    My thoughts exactly (also thank you!). I'm especially grateful because when I started learning BBCode+ I ended up pestering Lyro Lyro for a while. They taught me the ropes, and plenty of others helped me fine tune the details to get the image I wanted (even if I do have the tendency to overcomplicate). Coding has so much potential and I'm glad to be able to have even scratched the tip of the iceberg. It's a shame that people may be discouraged from trying it out from how much bashing it gets.

    this site is simply so amazing. i've not been here for a long time, yet all the people i've met have been so kind & welcoming — u one of them. it's most definitely disheartening to hear that people are deterred from bbcode from the bad news it earns. yes, it is complex, but that is because it has so many possibilities! and that is why bbcode is incredible, for it's filled with thousands upon thousands of alternative options.
