Greetings all and to whom it may concern,

Hope everyone is doing well or getting better in this time of strife and uncertainty. As part of the most dangerous species ever created upon this planet, I have no doubt we will come out on the other side of times like these in stride and feeling more confident than ever. So hang in there, lean in, ride the wave and be patient. Things will get better.

So...to business.

Bout me:
-I love good stories. The more depth and details we can flesh out together as rpers, the more accomplished I feel about the stories we create.
-Role playing is a creative outlet for me that I otherwise don't get anywhere else. Thus why I return to it when I can. Work and life take priority.
-RP stuff I enjoy: Dark. Gritty. Splash of realism mixed with tasteful creativity. Detective/mystery. Love/romance then loss. War/combat. Adventure. Science fiction runs deep in my blood. Medieval fantasy too. Rps where there is a high chance of character death (IE: Extreme risk).
-I am nerd in mind, lover at heart, but a warrior in life.
-A seasoned rper of 10+ years.
-A psychonaut and purveyor of psychedelics.
-A dreamer and deep thinker.

I suppose that's enough about me. Let's get to rp!

I've been roleplaying for almost 10 years now, but joining a roleplay-centered forum is almost a first for me. The sites I used to RP on are pretty much dead or inactive, but since this place is hopping with activity, I just had to give it a try.

Anyway, hello! You can call me Waaksian, or just Waak for short.

I'm a big fan of science fiction and fantasy, though my interests tend to lean towards more niche subgenres. In sci-fi, I love exploring galactic civilizations in campy stories about aliens, and I prefer my fantasy settings intermingled with other genres (high fantasy is alright, but mix in a modern twist or make it about pirates in the Golden Age, and I'll be jumping all over that). This makes me pretty picky about what I join, but when I do decide on a RP, I tend to give it my all. Writing's one of my biggest passions, and I love to make things that aren't just fun to write, but fun to read. Writing style and prose is important to me, and if I like the style of a RPer enough, I might find myself wanting to join even if the RP in question isn't my typical interest.
 
Hello, I'm rather new here. I'm a little bit green when it comes to role-playing, but I do have a bit of experience. I'm rather shy, so I don't typically do very well with too many new people at a time. Generally, I only do literate RPs, partly due to my lack of internet slang knowledge/abbreviations.

I typically only do fandom-based RPs. I'm really big on the My Little Pony, Fallout, and Fallout Equestria fandoms. I think that's about all you need to know about me, I guess.

I have 12+ years of roleplaying experience, on and off.
My interests vary quite a lot- with the experience I've had, I've roleplayed many different scenarios. I just want to have fun and can fit into most situations. Tell me a roleplay crave you have, and I want to try and play it out with you!!
My favorite does tend to be fantasy-related, and space is probably my weak-link.
Outside of roleplaying, I enjoy playing video games, drawing, and lately I've been gardening.

I decided to join RP Nation because I needed a site to go to and everything else I've checked in the past just seems to be littered with ero and ero-only. That's not fun when that's the only thing. So, I'm okay that this site bans it. I'm actually quite glad they did.

I have two cats! Wren and Lily are both close in age and act like siblings (even though they aren't). Lily is very attention-seeking and extremely food motivated. Wren is the dominate cat and keeps to herself for the most part. Both are cuddle-monsters.

It has been a good while since the last time I've role played, and I really want to get back into it! Other than roleplaying, I enjoy reading, writing, playing RPGs and otoges, and watching anime and cartoons. My favorite color changes every day. I tend to be a little overdramatic, and can be childish at times. I'm looking forward to all the fun stories I'll be writing with you!

Hey there. My name is Marie. I am 28 years old. I have been involved in one on one private RP stories since I was 13. I've done all kinds of stories, movies, fantasies ;), all of it. I'm really excited that I found this site. It's been a long time since I've had a consistent partner. They either ghost without explanation or just drop the RP and keep chatting. I could really use the consistency back. Good way to escape from reality for a bit.
