(-o-)/ Salutations. My name is Willis I'm just a boy who likes the colour yellow and roleplaying. Over the years I've stumbled across many different styles of writing in roleplay but to this date, I'm still a semi-lit roleplayer, although one-liners can be quite amusing. Speaking of years I've been roleplaying since halfway through 2018, although most of that was on amino it's still roleplaying, and I think it's about time I tried roleplaying outside of an old yet enjoyable app. I really like fantasy, fiction, medieval, adventure, drama, anything fun like that! I can't really bring myself to try sci-fi or angst I simply can't. Moving on from that I'm a violinist part-time drummer. Or at least I will be I haven't actually gotten my instruments just yet. Summer just began anyways! I mostly joined because I got tired of Amino and I recently caught a particular interest in httyd(how to train your dragon). I've been part of the fandom for three days but I already watched the entire series and even made my own OC.
 
I don't really know how to structure this, so here I go.

I'm lowrider. Been roleplaying for 2 years now, I'm a fan of most genres: I generally keep towards Group stuff, and I avoid 1-on-1's. RPG things look cool, never done it before.

I'm most comfortable with sci-fi and fantasy—I can do Romance, all kinds of pairs, but I will most likely get embarrassed in real life. Other than that, uh? I don't know how to close this off so it's nice to be here!

I've always been involved in somekind of RP for around 13 or so years now, across D&D, text-based platforms and within video games! Some of the more well-known and recent games I've been involved with have been SWTOR & ESO, but primarily text-based via Discord.

I am very flexible with my RP style and who I roleplay with; however, I strictly have never, nor shown interest in any form of ERP type of RP; thankfully this Community appears to be a haven from that!

If I had to choose my MAIN areas of focus, it would be a DARK HORROR genre of RP, in a SCI-FI setting. I am a sucker for H.P.Lovecraft! But alongside this, I do enjoy a good action packed and well-built story within a varying Universe.

I work as an Electrical Engineer, but my hobby/HOPEFUL JOB, is being a writer and eventually published Author. I hope to achieve this through a new and growing COSMIC-HORROR & SCI-FI genre-based book series I am writing called THE PLAEDIUM! Full of twisted tales, action-packed scenes, and gruesome but hopefully awe inspiring settings inspired by many of my favourite artists and writers, like Lovecraft, Stephen King, Frank Herbert, and George Lucas.

I hope to find a friendly community of like-minded people who enjoy a good session of RP from RpNation... I'd expect this is likely from the name ;)... But also to explore and test out my own additions to RP by implementing aspects of what I aspire to write, and bring a new and fun genre of SCI-FI, Fantasy, and Horror to those that enjoy exploring the more ambitious areas of roleplay!

Well, hello. I'm Sammy been roleplaying for surprisingly around five years and found this place while looking for new places to casual and combat rp. Just looking to find more apps and places to just hang and have fun.

I'm 32. I've been roleplaying since middle school, so about 20 years, if you can believe it! lol. I started on Neopets of all places, but quickly outgrew it. I got a friend of mine into it for a while, but she wasn't as into it as me. Then I moved and made a new friend and she was just (if not more) obsessed as I was.

I have role-played a few times with strangers, but for the most part, I role-played with a long-term rp partner. She and I both loved writing, YA and love stories, so we fit really well together. We don't rp anymore, so I'm not really sure what to do with myself! XD I'm hoping I can find a new partner here.

I like a lot of different kinds of role-plays. I've done some in an x-men world, college life, high school life, body switching, labyrinths, etc. I'm not into things getting too dark, but it's expected that characters will be complex (which may include a tragic backstory). I prefer something with a love story, but there has to be a lot of other stuff going on too. I'm used to playing several (2-3) characters at once because my partner loved fun group dynamics like on Friends.

I only play original characters, but she and I used to reuse the same ones over and over because it was fun to see them in different settings. So I may introduce a new-to-me character, or I may recycle one I've grown to love over the years. But all of my characters will be original. I don't play other people's creations.

I currently work in the accounting department of an internet company. I'm also attending grad school for an MFA in popular fiction.

Two truths and a lie: I am a virgin. I’m missing a kidney. I have an autoimmune condition.

(I very seriously considered making all three truths and laughing as people guessed ridiculous things. XD)
 
Hello! Bit of a veteran roleplayer. An artist and a writer, sometimes both at the same time if my lizard brain can handle it.

Taking inspiration from the post above, two truths and one lie: I’m allergic to the sun, I am a horrible cook, and I was once commissioned to paint a close-up portrait of someone’s shoulder.

Hi! I'm Annika. I've been roleplaying for years, as well as writing in general. I'm 18 and will be pursuing English in college. I miss this kind of interactive writing though, and this seemed like a good place to check out. I've only ever done roleplays from source materials like Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, or ATLA/LOK, but I'm open to tons more sources or just overall disconnected settings.
I'm also a bit of a theater buff and an avid lover of bees, not that that has anything to do with roleplaying lol
For a fun fact I'll put that Dolly Parton and I have the same birthday :)

I'm DeltaSpaceSeal, but I'll go by whatever you want to call me; as long as it gets my attention. I'm following the "You must do these things" banner that haunts the top of my UI so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right or what to put here.

A little about me: I used to RP on a lot of forums that had specific worlds to RP in. Star Wars, for instance, the entire forum would be Star Wars and the entire forum would be one of many within the singular plot. I'm a former infantry Marine so when I did RP it was usually a soldier-type character. It's what I know the most and enjoy the most. I kind of fell out of RPing afterwards because I became very logic-oriented via programming classes in college. Ever since I've basically not written or RPed at all. Recently I decided to turn that around; I've started writing privately and needed a place to be able to share that writing and get feedback so that I can improve. Took some time to look around the forum before joining and decided the RP looked pretty fun too.

So here I am! Hello! It's nice to meet you.

Hey all! I stopped roleplaying for a bit due to a negative experience, but I'm hoping to get back into it. I've been roleplaying on and off for twelve years, but it's been more off than on lately. I'd love to change that. I enjoy roleplaying lots of genres. My favorites are slice of life and modern fantasy.

I enjoy writing very much but often don't have much time for it, so what better thing do to than join yet another RP community and overwhelm myself with writing? Sounds perfect to me, haha.

A little bit about me: my "name" is asya (as you may have already gathered), and I go by they/she pronouns. I love poetry, art, cooking, and writing of all sorts! and I'm just a hopeless romantic longing for a lovely sapphic romance in the woods. Is that too much to ask for? I think not.

Hello hello! I'm new here so please forgive me for my slowness on this website! I've been roleplaying for a while mainly in the medieval fantasy genre mainly LARPING) but in recent years have has been texted based. I really like roleplaying but I can be picky about some plots as either I would feel like they would bore me or I don't know much about it. Outside of Rps I play video games or watch Tv shows like The Expanse, The Boys and such. I'm very easy to talked to so if you want to send me a message then by all means!
