"Honey!!! Wheres my Supersuit?"
Basic guidelines

1 Age limits-The Primus Sphere arrived in 1953, the current year is 2021 as such the maximum age allowable for a powered individual id 68 years. Likewise the minimum age will be 16 for characters in this rp.

2. Power limits- For the starting point of the story all characters even veterans will cap out at large building level in their destructive or energy capabilities. A part of the plot is that each generation seems to be getting stronger, so veterans can expect to be outshone later in the story but will have the advantage of being able to start. Powers that remove peoples ability to make decisions with their characters will not be allowed.

3. Moral limits- this may be a bit iffy and is clearly a flexible rule but it is here as a reminder. Wonton destruction and killing will not go down like in dc comics. In this universe the joker would be killed the first time he committed mass murder either by the responding heroes or by the courts afterwards. Smart criminals toe that line so that they may get a prison sentence...prisons in this world are notoriously easy to break out of as power dampeners and such do not exist.

Name- Atronarch

Alias- Adam Lancaster

Age- 23yrs

Gender- Male

Status- Rookie Hero

Personality- Adam is admittedly a bit of a mess he tends to approach most situations recklessly with little to no regard for his own personal safety. He is a bit antisocial as well often rejecting offers for company and social activity opting to sit by himself. He does however work well with others, never seeming to argue about orders or worry about making the "hard decisions". His detached emotional state while in the field has caused concern within the peacekeeper legislation branch. Due to this he has been ordered to be placed under the supervision of a veteran hero and ordered to undergo therapy, while he does cooperate he has expressed a lack of confidence in the likelihood of success.

History- Adam grew up about as regular as a kid can be with one little stipulation His mom was a nurse and his father...a supervillain. He never met the man as he left at an early age. However he did have a decent stepfather, a welder named Joel. The man was far from perfect he drank and watched a bit to much TV, but he was kind to Adam and his mother, and worked hard to make sure they wanted for nothing. Eventually his mother died in a tragic car accident when he was 14 years old and Joel actually seemed to snap into shape. He quit drinking and spent more time with Adam the two of them growing very close over the years.

It was two years after that when he met Stephanie his soon to be girlfriend. At first they seemed at odds, both having similarly stubborn mindsets and both wanting the be the leaders of their mutual friend group. Yet after about a year or so they began to warm up to one another and by senior year they were inseparable. They managed to get into the same college in New York and were four years into their studies with Adam about to graduate out and Stephanie deciding to spend 4 more years in school to go for her masters. It was at that point that he dropped to a knee and proposed to her. He never heard her response however. Two villains broke out of a nearby police station they were being questioned in and a response was launched against them. The police officers tried to evacuate the cafe they were at but most died when the villain dust loosed his power on the officers. The collateral was enough to eat through the concrete exposing a gas main and an electrical wire.

The explosion shook nearly a city block and sent Adam and Stephanie flying along with most of the furniture and outdoor patrons. When adam came to he found stephanie lying in a pool of blood, barely clinging to life. Several pieces of shrapnel had pierced her abdomen and adam didn't have to be a doctor to know that she was definitely not going to make it. He held her as she slipped away, watching the battle between the hero and two villains cursing his fate for being so weak but finding minimal comfort in the fact that the hero Wilder seemed to be winning. He had downed one villain and was making his move on the one called Dust when a lucky shot clipped his shoulder and took his arm off completely.

Adam kinda snapped, that bastard had taken his future and was about to get away with it. He refused to allow that. He laid Stephanie's lifeless body down gently before scooping up a softball sized chunk of pavement and making a reckless charge at the villains back. He didn't think it through in the slightest and maybe that's why he shouted as he approached, normally that mistake would've cost him his life. Luckily for Adam that was when he discovered he was not normal. The magical disintegration blast struck his chest and he felt it bathe his body in a strange warm feeling. Him muscles surged and his veins glowed as he closed the distance in the moment that followed. When he finally struck the Villain the pavement shattered and Dust was sent cartwheeling in the opposite direction soundly K.Oed.

Adam had no idea that the camera's were rolling and soon he was a viral sensation. He was basically drafted into the peacekeepers and sent to their basic training academy for eight months. While there they noted his mental state and inexperience and decided to make him a sidekick to a veteran hero who could help him to better understand his abilities and monitor him to ensure he didn't go darkside. While he has only been a hero for about six months he has actually gotten quite a few fights under his belt. Though admittedly he has lost most of them, his current feat that has earned him the most fame was the forced retirement of the villain death knight.

This veteran villain was a magic based criminal who had gotten cursed with immortality and wielded a magic sword. When he swung at Adam, the Rookie hero grabbed his wrist and the hilt guard of the sword. While he intended on draining the sword of its magic he accidentally drained Death Knight as well pulling every ounce of magical energy from both him and the sword, including the bits of magic that made up the villains connection to his power source. The result was the man losing his powers and reverting to a sixty five year old man as the curse lifted. Adam got a notable boost in his power from this becoming well over twice as powerful from that encounter alone. It seems to have started a trend of him being selected to take down magic based villains and him trying to absorb all of their power.

Goals- the Neutralize every magic using villain on the planet in order to become powerful enough to deal with all of the others. Essentially he intends to end superhuman crime by himself if need be.

Power category- Magic??? (His power effects and Is fueled by magic but close studies from magic users and scholars have indicated that it may not be magic that lets him do this.)

Powers-
Power battery- Adams body seems to passively absorb magical energy from the environment, spells directed at him, and even contact with other mages. While typically this rate of absorption is slow enough to be a non factor with focus he can increase its rate to the point where a single second of contact can drain large chunks of power from people. It also seems to scale itself reflexively to incoming magical attacks allowing him to absorb incredibly high levels of magic without being aware of the attack. The magic stored within him is immune to the laws of Entropy and does not decay or diminish even as he uses the powers granted through Channeling. However the power will diminish if he gives this magic to another magic user either willingly or unwillingly.

Channelling- The magic stored within Adam seems to charge his body and unlock passive abilities hidden within him that scale with the magic he has stored. The first power he gains is Superhuman strength and Stamina. As he absorbs more magic he gains Superhuman speed and reflexes. Beyond that level he begins to become more durable and gains enhanced senses plus regenerative healing factors. While that is the furthest he has gone in power so far those who study his power have said they believe he may have many more abilities hidden in his strange DNA.

Weaknesses-
Reckless rookie- While he does follow orders and work as a team Adam does not handle things carefully nor is he a particularly skilled fighter. He opts to overwhelm his opponents with fast and hard strikes delivered with little warning or planning. As such he often walks into traps and can easily enter a fight at a disadvantage against a superior foe or one with a power he cannot absorb.

Mana pool- The Energy within Adam is not very secure to be honest. He doesn't have much control over who can access his stored power and skilled enough magic users can actually use him like a battery for their own power which can create a vicious loop, or make them far stronger than he can deal with.

Other- Because he was revealed on live national television in his civilian clothes adam doesnt bother with a costume. If he needs to lay low he will often wear hats and sunglasses or other means of hiding his face. Most of the time he wears a trench coat with pockets full of hero tools like Cuffs, Smoke bombs, a taser, a flare gun,an 8 inch knife, and a first aid kit. You know the basics

Denver.jpg

Name- Conduit

Alias- Denver Gallahad

Age- 18

Gender- Male

Status- Rookie Hero

Personality- Denver is an individual who does the right thing because that's what's been ingrained to him his entire life. He has never felt like he's good enough for the title of hero but he feels like that's the path destiny has set out for him to take and so he gives crime fighting his all. He looks up to his older brother as a sort of mentor figure. Denver is a quiet guy who really just wants to get the job done and get out. He does not want to harm anyone and has never even considered killing. He holds back his abilities consciously to keep from murdering anyone. He tends to overthink things, he doesn't really take any 'me' time either. It's all work all the time for this guy so much to the point that he suffers from slight insomnia. He's not great at the whole socialization thing.

History- Denver is the youngest child of a pair of superheroes, as such he's always grown up with the superpowered world at his forefront view. He was very close with his older brothers and idolized them and his parents as true heroes who looked out for the populace. It was a shame then that Denver grew up believing he was powerless. It made sense after all, two superpowered children before, the chances of a third were slim. Of course being a child Denver never really cared, he could be a hero powers or not at least that was how he saw it. Denver never really understood how dangerous that life could be until he was around six years old and one of his brothers was killed by a villain. Denver became less enthusiastic after that, after the reality check he began to believe it was hopeless. If his powerful brother was killed what chance did a powerless person have?

When Denver was twelve years old he was out with his father when a villain appeared. This villain had been previously arrested by Denver's parents and he was out for revenge. Denver's father fought the villain in an attempt to protect his child and the civilians surrounding them. The young Denver was terrified at the situation, he covered the top of his head with his hands and begged at no one in particular for this to stop. All of it, the constant danger innocent were put in, the way that good strong people had to risk their lives everyday because of the selfishness of others.

This was the day where Denver discovered he was not powerless. A storm which had rolled in suddenly broke, a single arc of lightning blazed down, striking Denver in the back, but Denver felt no pain. Just a surge of energy. His hair was bleached to white and he gave out a scream. A burst of power shot out from him and blazed into the back of the villain who'd gotten the upper hand only to lose it through a fluke of a child. Denver's body had not been conditioned to his power and from that point forward there was a scorch mark imprinted onto his right cheek. Denver did not know what to feel at that point, on the bright side he finally got to fulfill his childhood dream, but now he knew the reality of things and so his passion is dwindled. Now he apprentices under and works with his older brother.

Goals- Denver wants to be the hero to stop this. He wants to be the man to create peace for all as unrealistic of a goal as that may seem.

Power category- Physics I think.

Powers- Conduit can take in and dispel all forms of plasma. He can use bursts of plasma to simulate flying with high speed leaps and bounds though he can't sustain flight for any long period of time. Conduit can shoot bursts of plasma from his hands, eyes and feet. He can sense when plasma is around to make better use of it. Taking in more plasma can heal him and buff his physical strength.

Weaknesses- A conduit- Conduit hence the name cannot produce his own plasma unless he wants to take the plasma from inside of his blood which would probably end up knocking him out and making him lightheaded. If he's stuck in an area with no plasma Conduit only has access to any plasma he has stored in his body which is very finite.

Can't overdo it- If Conduit takes in too much Plasma he will first combust and then he will explode. How much plasma he can store at one time has changed drastically from when he first started using his powers. He can do work to improve how much plasma he can take in by exercising his power but it is a slow process and there is a threshold he will never be able to get past no matter how hard he tries. When he gets close to his threshold Conduit will begin have scars and cracks begin to appear on his skin.

Other- When Conduit takes in energy he gives off a glowing bluish energy which he incorporates into his costume.
(here's the first of three character sheets I have in mind I will get the other two up either later today or tomorrow. Let me know if it works and what I should change if it doesn't.

Wagner.jpg

Name- Ribcage

Alias- Wagner Gallahad

Age- 34

Gender- Male

Status- Veteran Hero

Personality- Wagner is a laid back kind of guy, he goes with the flow and adapts with just about any situation. He does take his heroic responsibilities seriously but he never shows an ounce of fear or hesitation while he does so. Wagner carries himself as a hero without fear to strike inspiration and hope to citizens. He is fond and protective of his family. To the point that he was hesitant to take his little brother under his wing. Wagner is pretty good humored around the populace and isn't a very secretive person. Wagner drops all pretenses of good humor when in a fight. Villains can't be dealt with with hugs after all, although he always holds back so as not to be overly brutal.

History- Wagner was the firstborn son of the Gallahad family. His power appeared from a very young age and he seemed to fit into the role of a hero perfectly. He was strong in a fight but good natured and even companionable to other heroes and even the general public. Wagner made his heroic debut at eighteen where he put a stop to an armed robbery flawlessly. In his younger life he seemed perfect and he felt a lot of pressure to stay perfect. When his first brother was born he didn't seem to take after the heroic side of the family, even though their power showed up rather early. Wagner was the one who had the time to help his sibling and help him grow into the expectations. That was when Wagner began to stop caring about perfection as much.

After his first victories he began to fall back into obscurity. Not for lack of ability but simply because he no longer wished to pursue that kind of record. He didn't need to be a pinnacle of hope, he just wanted to be a hero to protect people. When his brother reached sixteen he began to train under Wagner. The two of them excelled as a team and they did mission after mission. Saving many people and stopping over a dozen villains. That was until Wagner and his brother came against a certain villain known as Berserker. The two heroes one being barely out of their teenage years faced off against a villain that could've defeated a small army. Wagner gave it his all but his power gave out and he could barely move a muscle afterwards. Wagner's brother pushed his own power to the limit and slowed Berserker down enough that the villain couldn't finish Wagner off. Wagner blinked for a moment and his brother's body was never seen again.

The enraged Wagner pushed his power farther than it should've ever gone and not only defeated Berserker but ended up killing him. Making Berserker the only life Wagner has ever taken. The battle took both Wagner's best friend and his eye. Wagner went on after that fulfilling his duty as a hero but he became distant from his family after that. Though recently he has taken time off from his hero duties to reconnect with them as Wagner's parents retire from hero work and his youngest brother goes into the world of heroes. Wagner has made a vow. He is not going to fail this time.

Goals- Wagner wants to protect his family and represent the family name with pride. As of now he's trying to push his youngest brother to be the best hero he could possibly be.

Power category- Physics

Powers- Wagner has the power of bone manipulation. He can grow bones outside of his skin and after a lot of practice can create weapons of solid bone to use. Wagner has slight buffs in strength and durability as well. Wagner's power doesn't have much to do with controlling bones that already exist and they are more about creating and shaping new ones. He can control the density of the bone armor he creates to a point that it is essentially bulletproof. He can only create these bones off of his own body.

Weaknesses- He's slow- Walking around with bulletproof bone armor can be quite cumbersome so he can't really move anywhere quickly while full armored.

Calcium- If Wagner doesn't have enough calcium in his body he cannot create bones and if he pushes himself to he will take the calcium from the bones already in his body and weaken them making them easier to break, and of course making his attacks weaker. He carries canteens of milk with him to deal with this problem.

Chinks in armor- In order to move there have to be weaknesses in his armor specifically in his joints which can be exploited if someone is observant enough.

Other- Wagner doesn't bother with a costume as it'd just get covered in bones anyway.

Name- Horde(Given by heroes and government). Introduces himself as 1.

Alias- just goes by 1

Age- 27

Gender- Male

Status- Villain kind of.

Personality- 1 is a man of contradictions. He doesn't really seem to know what he's all about. He doesn't like murderers all too much or people who step on the small and weak but he has no problem with thieving from stores and breaking an entering being something that he does quite often. When he actually meets someone he's an outgoing friendly guy who never seems to know when he's being insulted. He finds other peoples powers to be pretty cool and will often compliment them. 1 is no murderer and hasn't killed anyone, at least on the record though whether or not he would kill someone if given the chance is up in the air. He has been known to break gangster's kneecaps.

History- 1 doesn't seem to know his real name or anything about how he was born or where he came from. He doesn't have much family to speak of but he first showed up in New York city some 4 years ago where he appeared during a police shootout with a small army of armed clones behind him and put a stop to the criminals in question. In the confusion the police thought he was some kind of new hero but came into the building to find all the drugs the gangsters had been hiding gone. Not one of the criminals was killed but only a handful ever walked again. There was even a note left in a refrigerator in the building which read.

I'm also taking this pizza. Toodaloo- 27.

How the army of clones were able to get out of the building was unknown but 1 wasn't seen again until a year later where he was seen helping an old lady cross the street in Chicago, Illinois. Since then his sightings have become more common since then but he's never been pinned down since then. He doesn't really get in the way of heroes all too much but he is wanted by law enforcement in twelve different countries.

Goals- 1 kind of hops from one thing to the next very fast. His goals are small and change quite often, being them money, some new experience or something only he could fathom why he'd want it. If 1 sets his mind to something he's gonna do it, with a gang of quipping clones running behind him.

Power category- Physics

Powers- 1 can clone himself through a process akin to mitosis. His clones can have thoughts of their own but they will fulfill whatever purpose 1 made them for and after that they disappear. 1 can decide what his clones will be good at before they're created but he can only make them good at one thing. IE, if he wants to create a safe-cracker they can't also be a sharpshooter. 1 seems to max out at 100 clones. His clones name themselves with a number corresponding to their order of creation. If 1 creates 100 clones the first will call themselves 2 and the last will call themselves 101. His clones have random personality traits which can sometimes be annoying to their creator and to each other.

Weaknesses- Normal human- just because 1 can make an army of 100 people to do whatever he wants doesn't mean they'll always succeed against foes with powerful abilities. The clones are mortal and just because they don't feel pain doesn't mean they can't die or be destroyed. Each clone is a completely ordinary person.

dumb clones- 1's clones are kind of idiots. They'll do what they're told but they can be easily distracted from their task with not too much difficulty.

Other- 1 doesn't seem to own any clothes besides his costume. His clones all wear the same thing.

(That's the last of them, let me know if I should change anything about them).

Name- Nemesis

Alias- Danni Heckleford

Age- 19

Gender- Female

Status- Villain

Personality- Danni is a young women who is blinded by one single goal. Beyond that she doesn't trust easily and she doesn't much care for small talk. She is someone who wishes to get things and done and she wishes to get things done right. She doesn't specifically hate heroes as a concept but she finds the hypocrisy of heroes who kill to be infuriating. She doesn't go out of her way to get innocent people hurt either, but if someone needs to die for her to complete her mission then that's just how things are.

History- Danni was born in a happy household, her father, Manfred Heckleford was a respectable businessman and her mother was a nurse. As a child she wanted to be a nurse as well and help the sick and injured. Her parents were supportive of her wishes and her head definitely seemed to be in the right place as she worked her butt off to get into the right frame of mind to become that. Her family never really had anything to do with heroes or powers of any sort.

That was until of course when one fateful day a power awakened in Danni's father. Manfred had just been fired from his position and the frustration caused him to go absolutely mental. In an hour Manfred Heckleford became known as the Berserker. A supervillain with unstoppable strength who was barely defeated by the hero Ribcage. Manfred was killed in the battle, Danni couldn't believe her father capable of such a thing and surmised that something was wrong in the situation.

She viewed the hero in question, Ribcage to be as evil as a villain and so she began to lose interest in the things she had liked before and started to train herself to be able to put a stop to this corrupt hero. Unfortunately, even if Danni trained for years she'd never be able to stop a hero as a normal person. That never stopped her from trying though, before she could have a go at the hero she heard about a man who could give powers to a normal person. Danni found the one in question and made a deal with them. Gaining a power, which just happened to be almost identical to her father's.

The villain Nemesis has yet to really do anything in the public eye though she is stalking and closing in on her target to this day. Though she is in contact with the villain Boon due to the deal she agreed to in order to obtain her powers.

Goals- To kill the hero Ribcage and avenge her father.

Power category- Magic

Powers- Danni's powers are very straightforward. She is immensely strong and immensely durable. Able to survive direct hits with explosives and lift heavy machinery like they are nothing but toys. The powers may seem physics based but they are powered by an artifact from another plane.

Weaknesses- The best way to fight Danni is to go at her with non-physical means. She's not immune to poisons, or from things like smoke inhalation. Things like fire can scorch her skin and a high enough voltage shock could in theory knock her out cold.

Other- She doesn't wear a costume as she finds them silly.

  • Name: Maxwells Demon
    Alias: Maxine Lynn Demicia
    Age: 21
    Gender: Female
    Status: Heroic Rockstar

    Personality:
A high octane thrillseeker who lives there life in the fast lane without any intention of slowing down, if anything speeding up as they have little intention of ending the party. High energy, confidence, and positive, they face most obstacles with humor and a carefree approach though this has resulted in them being somewhat emotionally stunted in regards to there empathy as well as both selfish and destructive character traits at times. This can however have a detrimental effect on those around them and in their lives that get dragged along in the wake and although they claim to want to be a good person and go out of there way at times with big heroic gestures the lack of consistency in the smaller things can make people wonder if they can really change. They are somewhat addicted to the highs of heroics and their lifestyle in general resulting in them being reluctant to take the time to stop and slow down less the consequences of such catch up with them, instead of continuing to seek the Validation the only way she knows how.

Goals: Praised as a good person and a notable hero.

    History:
A beloved child icon of a popular heroic sitcom series in her youth she has since continued the path as a celebrity long after its cancellation and even going as far as taking the heroic show to real life. This upbringing however was not exactly the healthiest in more ways than one greatly distorting their view of the world and lacking many of the normal upbringing experiences, constantly living in the cameras eye with a lack of proper role models. She has since been seen performing greater and greater feats in attempts to ensure she stays relevant such as her involvement in the LA Oscar Bombing and Broadway Fires. These have not always gone to plan however as some involvements have ended up with the worst outcome such as the Californian plane crash following a hijacking after the pilot was killed, though fortunately, their agent did manage to cover up and downplay there involvement as an unavoidable tragedy that they were notified of too late to intervene effectively.

    Power category: Magic
    Powers:
Personal Effect Reversal, Maxine's body works fundamentally differently from the common person with many effects actually having the polar opposite effect on her person and empowering her to superhuman levels through continued exposure. Lack of sleep, unhealthy diets, narcotic use, and other forms of direct harm are in fact beneficial to her resulting in somewhat reckless behavior. As a result of their powers, they are noted for being extremely durable and somewhat of a wild card when identified in the area. Due to being Magic in nature, it is noted that Maxine has an abnormally large store of magical energy though has yet to get formal training in expressing such resulting in more wild magic-like effects with the opposing effect for what she intended. She does need to refrain from such excessively however as with the normal rules being reversed it is easy for her to overload and leak magical energy for uncontrolled effects should she use such magic too much, or too little as such drains gradually for lack of use instead of being recovered.
    Weaknesses:
This reversal goes both ways with many healthy and beneficial effects instead of becoming harmful and detrimental such as medications, a healthy diet, moderation, rest, and others.

Name- Boon, The Dealer.

Alias- Damian Lancaster

Age- 45yrs.

Gender- Male

Status- Suspected Villain

Personality- Damian is a very cordial and respectful man even when dealing with people who do not act in such a manner. He never seems to lose his cool and is almost always planning something and has contingency plans on top of contingency plans for if things go wrong. Worse than any thing else is his profession. As a skilled lawyer he is able to get himself out of most situations and if he cannot get out of it odds are he simply won't be involved in any meaningful way. He does seem to have a rather ruthless streak but often seems to sugar coat his words and intentions coming off smooth as velvet and sweet as honey.

History- Born the Son of a Sicilian immigrant turned mobster Damian learned from a young age the power behind fear and leverage. While he could get plenty of both on account of the fear many had for his father, there were still those who did not fear a mobster. He sought to pursue even their hearts and would get them by any means. He had long heard of the power of magic but sadly was born with none of his own. He made due with what he had becoming the leader of his fathers Mob and morphing it from a mafia of cutthroats to a corporation of cutthroats who spread into the economy of the united states until he was untouchable not due to the wealth he owned but instead based on how much economic ruin he could bring to the nation if he fell. The only thing that seemed to surprise anyone was the fact that when crooked politicians and billionaires began to get Taken down by the Peacekeepers under the guidance of The Beast, Damian mysteriously vanished.

He was Gone for Six Years, his company had named a successor when he was gone and most of the people under his employ were either taken down or had left the crooked buisness life he had built around them. None of this loss seemed to phase him even in the slightest, sure he had lost his accumulated power, but he had traded it all in for a more real power. With his new abilities he managed to forge himself a small but powerful organization made of people loyal enough to kill and die for him as he needed. However all of them were meaningless to him, his eyes were not on them but rather on his son. He watched from a distance as his boys powers began to boil inside him, even sending Dust to the area he knew his son would be. By far the most annoying aspect of dealing with him for heroes has been his utter lack of push back. He will not dirty his hands to actually fight anyone always without fail sending in others to act on his behalf. Unfortunately he also seems to be legally protected by this lack of direct action.

Goals- He seems to exist for the sole purpose of making dangerous supervillains. He also has an obsessive amount of attention focused on his son.

Power category- Magic

Powers-
Power Bestowal- Damians primary ability is to bestow Magic based superpowers to others. He does not choose the powers given but he can adjust the Yield producing stronger or weaker metahumans on a whim. The bestowal of the power is a permanent feature that he cannot remove after it has been applied. These powers range from super strength, to the ability to Annihilate matter and nearly everything in between. He is immune to all powers he bestows and while he seems to get something out of the deals made it is not apparent what.

Power appraisal- Damian is capable of looking at a person and seeing their ability. He is able to see the potential for that power to grow and develop often times knowing more about the power than the person who wields it.

Dark Whispers- Damian is somehow able to gain access to information that he was neither there to witness nor was it even recorded in any medium almost as if something is whispering intel into his ear. These same unintelligible whispers are what telepaths and mind readers hear when gazing into his mind.

Weaknesses-
Not a fighter - Damian doesn't fight for a good reason...he is terrible at it, he has never been in a fistfight or gunfight in his entire life and intends to keep it thay way.

Personally powerless- While damians lackeys can tango with some of the most powerful heroes out there, he himself lacks any superpowers that would be beneficial in combat. Possessing only normal human level attributes in all area's.

Other- Anyone who wants to be one of Boons "Clients" (someone who got powers from him.) Can apply in that manner. You still are allowed your own free will and goals, boon doesn't even ask people to do things for him, the whole point is he picks people who will do as he wants already and just gives them the power to do it quicker.

Name- Dust

Alias- Michelangelo Leto

Age- 27yrs

Gender- Male

Status- Villain

Personality- (i prefer paragraphs to lists of traits but i suppose either is fine.)

History- (this is the origen story section what made your hero or villain, how did you get to where you are now, what are your greatest victories? What are your greatest failures? This will reflect how the world views you.)

Goals- To repay boon for all he has done for himself, To eliminate Atronarch for humiliating him, and to bring the peacekeepers down.

Power category- Magic

Powers-
Entropic Nether energy- Dust has a strange magical ability to generate an odd smoke like state of energy which is a deep grey with occasional sparks in it. This energy rapid peels apart sub atomic particles unleashing the energy in their bonds to force atoms apart resulting in objects the energy touches to fade to dust. Any matter regardless if organic or not is vulnerable to this effect only high levels of energy can resist this effect at the cost of mutual annihilation of the energy. While he can unleash this energy from any and evert point in his body He prefers to use his hands to fire orbs of the energy at targets as they tend to move faster than when using other parts of his body.

Weaknesses-
Human level- aside from having energy blasts that disintegrate basically anything, dust has no additional powers. His durability, speed, and Strength are all at normal human levels as are his senses and reaction time.

Arrogance- Dust tends to think very highly of himself. He is very sure that he can win any fight with his power and thinks lowly of everyone else. While he has a mostly victorious record against heroes this arrogance is what lead him to his most notorious defeat as he didn't think it possible for someone to resist his power.

Name- Tech King, "The Wizard"

Alias- Alfred Kinsbane

Age- 17yrs

Gender- Male

Status- Hero In training.

Personality- Alfred is easily one of the most endearing young men on the planet always seeming to push people towards their goals seemingly obsessed with pushing people past their limits in all ways possible. He sees himself as utterly awesome, which would sound like arrogance if he didn't see everyone else in the same way. He almost never has an insult that isn't also a compliment and seems to be unashamedly and unshakablely optimistic. He loves Dogs and Cats along with basically everything else in the world. Many people, like bob, find his positivity and generosity frankly unnerving. He is a bit cocky often rushing into situations without thinking, but while he is certainly no genius he is incredibly witty and quick thinking and never ever EVER gives up.

History- often times the darkest of environments will give birth to the brightest of lights, Alfred is a prime example of that. Initially born in china, he was promptly taken from his parents as an infant, granted they resisted and fought for their child...but were rewarded with 5.56 millimeters of hot swift death. Alfred remembers none of this but his earliest memory was hardly a pleasant one. It turns out that The Ccp had manufactured one of the first power detection devices ever that would read the level of power each civilian born would possess. Upon finding Alfred they detected a reading that rivaled Even the american monster Mr.Nuclear. Yet try as they might they could never identify or even trigger his power.

Over the years their efforts devolved into abuse and even downright torture, yet it was all for naught. On his seventh birthday his power manifested itself and he spoke in a sequence of numbers which once recorded and put into the computers caused a virus to be built on the computer that spread throughout the entire facility wiping data and causing computers to crash. The facilities staff was flabbergasted and spent many more months trying to get the power to reawaken but it was to no avail. Once again the power seemed to awaken on their own without any form of stimuli. While being walked from his cell to the testing site they passed by a lab table with many small machine parts. Once again his power triggered and his pupils seemed to engulf his entire eye. He walked to the table and began tinkering, the guards rushed to stop him but one of the scientists ordered them to stop as this was exactly what they wanted to see. This mistake would cost him his life however as the seven year old Alfred put together a volatile Gravitational portal generator and opened a wormhole to the english countryside. After he stepped through the portal generator collapsed in on itself unleashing an explosion back in china that wiped the facility that held him off of the map.

It wasn't very long before a couple drove by finding a seven year old walking on the side of the road to nowhere in particular. After a brief legal battle he was adopted by the couple that found him who just so happened to be wealthy executives of the Hero tech company. Under this family he thrived, they showed him ample love and educated him as best they could but he was admittedly behind most kids his age. But what they did have were the resources and tools to allow his trance like state to build more stable inventions. The Trance states only seemed to come once or twice a year but the things he created were taken to hero tech for study only to find that they were in stark defiance of physics and impossible to recreate. They had taken nearly seventeen inventions from him until when he was fourteen this trance like state, which Alfred had begun to call The Wizard, created another gravitational portal generator though this one was stable, and compacted into a watch that could still tell time. Using this "The Wizard" stole back all of his inventions from the hero tech vault.

They stopped trying to take them from him after that and contacted the peacekeepers to monitor him. Alfred was given then case worker Bob farlow, who was an accomplished Spy and nearing retirement. Three years they stayed together with Bob sending the more dangerous devices to the Peacekeepers who would hide them in separate locations around the world. Unfortunately after his 17th birthday he entered his trance like state and apparently The Wizard wasn't too happy with him not being able to find his stuff. When Alfred came back He found that he had turned his friend bob into a massive block blob monster that fortunately seemed incapable of harming him no matter what it tried. Having harmed his friend of several years Alfred decided he was going to make huge efforts to take control of his powers and reign the Wizard in.

Goals-
To create the worlds greatest hero wether its himself or not And to gain control of his powers

Power category- Cosmic

Powers-
Mutational Nth level intellect- on rare occasions Alfred's mind itself will morph into something like a mobius cube. His brain actually seems to change as well gaining many new neural pathways and eyes turn black. During this morphed mental state his intellect becomes nigh limitless and he gains an understanding of not only all forms of technology and science but seemingly science based upon an alternate set of physics which he can apply to the things he creates making it impossible to recreate or duplicate them. Alfred calls this alternate minded being The Wizard, and the Wizard Calls alfred the Boy. Each morph into the Wizard can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. During which time the wizard will strategize and create things and occasionally leave instructions for Alfred. While Alfred doesn't seem to remember anything The Wizard does while in his trance like state, the Wizard seems able to recollect the entirety of Alfreds memories.

Weaknesses-
Fickle- The Wizard is actually a very dangerously and powerful being, but Alfred cannot control when it manifests in any way shape or form. Worse still it doesn't seem to give the slightest of craps about earth and her people. If this were to occur in mid combat he would likely just wander off and do nothing to help the battle save for getting out of it.

Power category- (Magic, Cosmic, Tech, or Physics.)

Powers- ( This is where you list your abilities in detail. What can you do? where do your powers reach there end? I like creativity but classics are just as good.)

Weaknesses- (we dont need a Kryptonite like weakness here but it must be something exploitable and not a weakness that has no relevance to beating them in actual combat. If you cant think of a way to beat your character odds are they are too strong.)

nuclear_man_defeats_supergirl_by_jjy1987_dapolwn-fullview.jpg
Name- Mr.Nuclear, The Human Star

Alias- James Nuclear

Age- 36yrs

Gender- Male

Status- Retired Hero.

Personality- James is clearly a mentally compromised man. He is paranoid seeming to believe people are always watching him and lurking in the shadows hoping to use his power to their own nefarious ends. He has a very hard time trusting new people Even if they are heroes as he is convinced that the Peacekeepers organization has been infiltrated by the Cabal, despite no evidence of this existing. In addition to his paranoia he suffers from depression brought on by the discovery of him being a clone of a superhuman who killed tens of thousands. This often makes it hard for him to gather the motivation to act at all let alone act heroic. One would be a fool to think that his powers did not play a role in his mental state, after all he has been raised under the strict ideal of him being the Saviour of humanity and the pinnacle of Metahuman capabilities, he wasn't made to be a man but a God...but if that were true why would he be suffering from the very human issues he faces. This chaotic mixture has created an unstable man who knows full well the power and thus responsibility that has been given to him, yet the constant pressure to not destroy everything around him is clearly taking its toll.

History- The Meta war was a tragic and horrible conflict with a nightmarish climax. The Hero Atomax Wiping out seven population islands and killing ten thousand people, including several dozen heroes. History would have you believe that Atomax died in that event, yet that was not the case. Atomax was covertly tried for his crimes, yet the power he possessed made it obvious that no prison could hold the man. As such they made a deal, he secluded himself to a remote shack in the canadian woods, and they would take a sample of his DNA to come up with a way to stop him should he go critical once again. Atomax Agreed and hung up his cape retiring permanently from hero duty with the people who knew where he went being countable on one hand.

However the deal was vague with how they would "stop" him. It wasn't that they wanted a countermeasure, the UN wanted his power. As such they cloned his Dna, mutation and all adding a bit here and there the make the Clone "superior". Perhaps its was the edits that caused the later problems but after fifteen years they unveiled their product to the world...James Nuclear, The Human Star. This young hero was essentially drafted into the European Peacekeepers and Quickly climbed the ranks as a fan favorite, his chiseled body and raw power winning over most, and his calm and rational demeanor at least appeasing the others. Things were going smoothly for several years until James discovered his origin as a file was left lying around as if by design. The revelation seemed to change him overnight and he stopped doing press events and even working with other heroes became a rarity. Everyone noticed the change but wether too busy ,to nervous to ask, or even just to indifferent, none tried to find what was wrong.

Eventually his slow boil was bound to erupt and it finally did when the villaious Mindtaker Andriod managed to gain control of the Powerful Hero Brother Supreme whose flight, toughness, speed, and Strength were all considered to be in the top tier categories. Brother Supreme was About to fly through the city tearing down skyscrapers when Mr. Nuclear intercepted him and began an earthquaking Fist fight with Brother Supreme. James claims to not recall wether it was the damage he had taken, or the apparent fact that Brother Supreme hadn't seemed to take any damage himself, either way the fuse was lit and he vented all of his inner turmoil on the hero in the form of Atomic powered, Bedrock Shaking Blows rained upon the Mind controlled hero until he no longer moved to resist. After wards he launched a blast of atomic energy at the Android which blow the machine in half causing it to shut down.

Brother Supreme survived the beating but because The Mindtaker Android was destroyed while he still held the Heroes mind Brother Supreme wound up in a coma. Enraged at her twins condition and blaming Mr.Nuclear Sister Supreme went off launching a hail of insults at James. Already struggling with the stress of his current predicament not to mention having to beat a close friend James was at his breaking point. So when Sister Supreme shoved him hard enough to crack the walls and said he was Crazy, well that shove pushed him further than anyone thought. He Flew into a rage and Threw a punch that sent her across a half dozen city blocks and through almost as many buildings. When she returned in suit all hell broke loose as the two Metahumans engaged in a shockwave producing slugfest. That quickly transitioned from the city, to the Mountainside, to the ocean and finally ended on the moon. Sister Supreme possessed all the powers of her brother and unlike him was not hindered by mind control...But James Hadn't had a chance to cool down after his fight with her brother and thus his power continued to grow Until he was able to finish it with a few well placed blows rendering her unconscious.

To him he was justified and well within his rights to defend himself in such a manner. Yet his perspective was warped, he was so blinded by his fury that he didn't hear her trying to talk him down on the Mountainside, or trying to reason with him and find out what was wring over the ocean, and he certainly didn't hear her begging for him to stop on the lunar surface. The rest of the world however did and for all their faults the peacekeepers were very quick to act. They had sent out a message to a group hand picked by think tanks ,Including Ribcage, Prisma, and Three other heroes. Each selected for their high probability of surviving James and their powers offering them some kind of defense against his own. By the time he and Sister Supreme had finished their bout the team arrived on the moon courtesy of the peacekeepers teleporter.

The Battle was fierce though short lived, James had already gone to his critical mass blue state and his power would grow no more. Through coordination the team managed to bring the rampaging Human Star down. He was tried as any person would be and found not guilty by reason of Insanity. Considering no institution made to date could contain him he was given a similar deal to his "father" and offered to live out his days on a ranch in Texas. While he agreed to stay at the ranch and retire quietly he refused them access to his genetic code and vowed that if the facility that birthed him ever spawned another that there would be hell to pay for all involved. Since then he has lived his reclusive life rarely getting involved in the worlds affairs, though on occasion he will show up to smite a particularly nasty kaiju, or blast a meteor out of the sky, or even to answer the call of the few who have stuck by him despite his Misdeeds.

Goals- To Redeem himself as a hero and Conquer the issues that plague him.

Power category- Cosmic.

Powers-
Internal Fusion Reaction- James possesses the same power as Atomax but altered slightly to be non-explosive upon critical mass reached. When triggered his fusion reaction starts off with light elements producing a Red glow. In this state he possess as much energy within him as the NYC power grid does at any given time. As the fusion process carries on the elements involved become heavier shifting the color to a more orange glow and granting him energy comparable to the state of New York and New jersey combined. This process continues To Yellow , White, and Finally blue at which point his contained Energy rivals the entire planets combined energy consumption. As this fusion process occurs and progresses James's body gives off heat and radiation at growing levels, once he reaches blue state all that is left is for him to go critical mass at which point his heat and radiation go through the roof but it rapidly depletes his power. Eventually reverting himself back to his base state.

Nuclear Superhuman Physiology- All of James abilities are fueled by his Fusion Reaction. In his base state with no fusion occuring he has minor super strength and durability. However once the fusion process engages it fuels all of his other abilities. Using this energy he can amplify his super strength, Fly at high speeds, unleash powerful blasts of Heat and radiation from his hands and eyes and seemingly any where else on his body, coat himself in a layer of energy that matches whatever energy is applied to it thus canceling the attack altogether, and Dial up his senses or even gain new ones like X-ray vision. As his Fusion Cycles from Red all the way to blue his power grows by several orders of magnitude until he is nearly unstoppable. However during his critical mass state his powers rapidly drop in capacity with the exception of his radiation and heat projection which grows to absurd proportions.

Weaknesses-
Ice & Cold- Extreme cold conditions will rapidly deplete his energy and can even negate his fusion production in its lower stages. At yellow and beyond this weakness fades as his heat production begins to instantly vaporize water and melt ice.

Stabilizing agents- Neutral gases like Argon can interfere with James fusion abilities drastically slowing their rate of progression. This will not lower or remove his power but make it grow far slower.

Critical mass- While it may seem like a last minute power up lets be real here, if someone can survive the heat and radiation beams from his Blue reaction levels then odds are they can survive the Critical mass heat and radiation as well making this state essentially just a deflating balloon.

Mental state- James's Mind may be protected from psychic assault via his energy barrier one doesn't need mental powers to play mind games and sadly his mental deficits make it rather easy to do so with him.

Other- Still looking for 3 more veteran heroes to be on the squad that beat him when he was going insane. Any volunteers?

    Name: Prisma

    Alias: Diana Moon

    Age: 34

    Gender: Female

    Sexuality: Heterosexual

Status: Veteran Hero, Scientist, Founder of The Prismatic Center of Research.

Personality: Through the years Diana has grown colder and unforgiving, consumed by the guilt of her biggest mistake she often blocks away her emotions and delivers justice to pay for her sins. She believes each action should have a proper consequence and will catch all evildoers on sight.

History: Since young age Diana knew something about her was different, she felt and saw things different than others around her could. It was around her tenth birthday that she first made use of her powers, her parents were proud of her and revealed they also had powers of their own. Although they were retired from the superhero business after Diana was born, they still hoped she could carry on their legacy one day.

The training was hard but worth it, she spent a rather simple and normal childhood but knew she wanted to be a superhero once she grew older. Her parents knew how big the potential their child had was, new generations seemed to develop stronger powers and Diana wasn’t the exception. Eventually she became the partner of the superhero known as “Nightshade” they were inseparable until their last mission where accidentally Prisma miscalculated an attack that ended with Nightshade’s life.

Since that day she changed, the guilt drove her to create The Prismatic Center of Research (PCR) in order to study a way of using her powers to create proper correctional facilities for villains and that way shape them in useful members of society once more.

Goals: Build a proper jail for villains that aside from temporarily suppressing their powers also reeducates them into heroes.

    Power Category: Magical

    Powers:
Pureness [Passive]: Her body is immune to all types of toxins, poisons and diseases. If any of those were to get inside of her body they would be immediately eradicated by pure light.

Psylock: Her diamonds have the quality to block and reflect psychic waves, effectively protecting minds if placed on the forehead of a person.

Diamonds: Her main defensive power, Prisma has the capacity to create real diamonds out of nowhere in any shape and size required as well as to control them with her mind. She can also control preexisting diamonds and reshape them as she sees fit. Her magical diamonds are harder and stronger than regular diamonds, meaning regular weapons and hits won’t even chip them. They reflect pure magical energy but can still be damaged by magical powers.

Shine Bright like a…: Her main offensive power, Prisma true to her name, is capable of controlling, absorbing and producing light. She can use her diamonds to magnify the potency of her light beams to devastating results and create light from them.

Invisibility: By bending light she can make herself and others invisible temporarily, she can still be heard as this is only a visual effect.

    Weaknesses:
Psychic Vulnerability: Although she always carries one psylock shaped like a diamond in her forehead while transformed, psychic immunity isn’t really a passive ability as it depends on the psylock being placed in her forehead to work. In her civilian form or if the psylock is destroyed she’s unprotected against psychic attacks.

Low Melee Skill: Prisma is a mid to long range attacker, she’s a magical user not a martial artist, and she has the resistances of a regular human so she must use her diamonds to defend from attacks and avoid physical damage.

The bigger they are…: Her diamonds are indestructible to a degree but it all depends of the size of the structure she’s making. If they are bigger than hald a meter then they can be separated (shattered) by exploiting weak spots natural to all diamonds. It requires precision, physical strikes (Not energetic ones) and knowledge about diamonds to exploit this weakness.

    Name: Nightshade (Previously), Lilith (Currently)

Alias: Seilah Szardos (Previously), Veronica Park (Currently)

Age: She looks around her 20’s

    Gender: Female

    Sexuality: Heterosexual

    Status: Villain, Archdemon.

Personality: Resentful, full of pride and spite, she has lost all traces of humanity by now. Consumed by hate and betrayal she now seeks to unleash chaos in the world she once protected.

History: Seilah was once Prisma’s partner, they always worked together to defeat villains. In their last mission something unusual happened, it was called an accident. She died, her heart pierced by warm burning light. She was confused, full of despair and hate… she would no longer be able to see her beautiful little girl grow. After that bright flash only darkness came, her soul abandoned her body but something kept it anchored.

An offer was made to her, by whom? No way to be sure but she accepted the chance to bring down the one guilty of killing her. Her humanity was suppressed and since that day she’s been working on the shadows to destroy Prisma and the world itself. In order to do that and gain true life she must open the gates of hell on earth, a task she’s determined to accomplish.

Goals: Make Prisma suffer, Bring hell to the world.

    Power Category: Magical

    Powers:
Shapeshift: She can hide her demonic features so her red eyes, tattoos and horns aren’t showed unless she’s using her powers. Her true demonic form (the last gif) is only a cosmetic choice so that she isn’t recognized as herself but it has no other perks.

Hell’s Flames: She can control and summon black fire capable of burning even water, the only way it can be doused off is with a holy object or strong magical water.

Darkness: She can control and create dark energy. This dark energy can corrupt people (NPC Humans) making them evil and thus prone to criminal activities.

Demonic Perks: She’s physically stronger than regular humans, capable of levitation without the need of wings, faster and more resistant to damage. Her wounds regenerate after a few minutes, depending on the severity.

Necromancy: The capacity to rise the undead, she can command zombies and skeletons. If she collects a recently dead body she can add it to her undead army, if they had powers then they’ll be able to use them even dead.

Resurrection Cycle: If she dies she will resurrect within a day or two but she will lose one of her powers, if she runs out of powers to lose then she’ll die definitively.

    Weaknesses:
Unholy: She’s weak to light based attacks and all holy objects, as well as prayers and can’t enter into sacred places.

A duty to accomplish: If she fails to bring hell to earth, she will die for real.

Maternal Love: Her daughter is the only chance to bring back her humanity.

No longer Nightshade: She has lost all of her previous powers, only demonic powers remain.

Name- Meo

Alias- Meo

Age- 6 (Mentally a young adult.)

Gender- Male

Status- Rookie Hero

Personality- Meo, himself, teeters on the line of morality and doesn't truly understand right from wrong just yet. Having been a regular cat for a majority of his life, suddenly gaining human-level intelligence and his conscience developing has been overall rough on him. With that being said, he has been able to learn quite quickly. To no one's surprise, he is very curious, which means he's asked a lot of questions - or has found the answers on his own - in a very short amount of time. Peddling back onto the concept of "right" and "wrong," Meo is able to understand the difference, but seems to be confused as of now, as proper understandings of morality had been absent throughout his life. Though, now, Meo is able to "feel" these emotions to a much greater extent, as his mind is much more developed. One of the many things Meo has retained from his days as a normal cat is his hunting instinct. A target, be it a criminal, or anyone designated to be a bad person, may end up falling into his criteria of "prey." He's able to control himself, though, as Meo wants to protect the innocent civilians. Luckily, Meo clicked with the "right" rather than the "wrong," deciding that he would become a hero. Meo is very much a hero on his own terms, embodying independence and deciding on his own free will that he would help others. His reasons for becoming a hero are rather selfish, those reasons primarily being for entertainment, but he truly does want to be a good person.. cat. Tying in with his independence, Meo is very stubborn, usually refusing to listen to others or change his mind when he's set on something. Even if he *is* convinced to change his mind, he'll say it's on his own accord. Meo's mannerisms are, as one would except, very cat-like, elegant, and effortless, seamlessly flowing into one another like water. Meo can definitely be considered to be frightening, though, as the way he acts - specifically while he's hunting for "prey" - doesn't fit the public image of a hero.

History- Meo's hasn't had much history to develop as of yet, as he's only been in his current state for a small amount of time. For the short period of time that Meo has been a hero, he's been able to do a fair amount of good deeds for the innocent, protecting people from harm and solving issues non-powered individuals wouldn't be able to deal with. Before he gained his powers, Meo was a stray cat, living his life out as one would. When Meo tries to recall what it was like being a cat before, it seems to be rather difficult. While he remembers things he had experienced and how it was, his mental state and level of consciousness is so fundamentally different that it hurts his head.

Goals- To be a good hero. Though, he's still trying to discover a purpose.

Power category- Magic (I believe)

Powers- Super-Powered Feline:
Meo's abilities are what you'd expect from a cat, but cranked up to supernatural levels.

Cat-like agility: Meo is incredibly fast, his speed being one of his defining traits, moving effortlessly to strike or subdue foes.
Shapeshifting (Cats are water.): While a cat may be able to fit through holes that look way too small for them, Meo is able to do this on a massive scale. Meo can morph and shape his body around, allowing him to fit through cracks as small as one centimeter. This makes restraining him incredibly difficult. Combined with his speed, he's very slippery and hard to hit.
Claws and Enhanced Strength: Meo's strikes are deadly and vicious, using his set of retractable claws to battle against foes. These claws are incredibly durable, only breaking under extreme pressure. Combined with his strength, he can effortlessly cut through steel.

Weaknesses- Meo cannot escape from cracks smaller than a centimeter long. If there ARE no cracks, he can be restrained. Fire works on him especially well, as he can't slip "through" it. Meo is not especially durable, meaning that if you DO land a hit on him, it won't be pretty.

Other- Meow.

Name- Apex

Alias- Zachary Weaver

Age- 18

Gender- Male

Status- Villain

Personality-

Zachary is an explosive combination of rage, trauma and narcissism. After his powers awoke, he became obsessed with his own ‘superiority’, using his power to steal and show off. However, despite this criminal behavior, he blames himself for his parent’s death and his primary desire is to be accepted. Bringing up his scars is a reliable way to piss him off.

When Zachary dons the guise of Apex he acts confident, shooting witticisms at the heroes who try to face him. He takes the opportunity to show off his power, often letting attacks bounce off him instead of dodging. He taunts and berates his foes, slowly disassembling their flaws and weaknesses with relish. He often leaves a defeated foe alive, to demonstrate that he fears nothing.

History- Born to unassuming parents, Zachary grew up with few indicators of power. A door slamming closed, a bully tripping, and other unusual accidents were the only signs. When he was sixteen, driving with his parents, a drunk driver collided with their car. In an instant of power, the roadway was cratered and shattered. He was hospitalized for severe burns, and when he awoke he met two recruiters. Zachary listened to their speech about responsibility and duty, and decided that he was not interested.

In an instant, the hospital room shuddered with telekinetic energy, and Zach flew through a window. The agents survived, and managed to call on a hero to take Zachary down. The fight lasted minutes, ending with the inexperienced Zachary captured. His wounds were treated, and he faked contrition. The day before he was scheduled to enter training, he vanished into the night.

A week later he robbed his first bank, beginning a life of crime.

Goals- Prove that he’s the Apex

Find approval from others

Become wealthy

Find freedom from the restrictions of society

Become the ultimate power on Earth

Power category- Cosmic

Powers- Psychokinesis is his primary power. With a thought, he can hurl trucks and rip concrete asunder, and his power is only growing. A gesture can force a man to his knees, and a harsh glare snap power lines. He uses this power to deflect attacks and bullets, fly, and augment his strength, but his foremost strength is in raw destruction.

Limited Pyrokinesis- Zach has some ability to ignite flammable materials, but it is underdeveloped and slow to activate. He prefers to use it to cover his tracks.

Mental Beacon- Zach’s emotions can serve as a means of finding him, manifesting as an electrifying sound in a person’s mind. He cannot control this effect.

Tech Malfunction- In Zachary’s general area, technology tends to go haywire, sparking or producing false readings. Most hardened technology doesn’t cease functioning, and this only really serves as a marker for his location.

Weaknesses- Despite his power, Zachary has human-level senses and reaction times. A speedster, or someone capable of blinding or otherwise stunning him, could take him down. In addition, his powers require concentration and focus to maintain.

Apart from that, he is vulnerable to being taunted and provoked, especially regarding his personal actions and history. His old injuries often pain him, and an amoral foe could target them to incapacitate Zachary.

Other-

Age- 24

Gender- Female

Status- Ex-scientific Engineer, Rookie Villain

Personality
E.B's got no time for moral platitudes, there's a planet to save and nobody else seems willing to sacrifice enough in order to do it. Betrayed by the scientific community at the behest of the oil and power industry, E.B's not the type to put her faith in anything other than science. Arrogant to a certain degree due to her comprehension of power and engineering, she's not exactly someone to hand out respect willy nilly. Having seen just how meaningless words can be, she puts far more stock into actions beyond all else. She's convinced that the maintaining and preservation of the Earth's atmosphere supersedes all the destruction she causes to further her research. Since she feels as though most people treat the threats of pollution and climate change too lightly, she feels little to no sympathy when they get caught up in her schemes. That being said, she rarely ever acts to harm civilians purposely, rather just allowing them to become the collateral on her quest to save the planet. Seeing the greater scope as worth it in the endgame, she's not exactly someone who can be talked down through moral soapboxing, as she's seen such words utilized by those she opposes frequently and regularly.

Despite the arrogance she's gained due to the success of her research, she's nowhere near against working with other villains as long as she can further her goals in the process. Even in the short span of time since she started her particular acts of villainy, its been noted that she'll occasionally work with other villains. That being said, she does take care not to target civilians when she can help it, as wasting time on the blind masses doesn't appeal to her in the slightest. Its less about sympathy and more about plain efficiency in her case, as she considers Villains who target the general populace as wasting their potential. Such acts of raw malice do tend to keep the heroes busy dealing with them instead, so at the very least she appreciates them for the distractions they can provide.

Though she's not willing to admit it, getting blasted by her own unstable Isotope has definitely left a lasting effect on her psyche. Whether its something internal or just the fact that she has powers now, E.B's developed something of a distance between herself and regular people that she doesn't seem eager to correct anytime soon. Despite her enthusiasm to continue her work, its plainly obvious that the betrayal of her colleagues still stings. She's become pessimistic about the worth of others, and it shows in her lack of sympathy for people. On the flipside, her appreciation for the natural creations of the world has only grown, which is why she'd become more and more obsessed with advancing her research to the point where science can not only benefit the planet, but do so in a matter that all of humanity can benefit from.

Even if they're too short-sighted to appreciate it.

History
For Natalie the prospect of environmental conservation was drilled in early on due mostly in part to her parents being frequent ecological activists. Because of them, she spent much of her childhood attending rallies and working on awareness campaigns. She hated most of it because it kept taking up all of her time, besides, the solution always seemed simple to her: Just develop cleaner forms of energy to utilize. Always fascinated by the seemingly endless bounds of science, Natalie saw the oil and electrical industries as quickly becoming outdated in terms of their cost benefit ratio. Why constrain the human race to such means when, as beings on the top of the food chain, they had the means and mental proclivities necessary to simply advance beyond all negative factors?

It seemed so simple, in fact, that she studied in the fields even out of middle school, becoming a prodigy of scientific engineering through her highschool years and selling several patents on improved forms of power utilization. But it was while she was in University that she attempted to finally complete her magnum opus, to make all other forms of energy and power irrelevant. It took three straight years of research and testing, funded partially by the university itself and her patents, but by the end of those years she finally had it. She had developed a perpetual motion machine capable of sustaining what she coined as the Nephlux Isotope, which drew upon chemical reactions usually only possible in the far reaches of space under rare conditions.

With her creation on full display, Natalie was on the fast track to labelling prior modes of power meaningless. It could be utilized to power reactors, cities, even full countries if constructed on a larger scale. Hell, she was even working on designs for modular vehicle engines that could run on sustained Nephlux Isotopes, but she wouldn't have long to bask in the glory of her victory. Hearing about the dangers her discovery presented to the status quo, powerful figures got involved as her own University turned on her and labeled her creation as nothing more than a 'Nuclear Bomb in the making'. Slandered by her former peers, people began seeing Natalie as an unstable extremist, and she quickly found her name tarnished in the scientific community. Soon she was barred from her own campus laboratory, but was too imbittered by the consistent betrayals to care.

She found the very people she had been working to provide for uncaring towards the numerous benefits she could provide, easily swayed by fear-mongering pencil pushers and deep pocketed mouthpieces. For the next year, Natalie found her patience for the masses wearing extremely thin, as she watched her very coworkers sell her out to those who benefited directly from the destruction she sought to counter. Far too spiteful to care for the restrictions set before her, the final straw came when they actually managed to label her research as a threat to national security. Hearing that her magnum opus was to be taken and destroyed, Natalie set forth on breaking into her own laboratory to steal it back.

When officials arrived on scene, the incident occurred. There's no true conclusive evidence for what went down in that lab, the surviving officials stated that Natalie provoked an officer into opening fire while other rumors float about that they fired immediately upon seeing her attempting to recover her technology. Whatever the case, the result stayed the same: the Nephlux Isotope she had stored there was broken. Far from the Nuclear Bomb that was theorized, the destroyed Isotope was only able to destroy half of the lab. While most of the officials were injured or killed by the debris or rubble, Natalie was holding it in her arms during the moment of destruction. An unexpected reaction caused her body to be corrupted by the Nephlux Isotope, granting her powers of immense energy accumulation based on motion.

Escaping during the panic and disgusted by the destruction of her life's work, Natalie forewent her name and became the Earthbound Bunny relatively recently. Deciding that people were too arrogant or apathetic to be allowed to govern the planet's future on their own, she now seeks to continue her research on her own terms. Stealing the necessary parts was faster than waiting for bureaucracy to get a move on, and soon became her modus operandi for the next few months. Stealing money was often only for paying other criminals to help her locate more items with which to further her research, while also taking time to destroy as much of the current oil and power industry as possible. Those parasitic relics would be ripped from the spine of the planet one way or another, and no empty platitudes such as morality would stop her.

Goals- Destroy the current Oil/Energy standard and replace it with a much more environmentally conscious form through any means necessary.

Power category- Cosmic

Powers
Nephlux Corruption- The Nephlux surging throughout E.B.'s body allows her to reach inhuman levels of speed in the blink of an eye. Though she can outpace jets when moving normally, if she really pushes herself and builds momentum she can currently reach mach 10 with some effort. This speed extends beyond just movement, as her body's able to react at high speeds as well. It allows her body to withstand the detriments most would find from going at such ridiculous speeds, even speeding up her mental processes so she can keep track of herself and the world around her properly as she moves.

Strength-Stronger than the average person no-doubt, but E.B.'s primarily able to build up strength alongside her own momentum. The faster she moves, the harder she hits essentially.

Regenerative Properties - Not to the point where she'd be able to shrug off mortal wounds, but able to survive strikes from most other powered individuals and heal faster than most due to her cells being sped up by Nephlux.

Weaknesses
Needs Room to Operate- Being as fast as can be doesn't mean much when there isn't much room to cover, in tight indoor areas her options for building speed and maneuvering are extremely limited.

Cosmic dispersal Attacks- As the result of a destabilized cosmic reaction, The Nephlux in her body can be momentarily disrupted by sudden bursts of intense cosmic energy nearby, dampening the range of her speed.

Combo Breaker- E.B. Relies on building momentum so that she can strike with more and more force throughout a battle, so every time she's stopped or slows down effectively nullifies some of that built up strength each time.

Newbie Villain- While she's perfectly in the know about her own powers and abilities and is well-versed in the fields of scientific engineering, E.B.'s still relatively new to the whole villain thing. As such, she's still unused to active combat, often fumbles whenever she wields complicated weapons, and will more likely than not team up with other villains in order to offset her own inexperience with cooperation.

Other
Seeing as her Nephlux experiments have been generally denounced as dangerous by the public and considered a threat to national security, E.B. figured she should just go the nine yards and started supplying some of her experimental technology to several criminal and villainous groups for a profit... and for general field-testing.

Name- General Question

Alias- Zen Wong.

Age- 30

Gender- Male

Status- Inventor, Tinker and Rookie Villain

Personality- He spends his time calculating actions and consequences sometimes to a grand scale while keeping calm and collective so as not to allow his emotions get the better of him.

His experiences with society as a whole has thought him that emotions while normal are irrational and are easily manipulated. He does everything is his power not to be swayed by unnecessary emotions and focuses only on logical conclusions.

Due to his calculating nature; he understands the consequences in taking a life means to be ready to forfeit your own life. Which in turn makes him adapt non-lethal methods for attacks and only targeting the filthy rich.

History- Zen Wong was more or less normal in comparison with other people.
Realizing at an early age not to flaunt his enhanced intelligence so as to not get the scorn of the other children or worst the local bullies in his school. He remains detached because of this and he then always working on getting standard normal level grades without actually applying too much of his intelligence. It was during his high school and college years that he learned how society was heavily flawed it really is. He started to see how people like himself would have their homes and livelihoods destroyed all because people were emotionally manipulated. He watched as fires took his fathers and mothers store and he watched as the people who did it went on with their daily lives as if it was okay for them to do so.

He watched detached from his surroundings and society as people tear themselves limb from limb while others profited over the madness and chaos of society all the while calculating and thinking without any emotions to hind him.

He took his time to graduate from college just so that he can watch the various rallies happening around and about the college campus, watch people being people and even watching how society really is down to its dirty core and because of his calculating nature; he made calculation based on all the event he saw throughout his life and the endless possibilities and consequences with each one and he always saw a devastating conclusion. He realized that there really is only one solution to this problem with that solution in mind, he worked only to get the money he needed to pay off his college tuition fees before eventually he purged his existence as Zen Wong and reappeared as the man known as General Question.

Goals- Creating a just society and to fix the various flaws even if society does not want to change.

Creating a mechanical army necessary to ensure stability of the just society.

Power category- Tech.

Powers:

Enhanced Mind: Gives him an advance intelligence and creativity allowing him absorb knowledge and use it to a practical use.

Inventor - Using his advance knowledge and creativity; he can imagine how to create his inventions without needing a blueprint. Allowing him to basically create what he needs for the situation though it will take a while to make said things.

Parallel Processing - This allows him to be thinking of plans, keeping a steady focus at the task at hand and also gather data on his inventions so that if his initial plan fails he is ready with a few more.

Weaknesses:

Weaker than he looks - Due to him being an inventor and tinker, he possesses no martial art skills or trained for hand to hand combat. Rather than build an Armored suit, protective barrier or train his body, he went with the intimidation factor for his costume so in reality he is basically a human.

Other-

Not really a weakness but he tends to rely on his mechanical inventions such as robotic guards and flying drones due to this over reliance of technology has caused him to be more vulnerable when his mechanical inventions are being overwhelmed or destroyed.
At the moment; he only has one robotic guard and one drone and is currently looking to acquire more pieces to make more or upgrade the current machines.
He however is armed with a tranquilizer gun but is not skilled enough to shoot a target at long range and while some people would actually get close to him, he does have a last resort a close range stun gun. While he does carry a dagger, it is merely decorative and the handle will not even pull out a blade however people do not know this and only adds to the intimidation factor of his costume.
His intention is to have his robotic guards to be armed with a cattle prod, tranquilizer rifle, pepper spray and net gun while his drones are merely over watch machines and reconnaissance surveillance.
His machines tend to be operated using electricity and are not heavily shielded for an Electromagnetic pulse (EMP) blast. His machines currently are controlled by small remote controls that he hides on the base of his gloves pretending to use voice commands and hand signals to control his machine when in actuality, he is pressing on the remote control discreetly. Currently it is remote control due to his limited funds he has yet to actually create a true sentient Artificial Intelligence in his machines that can follow voice commands and can think for themselves.
His mask utilizes a voice distortion module to make his voice sound robotic and due to his personality he tends to say certain words slow and only once.

Name- Caffination

Alias- Lyle Marigold

Age- 20

Gender- male

Status- you label him but the law would say villain if they knew

Personality- In his coffee shops, the warmest thing is his smile. He makes every effort to maintain face and keep everything going smoothly even if it requires him to work double time. He isn't afraid of hard work to make his dreams come true and his dream is to make everywhere in the world as comfortable and safe as his coffee shops and all the world's people happy. Is that so bad?

He isn't afraid of getting a bit hands-on if people stand in the way of this goal through and with the help of his loyal customers and his creative mind he can devise some truly terrible accidents. That being said he hates violence and really will only resort to such things when absolutely necessary.

He feels with a good smile and the right amount of clever manipulation most situations can be overcome without the need for force and that's how he likes it.

History- His parents shared this view of a perfect world with him. They wanted to travel the world and use their healing mixtures to cure the world's ills. Their dream ended in the middle of a desert at the hand of a rusty machete and a large amount of metas. Truth be told it wasn't the worst part of the experience, maybe it was being locked in a boiling basement with limit food and water, or watching the heroes dispatch his captors.

He doesn't like thinking about it now. After coming home he would often seek coffee shops as a refugee. The buzz of caffeine mixed with a calm environment made him comfortable. Getting his first job at one at the age of sixteen let him discover his power.

Customers came in, he made the coffee, and as standard, he would always say "come again!" With a big smile. The owner only thought it was his smile or the taste of his coffee but gradually Lyle found customers to obey even some of the more extreme requests he made of them after a good few cups. Eventually, he asked the owner who had been sampling his brew to sign over the shop and retire, he was much too old to be working day and night anyway, and he did. Lyle still makes sure the old owner is doing well, they normally share a meal every weekend his treat.

Knowing his power gave the young man an idea, and an entire world of kind, hard-working people, all of which lived in perfect harmony with one another. It wasn't until he met a particularly resilient meta that he found his first hangup. An old man from the wars that never would follow any of his polite suggestions. He held onto old and horrible views, kept a bad diet, and generally made people miserable and no amount of coffee healed his wounds. An electrician that frequented his shop made a mistake and the man's home went up in flames while he was still in it. The sad thing really, but Lyle's dream wouldn't be halted simply so that man or anyone could continue being their unpleasant selves.

Goals- world domination, plain and simple. No amount of cream can make it sound less bitter then it is but he is willing to cover up the taste with running things from behind the scenes.

Power category- magic

Powers- Caffeine addiction: with each cup of coffee produced by him or by one of his caffeine-addicted servants his commands become harder and harder to resist until even the most terrible of demands seem sensible when he says them or if it's given to you through another caffeine addict by him.

Weaknesses- three big ones,
one he has to make the coffee himself or have one of the other Caffeine addicts do it.

Two, unless otherwise ordered caffeine addicts are totally normal and the commands have to be given either in person or through another caffeine addict.

Thirdly, depending on your will it takes more coffee to take over. Some it's a simple matter of 4 or 5 cups but the truly strong-willed may need gallons in them before they become truly loyal.

Other- He values his own physical health and has attended Krav Maga classes pretty much since the accident that took his parents.

Also theme song:

The Mound
f59ee7de72fe5e13128e7c8e16c8efd1.jpg

Alias- Shiloh West

Age- 30

Gender- Unknown

Status- Serial Kidnapper, Identity Thief, Villain

Personality
The Mound is far too cheerful for its unnerving abilities and crimes, often being rather playful when discovered rather than agitated. Even when walking around as a ten foot mass of bones, teeth and flesh, it'll still be eager to chat about how his attacker's days have gone or what they're planning to do later. Behind bars, the Mound's usually a model prisoner until they're eventual escape. Almost everything about this creature is far too casual and friendly for its unnerving modus operandi. Its almost as if the Mound is completely detached from the seriousness of its crimes, seeing its captives as pets that it needs to take responsibility for. Despite its near childish nature when discovered, the Mound is by no means stupid. Its been able to impersonate medical practitioners, engineers and even members of law enforcement in the past.

History
The Mound's earliest history is a complete unknown, its presence going completely under the radar until a missing's person's request was made three years ago. It was initially written off as the missing person showed up not half a day later, only for it to flare up again when the victim's husband began making claims that something was horribly wrong. It was a rumor that spread among the relatives and friends of the woman in question, until finally authorities were called again. Medical experts couldn't find anything to explain the concerns initially, as most physicals proved that it was indeed the woman in question. That changed when they tried to do a brain scan, the subject immediately became hostile. When the doctors tried to question her further, the Woman merely sighed, said "It was good while it lasted." then immediately fought her way out of the hospital with her bare hands. Days later, an anonymous tip led officials to the shed of a foreclosed house where the woman was found unconscious and in desperate need of water.

This incident would only come up three months later, when a raid on a local crime boss's hideout took a strange turn. In the midst of a shootout between the Boss's goons and officers, one of the goons who had just taken a round started convulsing. His body morphed into what witnesses describe as 'A horrific Amalgam of flesh' that immediately caused both the goons and the officers to direct their attention towards it. This Amalgam brushed off the gunfire, tearing its way out of the nearest wall and causing a traffic pileup outside before one of the heroes assisting the raid raced out to stop it. Though the Amalgam was eventually destroyed by an exploding truck, no answers as to what it was came. The arrested criminals had no ideas either, but witnesses eventually came forward stating that a small piece of the creature had slithered away after the explosion. This led heroes and officials to a part of the crime boss's seized territories where the actual criminal was found in a similarly dehydrated and malnourished state as the woman before.

Similar cases would pop up every week for a month until a group of heroes teamed up to apprehend the shapeshifter, who after a rather unsettling fight was eventually captured. Upon questioning, the Mound only gave its title and name before claiming to have had preemptively kidnapped the police chief's son and trapped him within its body for just such an occasion. The boy in question suddenly emerged from its chest, begging for help. The ensuing chaos allowed the shapeshifter to escape, but only after the boy was revealed to have been merely a piece of the creature. Though the Mound escaped, it would wind up getting captured and escaping several times over the course of the next two years. Numerous kidnappings and cases of identity theft have been linked to it, but the lack of actual corpses to its name have left it viewed with rather passive disdain compared to more wider-scope villains.

To this day, no records of a Shiloh West have been accurately linked to the Mound, yet it has consistently insisted that that's its real name.

Goals- The Mound's goal is oddly voyeuristic: Live the lives of others. Utilizing it's ability, the Mound will often replace random people for weeks on end just going about and enjoying their lives until its eventually discovered and forced to find a new target for replacement. During this time of impersonation, the Mound has no qualms with imprisoning those its impersonating and taking care of them until the ruse is revealed.

Power category- Physics

Powers-
9c2b0c151d13fb1f89ef2f469560fdb3.jpg
Body-Based Shapeshifting- The Mound's signature ability is its complete control over their own body. Everything from flesh to blood, bones, hair, you name it. The Mound can resize, mold and manipulate its body at will, allowing it to change its appearance in seconds flat, grow spiky bone-like protrusions, form multiple eyes all over their body and stretch their flesh around like playdough. The Mound treats its own body like a toy, taking bizarre and horrifying shapes whenever it isn't impersonating someone.

Compacted Flesh- The Mound's able to compact about a bus's worth of excess flesh in what could easily appear to be a regular looking figure.

Not Gonna Cut It- The Mound can recover from most wounds immediately as long as its flesh hasn't been severed. Anything less than carving it up will just slow it down momentarily.

Weaknesses-
Chop Chop- The quickest way to weaken and defeat the Mound is to chop it apart. The Mound loses control of any piece of its body that's no longer connected to it, so slicing it apart will force it to take smaller and smaller forms until its no longer an immediate threat.

Slow Gains - The Mound regains lost tissue slowly by consuming water and food, so once cut down to size the Mound could take days or weeks to regain what it lost in battle. It'll essentially be out of commission longer than most villains.

Other- Though the Mound doesn't stick to one appearance for long, when revealed its been noted that it will often switch back to this face occasionally.
