Other Obscure fandoms you'd like to RP

Honestly, I feel like 99% of my fandoms are too obscure, partly because I end up wanting to write things for just about everything I've watched. I also consume a lot of Korean and Japanese media that's not kdramas and anime so that makes it pretty hard to find people interested in certain ideas I get based on live action Japanese movies and South Korean films.

I'm not sure just how obscure it is, but I'll mention FX's Legion.

Here's a list of a few more that I can remember at the moment:

Westworld (Does this count? I feel like it's not a very accommodating show for roleplays.)
PEAKY BLINDERS (The only person I've found outside of Tumblr willing to do an RP for this only did those 'doubling' ones. I'm honestly terrible at those.)

Battle Royale (I feel like the fandom might be on life support at this point.)
From Dusk Till Dawn (The movie specifically. Honestly, it seems the show is a bit obscure, too.)

Demon Knight (Non-existent fandom but would be an awesome concept for an RP even entirely made up of OCs.)

When I was younger, I attempted Guardians of the Ga'hoole a few times, before the movie came out. I don't actually know how obscure that one is. I just knew none of my friends were reading it. XD

My school library had those when I was little. They were pretty interesting, but I’ve never really heard of anyone mention them before.

mahou shoujo ikusei keikaku, mahou shoujo lyrical nanoha , yuuki yuuna is a hero are excellent magical girl anime I would love to be able to participate in roleplaying. Nanoha's magitech culture and world building is jaw-dropping and the other two's ways of dealing with power individualism and especially consequences and interplay is something I would very much like to see. Even then, just using their ideas is quite nice.

ore, twintail ni narimasu this world is absolutely hilarious and some of it's ideas rather refreshing and frankly amazing.

Part of me also wants to see more roleplays about obscure magical girl series, (and magical girl stuff in general) but the other knows that if they were more popular I'd have to constantly ask the GMs if I could play a male character with the same powers, which is basically giving the genre the middle finger.

Also, I'd like to see Wings of Fire and a few obscure webcomics like Paranatural.

Well, not a lot of people know about em, But I LOVE deep sea prisoners games (Mogeko castle, The gray garden, Wadanohara and the great blue sea) and I’m honestly sad that there’s almost no RP’s related to those fandoms.

One of the few fandoms I really want to do is a 1x1 based on Parasyte: The Maxim, maybe set sometime after the events in the manga.

And I'd really like one of us to play a parasite and the other the person it's attached to. I don't know if this is just too weird to be up anyone's alley, though. : P

As the ghost of Seasonal Anime Past, it is my dream to play out RPs in the worlds of those twelve-episode gems that caught my attention. Unfortunately, the fandoms for those are so small and ephemeral there's almost no chance of that.

On a more realistic note, Samurai Champloo would be a hot pic for me, but then that show falls into the category "historical" which is one of the most deserted genres on this site.
