• Why do people only have "hot takes?" Why are there no "cold takes?"

I guess cold takes would be takes that everyone widely accepts and could agree with, right? I mean if hot takes are takes that are like way out there, logically, cold takes must be the opposite.
Tony: We superheroes need to be better regulated in order to pre ent major disasters.
Also Tony: I'm going to contract this unregulated child vigilante to further my cause despite him not entirely understanding anything I'm actually talking about and him never being covered by the Sokovia Accords.
I am cringe and that is based. I will never be based and that's not cringe. There's no one I'd rather be than me.

I don't fully understand those first two sentences, but I can get behind the last one wholeheartedly. ^D^
Green Lantern Producer 1: We need to make a serious superhero movie.
Green Lantern Producer 2: You're right. So who should we cast as Green Lantern?
    Green Lantern Producer 1: Ryan's Reynolds's!
    Green Lantern Producer 2: Genius!

I mean, people say he did great as Deadpool

(What do you mean, "That's not how time works"?)

That's the joke. Ryan Reynolds is funny. He shouldn't be playing a serious character.
    • Continuity Creep Effect: As the length of a forum game increases so to does the amount of lore, continuity, and in-jokes until it reaches the point where it is completely inaccessible to newcomers.
I'm listening to my sister play D&D and her friend has decided he wants his character to worship Dream. As in the Minecraft YouTuber.
I wanna know what Cerberus was thinking when they decided that the most logical thing they could do as a covert terrorist organization that specifically doesn't want to be noticed by the government is to put their symbol on literally everything. Oh, Shepard, you need to be discreet and maintain a low profile? Too bad! We're painting your ship bright orange and shoving our logo in every available location!
    Kaerri
    Kaerri
They also hired literally the most famous person in the galaxy. 😆 Albeit everyone thought Shepard was dead at the time, but after enough trips to bars (not to mention the Citadel) everyone knew (s)he was back and working for Cerberus. Not very discreet there, either.
I haven't even started college yet and I already feel the weight of my debt crushing me.
Just when you think you've seen everything something new crawls out if the woodwork: Dream SMP RPs. Like, I know that the Dream SMP contains fictionalized versions of the YouTubers involved but these are still real people.

A lot of stuff, honestly I'm only aware of it from an outside perspective so I couldn't tell you everything XD But here's a video detailing the most significant of everything

(I do have another one that talks about everything that happened, but it's 2 hours long and I don't know if you have that kind of time XD)

Nah, though who knows, there might've been XD This was the last time I paid attention to anything Dream did, aside from Karl's coverage of his confession about it later
People who are vehement that Batman should be super dark and gritty all the time and he should never be even a little funny and always be serious and fight serious villains with uber-deadly plots seem to forget they're talking about a man who dresses up like a bat on a regular basis.

    They've also forgotten Adam West's Batman. ^;3^

That's usually what they're complaining about.

My favorite quote in regards to the sillier incarnations of Batman comes from the Brave and the Bold cartoon:

Batman's rich history allows him to be interpreted in a multitude of ways. To be sure, this is a lighter incarnation, but is certainly no less valid and true to the character's roots as the tortured avenger, crying out for mommy and daddy.
-Bat-Mite, Batman: The Brave and the Bold
The best revenge is inflicting bodily harm upon your enemies and making them regret having ever wronged you.

The second best revenge is absolutely humiliating them, the more publicly the better. National TV is preferable but if that's too much settle for the customers of your local Denny's.
Proposal: what if I went back in time and erased Catcher in the Rye from existence.
All you fools with your isekais and your schools. Little do you know that I once made an RP that was both Isekai and school and I made it long before Isekais became popular. Hahahaha! Bow before your superior!

Granted, it never actually got off the ground but bow anyways.
If you have to start a sentence with "I don't mean to be racist..." that's probably a sign what you're about to say is racist and you should reconsider saying it. Same goes for sexism and homophobia, by the way.
So I have never in my life gotten a Technoblade video in my recommended but now that he's dead I'm getting so many. I feel like there's some dark irony there.
I have been watching Markiplier's FNaF playthroughs and have made a discovery: I am still a wimp.
Important life lesson: Never eat too many mini wheats if you are not in desperate need if fiber. It will not end well. Those things have so much fiber.

I mean, it's generally good advice not to eat too much of anything, no matter how much you need it. After all, if it's too much, then you don't need it anymore :xFtongue:
"The truth is, I'm an extraterrestrial."
"That explains why you act so weird!"
"What? No. I act the way I do because I have ADHD, completely independent of me being from another planet. What the hell, man?"
If you're ever feeling unloved, know that I probably think you're pretty okay.

Unless your an asshole or a Yoshi main.
New drinking game: go on YouTube and take a shot every time you see a title like these:

    -The Problem with X
    -Why X Works where Y Doesn't
    -Why X is Underrated
    -Why X is Overrated
    -The Hidden Genius of X
    -X doesn't understand Y
    -Why X Sucks
    -How X Saved Y

And thus you died of alcohol poisoning.
