I suppose something outlandish as these would be rather normal if it took place in Kamurocho however. ”

Future Foundation... I'm surprised it took them this long to find us.

Eddie turned around and glared at them, "What do you want?"

The two agents who had been trailing the professional hobo stopped dead in their tracks as Eddie turned around to face them. His posture indicated hostility, making their next words all the more cautious. They only needed leads to the stolen subject, and they would be on their merry way.

That was how the objective was supposed to play out, anyway. One Agent Morrison, however, had enough experience to know that field operations were never so simple.

"Watch how I defuse the situation," the older agent quietly instructed his partner.

"Good evening, Mister Brock. We're with the Future Foundation, a philanthropy organization," Morrison introduced with standard professionalism as he made known the insignias on the left side of their suit jackets. "We'd like to ask you a few questions about the missing symbiote, DR-1125. Since you're also searching for the symbiote, we thought it'd be best if we pooled our information to find the perpetrator faster."

"I understand. Until I can figure out how to return to our home, we will temporarily take refuge." Marika nodded mentally as she tried to hide her distress. To be honest, she was a little disappointed when Adam Warlock stated that he was unable to bring her back. However, complaining about that right now won't do her any good.

"Then if you're willing, would you take us to this 'Knowhere'?"

A sudden interruption from a seemingly random radar blip broke Marika's concentration from the ongoing communication.

    "Hyakume, what happened?"

"Seems like we got some companies, cap'n." With a concerning tone, the aforementioned radar expert stated as he attempted to take a better look toward the incoming strangers. As he got a better result from the radar's detection, he frowned and grumbled in displeasure.

"Crap, this is like an entire fleet of them!"

"An entire fleet!?" The words coming out of Marika's mouth was of shock more than curiosity.

"Were we being set up?" This time, Kane voiced his opinion.

"I doubt it." Marika quickly debunked. "Mr. Warlock, despite not being able to return us to our world, is the one who brought us here from the other universe in the first place. If he really desired for our demise, he would've done so by himself without hesitation."

Then turning back to the communication, Marika quickly relayed the urgent situation to the Guardians of the Galaxy.

"Mr. Warlock, we're detecting a fleet of spaceships heading toward our position. Do you have any idea on who they are?"

Spider-Man, in his search for the Black Cat, was on the rooftop of a Schnee Dust Company Warehouse where he finally found who he was looking for. Within the Warehouse was the Black Cat prowling among the shipment containers... However she was not alone.

Felicia! And the Thieves Guild... Why am I not surprised.

Spider-Man leaped into action. The Web Warrior crashed through the skylight of the warehouse and webbed out two of the Thieves Guild's Ninjas with his trip mine gadget. Spidey now stood by the side of the Black Cat once again.

"Cat! It's been awhile, how's it going?" Spidey jokingly attempted to exchange pleasantries with his Ex and on-again-off-again partner-in-crime fighting.

"Happy to see you again, Spider..." Black Cat smiled back while she kept her eyes on the Thieves Guild.

"Can I lend you a hand?" Spidey said as he entered into a fighting stance.

"Sure, if you can keep up..." Black Cat gave Spidey a flirtatious wink before the pair engaged the Thieves Guild in battle.

I look to the mage. "Yes, something that just comes from within, that is the traditional soft magic system explanation, still that should mean it is possible for me to do, at least possibly. Elemental magic, from within, possibly related to what element I identify as, or emotionally bound If I had to guess. I'll experiment with it, thank you for trying at least"

I turn to the armored... knight? "Yeah armor would be ideal, but I have none, and I have no money, and nothing worth any money, so if you have any ideas for how I can get armor before getting back from killing goblins, then I'm all ears, other wise I'm just going to have to shoot my bow and try not to get stabbed, not that I die as easily as it would seem without armor"

Upon hearing it,Goblin Slayer's left hand dug into his bag, taking out a sack which made some chinking sounds.

“Take it. I've already checked that they accept the currency I have here.”

Goblin Slayer tossed the sack at JiHan,the weight of the sack indicating that there is quite a lot of money to spend in it. And considering that his childhood friend's uncle noted that the money is more than enough for they boy to stay in a luxurious inn...

“I don't need anything in return, just make sure you don't die and that you get yourself some decent armour.”

Red Wizard tapped his chin with his free hand, thinking of possible solutions to Jihan's problem.

Finally, he offered, though somewhat lamely, "<I can conjure various elemental protections, including earth armor, which is a bit cumbersome but very effective. I could do that for you, though, fair warning, I seldom do it for other people... I've never really had to, before. I used to work in a team composed purely of wizards like myself. Anyway, if you need emergency armor, let me know, though it'd be better if you got actual armor. Those HEV stations don't just lie around all over Midgard, but an increased AC isn't bad. It'll make you harder to damage, but without the slowness debuff of my earth armor."

He looked at Goblin Slayer. "<Pardon the weird words; just some magic theory terms you learn as a wizard... Anyway, want me to enchant your weapon or armor? In the weapon's case, it only lasts for one attack - because I haven't bothered learning more perpetual techniques - but that one attack will hit them like an ogre on a designer drug which combines steroids and mindbreaker toxin... or was it lysergic acid chlamy... diate?... Damn, it seems I need to revise my alchemy studies.>" He shook his head rapidly. "<Anyways, pick an element or two and tell me what you want me to magic up.>"

Agent 3 ~ Danville Multiversity

As the agent rounds a final corner, and sees their destination dead ahead, she smiles. They made it. Now to pull into the parking lot without drawing too much attention and get to that prom. She reaches to press down on the brakes, they don't go down. She looks down, and sees that her tiny legs simply can't reach the brakes! "Well, shit," she curses, turning the car to drift into the parking lot. She nearly ran over several people, and before she knew it, the car slammed into the side of the building, red goop everywhere.

"Red inklings, here? Really?" she asked, looking around. She was disappointed to find no such things, "No, just a human... and your first kill on the job! Great work, soldier!" Marie seemed... way too excited to have witnessed someone's death. Nevertheless, she smiled and nodded, before hopping out of the car, "Prom night, woo!" and walked with the drunken Pierre into the building. Agent 3 was less concerned about the innocent man's death, and more concerned with how nonchalantly Marie moved back to the prom.

Speaking of, the agent simply couldn't see a reason to mourn the loss of an innocent person they simply didn't know. They probably held absolutely no significance to the plot of the story whatsoever. She simply marched by, loosely following the train of incredibly drunk superspies into the multiversity. "Time to get this over with..." she sighed, promising she would stop talking for a long stretch of time soon, just you wait!

“An enchantment for my weapons won't be necessary,I usually exterminate the Goblins silently as long as possible. However,an enchantment for my armour could be useful if it'll wear off the moment I die on the spot. I don't want the goblins getting any equipment that will benefit them.”

He clicked his fingers and faced Goblin Slayer with a cheerful voice. "<Anyway, pick up to three elements from among the ones I demonstrated a while ago. Jackson was helpless, as Carlos slowly moved in for the kill. The evil German Wolf-Man placed his boombox on the counter before he unsheathed Werwolf dangerously close to Jackson's neck. However a hero will be there to save the American.

"CARLOS!!!" Cried out a ginger Ninja with his Katana held up high.

    Danger 5 Ninja Tucker.png

Carlos instantly recognized the ninja's voice as he turned his attention to the Ninja, <"So you wish for the same fate as your wife, Mr. Tucker?">

"The only fate I'm after is one on public holiday held in a reputable university," Tucker taunted back at the easily-amused Carlos.

"STOP CHUCKLING AT ME!!!" Tucker out of pure rage demonstrated his newly acquired ninja skills before engaging Mendez in a battle to the death.

    FIGHT!

Tucker with Katana in hand leaped at the evil Nazi Drug-dealing Wolf-Man only for Carlos to swiftly dodge the attack from underneath Tucker.

Determined to avenge the death of his wife, Claire, Tucker pulled out the most traditional of ninja weaponry, a machine gun, and fired at Carlos.

Carlos dodged the maelstrom of bullets and was able to get behind of Tucker. Carlos slashed his grimoire at Tucker which sent the Aussie crashing against the entrance way to the fast-food chain.

"Esta determinado, Tucker," Carlos taunted Tucker for even if the Aussie was trained in the ways of the ninja... He still had much to learn.

"Carlos is too fast!" Tucker used his Ninja telepathy skills to send a message to McKenzie through the Force.

<"Use your ninja training!"> McKenzie's wisdom was delivered to Tucker via the Force.

USE COMBOS TO SUMMON THE DADDY LONG-LEGS SPIDER!

Tucker jumped up and down as he used the power of his ninja training to summon a powerful ninja familiar, however Carlos tossed his German ninja-stars at Tucker to interrupt the ritual.

    COMBO BREAKER!

"Let me finish my combo!" Tucker shouted at Carlos for rudely interrupting the ritual.

"Give me a credit, McKenzie!" Jackson shouted in hopes that the force could send his message over to McKenzie.

Thankfully the force was indeed with Jackson as his cries for help were answered by McKenzie, <"OK!">

Now gifted with the mystic force credit, Jackson is freed from his bonds and was ready to fight the malevolent Mendez.

    A NEW CHALLENGER!

Jackson wildly swung punches in the air that barely even touched Carlos.

Carlos was very unimpressed by the American's skills and dispatched him quickly with the use of his German ninja-stars that once more pinned the American against the ordering counter.

    KO!

With the American incapacitated, Carlos turned his sights over to Tucker.

"Ninja Tucker! Daddy Long-Legs Spider!" Tucker was successful in summoning his ninja familiar, the dreaded Daddy Long-Legs Spider!

    ALL RIGHT!

However, Carlos's skill was more than a match for Tucker's familiar as the Nazi Ninja Wolf-Man tossed his German ninja stars at Tucker and pulled out a traditional ninja machine gun of his own and fired the weapon at Tucker.

Metropolis, Suicide Slums
Leoandr sat atop a run down building within the equally run down slum of Metropolis, commonly known as the Suicide Slums by the locals. His visor glowing a faint blue as he scanned the building across from him, where his most recent target, a short alien creature known as Sleez, was said to be, atleast by those that had hired him to kill this creature. He had only been here for a few days, but he knew how to find the kind of work he excelled at, bounty hunting. Being hired as one was incredibly easily as well, when you looked the part, even if the locals had no clue what a Mandalorian was. The only real problem he figured he was going to have was that people would always know when he was coming, something he reckoned wouldn't be too hard to deal with. For now though, he hoped he atleast somewhat had the element of surprise.

He checked through all of his weapons and equipment, before going in, from his blaster rifle, to his handguns, grenades and vibrosword. Most importantly, was a primitive slug thrower, which was loaded with a special bullet that his employer said would ensure his target's demise. He didn't quite get why couldn't just use a blaster to cook this bastard instead, but he was not one to argue with his employer, especially when he was being paid so handsomely for what the Mandalorian considered a simple task. After taking note of any visible entrances and guards, he decided to go use a plan that relied more on shock and awe rather than guile.

He took aim with A280 rifle, and began to open fire upon any of the target's thugs in the open, intending to either kill or suppress them, and give him a chance to enter the building without taking return fire. As soon as any of the thugs who had not fallen in his first volley had taken cover, he unleashed another torrent of blaster fire to keep them in cover and to drown out the noise of his jetpack as he crossed the street from above, bringing him to the roof of the building that Sleez was in, hopefully without the thugs realizing he had moved. He rushed over to the door that led to the stairwell, pushing at it and hoping it was unlocked.

I catch the bag out of the air and casually toss it into my personal portal dimension, idly I wonder if that counts as magic, and thus if I can do any magic I should be able to learn more. The thought takes but a second before shaking my head and freeing myself of the thought, armor first then magic.

"Well thank you for the cash, I suppose I need to buy some armor now, probably something with a good balance between weight and protection. I don't know what these goblins are like, but I don't want to get swarmed and overwhelmed like the knights of old did. Do either of you know where the closest shop I can get some armor is?"

Blaise followed the mysterious creature into what would be a facility of sorts. From what she can see, it seems to be...Abandoned. There seems to be no other residents except for the strange creature she saw earlier. Pushing the gates as it made a loud creaking noise, Blaise entered the perimeter of the abandoned facility, taking in the somewhat dead trees that surrounded the main building, barren of any plant life. As Blaise made it to the main building, she noticed how the door was left open. Either it sensed her, or it was just somewhat sloppy in leaving doors closed. Either way, Blaise wanted to confirm if that mysterious creature had something to do with the van flying off into the ocean. Closing the door behind her, Blaise opened her palm as a small fire ball lit up and floated ontop of her palm, acting as a pseudo torch as the facility didn't have any lights on at the moment. Considering how it was quite abandoned, it was probably normal.

  • "Sleez welcomes you to the wrap party!" The door opened with minimal effort, and the greasy smoker's voice of the creature echoed out from the bottom of the stairwell. "Of course, you probably aren't here to enjoy the completion of our new quality production, 'A Night in Danny the Street!' Signs point to you wanting to kill Sleez because you were offered a lot of money." Surrounded by burly men and boxes full of his wares, the dwarfish criminal ran from his potential (and probable) killer, taunting him on the way. "If you do manage to make it to the party, you'd better aim carefully! Radion is expensive, you know!"

Just as Carlos was about to make his way to the already downed Tucker, a gust of mystical wind swept into Burger Hat. Carlos braced himself as the wind had such awesome force that it changed the track on Carlos's Boombox from 'Mr. Mendez' to 'Danger Zone'. Once the wind died down Carlos looked up to see the Teenage girl that accompanied Frank Castle stood before him, and with her was a strange spiritual being. Carlos let out a chuckle.

<"So you wish for the same fate as Mr. Castle, girl?"> Mendez pointed his grimoire at Minako as a sign that he now challenges her to a fight.
    ---
Outside of Burger Hat, the red-headed Merchant was fuming over Minako's rudeness and lack of respect for the wandering merchant business by taking the Naginata from her without pay.

"Seriously, do people in this world not have any gold?" the Merchant muttered to herself as she ran after the rude girl who didn't pay for the Naginata.
    ---
The Doors flung open once more to reveal the red-headed Merchant armed with a bow and arrow, "I didn't say that Naginata had a free demo!" She quickly realized why the girl so desperately needed it when she saw the notorious Drug-Dealing Nazi Wolf-Man of Argentina, Carlos Mendez, standing there menacingly.

Metropolis, Suicide Slums
Leoandr holstered his A280, the long rifle being unwieldy in tight quarters, and drew both of his Westar-35 blaster pistols, a favorite among many Mandalorians. With them, he also drew out a small, cylindrical canister, holding the button down as he jumped down the gap in the middle of the stairwell, tossing the canister right before he himself went down, in such a way that the device would bounce towards the room directly leading out of the stairwell. Right before he reached the bottom of the stairwell, a blinding flash and deafening bang came from a bit past the doorway, something that his helmet protected him from. Right before the Mandalorian landed, his jetpack let out a quick burst of fire, allowing him to land without breaking the bones in his legs.

Immediately, the Mandalorian brought both of his blaster forward, several brilliantly bright blue flashes filling the room as he dropped two of the blinded goons who made the mistake of being visible from the stairwell. Leoandr then rushed into the room, aiming to capitalize on the still disoriented thugs, his Westars dropping the men with lethal precision. With ease, he cleared the room, and moved on to the next, letting out no battle cry or taunts for his foes, having long since found that silence was often the most intimidating sound a warrior could make. Just like the first, he purged the second room of criminals, with none of the crooks even hitting Leoandr with their own guns.

As he entered the third and final room before he reached what appeared to be a much stronger door, which likely held Sleez behind it, Leoandr caught movement out of the corner of his eye as a thug with a fire axe swung at him from above, giving Leoandr just enough time to jump to the side and avoid a blow directly to the helmet. As he did so, he noticed two other men in the room, also armed with melee weapons, and all three of them being even more burly than the normal guards. He could have taken the easy way out and simply burned holes through them all, just like their comrades, but that would be too simple, and a waste of a good chance to engage in the most thrilling kind of combat, melee.

Leoandr holstered his pistols as the axeman charged him. Leoandr didn't get a chance to draw his Beskad out all the way before the axeman swung at him horizontally, forcing Leoandr to turn his body and block the strike with the sword still halfway in its sheath. The goon pulled his axe away to swing again as Leoandr fully drew his sword. Before the man could strike again, Leoandr brought the blade down swiftly onto man, cleaving through flesh and bone alike down the man's chest, dropping him almost immediately. As soon as the blade came out the lower torso of the man, Leoandr rotated himself, thrusting the blade forward into the second thug, a man armed with a machete, directly into the man's chest, running him through as blood splattered directly onto the Mandalorian's armor. Leoandr then kicked him off the edge of the Beskad as he pulled it back and chained the maneuver into another sweeping slashed directed at the third man's neck, causing more blood to spray onto the Mandalorian as the final thug collapsed to the ground.

Having finished off Sleez's gang, drew one of pistols with his left hand, approaching the door that Sleez was almost certainly behind. He assumed the door was locked, and did not bother to try to open it normally. Instead, he fired a blaster bolt into each of the hinges and lock, turning the area around them into molten slag, before kicking the now unsecured door, causing it to to fall forward with a thud. To whoever was inside, Leoandr probably looked more like an angel of death rather than a mere man, drenched in the blood of the gang, wielding a blade in one hand and now drawing the handgun loaded with radion bullets, the visor still glowing blue faintly. "I am here, Aruetii...and i promise you, i won't miss"

Bennett pulled a black mask from his coat jacket's inner pocket. Brant stared into the mask before he smiled to himself and placed the mask on.

"Neo!" a harsh call startled the mute girl from her nap. Neo turned to see a Mask Man at the door way to Bennett's room.

"Get the boys! We're going Spider-Hunting!" the masked man adjusted his tie.

Neo smiled as her green eyes faded to Brown and Pink.
