Hello, I'm Algae and I am new-ish to free form roleplays, but not new to writing. I am twenty and mostly have experience with plays and table top role playing games (Dungeons & Dragons 3.5e, 4e, and 5e; Things From the Flood; Call of Cthulhu; Mouse Guard; etc.), but I am mostly here to write collaborative stories without the dice.
I love writing sci-fi, mystery, horror, fantasy, and I would really like to try my hand at some super hero/vigilante stuff, as I have always been a big fan of comics but have not written much in that genre.
I will probably lurk for a while checking for groups looking for new members, but if anyone is interested in RPing, feel free to respond or send a message.
 
Salutations people! The name is Aleph but you can just call me Null or Zero. I'm new to rpnation and roleplaying in general but was always interested in taking an active part in it so here I am. I wouldn't necessarily call myself a very interesting person but I've been told otherwise by at least one other person. The types of genre I'm interested in when it comes to roleplay are fantasy, sci-fi, horror and mystery. That's about it honestly...ciao for now!
 
Hello! My name’s Morgan and I’m new to this website, so I hope I’m doing this right. I’m 18 and looking for new rp partners and/or people for group rps. My writing style ranges from semi-literate to literate and I don’t really have a greater preference for either. However, I can absolutely write to match my partner’s style. As for my preference between ocs and fandoms, I can do either but I prefer to play as characters from a fandom. I’m looking forward to roleplaying with people and getting to know them ooc too!

Hello RPN folks,

It's been years since I last tried roleplaying (no terrible past experiences, it just phased out of my life for a while, as things do). I have some fond memories of old RPs, so more than anything I'm here to chase that nostalgia. On that front, it looks like I'm in good company.

A little about me:
I'm a Hufflepuff, an earthbender, and bannerman to House Tyrell. If I lived in Middle Earth, I'd be a hobbit. If I were accepted at Brakebills University, my discipline—I hope—would be botony or herbology (seeing a pattern yet?).

Some old ideas are coming back fresh and fierce, so I'm hoping to jump in sooner rather than later. So tell me please, how's the water?

I'm new to the website, but not new to roleplaying. I was an avid user of Polyvore for many years, and was devastated when the site was shuttered. If I remember currently, I THINK my username on there was sims34u, or something like that. At the time, I did a lot of boarding school related couples and family roleplaying. It's been a few years since I've sat down to properly write, so while I'm rusty, I would still prefer longer, detailed paragraphs back and forth. I generally prefer realistic, modern stories, either about families, or YA/early 20s couples - but open to other ideas!

Well, ive been roleplaying for about 8 years now, mostly Larp and Pen and paper.

Ive been involved in a few online Rps but they never lasted longer than a few weeks...

Been roleplaying for...gosh...15 years now? Started way back when on Neopets. Ah the olden days.

I'm a lover of romance, drama, plot twists--the usual chaos. I typically do M/F or F/M pairings. I have a plethora of fandoms which includes but is not limited to: Pokemon, BNHA, YuGiOh, Digimon, Warriors (shameless). I qualify as a rapid response type, meaning simply if you reply I will pause what I am doing (within reason of course) and respond back directly to you. I lean toward the literate to advanced category, though most often my posts tend to be 3-5 paragraphs in length. I will sometimes fall into the habit of matching what you give though, so don't be intimidated by the wordiness. ;3

Hey there! I'm brand new here, originally coming from Polyvore as a roleplayer. It sounds like we might make a great match! I'm also on the East Coast, and with everything going on right now, should be available to respond in a timely manner most of the time. I'm definitely rusty, as Polyvore shut down years ago, but considered my past style literate and detailed. My general interests are realistic fiction, YA/early 20s drama, and family-based roleplays. I don't really discriminate against RP genres, and am open to try a little of anything. Though I do particularly have a taste for the fantasy, romance, adventure types. I love group RPs above all else, especially when everyone's equally into the story we're creating.

Looking for some fun group RPs to join up. I'm still poking around the site to figure out where to join RPs, so if you see this and want to point me in the right direction, I'd be most appreciative!

I'm in my early 30's and have been RPing for as long as I can remember! I'm quite new to this site since other sites that I have used haven't yielded what I'm looking for in terms of a partner. I usually go for maybe 2-3 partners (I have one currently) and look for something long term. Here's to hoping I find what I'm looking for!
