Multiple Settings Original Universes and Fandoms

Hi! I am looking for semi-lit partners! (About one paragraph per response, will accept less)
I am willing to use both original universes or fandom universes.
I watch a heck-ton of cartoons and have fan characters for most, so just ask if you have a specific one in mind!
My other characters are all fantasy-based (demons, aliens, original species, etc)
I'm new to rping so I'm going to be quite rusty, just as a warning. I will, however, try my best!
Open to plots, I have none in mind!

Also, just so you know, in case of ships, I don't really do sexual stuff. I'm not 100% sure on what the rules on this site are for it, but I don't do it

Well I’ve been rping a story I’m writing if you want to do an original universe. It’s called Hell’s eyes, Zack lives in a world where powers were an evolutionary trait to fight off against the monsters that destroyed the old world (our time frame). His powers makes everything he sees the worst form possible, and people are nothing, but a corresponding color: red=sinners, blue=good person/hero, grey=neutral. He draws energy from hell to fight allowing him to harden his skin, increase physical strength, and shoot blasts. He goes around arresting everyone who’s red, despite how people think he’s in hell for some crime he’s going to commit. It’s fairly open to plot ideas, but I can make a specific one if need be.
