Howdy, I’m Gold, he/they, 19! It’s been a while since I’ve roleplayed! I’m very rusty and looking to scratch that itch. I’m in college, so please be patient with me. It’s nice to meet you!
 
Howdy, I go by printer, I am 19 and use female pronouns. My experience with roleplay is on and off, I've had a fair share of roleplays that lasted maybe a year or so, or died off after a few months. I am looking for a long term roleplay, I like futuristic/scifi/cyberpunk, horror/mystery, and fantasy roleplays! I am not super picky though, as long as the story is enjoyable. My hobbies mostly include gaming and drawing, I am passionate about art. I decided to join RPnation out of curiosity, and maybe at a chance to find an interesting roleplay, since I am not having a lot of luck. I have three budgies (used to have four but one died :[ ). Their names are Alfredo, Bonnie, and Clyde. Happy to join this site and looking forward to discovering new RPS! :]
 
Greetings, fellow nerds. I have zero preference to what you call me, but Lunar will suffice. I like long walks on the beach, cheesy sapphic romcoms and aggressively plantin- wait what do you mean this isn't a dating site?

'Sup. I am a disgruntled college student who barely knows where they are most of the time, and I'm returning from a roughly year and a half writing hiatus. Will I be successful? Debatable. Will I cry a lot? Probably. But we're here for a fun time, not a long one. Anyways, my main method of torture is writing several thousand word posts that make both me and my partner hyperventilate, and I am an absolute whore for overused fantasy tropes and settings. Less often, I do dystopian and very rarely modern settings. Like a bewildered lab rat in the maze, I merely follow where the gays go. Gays in medieval times. Gays in barren wastelands. Gays in...space? Have I mentioned that I go on tangents and don't know how to focus for more than approximately 230 seconds?

I also find this to be the equivalent of being asked to go around the room and say three interesting things about yourself. Do any of us actually enjoy this? The peer pressure weighs heavily on my back.
 
Hello all! I've literally been on this website for 20 minutes.

I'm not very sure how to introduce myself. I've been roleplaying for years, you would think by now a simple intro would be a breeze. Alas, here I am. I'm a twenty something female trying to survive on the west coast. I've been reading as long as I can remember. (One time in an after school program I read Green Eggs and Ham TWICE before I was picked up. Mind you I was, like, six or seven. Still my greatest achievement.) I started roleplaying in the olden days when IMVU was still popular. Since then I've enjoyed writing creatively every once in awhile. Medieval/fantasy plots are my sweet spot but I am open to anything as long as it's interesting. Other than that I'm your typical struggling young adult. Constantly pondering my existence, trying weird hobbies like needlepoint or crotchet, loving my cat an unhealthy amount. I've got a thing for crystals (or spicy rocks as I like to call them)

That's about it for me! If you have any tips on how to get into this community, I might need them. heh. ;-; Have a good one y'all !

I used to roleplay a lot when I was a teenager, but then adult life took over and yada yada... I've been writing my own stuff to fill that creative need, but I'd like to starting roleplaying again - or at least, trying! I'm hoping this website can hook me like it used to :33:

I have been RPing for quite a while now. With working two jobs, it's a bit difficult but I always always always find time for stories. I'm hoping to get better in my writing here and can't wait to talk to y'all cool kids and kittens!

Hey, I've roleplayed pretty extensively before but not for a couple of years. I stopped because life got busy and now I'm coming back because life's still busy, but a bit boring. In terms of genres I'll do pretty much anything, preferably a bit dark, maybe a little pulpy, definitely very much larger than life. Some element of fantasy/science fiction is pretty much a must but I can see myself being convinced otherwise. Some examples of settings/themes I like:
  • Call of Cthulhu-esque/paranormal investigation/dark urban fantasy etc.
  • Cyberpunk
  • Space westerns, with or without aliens
  • Low-power high fantasy
  • Anything that somehow incorporates dinosaurs
And anything else you can convince me of.

In terms of format, I'm also fine with anything: private/public, one-on-one or large group, etc.

Hey! I like literally just got here so I hope Im doing this right but- I'm Tap or Rowan, 18, and I've been role playing for like 2 (?) years- but writing for like 5; I'm into Fantasy/ Action/ Adventure/ and Slice of Life Rps- with some Romance on the side if its cute. I like group Rps a lot because talking to someone one on one the first time I meet them freaks me out a bit. As far as fandom Rps go I know a lot of lore for different things; but so far I've only played Homestuck , BNHA, and Fairy Tail. I mostly played on Amino before but moved because everyone was getting so much younger than me and it was awkward -_-
I also draw comics and keep aquariums in my free time!

I'm totally new to rp but really want to try. I'm interested in trying new things so I can do any kind of rp. I speak English and Polish. My interests are reading, learnig languages, embroidery, history, Japanese culture and some others. I don't really know what to write here haha.

Not really sure how to introduce myself but I guess I should start off by you may call me Valk. I do go by female pronouns and have role played on and off for many, many years. After having a bit of a break, I'm back at it with a fresh, new site and I'm super excited to be here!!

Fantasy and sci-fi are my go-to genres to roleplay but I'm honestly open and happy for anything. Feel free to DM me with any ideas you may have and I'll be more than happy to plot with you!

So I'm new here so not new to roleplay. Been writing for quite some time. Roleplaying for a good 8 years or more now maybe. I primarily lean towards more fantasy and supernatural mixed with other genres since most of the characters I've created over the years, if not all of them, are some form of creature or they have some sort of power. As far as what I do outside of writing, there's a lot. Crafting, reading, video games, watching anime/tv shows/movies, caring for my vast number of critters. Speaking of critters, I have snakes, birds, a spider, and more rats and mice than I can count. Why I joined? Well, I'm hoping this place will help get more of my writing spark back as it's currently quite dull at the moment.

Now, while I'm new to the site I have been a roleplayer for over 20 years now, but don't let that intimidate you I have in no way improved at writing in those 20 years somehow. Either way, I'm addicted to the passtime and so I'm here to poke around for some new stories to write, either with partners or in a group. Something new to explore and see, I'm a bit embarassed I didn't find such a big community earlier! Either way, it's very good to meet you all, feel free to shoot me a DM or a message on Discord which I check regularily.

Hello. I'm MultiIdiot, and I come from roleplaying in a roleplay-based game, but I prefer text roleplay.

I've been roleplaying for quite a long time, from cringy Roblox ones to more better ones (aka present.)

I don't really have a specific interest in what I want in roleplays besides maturity and some "serious-ness." Sure, I love to meme in roleplays, but if it's all memes, I don't wanna be in it. I think most roleplays can understand and agree too.

I like to create media in my freetime or play some game(s) with my friend(s) on Discord.

I joined RP Nation so I could finally do some text roleplay.

I'm too lazy to write about my pet. (In case you don't know, I'm just following the thing that helps you introduce yourself.)

I used roleplay a lot on Amino and now I'm trying out different websites, I've been trying to get more involved with fantasy related roleplays, I like to do romance/drama roleplays when I'm bored and I use it/its, xe/xer, voi/vois pronouns :> (if you have trouble with neopronouns or have a learning disability just message me and we can talk about an alternative :} )
