There exist special underground businesses that for a handsome fee will restore memories of your past self to you after reincarnation. some shady characters, mob bosses, corrupt officials or simply well off crooks will use these locations to continue their exploits after death. Some even go as far as to commit suicide to escape pursuit and other unpleasant realities that come with their line of work. Starting with a new face in a new life but with the same connections and memories. These people are called re:living. You are a specialist in hunting down said criminals. Your mission, to teach evil men that just as death is not an end to their existence, ner is it an end to there guilt.

You've arrived at the floating city construct that is New London, a place that was built after the original London sunk beneath the ocean. You are here tracking down your current re:living target. You've been stopped at the entry gate and must fill out a confidential registry from to enter.

New London. Home to the many thieves and bandits but there was one in particular. A corrupt U.S. official who had committednSuicide shortly after being found out. Ray Hildon had tracked the man to somewhere in New London where he would hopefully bring this man to justice. Ray was currently at a Café having just gone through registry. He wasn't the first one here. And he wouldn't be the last.

"Cant believe I'm finally here." Sandra said to herself after she had gotten through the registry. Her stomach growled. "Probably should get a snack before looking for any leads." She soon found herself near the cafe and decided to head inside.

After stepping out of the way point building and finally entering the city, Dez Takes a deep breath of the city air. He sighes and pulls out a cigarette raising it to his lips he Touches the tip of it with his left index finger. A small spark lighting the tip, he drew in a breath "Damn those city employees "No smoking in a government building sir" he said in a moking tone" he looked around wondering where he should start his investigation. Spotting a nearby cafe with no visible "No smoking signs" on it he decided to stop in and get somthing to eat.

Ray was sipping from a glass of Root Beer as he noticed the other two come in. He recognized one of them immediately. Dezmond. He stood up and walked over to him. "Oh my goodness. Desmond. I'm a huge fan." He said.

(Dezra) Dez cocked an eyebrow at the young man "You know kid. Generally when a man comes into the city hunting for someone the courteous thing to do is not draw attention to his presence" he spoke out of the side of his mouth still holding the cigarette between his teeth. "Im guessing though, based on your enthusiasm about my identity that your also here on like minded business" he said quietly

"Huh? Oh yeah. I just started." Ray said. He noticed the cigarette. "I didn't know you smoked." He said desprately trying to strike up small talk.

She looked at Dezra knowing who he was and watched for a second as he interacted with his fan. She went over to the counter to get a coffee and sandwich.

Dez looked at the young man a bit lost for words "Kid floundering is worse than silence. If you want to talk why not start with your name, since you have the advantage of knowing who I am I suppose." His left eye darted over quickly studding the other one, She dident look like a Tourist either. His false eye darted back quick enough that anyone not watching closely probably wouldn't have even noticed the moment

"R-right. My name is Ray. I'm a Rookie Hunter." He told him. "Though I'm pretty confident in my abilities." He said.

Dez held out a hand for Ray to shake "Nice to meet ya Ray. Well I wont pry to much about why your here. If to many people know your objective, things tend to get away from you."

"Same here. A job is a job." Ray said taking his hand. Afterward he went back to his table. A sandwich arrived for him.

Sandra's food arrived. She grabbed her coffee and sandwich after paying and looked around for a table. She found one and walked over towards it and just as she was almost there she tripped and fell to the floor dropping her coffee and sandwich. "good going Sandra." She said to herself.

Thanks to his enhanced reflexes and speed Ray was able to catch the sandwich and the cup though the coffee still spilled out. He stood up and smiled at her. "Here you go." He said. He pulled out a fee pounds. "Here buy yourself another coffee. Watch your step next time.

She got up. "Thank you. I'm such a klutz, always tripping over my feet."

Dez was slightly distracted from the other two. Ne had his left eye discreetly trained on a man wearing a dark coat and a hat. He kept glancing at Dez in a nervous way that Dez found intriguing. He would have to have a "Chat" with the man later, though he hoped he could do it without the youngins figuring out what was happening. Unfortunately you didn't find much success in a business like this by being "Gentle" with your sources.

Ray was completely distracted by his convsrsation with this noce woman. He didn't notice anything about Dez from that point. He was very much enthralled by his conversation.

The tall women sighed as she walked away from the goverment building. She had lasted a bit longer then she had wanting, having to fill out forms. Adjusting her trench coat she begain to walk down the street admiring the suroundings of the city. Spotting a cafe she smiled, she sure could use a coffee and a pastry or maybe a sandwhich, she was feeling a bit peckish.
The small bell on the door rang as the women opened the door, her heels softly clicking on the ground as she made her way towards the counter. After ordering she stood against the wall looking around the cafe "must me a popular spot.." she quitely spoke to herself as she noticed a good amount of people inside the cafe. Her eyes feel towards a man, which seemed familiar. Though her thoughts were interrupted when the girl behind the counter called out to her. Collecting her ice coffee and teats she walked over to an empty table in the corner of the room.

The man that Dez had been watching stood suddenly pulling a gun from his coat. he pointed it at Dez who raised his left arm infront of his body. The gun fired, a loud shot ringing through the cafe. The bullet stopped about 4 inches from Dez,s arm, it had been on corse for his chest. the small metal projectile fell to the floor harmlessly. The man jumped over a table atempting to flee. Dez ran towards him and in the same movement, disarmed him of the gun and twisted his arm behind his back in a painful looking hold "Now hold up friend. You were just gonna shoot and run? seems a bit impersonal dont it?"
