Hello there, kinda of figured that focusing on my hobbies and interests is surely far more relevant for this section, so I'll rant a bit about myself.
So before anything else call me Aka (do you wanna drop a -chan or a -kun, do so, either works for me), I have no preferred pronouns so feel free with them. I'm 21 y/o, italian and I'm currently a college student.
I've always had a passion for anime, mangas and so on, and I grew up with many of them.
I'm a huge fan of astronomy and all that's astronomically related, this is why I'm trying to pursue a degree in Aerospace Engineering. I particularly follow and savour scientific news and improvements, unusual thing to be passionate about, I know.
I play the piano, but it's not the thing I do best even if I always have the time of life while ungracefully trying to replicate stuff my hands are clearly not meant for.
As clear as it should be English is not my main language, I'm kinda proficient in it, but I could make like the weirdest mistakes from now and there, even not only in RP replies, but in a normal conversation... I may have a bit of trouble switching between languages, or tbh, avoiding to have them mixed together in my head, so please endure and be kind. I span from semi-lit to lit, it's all due to my inspiration.
I've been roleplaying since I was 11, so that makes up for ten years of constant writing. I've decided to switch and reach the international side of rp just a couple of years ago, and I swear that I've improved a lot and I'm interested in improving even more!

Aaaalright, introduction it is... Hello. Greetings. Hi. And salutations to you, the reader. I'm not exactly new to roleplaying, but this is the first time I'm reaching out to a forum to find people to rp with. Well...second time, but the first time was years ago so it doesn't count. To make this easier on the eyes and less of a big block of text, I've decided to go the lazy route and copied the example questions given in the original post. Because I'm just lazy like that, I guess.
  • Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying.
    • As most furries do, I started getting into roleplay when I first joined the fandom. I was 15 at the time, and being the gullible little kid that I was, I reached out on some random forum asking to RP... And of course, I quickly realized that I may have gotten way in over my head. Many people asked me to write entire multi-paragraph responses, while others only replied with half a sentence at best... But, after some trial and error, I eventually found a few good friends with which I have done RP for years at this point. It's been fun, and my skills have gotten progressively better, but I think it's time I found some more people to RP with. You know, just to spice things up a bit. ^^
  • What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.
    • While I have tried many, many genres of RP during my years (but far from all!) I believe the most fun I've had is with high fantasy RPs. Although I'm very much open to try out other genres if my RP partner has a good idea, of course. Variation is the spice of life, and all that.
  • What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
    • Oh, I have quite a few! For one, I'm part-time in the military. For two, I enjoy going to the gym a few times per week to keep myself strong and in good shape. And though I've mostly stopped by now, I used to be quite interested in archery back in the day... Oh, and I have a few years in Judo and a few less in Muay Thai, so I guess martial arts are fun too! I like hiking with my friends a lot, though I'm still new to it. But don't mistake me for some hyperactive outsider... I like gaming and sitting in my room all day just as much. ^^
  • Why you decided to join RpNation.
    • Don't know exactly what to add here, I pretty much explained it in the first answer. But to recap, I'm looking to find some new RP partners with which to roleplay. Just like many people here. I've discovered I don't do well in groups, so one-on-one RPs are better for me.

Hello fellow roleplayers!

I am Ryuma! I've been roleplaying for 10+ years. I started through a friend, who introduced me to the old Rolepages site. There is where I made my first character and found my love for creativity. I came here on the suggestion of a dear friend and hope to find new friends and roleplayers for all my favorite things! I mainly roleplay on FB Messenger, because finding people who wouldn't just vanish on me entirely became nearly impossible on other sites. I look forward to finding new friends with similar interests as myself! I have very little that I won't do in a roleplay! 💖
 
Hello! I'm Forsaken but you can call me Blue, I have been roleplaying for two years and some of my ex-friends were the people that introduced into roleplay. I have a strong love for writing and getting into roleplay made my love for writing much stronger, I was looking for a roleplay site and I came across this one because all of my partners have entirely vanished on me and I have no idea why. I am very exited to find some new friends that enjoy the same things I do, I cant wait to look around and make some new friends!
 
Hello! I'm really bad at introductions so please excuse it if it is really bad, anyways my name is Muralliann but everyone calls me Ann and you're very welcome to call me that. I have been roleplaying for less then a year but this Christmas will be my first full year of roleplaying, I had a couple of friends introduce me into roleplay because they know how much I love writing stories. I have really enjoyed coming up with new stories and making new friends so I continued to roleplay, a lot of the sites I have been on have really slowed down or stopped so I went looking for a new one and I found RPNation. I am very happy to be here and I cant wait to look around, have an amazing rest of your day or night where ever you are! <3
 
I am Bladewing. I am new here, obviously. I enjoy writing fantasy stories. I have a wild and vivid imagination. I also have an affinity for swords and scythes. I’ve never done an RP before, but I suppose that will change soon enough.
 
Hello everyone! I’ve roleplayed before, but it was about nine years ago so I am very rusty. Recently I’ve been remembering the old days writing stories with my friends and I thought I should try something like that again. Thanks to Tik Tok my Harry Potter obsession is experiencing a serious resurgence, so that will probably be my focus for a little while.

Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying.​
I have been roleplaying for about eight years now, writing and engaging in things ranging from playing a role on a video game, to doing it in person-- face-to-face with weapons in hand intent on beating the ever living hell out of one another. As for my experiences, they are too numerous to recount, but if you ever find this lonely message on the thread, feel free to reach out and inquire about some of my past adventures.​

What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.​
Well as for this one, I enjoy basically anything. I will note however, I only play one character, and that one alone. It is capable of being altered to fit the narrative as necessary, but ultimately some of it's core factors will be unable to adapt to the rules as given per the creator. If you want to know more about that, or these factors, just shoot me a message and ask. It's not hard to get the information out of me, if you want it.​

Well, I enjoy a number of things in my free time. Reading, playing video games, and the occasional bout of self loathing are the first things to come to mind. Beyond that, I do any number of things, usually to assist my friends at the time with what they need help with or enjoy doing. I'm pretty passive and easy going, despite my outward melancholy and stoic behavior.​

Why you decided to join RpNation.​
Why did I join? Well, that's an easy one. When my original platform was ruined by a cult I helped unhinge from the inside, it shot my motivation to write or even interact in a manner akin to playing a role. So you could say I find myself here to rekindle that spark, and keep it alive. As well find some company to sate this gnawing bite of loneliness goring me from the inside out, and threatening to upend my sanity.​

Write about your pet (if you have one).​
Given my current living situation, I do not have a pet at this time. I will note though, if i were to get another it would be a snake. One capable of growing at least five to seven feet in length, which I could cuddle with and watch snag itself into my shirt in a multitude of adorable scaley spirals, refusing to go to bed because they would rather die than be separated from my gentle hands, and calming warmth.​

Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.​
Truth One: I am dangerously serious, as most jokes will go over my head due to how logical and analytical I am in response to most things thrown my way. If you're making a job, make it painfully obvious, or else don't get frustrated with me trying to critique your logic.​
Truth Two: I am not the most intellectual person you may meet, but I am well within my own pace, and I find myself to hold enough common sense to stand my ground through most encounters. You often won't see me engaging in conflict, as it's more out of disinterest than lack of ability to properly handle it. I don't do drama and personal attacks from words on a screen don't concern me. I finished highschool a while ago.​
As for any lies? I don't do lies, intentionally, so I'll pass with that one.​

Hi everyone, I'm Paper-Ivory, or probably just Paper for short. I've been roleplaying for two or three years, but it was on Amino and I ended up leaving, so I thought I'd give it a go here. Hopefully, I'll get the hang of it here quickly enough, nice to meet you all!
