Hello! I’m Aria and a proficient writer who has been doing so for two decades. Writing is one of a few ways that I relieve stress and let out some idle creativity.

In the real world, I’m a used book seller and Psychology student (I figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up a little late in life). I’m 33, and prefer writing with individuals close to my own age. I love all things Science Fiction and Fantasy, and have a morbid obsession with the Mafia - all genres/settings I love to write in.

At the moment though, I’m hunting for a partner who has a love of the Dune series and wants to write a story on the backdrop of Arrakis.

Hello, I'm Emi! I'm a she/her, 18 yo, slightly obsessed with cats. I've been writing most of my life - fantasy, romance, LGBTQ+ characters, a lot of angst tropes. I've written Hannibal, Harry Potter, and Sherlock fanfics, but I can't tell if I'm good at them. I'm pretty open to all genres, although I'm less experienced with animal characters.

I've never roleplayed before. I signed up for a RP site several years ago, lurked on a couple threads, and never went back because writers are scary. You guys are brimming with talent and creativity and I feel like I can't live up to those standards, so I lurk and I watch and I admire, and then I run. But I'm not running this time, because I have a little bit of talent and creativity too and I want to do this. I want to write. Nice to meet all of you!

Hi, I am Shayla. I roleplayed since I was about 12. I got into warrior cats and that got me into role-playing. I am now 18 almost 19 and want to get back into the old fun I used to have when I was young. My interests range from many things but mostly interested in animal roleplay's. New here, not new to RP.

I played D&D, V:tM and other diceroll until I turned 20. Then I started Narrative chat ffrp on MSN chats. ( I am old.) Which leaked into yahoo, imvu, other chat systems until the chat rp went the way of the dinosaur. I was until recently on imvu lurking and still have discord though rarely use it.

I miss a decent, narrative heavy ffrp. I miss writing.

I started Role playing back on Ye Olde Neopets around 2005 or 2006, moved to Proboards, then a few other adoptable based websites. Took a hiatus from RP communities for the last three years, but here I am~
I tend to gravitate toward modern fantasy themes. I focus on folk lore and cultures a lot in my creative hobbies. Outside of thaaat, I'm an artist (digital and traditional) as well as a hobby seamstress. I do a lot of hiking and did travel quite a bit before the plague. A pal on Discord threw me a link here and honestly, this is awesome. I'm very stoked to be here!
And lastly, the pet question: I moonlight as a dog sitter and spend a good amount of time living in other people's homes playing with their dogs, lol. I also live with four dogs in my house, but alas, I do not own a dog of my own currently.

Hello there, I'm relatively new to this scene but I have been writing on my own as a hobby and stress reliever for over 15 years now. I'm a bit of an odd ball at times but I really enjoy reading and writing, the allure of co-operative writing has brought me here. Definitely keen to explore and create some fun and engaging fictional settings with other members here on the site! Feel free to call me NF, Fiend or what ever is easiest for you, I'm pretty chill and do not mind nick-names so if you are more comfortable addressing me differently I've got no issues. In terms of writing I lean towards longer and more detailed posts and enjoy seeing these from my partners but I don't mind how or what a potential partner posts as long as I can understand the sentiment behind their words.

When it comes to RP projects I am pretty adaptable, I am not afraid to dip my toes into any genre or setting as long as I can gain a firm grasp of it and find the setting interesting. However, I do tend to prefer OC over fandom; I don't mind using a popular setting but I'll most likely need to create my own character for it as I have trouble sticking to what one might expect from a settings pre-built characters. That said I am a big fan of manga/manhua, anime, books, music and games. I enjoy picking and borrowing themes or ideas from these sources and especially rely on music a great deal to keep my muse pumping. Although I'm happy to get into anything I find interesting some of my preferred genres are; Dystopian, Post-Apoc, Horror, Adventure, Low/High-Fantasy and Psychological.

I've joined RP Nation looking for a challenge and with the hopes of creating a slew of engaging stories that are not only fun to write but also fun to read and re-read, I can promise you that if I can help to create an interesting setting and story with you I'll be fondly re-reading our posts to an almost unhealthy degree. I am excited to see what this site has to offer and begin exploring the array of worlds available here. I think I've been cornering myself a lot lately with my own solo writing projects and I'm certain the dynamic of writing co-operatively with others here is just what I need to bust out back towards the fun things in writing.

I roleplayed back in the day over a run down ripoff minecraft game called World of Cubes. I have been roleplaying for about 3 years now, I would put myself at intermediate level but I do need to adjust to roleplay here. Fighting roleplay was what I did the most of, it was enjoyable and I'd like to start it up again. I have a love for rpf because I do taekwondo in real life and I've started boxing recently. I have a dog named Teddy, he's a mans best friend.
