    Thanks everyone. I appreciate all your help. 😄 I can hardly ever get to sleep earlier than 1 or 1:30 and when it gets later than that, 3-5 a.m. that's when I feel extra fatigued the following day even if I wake at 9:30 or 10. These tips and suggestions will help tremendously.
