I have moved the forest group of Riza, Hyuuna, and Lena along.

I have also posted for the dragon race detailing the race for those racing, however those who are spectating can follow along an adjacent path where Professor Listam and Cait will be leading the students as they watch the race, there will be a cave where the students will stop at in the mountains that's going to be "glowy" and "magicky" if anyone spectacting wants to stay around, otherwise they are free to roam around or go visit the other group activities.

I still have Madare's group of NPC students in the forest as well if anyone wants to head to there, currently no actual player characters are part of that. I think jmann jmann fletewood might head there.
 
I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to drop out of this RP. Good luck and I wish you all a great time in this RP. Sorry I didn't do much at all.

Seems some people are backing down. I'm sorry I've been swamped this week and I'm still trying to catch up with all my rps still but I was wondering if people were having a problem with the festival taking too long? If It's becoming a problem we could end up skipping to the first real day of school, in which I'd assign dorms and have people wake up and have breakfast before heading to class.
 
I personally don't mind, I plan to stick with whichever we choose and when I am free I will post a reply that will hopefully cover everything people involved me in and give people room to respond. Its mostly what everyone else feel like doing
 
I appreciate it. I feel like alot of people are leaving because they weren't doing anything but it also feels like the people who left barely tried to be involved and had like 1 post and some who I tried involving never bothered responding with another post anyways.

I want to recruit more people to keep the numbers high in the meantime while I work on some posts. I am working hard to write up some posts for the RP currently, so I should those up today.

Sure. Student Council characters are gonna have duties that will come into play sometimes like managing activities, helping teachers and general work relation to their posiion within the student council. Like I have a character that's the hall monitor and she's gonna go around sometimes making sure people don't cause trouble and do paperwork from time to time.
I might have a running thing where people can have the student council members take on requests for students but im not sure.

I'm actually not exactly what I'd have them do aside from organizing events, holding council meetings..
Maybe making sure everyone is doing well, checking up on people, helping students who need help. Maybe collecting data through forms people could fill out?
Probably whatever keeps things interesting within reason. I might have the council do their own things within events at some point. Like if it's a some kind of event they could hold one of the activities they could come up with.
