it is 1966 and new york city is the place to be. in a rickety, crumbling apartment in the heart of the city lives a group of mismatched youth from many different walks of life. the apartment, owned by a well known musician in the city, becomes a sort of halfway house for those looking to find themselves in the big city. with the musician now leaving, he rents out the various rooms of the apartment to various young adults just trying to get by. these people are different, coming from very different ways of life. can they get along? will they survive new york city?
