"We tried fighting him, which made the situation worse than it would've been if he'd just crushed the houses and went along his way."

"And then I talked him out of it. Only for his power to eat him alive, and explode. Majorly explode."

"Thankfully Sherman was able to enchant something to protect the four of us, yes Illustration was helping us."

"While we were able to evacuate before the worst of the fight, and it was mostly only the city that got annihilated, there were a few people who learned too late."

"Marisol witnessed Illustration searching through mountains worth of rubble for hours, until she finally found a burnt to hell corpse of one of our peers. Mari can't recall anyone sobbing that hard."

"I guess I've been running on adrenaline to hold the guilt away. It's starting to wear off, though. I feel absolutely awful."
