I've lived in New Zealand, Vietnam, London, Vancouver and a few more places! Right now, I'm in Thailand. I'm actually Thai-Norwegian, born in Thailand but I haven't been here since I was 2 so I'm super happy right now ^^ Although, I have never been to Norway.

Okay, this is going to be pretty long xD

I probably like Myanmar (or previously Burma) the most. I love the pagodas, especially the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. If you stand in the right places, you can see different colors of the jewels shine from its umbrella crown. There are also shrines for each Chinese year birthday I believe and many people visit the Shwedagon, but the place is very vast and it never gets too crowded. There many more pagodas in Myanmar and they are all very beautiful! Yangon city is busy and full of life and I've driven past Aung San Suukyi's home many times! Burmese culture is very unique, and one of the first things you'll notice is that Burmese people's skins are very clear ahaha. This is because they apply Thanaka paste made from groundwood to their faces, including boys, and sometimes to their arms too.

The thing about Myanmar is, there aren't just cities and villages. There is Inle Lake, a very large freshwater lake, located in the Shan State, where you literally travel everywhere by longtail boats (I think that's what they are called) and ughh it's one of my most favorite places ever ahaha. During my visit to Inle Lake, we were on our way back to the resort we stayed at and there was a storm but we made it back perfectly safe (creds to the very kind and skilled boat driver). It was definitely adrenaline-pumping and I don't regret anything. Another place in Myanmar is the Mergui Archipelago which consists of 800+ lush islands and clear-as-glass sea water. I actually visited there just last month during winter break (I moved to Thailand already)! The island where I stayed at had such silky sand and exotic seashells, and the resort was amazing. On the second day, we went on a snorkelling trip and the coral and fish were breathtaking and we got to see a turtle. For lunch, the staff people who were super skilled at diving and managing boats bought fresh tuna from some fishermen in the middle of the sea, and they took us to an island to build a fire and cook it to eat with fried rice. Delicioso! XDD

Then, the next day me and my dad went on a diving trip. I literally have nothing else to say except you have to experience it for yourself.

And yep, that's really just a tiny piece of what I've experienced in Myanmar!
I am so sorry for being away for months, holy dang. University, hospital visits, and a parental split-up took me away for the computer, as well as the fact that I'm gonna live by myself for the first time ever (it's either that or I'm homeless, so y'know).
dinosaur dork eh? What's your favourite dino then?
