I ask because she does exist in canon:
And I fear it might ruin immersion for some if her looks change (like changing Bishamonten/Ebisu/Tenjin). At the same time, I do imagine gods (especially powerful ones) can change their appearances and there are gods with no solid form like Izanami whose appearance changes depending on who's looking at her. God's are also capable of aging and may change their styles as the eras age as well:
So depending on what you intend for her, I'm cool with a level of creativity =P

I would tag everyone that we are waiting for to see if they are still interested/how close they are to being ready. If they don't respond then we move on without them and they can join in later if they still want to. If they do respond we wait for them as long as the wait is reasonable
