That could work. He'd grow increasingly impatient though and I bet he'd just use the sand to drag her in the middle of a desert somewhere away from his territory, leading to an adventure for her to find her way back to civilisation :p

It honestly sounds likely, that’d teach her to stay away from his territory. Though, because of his power to control sand, and his grumpy old man demeanor, she’d see him as a “fun” guy to be around, and would prob attempt to bother him everyonce in a while.
