Support Threads Gone

I had a few roleplay support / admin contact things. They all vanished. And more than one of them was very unresolved.

The support system has changed.  The backend system has been removed and replaced with a forum/ thread system.  It will be much easier for both staff members and users alike to use.


If you had conflicts that were unresolved, I recommend recreating your support thread.

The thread I had made had a lot of explaining because no one seemed to understand what the problem was. You are saying I have to go through that all over again???


It was almost a month old so I doubt whoever I was working with actually remembers it and I never got any updates at all.

Why are they all marked as resolved? One of them.for sure had not been fixed. If it was, I was never informed.

The system is being wonky, if something is incorrectly marked as resolved, just make a new one in the new setup.
