I’m very happy to be here and I hope everyone is doing well! I’ve been Roleplaying for roughly five years now and I can’t wait to start here as well!
 
Hi y'all. I'm Jake/Beetle, I'm 21, and I'm from North Carolina. I started RPing during 6th grade and stopped during my freshman year of college. I used to really love RPing so I'm trying to get back into it. I'm currently a senior in college. Outside of RPing, I study biology. I'm a big ice hockey fan, I like horror movies, and I love insects. I recently started knitting.

I’m brand new to the site but not to rp, been writing across sites like wcrpg and Bearbones for years but I’ve been looking for active and diverse site such as this one. I’m super excited I have a lot of free time and I can invest in more plots and branching out my characters.

I can’t wait to start threads with y’all!!

I've been roleplaying for a few years, and I actually started roleplaying through a Warriors RPG game, and slowly started to transition to more literate roleplays. I'm semi-literate, and I aim to type at least three sentences per reply.

So.. hello! I found this site the other day on a search for new roleplay forums. The itch has been getting to me again and my old go-to place has more or less died. So here I am! Hoping to find some fun and exciting things! I love seeing how active it is here! I'm a very experienced (15+ years) and detailed player and no stranger to story driven conquests of words. Did that sound tacky? That totally sounded tacky. I swear, I'm good for it!

^33^Ashley! I only go by a girl. Im new to the website but have been In the rp game for 2 years now... I might not reply fast but usually, I do! Give me about 1-9 minutes! and i aim to type about 3-4 sentences depending on the mood/topic/or what im talking about! Look forward to rping w u! btw Jays a cute name

Thank you! And I typically do more fandom related roleplays, but I'd be open to perhaps making an OC and trying an OC roleplay, if you have plots! ^_^
 
Alright, listen up. I'm not a very big fan of introductions but here goes.
I am Allion, I've been writing for a good couple of years now. I enjoy a good interesting stories with unique characters and like to make sure my partner is having fun as well. I've been searching for a good roleplay site since the last one I was on kinda went dead so here I am. Ive heard some nice things about this site so I'm really hoping I'll like it here.
 
I haven't roleplayed in years but with the current events I have a lot more free time to do what I want haha.
 
Hi, I'm beeswaxie and I'm new to this site but not roleplaying. I've done plenty of roleplaying scattered in the span of about the last 7 years. I'm getting back into it as I had taken a bit of a break from it for a while. I joined this because I find roleplaying helps spike my creative flow and allows me to get over writer's block. I love to write as my dream career is to be a novel author. I'm a bit of a sucker for romance, adventure, fantasy, etc. types of stories. Hopefully I can find some good roleplays while here. :)

Hi. My name is Devon, and I have been rping for about a year now. I've heard a friend bring this website up, so I've decided to join. Some of my hobbies are writing fanfiction and playing video games.

    I used to L-RPG a lot! growing up, then it kinda died down for a couple of years and recently I've been thinking about picking it back up again.

    Generally I prefer Sci-fi, supernatural, horror and action.

    I play, write and DM dungeons & dragons on a weekly basis.

    Well so far it seems to be one of the few active forums and it seems to have a wide variety of L-RPG's.

    YES, I have 2 adorable kittens!!! Well technically one aint a kitten anymore... but still!!! They are cute, fluffy, evil hairballs who love to sleep either in your face or on your bu... behind.
 
Uhh, guess I might as well try this out. Actually came across some greentexts that got me semi-interested in looking into the forum-styled RP just for shits and giggles as something to do with my time. Fairly good writer, early 20's, used to roleplay in a sense. Not looking for anything smutty or whatever unless it's literally only for goofs, otherwise just play fuckshit characters that tend to derail every story they're ever a part of but I know when to hold back...and when to push forward until it works out. Tends not to be that bad most of the time, but definitely can function in a more """serious""" setting. I welcome anyone who wants a newbie to this stuff, generally agreeable and want to be helpful. Not easily offended but I do curse a lot out of habit, standoffish to an extent if anything. I dunno. We'll see.

Examples of my DND Characters: Captain Anchor Arms, a nine foot tall man in an armored diving suit so stupid he might as well have been divorced from reality, that became so powerful that he nearly ended a warhammer campaign, Bone Daddy, an insane skeleton necromancer who spoke in third person and did all kinds of nonsense, actually had a super tragic backstory. Rintia Kal'ai, an insane (notice the pattern here) stabgoblin who was a cannibal that took it upon herself to gut everyone and everything she could, incredibly greedy. Yakumo Kuruzawa, a feral Japanese child who fell out of a plane when a child, raised by literal owls and became similar to them in behavior. Tyla Fenros, tragic character again, one of my most normal in some regard but it isn't much to compare too considering my history. Heavy armor bowgun user who was just kind of a bitch, but mentally damaged, very serious and cold. Last came Orphelia Ravencroft, stuck-up I'm uncultured who's hiding behind herself and the shadow of her father as she travels the lands using his special method of sword combat that fell out of favor, desperate to revive it to prove that both her life and his had value. But uh, yeah. Generally super creative so long as I have something to grab onto.

Hi, I'm Lily and I've been on a hiatus from RP for a good number of years. I've done this for at least a decade and enjoy the back and forth of creating a story. I came to RPNation because the messenger site I had been using closed its chat forums and now, after my break, I find myself missing the writing and the anticipation of receiving a response.

So I'll probably be a little rusty but I hope to shake that off quickly!

The names' Kate and honestly I've been a literate rp-er for what feels like an eternity - even though I'll match my partners length/style etc. Thanks to work, I've adopted a more semi-literate style due to time constraints.

Mostly I roleplay fandoms (numerous) and cannon characters. If I haven't heard of it, I'll delve into a bit of research and go from there. That said, I've never been opposed to a good ol' cannon x OC piece. In the past I've written original ideas, plots and characters. It's a style I wouldn't mind returning to at some stage. Not fussy when it comes to genres so long as there's an interesting plot, count me in. Not offended by the age old question, "do you have a sample piece?".

I'm semi-active elsewhere but I figured why not broaden my horizons.
