safe, and they needed to stay somewhere where it didn't attract attention to them.

  • After the Typhlosion checked the Limousine vehicle for anything out of the ordinary, there wasn’t anything different about this vehicle.... but entering with the car, it seemed to be empty with only seats, except with one individual sitting done on the other side of the Pokémon..... watching and lying in wait, seemingly in some sort of strange clothing and wearing a unknown futuristic looking helmet as well. He seemed to be waiting for something, and it was answered when the door shut closed when one of the police officers outside closed it for the individuals within the vehicle, before leaving and going up to one of the few police cars left after the situation, going into the passenger seat of the vehicle, before the car as well as the many others started up, before driving off on different roads to either continue their patrol of the city, or to return back to the station.

And with the, began the travel of the Limousine, but it wasn’t clear of where it was going for the most part, but now that the journey have begun, the individual with the two inside the vehicle finally spoken “An interesting duo..... a strange one as well at that.... but I supposed friendships that seem highly unlikely would still be plausible in the end...” as the figure extended an arm from their side towards the Pokémon, seemingly out for an handshake. No matter if they accepted it or not, the individual continued with “Your situation as well, not many governments that I know of would let someone do a risk like that in the first place, and still be a free man after what they have done... but do not worry.... no harm shall be done to you or your little Buddy.... after all, what purpose do I gain when betraying you two out of the blue, money? Fame? I do not care for those things....” as the man stopped speaking, before turning his head towards the car window left of him, continuing his statement “None of those matter to me.... I have people who depend on me, people who look for my guidance during our troubling times in the past.... but now, we are at peace with those who accepted our once great people into their lands those five years ago..... and even today, I still need to help govern the city under my care..... maybe it’s because I have grown into my role of caretaker and leader of my people..... or maybe it’s my unyielding loyalty and morals that makes me think of my people first before thinking of myself.....” as he turned back to the two, the glowing bright blue light of the helmet’s ‘eye’ seemingly growing brighter after saying those words, before a sudden wave of realization came over to the man, as he said “Ah, sorry for my lack of manners, but I haven’t introduced myself to the two of you yet.... probably leaving the both of you in confusion of who I am..... well, I am called by many names from my people and others.... the leader of a once forgotten nation... the last hope, the prophet between two worlds.... but no need for all of that... just call me by the name of Electricus Von Tesla... a ally of yours..... but first and foremost.... what are the names of you two individuals....” the Tesla said, as the previously mysterious man is now revealed fully, and the person was now waiting for an response by either one of them now.

The Espeon doesn't seem intimidated by the Primarch either, despite being absolutely dwarfed by the huge man, and calmly replies to him. "This world is called Earth. You're in Tokyo, Japan, in the year 2020 AD. Or CE, as they call it now."

She shakes her head at Yoriichi's concern about people being suspicious. "If you haven't noticed, beings that are out of place like us aren't exactly uncommon here. There was an attack on the city recently and so everyone is being gathered in local hotels for shelter. If you don't want to stand out, I'd recommend doing the same."

She turns to go. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have some kids to find. You may follow me if you wish. Otherwise, I hope to meet you all properly soon."

Prolog of yet another assassin.
London, outside of Whitechapel
With the recent murders occurring within London for the last year or so, one has to wonder who would do such despicable acts of violence? In normal cases, it would have come down to a few possible suspects. but, it seems as if the very identity of this killer is masked behind some sort of...intefearince and the similar details to the well-known murders of the famed Jack the Ripper. if such would make sense. So it would be possible for those somewhat constant string of murders to have some involvement from an outherworlder? Could it be that some fictional version of the murderer himself has ended up in this world, prepared to indulge himself with murders as gruesome as this? At this rate, it is hard to say. Intervention would be needed at some point.

Outside of what was once known as the Whitechapel district, was the apartment of one of the said recent victims. Nothing out of the ordinary for a living arrangement in London. What was out of order was the lone inhabitant, a small lavender hair girl of a young age, her greenish-yellow eyes following along her logical, but impulsive actions as she eats her so-called supper...the hearts of those victims. The one doing such an act is a servant, an assassin classed servant like Sasaki Kojirō, an...interptation brought about as the anguish of unborn souls, a collection of wraths in the form of a girl with a distorted mind and viewpoint. Not to say she hasn't made any progress. Like Sasaki, Jack was summoned into a holy grail war. One that involved two apposing fractions...From her frequent murders in Bucharest to the unconditional love of her "mother", her master in this war. She was considered someone that could not be redeemed for they are long past that point, and eventually, she was convinced by a certain "ruler", one who was saddened but unwavering in her will to end the one known as Jack the Riper, even as one verklempt "archer" was unwilling to let the mass of wraths be exorcised, all for the sake of her wish to save all children. That should have been the end for Jack the riper, yet she appeared in this alternate world.

It took a bit of time to get used to the now modernized London, sticking by the sidelines for the first day or so...untill her magical reserves necessitated a murder or two to keep her self bounded, feasting on what little those hearts could provide. For without a source of mana, she won't have the means to be bounded to this world. So she did what she was known for, a somewhat steady stream of murders every now and again. Not as frantic as the fourteen or so victims a day, but enough to get by. And from those few instances of integrating her victims, jack came to find out about the situation of this world and that of people like herself. Outworlders as they called them, people from fiction they said, it was confusing to think about and it was just another thing to add to her twisted morbid view of humanity, the idea of people viewing her plight like so? As if it was a neat story? Despicable. Predictably, her name was also well known. To the point where a museum was enacted in the name of those murders that she committed, and like in her own world, no one truly knows of who committed the crimes. Maybe a visit would be fine...maybe. if only she could remember the face of that disturbed and caring master. That's what she desires.

So for the time being, she is eating one last heart. Realy, she is still at a loss on what she should do. No Grail to take, no magi to hunt, no mother to care for this amalgamation of wraths. Continuing her spree is so far unnecessary given her small stash of human hearts, and even with her abilities, it would be stupid to do so with people going about their day. That's not even mentioning the rest of those in her position. fortunately, there hasn't been much in the way of other servants for the last year or so, would be really bad if she had to deal with the mean lady who goes by the title "Saber of red". Never an ideal situation for an assassin. What was she thinking about? Oh yes, what to do, what to do. It would never be the same deciding those things on her own, as it was simpler during her time with her former master. The kind of comfort that was never granted to any of the souls within this amalgam of wraths. But here, on her own?

It took about a minute of her time, a minute of Jack slowly pacing around the living room of her apartment before coming to a decision. She walked toward the apartment's bedroom, a small pile of clothes would be shoved to the corner by a closet. A little something she may or may have not shoplifted from various stores as of late, wasn't as if she cared about the moral consequences of such acts. It didn't take long for her to find what she was looking for, a black frilled dress with dark purple linings as well as a bow located right at the collar of the dress. Some fussing around was necessary as she put the somewhat drab dress on, she can thank her former mother for that. With her self now dressed and ready to go, there was only one thing left to do.

"um...what button was it again?"

Fiddling with the TV remote. A thing as difficult as navigating a classic flip phone. Turning it on was self-explanatory, but navigating the channels from the former owner's cable box? Just how do people do this? It would take a bit of going through various British tv programming before Jack arrived at the news channel. The tv was the least used thing in this house, it was normally something that lacked much interest to her besides the occasional viewing of her own exploits. She may as well see what else is happening in London before heading out to explore.

  • --Abandoned Train Tunnel--
    Lazaro1505 Lazaro1505

Enough time had passed, and Jin had finally returned with his sack of scrap. His feet landing on the mossy abandoned tracks, the Humagear detached his Progrise Key and Driver and skipped inside of the Tunnel, footsteps echoing throughout their impromptu Hideout.

"I'm back, Horobi!" Jin excitedly called out to his father, who was standing in front of the same monitor as he did earlier, looking at various detailing strange incidents.

"Welcome back. Jin." Horobi, clad in a black and purple, long, dress-like outfit turned to the hooded Humagear. "It seems that our operations were...Disrupted."

"Yeah, they are!" Jin says, bouncing up and down, "The Doctor's robots suddenly disappeared!" He said, "I mean, they are destroyed, too, but the Robot Masters sudden disappeared in front of me!"

    "So did the Doctor himself."

    "Huh?"

Horobi directed his son's attention to the large monitor, pointing at one window which detailed a sudden robot attack at Pittsburg which stopped abruptly due to strange portals appearing and disappearing.

    "What the...?"

"It seems that he was taken away by the very thing that took us here." Horobi states, scrolling through the news article.

"The strange whirly tunnel thing..." Jin says in awe, staring at the article.

"They are called portals, Jin." Horobi says, soon, the childish Humagear scratched the back of his head.

"So, uh...What do we do now?" The Humagear asks, "Without the Doctor, we can't make anymore Trilobytes and we can't get to the others..."

"No need to fret. There is always a way to go about these ordeals." Horobi answers, walking over to what seems to be a long table, wide enough to fit a human...Or a Humagear. "I shall build them myself as I had built you."

"Really?!" Jin laughed, clapping his hands. "That's amazing!"

"Hmph. It is all as the Ark wills it." Horobi scoffed, bearing a soft, yet proud smile. "As for you...I believe I have an idea on our last comarade's predicament." Once more, he turned to the monitor, which had a window that showed the map of Pittsburg. "Fortunately, our comrade's efforts were not in vain."

On the map, it would seem that there was flicking red dot, like that of a GPS ping. It was their comrade letting them now they're alive. They're calling out for help.

"It's...Err...What's their name again?" Jin asked, scratching his head.

"Naki." Horobi answered, "They're looking for us."

He had a point, she had to know when to pick her fights. One wrong fight picked and she could very much end up very much injured or worse, dead. But this was Ellie, while she knew that picking fights would help her stay alive, she was still just fourteen after all. “Uh, thanks.” When asked if she had experience fighting droids, she shook her head. “No, I don’t really have robots where I come from. I’ve only shot a BB gun at rats.

Ellie attempted to whistle, succeeding after blowing air a bit, before speaking up again as she looked at the men there. “
    ...so, what now?

“So...guess it's just the three of us here huh?”

No answer from the man in black, regal fantasy clothing with a messy hair of the same colour tied into a low ponytail. The dark purple jagged crystalline dragon floating beside him was just as quiet as his companion. The one beside the two, donning a dark-hooded long jacket, dark red sweater and has a hair colour that is the complete opposite of the man in black likewise sighed and shook his head in response.

“Silent treatment already huh?”

“It would be appreciated if you could refrain for speaking for one moment.”

Dragged into an entirely different world without their consent. No other means of returning to their own homeworld after their portal that was responsible for it all had vanished in the blink of an eye. Recently nearly getting fined for unintentional act of arson around the countryside courtesy of the sword hanging on the white-haired man's back due to their first fight against each other. The two men had quietly come into an agreement to not swing at each other's back while they figure out more about this world, exploring around the town they've arrived at that is "Zdzieszowice". Needless to say...they were either given occasional glances or hushed tones of evident excitement each time they strolled by a civillian or two.

“...No seriously, couldn't you hide your dragon elsewhere in your coat or something? We're getting stared at every single second!”

“I refuse to believe that your conspicuous armaments do not attract just as much attention as Arena does.”

So the day was normal, she was just walking down the street, thinking about what to do next. It was peaceful, which with what she went through, the peace was very much needed for her. That peace did last until something happened.

That something was two men who were getting looks from the residents and who were whispering excitedly about the two, looking very much the opposite of one another what with the colors they had on.

From the sounds of their conversation which wasn’t hard to pick up on due to how they didn’t seem to register that they were out in public, one of them had a... wait, a dragon? The one with black hair had a dragon? On top of that, she hadn’t seen either of those two in town, so were they the same as her? People from different places, places that weren’t found in this world? It was very much possible that this was indeed the case.

Looking at the white haired man, she remembered word about acts of arson happening around the countryside and the two being found at the scene of the crime being spread around. For now, she’d just watch them with her emerald green eyes, listening as she continued to walk. If they noticed her, it wasn’t the end of the world for her, after all she needed interaction that wasn’t from the locals.

Alpha's paranoid fear rang throughout her head as she ran to the disturbance. She wasn't completely lost in her haze of fear, having the wherewithal to at least keep at a distance and in the shadows of the oak trees near her. Once the crash site became visible, she would slow, raising her weapon. Cautiously, she'd attempt to approach the being. With her weapon raised, and a smaller Chaos Saber clenched in her left hand, under her right, she'd call out to the creature.

"Who are you?"

Was all she'd ask. If it was friendly, like the monsters around her, then it wouldn't do much. But if it was a bad guy.....well, she'd find out real quick if her guns would work on whatever that thing was.

“Tsch...whatever, doesn't look like we have much of a way to communicate with the locals here. No demons causing ruckus nearby. Why the hell are we dumped into this world in the first place?”

“Perhaps she shares the same sentiment as you do at this moment.”

The black haired man spoke to his other companion, the three of them now glancing at a white-haired woman looking at them nearby. Her barely worn-out clothing suggests that she was also from a foreign universe much like the trio are. That is, assuming sheathed blade was not already a very dead giveaway of her origins.

“Looking for something to stab with that pointy end of yours? Well, guess the three of us here are out of luck then.”

The black haired man acknowledged her presence, attracting the other man to acknowledge her as well. From what the white haired man said, then it was true that they weren’t from this world, same as her. He seemed to notice the sword on her back, asking if she was looking to stab something with it, making her laugh a little and smile a bit. “
No, I’m not. There isn’t anything here in this world to hunt, so I don’t really have a reason to use my sword. I just keep it on me at all times in case something does happen.

She stopped walking, looking at the two. It was clear she had a British accent when she spoke, which was odd considering this was Poland. Then again, foreigners aren’t uncommon. “
From what I overheard, you two aren’t originally from this world. That makes three of us considering I’m not from here at all. Though do try to refrain from setting farmland on fire the next time the two of you decide to have a spar, word travels fast in a place like this.

Deciding to get introductions out of the way, she stared at the two, crossing her arms. “
So, who are you two?

Judging by the sheepish smile on the white-haired man's face as well as his act of averting his gaze for a bit, it seemed to be a moment he did not seem to be especially proud of. The subtle scowl delivered by the black haired man towards his companion likewise hinted who was responsible for the arson.

“If it weren't for a certain fool who had open fired when we could've left each other alone.”

“Oh shut it jackass...Anyway, name's Nero. Guy beside me is-”

“Kazer.” The crystalline dragon floating beside the black-haired man cut in, its voice exceptionally deeper compared to Nero and Kazer's more youthful voices.

“Arena...is what people refer to me as.”

The jagged obsidian being identified as "Arena" spoke to the woman.

A flying vehicle whizzed through the sky above the streets of Tokyo. Its sole passenger and sole pilot conversed with each other.

latest

"I can't believe I'm getting assigned to Japan! I'm gonna miss New York... well I miss Bellwood even more, but still."

latest

"Ben, I know that I will now be the Magister of Tokyo's Plumber Base, but much like you have insisted that I simply call you Ben dude when we first met, I must tell you that you should address me like how you addressed me when we were still partners."

"Sure thing, buddy," Ben says, leaning against his seat, "guess I'm working solo again, huh?"

"Not quite," Rook replies, "you are to be assigned to a new partner from Rhode's Island Pharmaceuticals Inc.."

"A medicine company?"

"They also work as deployed operatives in combat situations around the world, much like the us Plumbers. The new partnership will be the first in Plumber-R.I. relations."

"I don't know about this new partner business," Ben says, "I mean, I was getting pretty used to you."

"To be fair, you were unwilling to accept me as your new partner at the first, and you had just left Gwen and Kevin when it happened," Rook explains, "why not you give this one a chance?"

"Alright, let's give it a go."

latest

The flying vehicle approached the roads, its parts shifting so that it could take the form of a truck that says 'MAX'S PLUMBING' on the side. It parked itself near a building.

"So, tell me about my new partner," Ben requests of Rook.

"Her name is Ifrit, and she is quite the powerhouse among the Operators of Rhode's Island."

"Her? Quite the powerhouse?" Ben wolf-whistled, "I'm all ears."

"Hmmm, this 'Arknights' has heavy parallels with- no, it is my life. Amiya is cuter here than in real life," the Doctor taps away at his phone. Even in his most private moments, his voice changer was enabled to veil his true voice with a distorted one, and his full body was veiled, so no one would know his race or even gender.

Just then, he hears the doorbell ring. He rises from his couch and opens the door to greet the guests.

latest

"Welcome to Rhode's Island Pharmaceuticals Incorporated, main branch. You must be Magister Rook Blonko and Benjamin Kirby Tennyson of the Plumbers," the Doctor greets as he shakes the dynamic duo's hands, "I am Doctor."

"Is that like your real name, or your-"

"I am Doctor," the Doctor interrupts with an intimidating tone.

"I forgot to mention that all Rhode's Island Operators use codenames as opposed to their real names," Rook explains.

"Most, actually," the Doctor says, "anyways, I assume you two are here to meet Benjamin Tennyson's new partner?"

"Yes, and just Ben will do," Ben replies.

"Ifrit is currently waiting in my office," the Doctor adds, "come, follow me."

Ben and Rook follow the Doctor, only to see a woman with owl features and what is obviously someone with horns, 5 centimetres taller than said woman, hiding behind her.

Silence.png

"Good day, Doctor."

"Hello, Silence."

"Uh... it isn't really a surprise when I can see the top of your head," Ben comments on the person behind Silence, "but hey, name's Ben, Ben Tennyson."

"Yes, I read the files," Silence responds, "If I understand, you have a special position of honour within the Plumbers, Agent Benjamin Kirby Tennyson? It appears that you will be a good influence on Ifrit."

"I would hope so," Rook sarcastically adds.

"Rook!"

"That was my attempt at sarcasm," Rook would smile at his former partner, "do you like it?"

"If there are no more delays, I would like to introduce Ifrit. Ifrit, come on out."

Peering from behind Silence, Ifrit would step out.

latest

"Well, at least you guys aren't one of those whitecoat scientists, so I can trust you guys just a bit."

Ifrit circles Ben, observing him.

"I thought I'd be getting a cool partner."

"Hey! I'm a cool partner! Aren't I, Rook?"

"Well, I have to admit, you are cool - as Big Chill and Arctiguana."

"Not that kind of cool!"

"Ifrit! Don't be rude!" Silence scowls.

"If you say so, Silence," Ifrit sulks as she approaches Ben.

"A brat huh? Not what I was expecting..." Ben utters under his breath.

"Huh, did you say something?" Ifrit scowls at Ben.

"Nothing! I said nothing!"

"Ifrit is one of our strongest Operators. She will be a great asset to your missions, and given your history, I am certain that you will be a great asset to hers as well," the Doctor says, "I am trusting you two to treat each other well."

"Why do I have to trust this dork?" Ifrit rudely comments.

Silence, tipping her glasses, says, "I'm trusting you two to treat each other well."

"Yeah! Yeah! We will!" Ben and Ifrit say in unison, slightly frightened.

"Despite the fact that I am the one with the highest authority among us," the Doctor says, turning to Silence, "it looks like there are some things I simply cannot do. Speaking of which, Silence, can you be the one to accompany Ifrit and our new associates to the Plumber base?"

"Very well, Doctor," Silence replies as they leave, "see you later, Doctor."

"Yeah, uh, hope to see you again... ahaha..."

"I hope to see you in the near future as well," the Doctor would say as he bows to the group that left. As Ifrit looked back, he would give a light wave. Heaving a sigh that would be distorted by the very same thing distorting his words, he would return to the computer at his table to perform his duties, starting off with a commlink.

"Operator Skadi, this is Doctor. Report on your current situation. Do you require backup?"

Noticing the smile on the white haired man’s face, it was clear to her that he wasn’t proud of doing that and judging by how the black haired man scowled towards him, she had a good idea of who started the fight that set the countryside ablaze. She had just met the two, so she couldn’t say if it was something he’d do. The white haired man introduced himself while the dragon with the black haired man introduced both the man himself and itself, the dragon’s voice being noticeably more deeper. Now that they introduced themselves, it’d be incredibly rude if she didn’t introduce herself.

Ciri. It’s nice to meet you three. I’d say things get exciting around here, but it’s peaceful really.

“"Exciting" and "peaceful" doesn't really get along with each other.”

Nero commented jokingly with a chortle, his arms folded after listening to the lady named Ciri, introduce herself while also providing a brief status of the town they were now at. A frown took over his brief smile in an instance however upon hearing series of bloodcurdling screams belonging to something inhuman coupled with several familiar no different to an imagery of the fabric of reality getting distorted.

The two men turned their heads towards the right, finding several portals manifesting as multiple disfigured creatures stepped out of them. Bloodstained-roach legs, bloated heads barely resembling that of a human's with multiple spikes protruding out of its concealed "big brains" and a pair of wings which seems to be useless given their inability to take flight, the disturbing outward appearances of those creatures would understandably sent shivers down the spines of the ill-prepared.

Contrary to the new retreating crowd of civillians rushing as far as they could from the event however, Nero only sighed in annoyance to the newcomers. unsheathing his sword as he planted the tip onto the ground.

“Well...not in my book at least.”

The white-haired swordsman, hand on the red part of his sword's handle, revved the blade up briefly until the "exhaust pipes" located on the black of the blade were all glowing bright red, intense heat radiating from the structure and even the blade itself.

A small smile appeared on her face at Nero’s comment. “It’s like mixing oil with water, both don’t get along very well.” Her attention immediately turned towards the screams. Portals began to appear and what came out were creatures she hadn’t seen before, making her immediately reach for her sword and readied it.

To the two, it was a
silver sword with some strange writing engraved on the sword. What it meant, only Ciri knew. She looked at Nero, seeing his sword glow red as he seemed to ready it, though this wasn’t because of magic. It was like nothing she had seen before, the way he readied it at the very least. Then again, different worlds, different universes, different people and different weapons, it was something she was extremely used to.

Yes, lets.” With that, she immediately ran towards the creatures and in a flash of green energy, she quickly appeared on the other side of one of the creatures, almost like in the blink of an eye.
DA991F91-542B-405E-96FE-98A0FB8E2BB5.gif
Ciri proceeded to slash at mainly its head a total of three times, going for the wings in her second slash to make sure it couldn’t fly away. This would, of course, probably be enough to kill it, moving onto the next one to repeat the process. After she had taken care of her second one, she flashed back with the same green energy and watched to see what the three could do before jumping back in.

SpaceRavens03 SpaceRavens03

Just moments after Ciri was done with her onslaught, Nero leaped towards one of the creatures, the pipes on the back of his sword acting like several thruster propelling him forward as he swung his weapon up at the hostile being nearest towards him. The searing blade ran through the flesh of the deformed monster almost smoothly like hot knife through butter, the flame trail from the slash partially sealing the now separated halves of the carcass from bleeding. Now airborne due to the attack from earlier, Nero revved the sword briefly and thrusted it forward, causing it to send him diving towards the other creature swiftly as he impaled the second enemy.

devil-may-cry-5-exceed.jpg

Kazer, the one out of the trio who seemed to be less interested in the battle, calmly walked towards the other two creatures running towards him. Wordlessly stretching his right arm out, Arena morphed its appearance into that of a single-edged one handed sword, likewise revealing what weapon the black-haired man uses.
(Didn't want to drop a gif but I had no choice)
ezgif.com-gif-maker.gif

The two creatures leaped towards him in an attempt to dog-pile the swordsman, only to meet their swift demise on the hands of the taciturn combatant as he suddenly phased behind their backs, a single swing taking down one of the two instantly while the other was launched upwards, cut into smaller pieces by Kazer as he phased around every direction quickly with each blow accompanying them. Phasing downwards onto the ground, he saw several portals manifesting several distance ahead of him, dumping more of the same creatures they had killed earlier onto the district.

“More of them.”

“Guess they didn't wanna miss out on the party.”

Nero remarked, witnessing the same phenomenom happening in front of him with some also appearance several distance ahead of Ciri.

“We'll have split up and take on the ones appearing on each district. Meet up back here once we're done.”

Kazer instructed as he pressed on towards the herd of creatures he's currently facing.

“Let's see who clears up their share the fastest then. You two don't die on me!”

Nero spoke, the carcass of the second monster he took out still impaled onto his sword while he planted it down, his feet now stepping onto the aforementioned motionless body while the revving of his sword....apparently turned creature's remains into a makeshift snowboard that shot him towards the herd in front of him.
