    I know the feeling. When I was younger... I used to go to the hospital once a month because my lungs closed up despite the inhalers and the steroid treatment. I outgrew it though. 22 and asthma free... but I found a grey hair a few days ago. I guess I am fucked either way

    I'm 20 and just developed it like a year and a half ago ;-; but I don't have an inhaler or steroids so I'm kinda fucked, I was honestly concerned I'd just stop breathing in my sleep

    My parents did not want to use the hard medicine because of the long term potential negative effects. But when they tried all the alternatives they kinda had to give in since I could barely go to school. A trick I learned you could try, is when you feel the constricting feeling - raise your hands above your head as high as you can, while sitting upright. Try and try and count 1and2and3and4and... etc with each breath. Also do not sleep of your back, but if you can sleep on your left side.
