Hey Yall!

You can call me Mala or Malacina. My pronouns are She/Her, and I'm in my late twenties.
I've been roleplaying on and off since I was in my early teens, I've played through almost all genres and settings through the years, and I tend to play queer characters.

Two truths and a lie:
- I have two dogs! All my characters have to like animals.
- I play the guitar and like having characters I use play some kind of instrument.
- I enjoy common angst in my rps like skinning one's knee, break ups, misunderstandings, etc.

The lie is, 'I play the guitar'. I can't play any instrument and in general bad at music. In fact, the one band class I took during school, I just slept while holding the instrument. So I tend to avoid characters having musical talent since I just don't know how to write it, ha.
 
I'm returning to forum roleplaying because it's getting incredibly difficult to find roleplay partners out in the wild. This site looks very fun and promising!

I've been writing for a while and wanted to dabble a bit in the rp scene to test ideas I have for characters. I primarily prefer longer writing because I find it limiting otherwise.

I am very fond of writing that addresses social phenomenons and human failings. Margaret Atwood and John Steinback are a couple of my favourites.

I'm new here and my experience with Roleplaying is limited but I hope to get better at it in terms of things like characterization. I mostly like to roleplay about Fnaf and Undertale but my interest often change.

I'm very descriptive with my roleplays but my characterization of characters I haven't made or don't know/relate to is horrid -.-,

My hobbies are mostly drawing and gaming (even though I don't consider myself particularly good at either.)

I look forward to roleplaying on here and getting to know people. 😊
 
Hello everyone.
Gosh, it has been some time. I have been an RP-er for almost 15 years, with huge breaks in between.
I started off back in the day on Neopets with posts consisting of cringey one liners- to a few sentences. I then evolved to a "literate" to "advanced literate" on Gaiaonline in my teen years - at a time where I would create and post almost every day.

Then, university and working life took over and I just haven't had the chance to write.

I am hoping for a casual but sustained writing adventure this time around.

My main interests are medieval fantasy and steam punk fantasy with an adventure theme. I like small group RPs- 3-4 people, but willing to explore other group settings. I usually write 3-4 paragraphs, and must confess I have no idea how to use Discord, so please do bear with me. I'm an old-timer.

I shall continue perusing the boards, but if you think you have something for me, feel free to drop me a line.

I go by Ash out of rp. I've been roleplaying for around 10 years now (think back in the days of Homestuck, if anyone remembers that.) I made this account a while ago, but to be honest at first the site kind of intimidated me. Now, though, I'm desperate for some rps, so here i am! I like dealing with themes like fantasy, medieval, sci-fi, domestic, and Alternate Universes. I am 21 years of age, from the United States (ew) and typically deal with canon characters. The ship/pairing itself in no way has to be canon, though. Not sure what else to put here. Oh well!
 
Greetings to all! I am Anthem, I discovered this site due to me searching for a new platform to discuss / roleplay on.
I've been into roleplay for roughly 4 years by now, but have enjoyed storywriting much longer than that.
I enjoy many themes spanning across many different subjects, whether it be Cyber, Medieval, Sci-Fi, AU or whatever you may enjoy, I've probably gotten some experience in the topic.
I love creating Original Characters, but for a series I know well I don't mind being a Canon Character.
As for average facts... I'm from the US, love most types of video games, listen / hum music constantly and get basically no sleep.
Hope to speak to some of you all soon!

Hey everybody. I go by Pathfinder and I've been roleplaying for about 5 years (and I've only been doing it good for like 2 lol). I typically only do 1 on 1's with my boyfriend, but I want to keep getting better and try out more group stuff! So here I am. If that wasn't a hint—I'm mostly interested in original group settings of any flavor. I am pretty into a lot of fandoms (was a big RWBY fan, currently big fan of Monster Hunter, Guilty Gear, Street Fighter and Final Fantasy 7/14, etc.) so if I see a roleplay around that I might go ahead and join.

Not really sure what else to put here, so it's nice to meet y'all.

i've been rping off and on for the last decade or more. i'm definitely the most familiar with fandom-based and original rps. found rpnation randomly and decided to join. i used to roleplay on forums back in my teens and remember having a lot of fun. i'm pretty shy, so this should give me new opportunities of roleplaying with others since i'm most familiar with my friends' and i's rps.

i'm an artist in my free time, music is pretty cool too. not much else to it. :]

Hi my name is Max, I’m 15 (16 in a week) I’ve been roleplaying for around 2 years now. I first got into rp in lock down however I’ve always been interested in rpgs. I like to do a lot of fantasy and anime roleplays. i like to play/make video games and draw and create characters.
